  • This was great, thanks, I been tryin to find out about “what is the best whole wheat pasta?” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Dansaac Unflappable Dominance (just google it )? It is a good one of a kind product for discovering how to find the best food to balance your hormones and blast away your fat spots minus the headache. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my colleague got amazing success with it.

  • Just about to finish the last one today for lunch. I added a red chilli and used basil instead of the parsley, loved it! Gonna make it for next weeks meals aswell

  • They make tofurkey pepperoni so any vegans could still make the pizza pasta, just add in daiya or something instead of regular cheese

  • I’m a new subscriber.
I’ve recently made pasta with veggies and mozzarella and it froze awfully that I had to throw it. I know for a fact now that I shouldn’t have added the mozzarella.
Would you please make a video about the foods that freeze well and those that don’t?

  • Felicidades por tu excelentes videos me encantaron y aprecio el esfuerzo y que pones el valor nutricional al final eso es lo que más me gusta, una nue a suscriptora mas, saludos desde El Salvador

  • Hey
Since we don’t use such a metric unit like oz in our country I don’t really know how much it is. Can somene pls help me with it?

  • So healthy and so yummy!!
Thank you for providing us these recipes. Please make some informative videos with that pink cartoon girl like before

  • never put cumin and pepper with tomato sauces tastes horrible and if the spaghetti you use produces too much starch (turns the water very white) its not good for one pot dishes use original Italian brands only.

  • Hey I don’t usually comment just wanted to let you know that I appreciate your videos a lot! Tons of creativity and information and very interesting to watch

  • Omg I usually hate when people do intros or stories before, but yours, I love!!! Just discovered your channel and it’s awesome!!! ❤️❤️❤️

  • I seriously love your channel! I have been watching your videos nonstop! So many great ideas, i cannot wait to add these to my family’s regular meal planning!

  • So I️ JUST made the taco one pot and holy. Cow. Was it delicious. I’m actually eating it fresh as I️ type, and I️ had to come comment because that how good it is. I️ subbed brown rice for quinoa and while it defiantly took a long time to make, the end restaurant was amazing. I️ ended up throwing some salsa and a 1/2 tablespoon of sour cream into mine and it. was. devine. Thank you for sharing this recopie.

  • Made the Pizza one pot tonight. Was not sure of the caned tomato size so I used a large can. It tastes like lasagna. It was really yummy! I put it in the oven that was warmed up at 170’F. I shut the oven off and a few hours later served it for dinner. Sitting in a warm oven made it even creamier. Cheese was like a baked layer all over the top. Thank you for a great Recipe. Now a favorite for my family. Serve with garlic bread.

  • The veggie pasta dish was out of this world!! I hadn’t read the entire recipe and didn’t realize it served 12. Glad I didn’t know that in advance because I was able to freeze some for a later meal. I can’t get enough of it! Thanks so much for sharing all these great recipes Alyssia!

  • You have a new subscriber!!! I love your recipes!! And your intros are so funny and I love your personality and video quality is great.

  • It’s hard to pick a favorite, but these are are so easy to customize. I love one pot meals so much and I have some protein and chick pea noodles that i want to make something with.

  • Absolutely fabulous the way you combine all the ingredients. I cook my meals in a similar way but always cook the pasta separate and then add to the pot with vegies and/or meat. I love one pot cooking. Really healthy and nutritious. If using rice instead of pasta would you put the rice in uncooked with the vegies or cook the rice first? Thank you for your super easy meal ideas.

  • I finally got to make the first pasta dish in the video! Made a few changes, but nothing major. SO GOOD. I tagged you on IG so you can see!

  • Love your videos, Alyssa! Just thought you should know though, in your veggie spaghetti recipe, you’ve labeled the zucchini “cucumbers”. I thought to myself, wow, cucumber in a hot pasta dish? Only Alyssa could make that work! Although zucchini makes more sense!

  • I LOVE this! Educational, healthy and funny! I also love how short and TO THE POINT your videos are. I can’t stand watching 10 minute videos on how to make overnight oats lol. I just found your channel an hour ago and am seriously loving it already. So much inspiration thank you!!!

  • Hi! You are new to my private list and I am fascinated with your videos and all that goes with it! On this last video I literally drulled without me noticing it, yummy! Can’t wait to try this. Thx so much for making it fun to watch. XX

  • I just want to let you know i made your taco quinoa recipe & topped it with avocado, it was so so good. Loved it!! It’s going on my weekly meal prep rotation for sure & my recipe book!

  • Ok….I legit just found you and I am absolutely obsessed, wonderful quality and great recipes! on every video I have watched, also I subscribed after watching the very first video I found (home made boba tea)! Thanks so much for sharing with us!

  • Im vegan and I love this video… I of course replace or take out the obvious. I really like how you show all the ingredients before cooking. I just screen shot it and there’s my grocery list in a picture

  • so basically you throw whatever ingredients you have into a pot cook it off and throw in some noodles with a liquid? can i use premade pasta sauce? and then just throw in whatever ingredients I have? love your videos!

  • are you tired of cooking meals? worried about it turning out bad? lazy to clean up after cooking preps? cook no more! just 3 steps to change your life. 1) rush to the restaurant, 2) order and 3) eat. no more cleaning up or cooking.

xD Jk, will try these recipes.

  • Must say you had me a bit weirded out by the “cucumbers” ( 0:47) you had listed for the spaghetti ingredient list.  Then as the recipe started you said they were zucchini!  LOL!  Well, THAT made more sense.  I know different countries will take a foreign dish an put their own spin on it and I wasn’t sure what country had created spaghetti blasphemy by adding cucumbers!!  LOL!!!!

  • I used to do these like way before yotube was around but didn’t think they tasted as good so I stopped. Maybe I should give it a try again.

  • Just want to let you know… I’ve probably watched 1-2 videos per day for the last two weeks straight. Your videos are EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for educational (backed by science and not trends), honest, and non-judgmental. I’ve been eating the garlic chicken rice bowl for the last week and I love it. I’m seriously addicted to your channel thanks so much for creating really high quality, informative content!

  • No no no! why are you are Americans have persuaded that you can cook pasta? you can’t! this dishes are crimes, kitchen crimes! Each plate looks overcook and not appealing at all! Love from Italy…

  • Could you show how to do 2 different pasta dishes for one week meal prep? One dish could be eaten on Monday and Wednesday and the other dish for Tuesday and Thursday? I like your videos because the instruction is quick and the ingredients are simple. I like to have no more than 5 ingredients for each dish. One dish could be a red sauce and the other sauce could be healthy but not a red sauce.

  • i think that the cucumber you mention at the ingredients of the 1st recipe is actually zucchini as you call it that later on. lively video by the way

  • This is one of the few channels where I’m subscribing just after the first video. These look great, actually easy, and actually good looking

  • Vegans, I have a question for you all:
If you’re trying to save the animals, why are you eating their food?

    (Bonus question)
Why do you not eat animal products such as, eggs, cheese, or milk?

  • I really enjoyed this video. So many of people who do healthy recipes either make it too expensive or to time consuming. This was just perfect <3
