The dislikes are from haters, people that wish they treated him better when he was bigger, and people that are watching while stuffing their faces. Never treat anyone less than a human because when they lose weight don’t expect them to want you just because you all of a sudden find them attractive. I’ve been there. I went from 300+ to 220. Women and people act so fake. But I love the way I look. I’m getting back into it. I’m on day 17.

  • I have always struggled with weight. People says you should cut sugar and junk and all, but I haven’g touched sugar for past 2-3 years( I do eat them but it’s like once in 1-2 months) and my carbs are rice (brown and white) which is once in a week. And I am moderately active..but still I am 205 5’8. I went to doctor for my medical and everything looks good and he is asking if I do lots of carb and I don’t. Mostly my breakfast included small cup of mixed fruits ( I do apples, grapes, pineapple, strawberries and cantaloupe) and I eat an apple/banana or just coffee in my lunch. And I try to go to gym and do light exercise for a hr and my dinner includes verities depending on the day, but they are very healthy for example I dod chickeb salas (no dressing) or homemade lentil soups with chicken or soup of beans or mixed cooked vegetables. I do cheat days on Thursday which included a chicken sandwich ( toasted bread with butter and grilled chickeb breast, lots of avacado, onions and lettuce) my dr says to keep calories under 2k but I eat between 1500-2200, but I am still fucked FAT and I have been doing this for last 1 plus year. I can’t figure it out what I am suppose to do:(((

  • Seems like your weight made it quite easy for you to have kids. I dont think it is based on weight, I think it is based on the individual. I really wish doctors would stop feeding people that jacked up narrative. Overweight people have kids or they dont. They have good health or they dont. They have spouses or they don’t. Some people ignore that he had to do a LOT of work, which, having been fighting weight my entire life, know is seriously hard and painful.   • This is so inspiring! I’m sad to hear about your brother. Sadly, I’ve been in the same position when I lost my brother a few years back. It takes a toll. I’m not sure if you still answer questions on this video, but if you do I was wondering about to thing: 1) How many meals a day do you have? Do you only stick to one with snacks/fruits the rest of the day? 2) How long are your workouts? I’m currently on my 12th day in my health journey. I work out everyday (except one day) for 40-50 minutes mostly jumping ropes for 43 minutes and then some core. I only have two meals a day: at breakfast I have a shake 120 calories and then dinner with chicken and rice (I know I know, I need to find something else to replace the rice), and in between I eat fruit. Do you think this is enough?

  • losing Calories is hard. It makes me hungry. I change white rice with Brown rice and shirataki. It hAs been 1 week for me. My cardio is walking 2-3 Km/day. Maybe I need to add more cardio exercise
