Getting 7-8 hours (or more) is actually really good for you.

Jose just don’t forget that you can’t force your body to gain so much of the right weight (muscle) just within 12 weeks. Your body has A Max of what it Can build in terms of muscle. IF you just increase your cals because you want to see gain in weight ur just Gonna see gain in fat.

I discovered I love biking! Running is still a struggle but we will get there. Thanks for the ideas for lifting at home, I needed that. I’ve been focusing on body weight exercises just so I am at least staying active and using my muscles. You’re the best!
Wanna go on a cut and drink too? It’s simple. Eat almost nothing and get all of your calories from drinking Okay bad advice. I went through a brief period of alcoholism. Did cut down on my weight significantly though.
Always interesting content from this channel. This episode made me thinking elite athletes training volumes in different sports. We who follows CF elite has quite good picture about how they train and how much. Would be interesting to see volumes for example track&field world champion, Christian Colemen (100m) volumes next to Mat Fraser volumes? Of course totally different sports and training for 100 m dash is totally different than training for the games. Decathlon champion versus Mat or Tia or any other elite sports would be very interesting to see. Could other sports learn something from elite crossfit training?

With that organic foods tip, I find that if you peel the food and it has a hard skin eg oranges, then you don’t need to get organic, but if you don’t peel the food or it has a soft skin eg kiwi fruit & cucumber, you should get organic. If you’re juicing or using the skin of usually peeled foods, then you should also get those organic whether it’s permanent or just a one-off:)

Sezz, can you do a video on how to stay motivated during the winter? I live in the Northeastern United States where it is cold or snowing 7 months out of the year. I find it really easy to stay motivated when it’s warm but as soon as winter hits everything goes downhill.
I needed to hear this. I’ve been feeling guilty with not running outdoors. I’m keeping my food the same pretty much the same and doing YouTube workouts in my basement. The being at home for long periods of time is hard on my anxiety and not being able to see my friends or family makes me lonely. Keeping in contact with texts and calls helps.

First of all, I want that sweatshirt. Second this video was sooo relatable! I’m feeling very unmotivated lately. High stress job that’s making me just want to sleep, watch Netflix, and eat junk on my days off. Feeling very blobby and don’t know how to get back to a healthy lifestyle.

oh my goodness sezzy i really hope you don’t listen too much to the people telling you to eat gluten and dairy and that 2 weeks off the gym is no big deal lol…. there’s a difference between having an intolerance and restricting yourself from food!!! if i eat gluten it’s not worth the 2mins of satisfaction for how much discomfort im in afterwards… it’s not that im being restrictive i’m being nice to my body and not giving it things it can’t break down properly. and 2 weeks off the gym is basically 2 weeks off your routine/schedule. it’s a long time when it’s something you wake up and do every single day for years. love you and your channel and hope you don’t think everyone thinks that way!! you’re an amazing role model for young girls who have similar dietary issues and can see from your channel that they’re still able to enjoy foods while “listening to your body” and not having gluten or dairy or soy or whatever it may be. thanks for all love, light, and positivity you bring into the world!!!

Hey Ben, I work in construction and I get in about 55 to 60 hours per week. By the time I get home every day I feel beyond physically taxed and I’m down in the southern states where it is very hot often. How many days per week realistically do you think I could pull off going to a CrossFit gym and partaking in the program.
Good broadcast but those numbers for Jalen Hurts were wayyyyy off. Jalen never benched over 350.. certainly not 500lbs. The deadlift and Squat also way off. Not to take away from the point of the reference.
Muscle gain messes up the body fat percentage calculation so if are doing all this training you might be gaining more muscle than the scale says…

First of all, I want that sweatshirt. Second this video was sooo relatable! I’m feeling very unmotivated lately. High stress job that’s making me just want to sleep, watch Netflix, and eat junk on my days off. Feeling very blobby and don’t know how to get back to a healthy lifestyle.

I’m not gonna lie though, you are the whole reason I got into health and fitness……but what happened to ‘every three days’, what happened to ‘no soy’, where is the next podcast?, it’s starting to really get me down:(
oh my goodness sezzy i really hope you don’t listen too much to the people telling you to eat gluten and dairy and that 2 weeks off the gym is no big deal lol…. there’s a difference between having an intolerance and restricting yourself from food!!! if i eat gluten it’s not worth the 2mins of satisfaction for how much discomfort im in afterwards… it’s not that im being restrictive i’m being nice to my body and not giving it things it can’t break down properly. and 2 weeks off the gym is basically 2 weeks off your routine/schedule. it’s a long time when it’s something you wake up and do every single day for years. love you and your channel and hope you don’t think everyone thinks that way!! you’re an amazing role model for young girls who have similar dietary issues and can see from your channel that they’re still able to enjoy foods while “listening to your body” and not having gluten or dairy or soy or whatever it may be. thanks for all love, light, and positivity you bring into the world!!!

But really your in grate shape as it stands now and yes 10/15 lbs of more “muscle wieght”would be impressive gains. Keep in mine this takes, longer then viewers may know. Most smart U tube Fitness vloger’s will agree. This can take up to years. Were not all payed athletes/models.

Hey Ben, I work in construction and I get in about 55 to 60 hours per week. By the time I get home every day I feel beyond physically taxed and I’m down in the southern states where it is very hot often. How many days per week realistically do you think I could pull off going to a CrossFit gym and partaking in the program.
Good broadcast but those numbers for Jalen Hurts were wayyyyy off. Jalen never benched over 350.. certainly not 500lbs. The deadlift and Squat also way off. Not to take away from the point of the reference.
