If you’re working toward a weight-loss or health goal, ballpark eats might seem off-limits, but you can find plenty of healthy options. Here are 10 dietitian-approved tips to help you navigate ballpark eats.

  • Thank you for the good tips. I never knew that I would lose some of the health benefits from the steam escaping from my tea. I will definitely start covering it while it steeps. The veggie tip of letting them rest for 10 min is another one. I prep really fast when I’m fixing meals. I do need to start drinking more smoothies.     12g Powdered pb (50cal)
    20g of a protein powder (Mine is 75cal)
    32-40g chocolate almond milk (for sweet and choc) (17cal)

    Mash and mix in a bowl with a strong spoon until you get a cookie dough consistency.

    Optional Add some mini chocolate chips (5g adds 27cal)

  • She is correct on exercise being a man made activity. In the past, our fitness came from walking, running, crawling, foraging, fighting, lifting/moving things that get in our way. The modern world has given us many comforts and I am greatful for many of them. But, the same world took away the need to express our strength and movement. The gym is a necessity for many, but the outside world is good enough for the majority
