Coach Alexia Lewis is a registered dietitian and licensed (FL) dietitian / nutritionist who believes life is better with science, humor, and delicious food. She is an engaging health and wellness speaker, published nutrition author, and ACE certified health coach and personal trainer.

After surviving a heart attack in 2007 and battling with her weight for most of her adult life, she changed her career to spread the word about how food choices and activity can influence health.

Alexia specializes in coaching people who are ready to ditch the diet mentality and shift their focus away from the scale. Her expertise is in finding you the realistic, flexible, small-steps that you can fit into your unique and crazy life. She is a no-nonsense coach with a non-traditional approach to health improvement and weight management.
