• I try to take a lot of steps each day and walk upstairs, and I go to the gym most weekends with my son, Ben; we lift weights, jog a bit, and hang out in the sauna before dunking in an ice-cold pool.

  • Sezzy, I really need help! I am trying so hard to go dairy and gluten free because I’m intolerant to both. ‍♀️ I cannot find good recipes that are alternatives for comfort food! Please help!!

  • Jose just don’t forget that you can’t force your body to gain so much of the right weight (muscle) just within 12 weeks. Your body has A Max of what it Can build in terms of muscle. IF you just increase your cals because you want to see gain in weight ur just Gonna see gain in fat.

  • This morning, i used redbull instead of water
to make my coffee. After 15 minutes driving
on a highway, i realized i left my car at home

  • The realistic is you gain 2 pound of muscle in a month. Or if you are advanced lifter, 1 pound of muscle in a month should be realistic

  • Do you already put into practice any of the tips I discussed in this video? If so, let me know which one(s). If you don’t, why not? I look forward to your answers:)

  • I personally do not like the intro just because it seems staged every time. But no shade! All love. I seriously LOVE all of your content! Keep up the good work!

  • If you’re going to eat the peel, try to always buy organic if you’re not eating the peel, it’s not as important If you can’t afford to buy organic, then buy produce marked from Mexico because they use fewer chemicals.

  • Hi Savanna! I wanted to know if you can help me… I need to get lean. Specially in my lower body. I always build muscle there. Which I don’t want to. Im gonna start spinning clases when corona virus problem is under control. But I need some advice.
I am vegetarian and trying to eat mostly plant based

  • Your videos are always so entertaining! I hate cardio but I’ve been trying to take advantage of time outside to teach my body to enjoy cardio and it’s actually been going really well! I discovered I love biking! Running is still a struggle but we will get there. Thanks for the ideas for lifting at home, I needed that. I’ve been focusing on body weight exercises just so I am at least staying active and using my muscles. You’re the best!

  • Wanna go on a cut and drink too? It’s simple. Eat almost nothing and get all of your calories from drinking Okay bad advice. I went through a brief period of alcoholism. Did cut down on my weight significantly though.

  • Always interesting content from this channel. This episode made me thinking elite athletes training volumes in different sports. We who follows CF elite has quite good picture about how they train and how much. Would be interesting to see volumes for example track&field world champion, Christian Colemen (100m) volumes next to Mat Fraser volumes? Of course totally different sports and training for 100 m dash is totally different than training for the games. Decathlon champion versus Mat or Tia or any other elite sports would be very interesting to see. Could other sports learn something from elite crossfit training?

  • Jose im from Iran and I want to say thank you for being an inspiration to me. I look up to you for my everyday life. Much love bro and congrats on 1mil:)

  • The intro is you! Wouldn’t change a thing

Alsowondering, do you have thick hair?? I loveeee it but mine is pretty thin and I feel it’ll look dull and flat if I try something like yours

  • SEZZY, can you share your workout playlist?!?! let yo sistaas in girl i am so curious what gets your fire fuelled for your killer gym sessions!!!!

  • With that organic foods tip, I find that if you peel the food and it has a hard skin eg oranges, then you don’t need to get organic, but if you don’t peel the food or it has a soft skin eg kiwi fruit & cucumber, you should get organic. If you’re juicing or using the skin of usually peeled foods, then you should also get those organic whether it’s permanent or just a one-off:)

  • Love that you shop at the farmers market so much! Noticed all the plastic bags though and especially since you do go so often though, would be worth buying some cloth net bags. breathable so produce last longer and no plastic 😉

  • You should come out with a cookbook with all of your favorite recipes! Cooking and eating is the hardest thing to change for me because I love food and there’s so much I don’t want to give up

  • This is exactly what I needed to hear!! I have also been terrible at being healthy the fast few weeks and am just now getting back on track. This blog was literally EVERYTHING I needed to hear! thank you thank thank you!! You are forever my inspiration!!!

