  • Please don’t buy into this shit! Just cuz it has lower calories doesn’t mean its healthy!! Id rather eat a homemade burger than a salad from McDonald.

  • As an Aussie we don’t have any idea of these products.
And plus u guys don’t know how to make a proper coffee…literally. If u want a proper coffee got to McCafe at ANY Australia McDonalds (or maccas as we call it)

  • I heard diet drinks actually make you fat
And when i can get my hands on the food featured on this list I’m gonna be happy (also im not going to subway for personal reasons)

  • I’m sorry… Did you say Starbucks and delicious coffee in the same sentence? That’s funny. Weak and bitter coffee is what you get there! How do they even manage that?

  • Wow either someone paid you do say all this or you have one of those people doing your research who is overweight and looking for excuses to still eat bad. Something that is not as bad as something else is not necessarily healthy by any means.

  • why do you chuck the bun, you might as well have chucked the whole lot its all crap bad for you processed full of gmo and unhealthy fats

  • Thin crust or pan, it’s still comes down to quantity… there’s simply less product on a thin crust than say a pan, but it’s always ounce for ounce the same calories just spread out over a larger area for thin.

  • I have a little hack for anyone craving a burger from McDonalds, or any other food joint. Just order said burger, and ask for no patty, no buns, no ketchup, no mustard, no onions, no tomatoes, and no lettuce.

  • Subway just get Italian herbs and spice bread, pepper-jack cheese, toasted, lettuce, banana peppers, sweet onion or honey mustard sauce thats all i get and the ladies go “thats it?” And i say “fuck yah thats it” okay no i dont say that but its a simple sandwich

  • Bwahahahahahahaha the veggie burger?!?! Its disgusting, hard and cold and im vegitarian. Just go to swamis, fat burger or other chains to get an impossible burger witch has heme to make it tastes irony and meaty like

  • So I lost Ive litterately put sooooooooo much time and effort into watching, likeing, and commenting on every video since I’ve been here! I subbed to PvP Nite and got u like 2 subs(which I know isn’t much but I went out of my way for this).Ive been ride or die with you babble top and I feel like u could of informed us.

  • Calories are not everything… Fast food has lots of chemicals (to make food fresh longer and taste better), that are making a lot of damage to your organs..

  • I would eat like half the tub of chicken from KFC… after looking back at it I’m still surprised I’m not fat cause if one wing is 500 calories then it’s a quarter of the calories a normal kid should have

  • Congratulations babble top on 100,000 subscribers! I have been a subscriber of your channel since 10 thousand! And have loved every video of your channel. I wish you all the best!

  • the bread is toxic. almost all of it likely has carcinogens such as azodicarbonamide that aren’t allowed in europe. fail. most of the vegetables aren’t for human consumption. kale isn’t for anyones consumption. cows can’t even eat that shit without getting sick. there is a reason its the worst tasting crap on the planet. Unhealthiest part of fried food?

  • Kids don’t believe this. It’s a lie. Even 300 kcal is alot for a tiny burger. I would rather have a big bowl of salad. Cuz I love them

  • I’m sorry… Did you say Starbucks and delicious coffee in the same sentence? That’s funny. Weak and bitter coffee is what you get there! How do they even manage that?

  • Fave drive thru options? Not drive thru but so freakin good… Mooyah Burger ✊… but Chipotle is the OG that always comes through for me 😉 Nice vid!

  • Almost every spot on this list isn’t healthy as you are claiming.

*Meals with lots of white bread, refined sugar, saturated fat, high quantities of sodium and cholesterol, the worst kind of preservatives, lack of vegetables and etc.

*A sandwich that is made of just the worst kind of white bread, the worst kind of cheese and ham or bacon is NOT healthy.

*Eating a pastry like croissant is NOT healthy, no matter what you put inside it.

*Peanut butter is NOT healthy, not even a diet or low calories version.

*Egg is NOT the only source of cholesterol. In fact, depending on the circumstances, egg is healthier than red meat.

*Turkey sausage is NOT healthy. In fact, every processed meat (ham, bacon, sausage, spam etc) is NOT healthy. And it’s not just because of the high quantities of sodium.

People who don’t know what’s really inside those meals/ingredients will believe that it is okay to eat these regularly.

  • Good video recording! Hereabouts at Y&S FOOD! we adore to discover this amazing contents. We create Travel & Food films too, world wide, and we are continually aiming for inspirations and perhaps vision. Thank You.

  • One problem. At least in my region, in different parts of my state, as of a few years ago McDonalds stopped carrying oatmeal that doesn’t have brown sugar.

  • So I lost Ive litterately put sooooooooo much time and effort into watching, likeing, and commenting on every video since I’ve been here! • so for the subway breakfast you should replace the egg because of the cholesterol for bacon? hmm…… not too sure about the health implications of that one…. any animal product is going to be much more unhealthy than something plant based!

