  • Get it with double meat, double cheese, bacon with grilled jalapeños and onions. With toasted buns… Also make videos rating your top 10s of different foods. Burgers, pizza, etc

  • I saw the picture of these two when they were young. Your body composition doesn’t go from Nate Diaz to fucken Yoel Romero even in twenty years a as a natural unless steroids are apart of the equation. So yeah. Case closed

  • you call that skinny, have you seen skinny people? I am basically skinny fat right now but my chest is in development also I have a big back and good shoulders… I aim for the look that you have in your second picture and I don’t think that it is skinny..

  • Hodge twins are the most authentic comedians if they feel like saying something they say it, too bad people are becoming softer than a snowflake thats why youtube fucked them over

  • In the meantime you might want to hear the sworn testimony of a 13 yr old child that Trump raped->

  • Hey I got a question for yousay you have a roommate and you like her but she don’t know how she feels about you what do you do about do you go ahead and do what you want to do or do you just wait on it

  • You guys really inspire me to keep working out, been watching your videos for a long time but not till recently I started taking my workouts seriously

  • It’s gotta be a little strange everytime you talk to each other you more or less see your own face. I guess you’d adjust after so many years

  • Hello i’d like some advice.

I have been doing jump rope sessions for 30 minutes a day, 4-6 days a week.
I’ve been jumping for 3 minutes straight and then having a 30 second rest, during my 30 second rest i do 10 push ups.
I have been doing this for 4 months now and I’ve seen significant progress, i want to make my workouts more intense but i’m not sure on what i should add in?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Im too shames of my body too even look at myself. Ive started working out for 9weeks now. On the protein. Changed my diet. Quit fatty foods and sugars. Seem like im getting no where.

  • Lol u guys didnt even make it right. It shouldnt have a soup in it. The water sauce is supposed to be thick you put too much water.

  • Y’all need to do it without the water in the noodles, you watered them down. But do it with the 2x spicy noodles they’re yummy

  • Man i’ve been training too.. but this lockdown keeps interfering in my workouts.. what with the gyms closing and all that.. but i will accomplish my goals one day.. its all about the mindset.. hope and pray to god i will stay disciplined and not start partying again

  • i do 20 sec on/ 20 sec off jump rope for 10-15 mins. best to do shorter intervals of say 20-30 secs, or longer sessions of 5 mins or so?

  • On one hand, they look swole as hell after the transformation, I’d even say it seems unlikely to get that big naturally in just 3 years. On the other hand, 3.8kg a year as a noob seems kinda doable.

  • Great video. Crazy how this video is from 2012 and it seemed like yesterday That beat tho…. Straight fire!!! Get them gains ladies and gentlemen and stay wise!!! One!!!!

  • Bro I am currently rewatching this vid since it dropped!!! And I never understood how this was possible. Crazy to see what your body can do!! Just finished my diet and I’ve literally been working out for 5 years straight & naturally attained my dream physique. This shit is no bullshit, it literally takes fucking time and discipline to get to a certain level naturally. Speaking for myself.

  • Jesus. If this isn’t proof of steroids, I’m not sure what is.

    They literally changed body types.

    All kindz of steroids……All kindzzzzzz…

  • Honestly I’m 3yrs in naturally and I’ve went from 133lbs at 5’11 to 185lbs. Lean with proper definition and everything. I remember watching this video 3 years ago thinking they took roids. Now I see what hard work and diet can do

  • this is the best advice regarding getting ripped.  i do the same workout.  i do 20 push ups after each set of jump rope.  you will definitely lose weight

  • id appreciate some advice or tips if anyone got any for me, thanks

i started jumping rope about 4 days ago, along with a diet. i haven’t exercise in a long time, but i do 2 times a day of 10 minutes jump rope with 30 sec jumping and 30 sec rest.. i am determined to lose weight. and i want to know if i should be doing more than that, or is that ok to start with?. i am 24 and weight 219 pounds.

  • I’m just starting on the rope I’m 51 and weigh 220…

  • I used to look at you guys all the time when I was a little you guys are a good help and made me very intelligent in crafting my body

  • i’m trying to be able to last longer whilst running, on my rest day will jumping rope help me improve my cardiovascular system, stamina, and endurance?????

