  • love the idea but would like it to be digital so I can look at it on my phone, computer, tablet and so on. Food is honestly a nightmare in my house… We end up ordering in most of the time since im not that good at cooking and my boyfriend doesn’t know what to do to help me in the kitchen. We also have a small kitchen and cooking anything in there is a hassle and not enjoyable in the least. I want to reduce my waste from ordering food and also eat more healthily. It so difficult to do and takes time. I tried doing a journal for my personal things but I cant seem to find the time to do that either. There aren’t enough hours in the day!!!

  • This is great! Very organized and great ideas about how to pick recipes, think about time savers, leftovers, and using resources! As a nutritionist, 100% approve!

  • Diet plan from NextLevelDiet is so simple that everyone can follow it. No buzzwords, no bullsh*t, no pussyfooting. Only clear directions and instructions. Losing fat is easier than ever.

  • I was very skinny and after changing my diet I finally started seeing results. I didn’t know anything about training and diet, but my friend told me for the website called NextLevelDiet and I just followed their diet and training plan. They have amazing tips 😉 check it out

It’s pretty important cause I know they are rich but they could be really special or like from ur great grandma. So don’t make a fuss about it.

  • you did 180 on your original path, and you are becoming forgettable BS due to your managers and the pop BS path you’re trying to pursue….I mean wtf!!! did you all forget that She’s kinda hot?!

  • You don’t want to lose weight, you want to lose fat. By following stupid diet plans, I was primarily losing muscle mass. Oh god, how dumb I was? You only need correct diet and some kind of training, and the best thing is that you can find both (and much more) on website called NextLevelDiet.

  • I meal plan and prep. We are a family of 4 ( the littles are 5 and 2) and our budget is close to 1000 a month! I bargain/bulk shop. We cook with a lot of chicken and ground beef to cut cost. We don’t snack so no money on chips, crackers etc. My husband supplies wild game. We eat leftovers. We don’t drink coffee or soda. HOW in the world are families eating on smaller budgets?? I am genuinely curious! HELP! what are y’all cooking? Where do you shop?

  • Love your shopping and meal planning way of doing things. I create my shopping list based on the area of the store as well. Saves a lot of backtracking throughout the store. Meal planning keeps me on budget and keeps those quick stops at a drive thru to a rare occasion for me. Love!!!

  • I’m a year late to this video, however, I’m so thankful meal planning isn’t limit to any time, month or year and that i can start anytime. I really enjoyed watching your video here, however, I feel like the content from the video assumes that one lives either by themselves. However, that isn’t my case and it’s something I constantly struggle with when it comes to meal planning. I was wondering if I could get advice from you about how to meal plan when I don’t live alone. Right now, I currently still live with my parents and four other siblings. I am the oldest so it feels weird to me to meal plan for just myself. I do most of the grocery shopping for the whole family as well because none of my family members work stable jobs. Yet, I really want to start on meal prep and learn, so when I move out I can have the habit developed already. I’ve thought about buying separate groceries for my family and just for myself because I do work a 40 hour/week job and need all three meals per days. But, is it too much? I look forward to hearing from ya and anyone else who might be able to help!

  • Thank you for the recommendation to onceamonthmeals.com. I love to keep a few freezer meals on hand for those days when things get a little crazy, lol. Have you ever heard of MealBoard? It’s a meal planning app. I have been using it for several years now and it really has saved me a lot of time and money. Getting started takes some time because you import all of your favorite recipes from various websites but once you do that its great. You can build a menu for a week, add recipes to eat day, then sync your meal plan to your shopping list. It makes up a shopping list organized into categories, dairy, frozen etc. I usually just go through my freezer and cabinets to see what I have on hand for that’s week list and check them off before I leave for the store.

  • Way too complicated and time-consuming. I use an app called Any List. It has so many awesome features. From saving and organising recipes and shopping lists to just having lists in general. It has seamless sync across devices. The time spent setting up a binder would be the same as watching a few videos on how to use the app, after that you will never use a pen and paper ever again. It’s all in your pocket all the time. It also links to Alexa so I just open my fridge and cupboards and tell her what to add to my shopping list.

  • Family of 7 of whom there are 4 adult boys and boy how much they eat my budget is €150 per week but I’m always hitting the shops for milk bread etc as if I bulk buy it goes off and my freezer isn’t big enough

  • Instead of buying kcups, which is expensive and don’t biodegrade in landfills, get a reusable coffee pod. Then you can buy coffee grounds or freshly grind your own beans. Cheaper, environmentally friendly, better coffee at home. The work is worth it. Husband is pushing me to just get kcups but I cant handle the price and the kcups in the trash, my mom uses her used kcups for growing seedlings and the used grounds for her compost but I’m not a gardener.

  • Kim: Don’t copy me! I have warned everyone that I will come for them, if they even dare try to copy anything that I am doing this holiday season.
Me: What Mom! Oh, you want me to hang our 18 year old Christmas lights right now? Ok.

  • We just vacuum seal our meals in Mason Jars and they stay good for 2 weeks to a month in the fridge so I don’t really have to do this every week. I have a meal plan for once a month that I do and a small inventory list for our meats that are Vaccum sealed and freezed (I do this about 2-3 times a year) as well as an inventory for some other things like Baking Soda, oils, etc. I set aside one day out of the month to prep/Cook our meals and they’re all ready to be warmed up whenever we’re hungry. We also don’t eat scheduled meals (only when we’re hungry) so no need for me to have a “menu”. I just pick what looks good to eat in that Mason Jar

  • I searched “planning family meals” and found this video. Thank you for sharing your ideas. I was trying to create something similar to the grade school monthly menu I use to see in elementary, middle, and high school so I could have meals ready during my full-time schedule in college and work but also for our family. I’m learning to organize and prep for a busy agenda and this was very helpful. You Rock!

  • I’m almost a year late but I’m glad I finally stumbled upon this video. I bought your budget by paycheck workbook last year and I have been using it all year and I love it. I’ve been meal planning for years but I think I’d like to have a book like this to keep it in.
