I started diet in the corona period and continuing in Ramadan, now 13 kilo i loose within 6 weeks.. i just taking 500 calories/day, skinned dals, kidney beans are boiling and eating, chicken and fish grilling @ induction cooker, adding salads, no carb last 6 weeks…

Just made the honey like shrimp!!!! Well… Agave like shrimp…. But it was great!!! I played around with the recipe since I didn’t have all the ingredients but the sauce was delicious! I added more garlic and only one tbsp of agave!!!! Ty so much for sharing! I only had a few minutes to prepare dinner for my boyfriend
Good tip for adding the thickner (arrowroot + water) is mix them together before adding it to the remaining sauce since it could be lumps of flower in your sauce.

Tip: use Pam spray instead of oil. I only use olive oil and if I do, I drizzle a bit on top of my food instead of using a dressing or a sauce.

1 chicken breast has around 285 cal. chicken lemon recipe calls for 2 chicken breasts. this is alone comes in at around 600 cal!!!!!!

I know this might sound silly, but I’m allergic to shrimp. I still watched this video because I love all your videos! Do you think these recipes would work with chicken or tofu? I’m assuming I would cook either first and then add in since shrimp cooks much faster?

U don’t heat up coconut cream. It will turn into saturated fats. Never heat up coconut milk/cream. It will destroy the nutrients in the coconut milk