  • for those who say its mostly about diet i can assure you its not. i used to starve myself and barely eat anything and the things i ate were healthy as in broccoli and fruits and whole wheat brown toast and bla bla bla. but i dont move. like at all i spend the whole day sitting or laying i bed watching shit. and i didnt lose weight at all. im gonna start jumping 2 days from now and ill see about the results

  • At first when I did a minute of jump rope I could do about 90 jumps in a minute but after doing it for awhile I was doing about 180 jumps a minute. Talk about raising your heart rate, I was around a max of 170 beats per minute and I’m almost 50 years young lol

  • Should i do this as fasted cardio? I’m currently doing IF, weighttraining fasted + 30 minutes of walking on the threadmill
    i’m 224 pounds right now.

  • I love whataburger, could eat it everyday if I had to. But one thing that sucks about whataburger is if that cheese ain’t melted or slightly melted on them burgers. Any other burger joint is automatically better at that moment.

  • skipping is the most underated exercise there is. I recommend it to everyone who wants to lose weight, some people look at you like an idiot. But just like you two say, they can do what ever fuck they want to do.

  • All these people are thinking “sweet I just gotta jump rope” and go eat a Big Mac on the way home. 80 percent of it is your diet and sleep. Remember that

  • Thanks, because i’m a truck driver that got up to 280 pounds, but need to be 210-200, was wondering how effective the jump roap would be. thanks for the assurance.

  • Great advice. I just started back up after getting fat but I know what works from boxing when I was younger for 11 years off and on. When I was cut it was from a spilt weight training and boxing routine/ sparring/ med. ball etc. routine and 30-60 minutes of speed rope at the end. I loved it because I could eat like a horse and still see my abs lol. Best cardio ever invented

  • Bought a weighted rope two months after that I couldn’t believe how ripped I got. I also hit the weights pretty hard. Great video guys.

  • What would be a good speed of jumping rope. I can get about 160 jumps in 1 minute of jumping rope. I can go higher if needed. But is 160 per minute a good amount, too fast, or slow?
Also, my calves start burning towards the later sets. Does this mean that I have to slow down the jumps to about 100-120 per minute?

  • I did IF, lifted weights and did jump rope.
I was doing jump rope every day. I would lift weights 4 days a week.

After one month I had dropped inches so fast. Every week my pants got bigger.

On the 4th week my wrists were more lean…my watch didn’t fit like it used to. I also had to tighten my belt up 2 times in that same week.

    Jumping rope works.

  • I was a first year student in university cracking up in my homestay family’s house when I first came across this video…6 years later and it’s still hilarious! Even got to watch them live 2 years ago…how time flies

  • I started last night and did 30 x 1 min jump rope/skipping rounds with a 1 min rest period in between. I found it pretty easy I sweated tons as expected, each round I skipped fast and in the last 15 seconds I gave it my all. The total workout obviously took me 1 hour but 30 min I was standing doing nothing waiting for the next round to start. I can easily do 30 min straight and the last 15 seconds of each min give it my all.(I did boxing for years ) After watching this video whats peoples opinion on what im doing for maximum weigt tloss (even if i burn muscle), should I just do the 30 min straight or the 30 x 1 min with 1 min rest period that the hodgetwins suggested more benificial.

    Thanks people

  • my calves get ridiculously sore from jumpin rope. im doing em in sets of 100 reps, which comes out to just under one minute for me. then i take about a 60-90 sec rest and repeat. i can only go about 5-6 sets before my calves are about to give out. they start to burn way too bad before my later sets can even get me a little winded again. been doin calf raises regularly for a while but this is different for me. any advice?

  • I’m confused, did they jump 5 or 7 days a week. I guess they alternated, but when exactly and why did they take rest days? Should I jump 5 days or 7 days a week for the same results.

  • Eh can anyone help me out here? Okay so, I have been an amateur boxer for 6 years now so i can easily jump rope an hour without a problem. So my question is should i be doing jump rope for getting lean? Because ive become so accustomed to the rope it isn’t really a workout for me. Anyways right now im at 15% body fat and wanting to get down to 10-8% body fat as im prepping for a fight. Thanks

  • I remember when this was my favorite lifting channel when that’s what it was about, why wouldn’t they just start another channel and call it “twins eating fast food in a car talking shit” or whatever, I’m a longtime supporter of The Hodgetwins so not trying to be disrespectful or sarcastic I just don’t get it…..anybody?

  • I watch this video often to keep motivated to jump rope. Their story motivated me. I wonder how often to took rest days. They say they jumped 5-7 days a week. I wonder if they took a rest day every 2 to 3 days? What do you all think?

