  • Yeah, like doctors know about diet. I followed an excellent diet as described here, but still I was mg deficient. I now use a mg spray as it is absorbed better this way.and I feel much better in myself.

  • It’s called “ practicing medicine “ for a reason. They are practicing ( experimenting)on you. If they don’t give you a prescription they don’t make as much money. They get a cut from big pharmaceutical companies.

  • Very cool! Hello I’m Luis from Miami, FL. First time watching your video! I’m a big magnesium user 500 mg x2 vitamins daily, plus all about 7-10 other vitamins. I also do a green vegetables juice i. The afternoon. Morning I do a fruit juice with about 3-4 different fruits at all times. Now I’m doing this before I’m a workout cardio and push-up fanatic, so far I feel great! I could probably get more sleep, but other then that I feel pretty good! Any recommendations?

  • Hello watching your video from macau…..i always experience muscle movement and numbness in my left upper back,im also iritated with loud sounds.

  • Low magnesium can affect the nervous system, try this test:
Hold out both hands at arms length in front of you. Are the arms and or hands/fingers moving slightly out of your control? This can indicate magnesium deficiency.
Taking a standard off the counter magnesium/calcium preparation daily for a few days may well reduce or iliminate these movements returning you to full control.
    Works for me.

  • I have been taking magnesium as a supplement for years and I still have a lot of those symptoms. I do not smoke and I exercise constantly.

  • Doctors in western medicin has no knowledge at all about nutrition. They learn in an afternoon and how much do you now about something you have no knowledge about?

  • This is not related to video.. I love all your context and had recommended your videos and contexts to many friends… had bought stuff from people who supports your channel so they can keep supporting you… So sad that I belonged to a keto challenge group for couple of months and I posted a funny meme that said a bad word and NO ONE said anything nor was I aware that it wasn’t aloud… was not disrespecting anyone just had the F word and instead of just removing the post and letting me know something I was kicked out of the group…. honestly so disappointed because the people there is amazing oh well guess this pandemic situation has everyone on the tips of the toes… blessings for you and your family… hope your team was a bit more professional

  • Doctors don’t know s*** about diet All these symptoms doctors would treat with medications never with magnesium or any other nutritional supplement. He must always be referring to remember always talk to your doctor so they can help you. For legal reasons

  • That was interesting about tuna having a lot of magnesium. By the way, that shelf behind you looks like it is about to fall off.

  • Ask your doctor to test you for magnesium and Vitamin D…you have to ask, don’t expect them to figure out an actual diagnosis without a pharmaceutical. I am a nurse and I don’t have a blind respect for GPs…I’ve seen too many lazy, uninformed ones. Ultimately you are responsible for your health. Doctors in the Western world are not into illness prevention, lol.

  • Sincwhen is a keto diet high in calcium? The only thing with some calcium is dairy, but unless you are eating 2 pounds of cheese every day, that’s barely enough to cover the daily minimum…

  • This problem has already been solved by Dr William Davis…. magnesium water.
Why are you pushing spinach (the oxalate king).
    Disappointed ‍♂️

  • Thomas….I hope you don’t mind but I wanted to place this bit of information here for those interested in learning about what is going on with a possible treatment o we can all eventually do a rush on our local, regional, state, and national officials to put it into play. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eha_XjGNKj4

  • Can you talk about things people like myself can do? Food that trigger histamine causes major issues for me. Almost immediately. It is horrible. I do IF and Keto.

  • So 1 mars bars
    2 pizza
    3 prawn cocktail crisps
    4 jalapenos (hot)
    5 biscuits (any)
    6 hotdogs
    7 cheeseburgers
    8 chips
    9 bread (white)
    10 cheese slices
    Thank me later

  • I don’t eat much grass-fed beef because I’m really poor and hard to swing it. But I have a big freezer stuffed with elk and deer. Is that ok for a replacement???

  • Low magnesium can affect the nervous system, try this test:

Taking a standard off the counter magnesium/calcium preparation daily for a few days may well reduce or iliminate these movements returning you to full control.
    Works for me.

  • Spinach and kale are so high in oxalates they’re dangerous. Look for the study on PubMed about a woman who knocked her kidneys out and wound up on dialysis from drinking green smoothies made with on kale

  • Blood magnesium levels only account for about 2% of your total magnesium. Meaning, blood tests are NOT accurate. You can still be severely deficient even if your blood Mag is normal because your body is smart enough to keep enough Mag in your blood to survive. Doctors are no help unfortunately. Do your own research.

  • experiencing muscle cramps form time to time especially my feet very hurt. doctor gave me only b complex but not effective i go to other doctor especially to nerve dcotor might they gave the right medication still b complex were given but not stopping my cramps. where did you see doing stretching while my legs bent lol only bec when i stretch my legs its absolutely cramping and i want to solve this prob of mine do you think im lack of magnesium. thank you

  • I was wondering about Epsom salt? I regularly put Epsom in my kids bath… do you think that it is actually absorbing into the body or providing any benefit? I have read many conflicting studies would love to hear your take on it!

  • Thank you for the much needed information. I listen to you on YouTube all the time and I am so thankful for you and you willingness to share your knowledge. Have a blessed day!

  • Comment #943: Dr’s are USELESS for anything other than Pushing $$ Pharma Pills.. Have Osteoporosis (age 50) and had to go elsewhere to find out about K2, Mag etc

  • I had insomnia for several weeks, read the advice about Mg and if I take around 500my a day, particularly about 200 the before bed with a glass of water, I sleep for 7 hrs…bingo…more energy for the coming day. Extra Mg works for me and it really does help constipation!!

