1. Declare your mission Get clear on your own health or fitness goals first, and then find like-minded friends, relatives, coworkers, or acquaintances.Together you can support, motivate, and inspire each other. 2. Pick your tribe carefully Fill your Fitness Tribe with people who are supportive and positive.You want people who will show up when you make workout plans, stay upbeat when things. Especially, the fitness enthusiasts who WANT what you have to offer and WANT to join your TRIBE. But, you have to start somewhere. And, developing your BRAND, and what it stands for, is “ground zero” for the process.

What Tribal Leaders Know. In the end, Tribal leaders within the fitness business know this principle to be TRUE. Telling people you have this great common goal that you want everyone to join in on is not enough. To create a fitness tribe of followers around the goal you must first embody the goal yourselves. Having an example set and seeing first-hand how they can start contributing to the goal will make it easier for members to start buying in. need; and let them know that you’re available if they need help.

9. Create Rituals. Share a meal together, a workout, recipes, or just meeting up somewhere special to spend time together. Do things that are unique to your tribe. 10. Create a Virtual Tribe.

Use social media like Facebook to invite friends to a support group online and keep. So much so that they offer several opportunities to find your tribe. For example, there’s Nike’s in-person run clubs and fitness-friend-finding function on the NRC app, as well as Strava ’s new online community feature and Athleta ’s welcoming fitness studio and Power of She campaign. Hey Tribe!

Here’s your “Work Out Wednesday Number 1” this is the first installment of what will be weekly follow along workouts! Combine a warm up, a workout and a finisher and you’ve got. Even the experience you hear from others does not have to be enough. You need to see with your own eyes and feel with your senses. Then you will know.

  • I haven’t been able to go to the gym as often as I did before the pandemic…so working out with you has been just a marvelous experience. Last summer I was in severe pain with sciatica in BOTH my legs. I was in excruciating pain after a very long two day drive. My sister in law recommended HAS Fit and it seemed a miracle but over night so much of my pain was gone. Ever since then I’ve been a HAS fit fan, doing your senior workouts a few times a week. I also am 73 years old and your senior exercises and stretching routines are just what I need. Keep them coming…I enjoy both of you. Coach, you have a very wonderful way with people. You are gentle end a marvelous coach. Claudia, I love your voice and how the two of you interact with each other. I wish you both good health and a long life of living and loving.

  • I’ve been struggling with ab workouts since coming down with ulcers (but doing alot lately to get rid of them on my own; drinking aloe, kombucha, fermented foods etc). Most ab workouts make it feel like they’re gonna bust open! These feel very effective but gentle. Thank you so much!

  • I have been doing the exercises for two weeks and feel a difference around my back and top half you can also see the difference in your clothes. I will keep joining in with the exercises and cant wait to see what the difference will be in a month. Coach and Claudia very nice. I like that the timer is on because you push yourself to finish each exercise.

  • Love your channel and videos man. I also am in Maryland but not that close to you. You, AlphaDestiny, and METAL N’IRON are my favorite channels for workout advice. I also like spoof channels. I used to believe bodybuilding was the way to go but Strongman style training and Powerlifting are the way to go, much more fulfilling to chase strength goals while improving one’s physique.

  • I’m a week into one of Brian’s personalized programs and it has pushed me more than any other workout I have ever done both physically and mentally. The giant sets gets you in and out of the gym while knowing you left it all in there, the workouts aren’t easy but I didn’t want easy I wanted to push my body to its limit. Brian has been great with answering questions very quickly even though I’m sure he is a busy guy. Anyone looking to increase their strength and size while still being agile and having great conditioning get one of these programs you won’t regret it!!!   • Due to the stay at home rule, and my having knee and back problems all the sitting I have been doing is not healthy for my 75 year old body. I found this exercise and I like both the coaches and I can do the movements that work for me. I never exercise and have finally decided to do something. I am grateful for this routine.

  • Love this Abs workout. I end up quiting many Abs exercises because my lower back hurts too much to keep it up. But I was able to complete this work out “easily”. Haha. I wasn’t expecting too much for a 13 min workout but I felt the pain the next morning! It truly surprised and delighted me! Love all your workouts! Very happy I found this channel!

  • I just discover this HASFit some exercises were very good but other were outright dangerous for seniors. You never add pressure to their knee to hyperextend the joint (above or below but never on the knee). Nor do they ever instruct the participants to pull their belly buttons in for back support. Also in the senior industry do you ever take both legs off the floor in a sitted position at the same time as most participants don’t have the ab or back strength to preform the exercise correctly. As I said earlier I did like some of they exercises. I’m planning on checking out other video