  • That is great advice!! I’ve been doing a lot of yoga to give my mind a fresher. Working out sometimes can be an overload! Start slowly<3

  • I haven’t worked out in weeks too because I was busy moving into my college apartment so I just didn’t have time to go to the gym!! But now I’m feeling really motivated to get back on track

  • Does anyone know what she drinks pre workout? I remember in older videos Sezzy said she drank coffee! How did she used to drink it? (I’m trying caffeine as a PWO) thanks!!!

  • Ahhh needed this video! I’m currently on holiday and I’ve stopped my paleo diet & haven’t been to the gym in 2 weeks either! Now I’m actually looking forward to getting home and getting into a good routine again

  • With th trope aka proteins which is better the pump or lean, I want to burn fat but put on lean muscle. I did msg them weeks ago but haven’t heard back, cheers.

  • ok but kurt picking you up and you just continuing on with the video like nothing happened made my life

also in the biggest rut right now, the only thing i’m doing ok with is eating but i haven’t trained regularly in weeks and my sleep is soooo bad this was super encouraging though, thanks sezzy

  • Sezz, can you do a video on how to stay motivated during the winter? I live in the Northeastern United States where it is cold or snowing 7 months out of the year. I find it really easy to stay motivated when it’s warm but as soon as winter hits everything goes downhill.

  • I needed to hear this. I’ve been feeling guilty with not running outdoors. I’m keeping my food the same pretty much the same and doing YouTube workouts in my basement. The being at home for long periods of time is hard on my anxiety and not being able to see my friends or family makes me lonely. Keeping in contact with texts and calls helps.

  • Can I work for you? I currently live in Texas, but I want to move to Australia. I have a history in health. I majored in Communications with a minor
in Food and Nutrition. I’ll do anything you
    ask, PLEASE
    let me work for you.

  • First of all, I want that sweatshirt. Second this video was sooo relatable! I’m feeling very unmotivated lately. High stress job that’s making me just want to sleep, watch Netflix, and eat junk on my days off. Feeling very blobby and don’t know how to get back to a healthy lifestyle.

  • Love your vids and really want to buy your ebooks but the app isn’t available on Canadian App Store:( is there anyway I can still buy it

  • I’m not gonna lie though, you are the whole reason I got into health and fitness……but what happened to ‘every three days’, what happened to ‘no soy’, where is the next podcast?, it’s starting to really get me down:(

  • oh my goodness sezzy i really hope you don’t listen too much to the people telling you to eat gluten and dairy and that 2 weeks off the gym is no big deal lol…. there’s a difference between having an intolerance and restricting yourself from food!!! if i eat gluten it’s not worth the 2mins of satisfaction for how much discomfort im in afterwards… it’s not that im being restrictive i’m being nice to my body and not giving it things it can’t break down properly. and 2 weeks off the gym is basically 2 weeks off your routine/schedule. it’s a long time when it’s something you wake up and do every single day for years. love you and your channel and hope you don’t think everyone thinks that way!! you’re an amazing role model for young girls who have similar dietary issues and can see from your channel that they’re still able to enjoy foods while “listening to your body” and not having gluten or dairy or soy or whatever it may be. thanks for all love, light, and positivity you bring into the world!!!

  • Thank you my point exactly eat more! Once again the “right foods”. Verbatim what I wrote last week, And so I did take into account your matbalizim. You are getting this, congrats. But really your in grate shape as it stands now and yes 10/15 lbs of more “muscle wieght”would be impressive gains. Keep in mine this takes, longer then viewers may know. Most smart U tube Fitness vloger’s will agree. This can take up to years. Were not all payed athletes/models.

  • I LOVE your intro and the music paired with it. It reminds me of Cali, summertime, and it’s so cute. Please don’t change it! W/ love from Wisconsin:)

  • Hey Ben, I work in construction and I get in about 55 to 60 hours per week. By the time I get home every day I feel beyond physically taxed and I’m down in the southern states where it is very hot often. How many days per week realistically do you think I could pull off going to a CrossFit gym and partaking in the program.

  • Good broadcast but those numbers for Jalen Hurts were wayyyyy off. Jalen never benched over 350.. certainly not 500lbs. The deadlift and Squat also way off. Not to take away from the point of the reference.