  • I’m having tuna salad tonite. With tomato in romaine. I’m using Heinz mayo, evoo, tiny bit of minced yellow onion, bit of s+p, splash of white vinegar or pepper juice. I would use minced celery or celery seed if I had it

  • In the old days people used to have MgSO/4 as a purgative
periodically. Nowadays this practice has died down., perhaps
    because this practice could wash
out the natural flaura in the intestine resp. for production of
    B vitamins. However, perhaps
a pinch of MgSO 4 could be added to a smoothie. This should be consumed immediately, if kept to have later,it turns bitter.

  • Nope, don’t consult your MD. MD’s are not trained in nutrition and they cannot help you. Instead, consult a naturopath who is trained in nutrition and many other things that MD’s are not. They can help you to get and keep your body in balance because they are holistically trained. And unlike MD’s who treat symptoms with drugs, naturopaths get to the root cause and seek out a cure. Don’t waste your money on an MD because they cannot help you.

  • Right when I think I’m doing everything right, you drop this bomb on me… and it happens alllll the time! Can you make a video of “The perfect meal”? I need to know what meal to eat that I can get everything I need in!!!!

  • Lol at go to doctor. They will just give you xanax for your anxiety, ibuprofin for your muscle pain, statins for your cholestorol bloodpressure drugs and antacids for your reflux and kick you out with a hefty bill.

  • That was interesting about tuna having a lot of magnesium. By the way, that shelf behind you looks like it is about to fall off.

  • I remember someone who seemed well informed stating that to live long and healthily ; don’t see your doctor often, don’t take medication regularly and don’t fall!

  • Can you talk about things people like myself can do? Food that trigger histamine causes major issues for me. Almost immediately. It is horrible. I do IF and Keto.

  • Hi Tom
But are soil is so depleted of most nutrients that we need a supplement. I am a health PHD coach.I am now on carnivore eating program. For 6 month now I just add in 5 % carbs.70% fat @5 % protein.
NOT A DIE T A WAY OF LIFE!!
    Thank you
    Ron barnes

  • What is with the narrator constantly saying “see your Dr.”? Doctors rarely diagnose any of these symptoms correctly. They almost always write a script and suggest some horrible medication that causes side affects and more problems. I have NEVER had a Doctor talk to me about eating right or talking about my habits. This video could have been more helpful and enjoyable without mentioning the Doctor every single minute. Once at the beginning or end would have been sufficient.

  • Besides seed oils and sugar, spinach is one of the worst foods a person can eat, in my opinion. It’s because of the oxalates. Trust me on this one. Watch Sally K. Norton and Elliot Overton videos. I have been dumping oxalates for the past 6 months. Oxalate crystals are coming out of my skin, my eyes, bones, nerves, organs, muscles, etc…. It can hurt a lot. And it can be dangerous. Spinach is extremely high in oxalates. So is chocolate, which is what caused my high oxalates, because I LOVE chocolate!

A lot is learned from a blood test. It happened to me and I now have regular 3 month injection of B12, re sult, more energy and enthusiasm for each day.

  • @Thomas DeLauer The heat used in Dutch Processing denatures many of the beneficial compounds that make chocolate worth eating—other than for its taste—so if the goal is to just get magnesium at any cost a supplement is probably a more practical approach. Nice vids:)

  • Hey guys, I’ve been using Magnesium oil from Ancient Minerals. I rub it on my skin before bed. I heard that taking supplements may not get absorbed in the stomach so the skin is the best way to get magnesium! I just started it and I’m already feeling the effects.

  • Lol at go to doctor. They will just give you xanax for your anxiety, ibuprofin for your muscle pain, statins for your cholestorol bloodpressure drugs and antacids for your reflux and kick you out with a hefty bill.

It is an awesome exclusive product for understanding how to strengthen shoulder and hips minus the headache. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my friend at very last got great results with it.

  • Banana is high in potassium and if you are in stage 4 kidney disease, potassium will cause heart attack. Before I forgot, I would like to tell you if your GFR is below 30 percent you’re a stage 4 kidney disease and you can increase your GFR by using 1/2 tbsp of Baking Soda in a glass of water with an empty stomach in the morning and after 7 days have a blood test check your GFR so you can avoid dialyses.

  • Go to the doctors office: Look around and see new set a pens, pads & coffee cups. Now you know what drug from big pharma he’s pushing.

  • Avocado is very high in Oxalates canned Tomatoes too as well as a list of other foods.. Most leafy greens are as well. Oxalate crystals form and accumulate in the thyroid. Causing inflammation of the thyroid because it causes a disruption of iodine. So it’ll begin to enlarge and cause a goiter on your thyroid. Also Choose low Oxalate Greens that are Non Goitrogenic too. Flaxseeds are very high in Phytoestrogens not good for men. Be extra careful with these foods cause you can start to get small nodules on your thyroid that’ll enlarge with time and cause a goiter. This is what happened to me. And I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I know Thomas means well. But a lot of these foods can do more harm than good.

  • Supplements hardly get into the body. Angstrom minerals (magnesuim) goes right into your cells. Bypass the stomach. And of course the foods.

  • I’m looking smaller in the mirror. Home workouts just aren’t cutting it for chest & legs. Wish I’d remembered to buy glutamine, that helps retain 30% more muscle I believe.

  • “Let your food, be your medicine” Hippocrates, The Father of Medicine…..Yep eat ACTUAL food that has what your body needs to function, do some moderate exercise, drink more water, and meditate-not medicate.

  • No offense but I need to correct your misguided advice regarding seeing a doctor, in the U.S., more specifically. So my experience working along side doctors in healthcare for the past 30 years is that….are you READY for THIS REVELATION!
Doctors know NOTHING about Nutrition, you’re better off just watching YouTube, really! Trust me, I know from personal experience, I know more about nutrition than my doctor!!!

Let’s have insurance and healthcare reform now, it’s way past due and too many people are dying to know the TRUTH!