  • I loved McDonald’s oatmeal but all the McDonald’s in my city (in Saskatchewan Canada) discontinued it! It was the only dairy free option

  • To be fair. I lost 100lbs and have kept it off for like 5 years so far. I would eat a chicken sandwich from McDonald’s like once or twice a month. Didnt really hurt my weight loss. You can eat something good every once in a while. If you dont eat small desserts or small portions of occasional fast food, you will get sick of dieting and fail..

  • It’s not rocket science. He had to choose between buns or fries. Maybe off season he wouldve had both. As long as it fits your macros to some degree you’ll be fine. If you get triggered over buns, just fucking work it off on the treadmill or skipping.

  • Great Video , but for my preference, I’m not a big into fast food or restaurant foods since the Macros is a guessing game of how many exact calories and also most of the stuff is processed foods. I love to use portability foods instead if I’m on the go, for example: Trail Mix, Ganola Bars, Welsh Gummies for my Vit C, Vit A, Vit E, and Raisens/Dried Apricot/Dried Blueberries.

  • why do you chuck the bun, you might as well have chucked the whole lot its all crap bad for you processed full of gmo and unhealthy fats

  • Who the hell eats at fast food places. First it’s shitty food, second those low wage workers that fuck around with your meal, spitting in it, not washing their hands after taking a shit etc. etc. Such a gross thing to be doing, not to mention to how low life it is to be eating in your car.

  • All you people do is complain, complain, complain about what to do and what not to do. Geesh Get a life! Nobody is going to be on this earth forever. Live a little.

  • You guys don’t give this guy a hard time, he probably will lose his job.The fitness and medical industry keep secrets on health, it’s a billion dollar business. If you keep searching you will find answers [ truth ] how simple it is to achieve great results. These people make it look like it’s hard and say it’s genetics. Distractions, misinformation, and confusing the public is part of their game.

  • You assholes keep making this series, its as simple as this:

    Pull up
    Grilled chicken sandwhich, no sauce
Throw out buns if u want
    Else enjoy

    Not rocket since retards

  • This guys a straight moron how is he giving nutritional advice? And how is he on youtube giving nutritional advice for a reputable channel?

  • Wow either someone paid you do say all this or you have one of those people doing your research who is overweight and looking for excuses to still eat bad. Something that is not as bad as something else is not necessarily healthy by any means.

  • Nothing is healthy at fast food places make sure it is always cooked whatever you get so no salad the workers do not get paid much and get treated like shit by management so they do not care about being clean so if its not cooked you will get sick.

  • Hi d2 na aq ang bago mong kaibgan.ang ganda ng content mo.slamat sa pgshre.aq ang una nkapsyal sa ktchen mo ah.sna mkapsyal ka dn s ktchen qo.slamat.

  • You guys actually are cringe… it’s better to waste the food off than having it to lose anyways in the gym. This is the proper way to eat fast food for cutting, just like any meal. Everyone is selfish in their own ways so don’t be a hypocrite

  • Thin crust or pan, it’s still comes down to quantity… there’s simply less product on a thin crust than say a pan, but it’s always ounce for ounce the same calories just spread out over a larger area for thin.

  • Tbh what’s the big deal with five guys it doesn’t have any specialty it’s just a burger the only thing good is that you can customize your toppings which I don’t even like in and out in my opinion is better and it’s way cheaper and more worth it

  • I have a little hack for anyone craving a burger from McDonalds, or any other food joint. Just order said burger, and ask for no patty, no buns, no ketchup, no mustard, no onions, no tomatoes, and no lettuce.

  • This guys a straight moron how is he giving nutritional advice? And how is he on youtube giving nutritional advice for a reputable channel?

  • I love this! Thanks for breaking down the nutritional info of the many different options. It’s so hard to find good, healthy options for fast food. Thanks so much for sharing!

  • “When you think of Starbucks you think of coffee, don’t you?”

No. I think atrociously sweet pseudo-cappucinos that are less appealing than crystal meth.

  • Bwahahahahahahaha the veggie burger?!?! Its disgusting, hard and cold and im vegitarian. Just go to swamis, fat burger or other chains to get an impossible burger witch has heme to make it tastes irony and meaty like

  • I don’t do drive through fast food often because it’s not too healthy! But this is a nice reminder that there are healthy options for that quick meal. All of these look yummy!!! Thanks Haile!

  • Tbh what’s the big deal with five guys it doesn’t have any specialty it’s just a burger the only thing good is that you can customize your toppings which I don’t even like in and out in my opinion is better and it’s way cheaper and more worth it

  • By the way, you can order the sandwich with no bun and they will put in a plastic container with a knife and a fork to make that easier.
