  • I just freeze low fat high protein milk for ice cream replacement. I aint drinking almond milk that shit expensive af.
Again, Im so glad most of these food are never included in my menu even when I was fat lol.

  • gurl u may look cough goo-gags “good” but you do realize this video is totally useless and won’t rlly help you with weight loss, especially that cake XD honestly sis. So if u plan to do this, go read a cookbook and study a bit lol. You cant just upload and act like you know everything about food without even taking a class dedicated to food XDDDD

  • Hey so I made the chocolate cake and it was pretty good I put it at 350 degrees because it didn’t say it in the recipe I would recommend putting in for about 25 or 27 minutes it is more of a fudgy style cake by the way

  • I love your video and the tips that you have offered are most appreciated but I must stress how harmful Diet Coke is for the body and most people that consume it are usually obese. I urge you to do some extensive research on Diet Coke and the highly harmful ingredients in it that make the entire concept of the drink a con. Full fat coke is full of sugar but is actually less harmful and fattening for the body then diet and diet is full of poison. X

  • I know this is a HEALTHY food swaps, not VEGAN food swaps..but i want to share something on this

Is that oatmeal on the end at 0:34? If that is oatmeal that would be a good choice
0:57 i suggest regular, organic coffee and if you don’t like it try adding alternative milk, but yea green tea is good too
1:17 nobody would want their sandwich soggy! i thought you would say to swap to avocado?
1:42 what about hummus? Some of those are vegan
2:02 popcorn looks like a good choice! Also homemade potato chips
2:22 No,Anything but broth! I would switch to vegetable soup
    2:39 thats the perfect choice!
2:51 yea, sparkling or not, water is still good for you as long if sparkling water doesn’t have sugar
3:07 no,NO! Also a no no for me,whole grain bread is better
3:30 looks delicious! But I also recommend whole grain wrap
3:41 yea fresh fruits are wayyy better
3:56 as long as you use stevia in moderation,is okay for you
4:23 this is the third no no for me,why not dairy-free ice cream or sorbet?!
4:46 fish seems like a good choice, but if your vegan or vegetarian switch to tofu
5:06 the forth NO NO for me,just like gelatin, jello is also made from animal bones, why not agar agar instead?

  • Thanks Joanna. Watching you from Italy. I tried almost your hiit WO. And I find them very effective. Plus healthy options ofcourse. More power to you.

  • I need to gain weight though, these are all about reducing intake of calories. This is about how to eat less food, not healthier food

  • lmao why did you use diet coke why not just for say, calci-trim milk and sugar lmao both are way healthier than diet coke, diet coke has sugar, preservatives, artificial fcking flavourings jeez go read a cookbook lol

  • Honestly I’m telling u this now…….. I lost SO much weight and if ur trying to lose weight but u still wannna snaCk….. GREEK YOGURT is your freaking bae. Like if it’s too sour add a little LITTLE bit of honey. So freaking good.

  • pft tbh this video wasn’t worth the effort, the “potato torilla chips” and just the normal chips are the same thing just cute different XD Anyone with a brain, logic, and a bit of comon sense would realize just to cut a potato, chuck it in the oven, and out come “healthy potato chips”. How nice. That cake is such a waste! And coke isnt much healthier than normal sugar XD. when you try hard but don’t succeed

  • This is so triggering and such misinformation. “Wapping 95 calories”??? Wapping? 95 calories is barely anything considering you need at MOST 2,000 a day to survive. This is terrible terrible info.

  • that broth just looks like water.. make some good old homemade soup just cook some veggies and season then and blend them together. honestly i’ve never had ready made soup it looks highkey nasty lol

  • me being french and a little overweight well i cant swap baguette the bread that all people from France eat it is like a rule to eat baguette

  • Diet Coke is also diabetes in a can cause it includes Splenda, Splenda is pretty processed sugar, better use stevia! In order to really lose weight is to COMPLETELY CUT SUGAR.

  • All unhealthy foods! Animal fats and proteins are healthy, all in this video is junk! Artificial sweeteners are bad for health, don’t you guys read anything!?

  • Hi good morning. Just saw an article on safari zoo run. Thought you may like to run with the animals.

  • Jello is filled with artificial colors and artificial flavors….you might be better off with a smaller slice of cheesecake made with real ingredients…but I will try the other stuff…and thank you so much for your clips….artificial flavors and artificial colors..if your body does not recognize it..it stores in your body and turns it into body fat…so does High fructose corn syrup and trans fats

  • Nobody in these comments has yet to say where on earth somebody has ever put diet Coke or fizzy soda in cake mix…

And is grill another word for stove wherever she’s from??

And does anybody in America use beans in tomato sauce??

  • When you add up all these small swaps they amount to huge deprivation when you consider that a majority of them are bland, tasteless substitutes. I don’t see how making all these changes wouldn’t lead to failure. I mean unless you like putting yogurt on your ham sandwi-lettuce wrap.