  • i am glad i saw this video, i am getting a rope asap. iv already exercise with some internet cable i had i can see how this can really burn alot of fat because of how it feels and everything. and is fun to do too. thanks for the advice hodgetwins

  • if your balls sweating…then thats some HOT chit!!! i actually have eaten those Hot ramen noodles…pretty brutal if you dont mix it with something

  • Im trying to understand exactly why the twins are taking a 1 min break between each 1 min of jump rope. I did it last night 30 min of jump rope with breaks and the last 15 seconds of each set gave it my all. I had all my 1 min intervals too and I came to the conculsion  that the breaks are there so you heart rate stays in between the 75% 85% maximum heart rate needed to burn fat and doesnt go too high like mine did, I measured my heart rate through this exercise and it was beating 190 beats per min. with my age 28  and the formula to measure your heart rate my max rate  is 192 beats per min. so i was nearly 100% which is worrying me.

does anyone else think that the twins havent fully explained the reasons for the 1 min intervals. coz if you blast 30 min jum rope thats you heart rate at its fat burning mode for 35 min but if you do it the twins way which i think is better your fat burning mode is actualy 1 hour with intervals?

  • Fucken love the twins but it’s hard to believe that where they are now is natty. They may be.. Not saying they aren’t. But shit. They’re fucking huge

  • TM-DUB,
Great advice! I hurt my back 8 months ago n i needed to get back into shape with low impact movements.  I’m 6’3 225, still look skinny but i’m “skinny fat”.  Looking forward to more videos from y’all, keep up the hard work, holla.

  • Them gains! I’m in the same boat, put on 20lbs in 4 years. Go check out my transformation video on my channel and let me know what you think!

  • what the fuck you mean naturally? a lot of people have different explanations… i understand NATURAL bodybuilding is when you are not taking any kind of supplement other than your food. no protein shakes,no pre workout shit after workout shit and stuff.

  • Cant believe this is more than 4 years ago. A person that was motivated by this video at that time should be swole as fuck by now if they kept at it. You guys are awesome.

  • Y’all getting the wrong shit, you gotta get the #2 with bacon and toasted buns with cheese. Once you eat that one, Whataburger will turn you into its Whatabitch…

  • I jump rope for 10 min. straight without stopping, do 10 suicides, 30 seconds of mountain climbers, 30 seconds of jumping jacks and 30 seconds of shuffling right to left. Is that good enough or not?

  • What they have is each other. That’s rare. They motivate each other if one falls the other one will pick him up. That’s a team right there.

  • 10 mins of jumping rope = 30 mins of joging.
fuck, get yourself one of ’em badboy ropes dude, you’ll never have to run again in your life.

  • Cant believe “Culvers’ isn’t on the list! Hey Hodge Twins… You guys ever back in Des Moines or Wisconsin for a show, you be sure to hit up a Culvers and do a video on it.

  • Think they do steroids. They old af and making gains as if there testosterone hasn’t declined plus they have small gyno these days

  • Yo, I’m 16 and been working my arse of since I was 14, but I started with weight loss, this may sound unreal to you but I was weighing 20.7 stone when I was 14, now 2 and a glad years down the line I’m 10.5 stone I’ve always been strong and now toned right up well ripped, and the last 3-4 weeks I’ve really been hitting the weights and gained 4 half pounds in weight, people might not believe me so here is my instagram you DONT have to follow just check it out and help me please, I have loose skin around me pecs and its really hard to tone that up, here is just incase you think I’m lieing this is my instagram (teamharmzy) I hope you can help me out thank you…

  • @TwinMuscleWorkout i remember watching another video where you mentioned you had puffy nipples/pecks? Is that why you had such “defined” pecks after only 2 months? Mine is no where near what your 2 month mark is, and I’ve been hitting the gym for almost 3 months now.

  • 1 year completely changed my life, I lost 100 lbs. went from fat to fairly toned. I started my transformation in freshmen year, can’t wait to se where ill be in senior year.

  • 2:13 “Fat and skinny” I know exactly what you mean man, it’s when someone is overweight, yet can’t do shit with their muscles. Then there’s skinny fat people. They are kind of “big boned” and are just born with a lot of strength even though they’re pretty small

  • Im lifting for about a year now. I gained about 7-8 pounds as well but I dont see results. I was around 168 and now about 176 with less body fat. I did get stronger but i don’t see results, or at least nothing amazing. Does that mean to start doing more raps, or do i put more weight on each set??

  • its all in the genes bros. one of my homies gained 40 pound in 16 months and in prison! I remember when we were little though he had a lil 6 pack and didnt even work out for it age 8-9.

  • You guys were definitely not skinny in those before videos. You guys obviously don’t know what skinny means.  Those were average looking bodies as you guys still had some mass on your frames even then.  If you guys were really skinny, we would have seen visual bones popping out of your body but you guys had an average amount of mass with a little bit of chubby fat that’s all.
