  • The fact that you claim being natural is ridiculous,you can live a thousand years and train every day of your life and you won’t have those muscles the natural way, you’re just confusing people.

  • Wow amazing the both of you are a inspiration giving us natural guys hope. I’m about to turn 40 this year and have been natural all my life. Just recently I have developed mild idiopathic scoliosis about four years ago. It’s has been a journey adapting to certain exercises I cant do any more. Vic I had a quick question I have noticed that recently doing a four day split 12 sets for large muscles and 9 for small. I am having a hard time recovering from the workout. I’m thinking of transitioning to 3 times a week full body with cardio on rest days with my physical therapy exercises. Vic what are your thoughts?

  • That’s so true. I’ve been bodybuilding over 14 years. Yeah, steroids will get you bigger faster, it will give you a more defined look, but at extreme cost. Even if you have a major in a medical degree, lik, let say a pharmacist or a medical doctor, and that, you the steroids as safe as your knowledge, and you think you can getaway without any harm to your body, you’re more dumb than those who use steroids that have a far less education about the human body and steroids. Also, it’s true that your body really doesn’t need powder proteins or supplements, or all the crap these bodybuilders and articles say that you absolute need these things to get big, which is so not true. Like, a good healthy protein shake once a day is fine, but not like 3 or 4 a day with 6 to 8 meals a day. I know and most of you know the foods that are healthy, and gives nutrition to our body to build new muscle tissues, which is plenty enough for your body to grow more muscle. You don’t need supplements to grow muscle. Trust me, it’s a waste of a lot of money, really. Basically, pne protien shake a day is all you need. Your body doesn’t need as much protein that most people say. What I do, is that, I listen to what my body is telling me. For example, I’ll eat when my body tells me, because that’s when my body is telling me that it’s ready to digest food, because it speeds up the metabolism and it will digest more of the nutrients in the food. But like he was saying, that most of the crap we here about bodybuilding is mostly false. I never seen much of a difference when I used supplements and without. So, that saves me a lot on money. Supplements is a scam, so, don’t throw away your money, unless it’s a good protein powder. Bodybuilding is all about patience. If you try to eat as healthy as possible, stay completely away from sugar, train hard, give your body time to rest and heal etc, you will build muscle slowly, but eventually, you’ll get to the size you set your mind on, and not let anything distract you, you’ll get to your goal.

  • The cool thing about Vic is that he looks very athletic, very symmetrical so to speak. It means that you can combine that frame with other athletic endeavors, have grace, and flexibility, not like the pure bodybuilders who actually scare girls, and have no real athletic ability for other sports, slow, and look ridiculous when dancing.   • I find this hard to believe in all honesty. So you are big and lean, and have the physique of a roided guy, but you tell us that you are natty, and that you have been lifting for 30 years non stop. That is your “alibi”.
    And as unlikely as that sounds, let us say that we believe you, but now you tell us that you have a brother with the same roided-like physique, but he is natty too? common man, dont treat us like stupids… Do you understand how unlikely it is that you never stopped going to the gym for 30 years? I have a brother, we have been going to the gym for 11 years, on and off(gaining and losing muscle), my friends same thing, on and off, the people I know from the gym the same, on and off, so what are the odds that 2 brothers go to the gym for 30 years non stop and look shredded and muscular like a roided person? not buying this fairy tale

  • Great understanding of what the purpose of each muscle is. He then trains the muscle accordingly. One must understand where a muscle originated and what direction the muscle flows to reattach to the skeletal system and apply resistance from that direction.

  • Not many can be that lean and hold that amount of muscle, it’s hard work and dedication but also genetics and naturally high levels of T and proper Estrogen levels. Nobody is saying you guys don’t work for it but I’ve been at it for 35 years and have never achieved the results that you consider achievable for anyone.

    torn rotator cuffs.

  • What a beast. You guys are both jacked. Does he train in a similar fashion as you? I mean this in the nicest way but you don’t train like the average person. You have a unique style and perspective to bodybuilding and I’m wondering if there is a lot of overlap between the way you guys train or if you have different approaches? Do you give him advice or does he give you advice?

  • I have adopted Vic’s method of not counting reps, but rather, feeling the muscle contract and going to failure on every movement. It has helped me immensely.

  • Hi Vic i will never understand the use of drugs in the gym, i started lifting when i was 26 never touched a drug ever and managed to bench press 380 lb for two reps 10 years ago i still train 4-5 times a week @60 and love every minute of it

I injured my back 8 years ago cause of heavy weight, I was young an stupid… now I know I can do it in a good healthy way and look even better than before… It’s not about weight It’s about the way u lift it and feel it… I just needed this motivation to start again so thank you so much 4 that, I will continue watching your vids and subscribe right away!   • Compared to other VS shoes in the past this one fell short. It didn’t seem like the same amount of effort was put into it. And it’s a shame because the models were all on point. Like what the hell was that last model wearing a trash bag? Smh I enjoyed the models and of course Rita Ora ♥️

  • Question for ya VicI couldn’t help but notice how absolutely cut your shoulders/back are, and whole body for that matter. What kind of workouts would you recommend to burn fat and become more toned. Cardio, plyometrics, both? What’s best in your opinion?

  • really good video and training in this way should alleviate risk of injury, but it’s no good for ego lifters. I can’t help wondering whether Vic has a natural myostatin deficiency because he seems to be hyper muscular.

  • Vic is your right bicep peaked as much of right, obviously genetic biceps, you have great mind muscle connection when you curl, when I curl with my left side I feel way more connection then right,,its a higher peak,,but I’m a traditional archer who has been shooting for 40 years so like a tennis player your going to have a little imbalance in muscle,,oh well its the game we pursue and the mark of the soldier we became,,,but your bicep is a cool tool my freind

  • If i can just say,Mr Vic i love your videos.I am in university because i would like to be a trainer for elite athletes,preferably football,as that is what i play now. I watch many videos and do a lot of reading to gain knowledge as well as experience i have from the gym.I like that you are worrying about the contraction and feeling not just numbers. Our body doesn’t respond to numbers. Anyway i thought i would mention you are doing a fantastic job, for whatever it is worth.