  • moving into a new place soon and I can’t wait to start fresh with healthy food and stop buying the absolute garbage Now if only I can get my bf to eat healthy with me

  • Does someone else also got anxious about the potatoes that came in a plastic AND with a black package inside too? Jesus Christ (I’m not a native English speaker so I don’t know the names)

  • I hope I’m in charge of what I eat:)

Me be like: Eats healthy and lost some pounds.

My parents: noticed made me eat a whole pot of white rice

  • I’m so glad that the replacement for red meat was fish and not chicken. I once gained 4kg in only one week when I ate chicken (and my skin died. As if I’ve put the oily chicken right onto my skin)
Although I won’t be able to afford fish xD

  • It everyone ate clean and stopped substituting this for that, you WOULD lose weight. When you substitute cauliflower mashed potatoes for real potatoes, you wont be satisfied for long and potatoes are real unprocessed food. Eat anything you or someone else can grow, or is found in nature. Period.

  • After cutting the fries/chips, parboil them so that they are cooked through but not falling apart. Stick them in the freezer until you are ready to cook, and add seasonings before baking. The result is a fulffier, crispier, chip/fry you can prepare in advance’

  • Ive made a swap from crisps To dried lavers since Ive switch them i cant eat crisps anymore i find them way to salty and when i eat them or try To eat a small bag i Feel horrible stomach burn

  • I eat my oatmeal with similar ingredients as you except I don’t cook the oats (instant oats does not need cooking). I blend everything including the seed and berries in a blender and let it sit in the fridge for 30 mins.

  • Love your hair! I didn’t know the rice in Singapore have chicken fat in em. Never heard of that before lol. You eat your oatmeal dry?

  • Thank you for the chocolate cake recipe! My dad doesn’t like vegan cake, and he doesn’t like chocolate cake, but this one, he loved!

  • My favourite is the oatmeal and banana pancake!! ❤️

    1. I’m also a sucker for MacDonald’s hotcakes.
    2. I’ve never tried making these before!! (I really want to try making those now!)
    3. I suffer from bloating too especially the week leading up to my period.

And that Chee Seng sesame oil minced chicken looks so good I’m gonna make some!

    crisps —> air-popped popcorn
    creamy soup —> broth
    dairy milk —> almond milk
    soda drinks —> sparkling water
    baguette —> bread/wrap/lettuce
    dried fruits —> fresh fruits
    sugar —> stevia
    dairy ice cream —> gelato
    red meat —> fish
    desserts —> jello

  • You can swap peanut butter in smoothies and things for powdered peanut butter which only has 50 calories for 2 Tablespoons instead of 200. You can also rehydrate it and use it like normal peanut butter

  • everyones complaining abt putting yogurt on savory foods while people from the middle east will literally put it on meat or rice and its amazing

  • My favourite swap would be the cauliflower rice! I’m trying to switch my diet to a high protein low carb one, so cauliflower rice would be absolutely perfect!!! The lettuce wraps look so good too!! Can’t wait to make them!!!

  • Life hack! If youre making homemade fries after you cut them up soak them in water for 20 mins. That will get out the access starch and make them crispier

  • sugar is not top causes of obesity’s… it is not good for you, but people don’t get fat only because sugar, and sugar dont cause diabetes, but sugar combined with fat.. screwing with our head, and make us eat more take for example spoon of sugar, eat it, and you will not want to dig it to get more, same with fatty cream if is not sweet, take 1 spoon, your head telling you NO… but mix it together, in creamy sweet whipped cream, and you cannot stop eating… same thing happens in Nutella… because it had similar ratio of too much sugar and fat, that you just can’t stop eating if you start…

  • or switch soda for kombucha!!! There are so many different flavors, varieties and levels of sugar. Plus helps with digestion in a way that sparkling water does not. Or drink apple cider vinegar diluted in water with honey added:-)

  • Obviously, I’m not sure what your degree is but it seems that you could be a fitness consultant and dietician. This could be your future business venture.

  • Meatza instead of pizza. I buy a pork loin, zero visible fat and ask for it to be ground. I add sausage seasonings then spread it out in a giant frying pan with a glass lid. When done I top with cheese, bell peppers and artichoke hearts.

  • excuse me my parents tell me to drink milk cause ill get my bones stronger and will increase calcium
HEY SAWP IT FOR ALMOND MILK that has NO calcium and will not help you grow EVEN THOUGH DAIRY MILK HAS THE GOOD FATS
you don’t need those nutrients AND calcium just eat nuts

  • My fave swap would be the quinoa chips! I am now in my 5th month doing the low carb diet and this video inspired me more to continue with my healthy lifestyle

  • So avoid diet pop because of “chemicals” and “artificial sweeteners”, but use stevia? You seem too misinformed to be making a video.

  • Thank you for this helpful video! love the visuals and getting straight to the point i was wondering your thoughts on Greek yogurt? I have been eating about 1/2 to 1 cup of plain unsweetened whole fat greek yogurt everyday. I also add raw honey to it, for weightloss is this not a good option? How much raw honey would be too much and should it not be consumed everyday?
