  • The fact that you don’t have any noticeable extra skin gives me hope. This vid was extremely motivating. I started my weightloss journey about 2 weeks ago and have lost 15 lbs so far. Started at 330.7 lbs and weighed in at 315.7 this morning. Proud of myself and hope to continue this journey. My goal is to weigh 220

  • As specialist, I think Custokebon Secrets is actually good way to lost a ton of fat. Why not give it a shot? perhaps it will work for you too.

  • This picture is not a FAKE….It’s Real!  May be yahoo or you, You can play with PHOTOSHOP but not Him!  Your bad answer it’s just a Jealousy!

  • Nope, can’t look like that in three months without some serious juice. Those abs, and 18% down to 9% body fat, anyone who’s been body building for years can tell you that it’s impossible to do it cleanly, just like those scrawny Hollywood actors suddenly becoming bulked. You’ve all been had.

  • There is NO WAY that guy went from looking like that, to that, in 12 weeks. I don’t deny someone can lose 40 pounds in 3 months, but you don’t gain muscle, like that in his picture, that quickly, or get toned that quickly. Even with the roids. Those pictures look about a year or two apart.

  • Very inspirational dude, keep up the good work!

I was overweight by Swiss standards (which in the US would be almost skinny lol). But yeah, I was always the fat kid growing up, ignored by girls, always picked last for sports (this one is a “small” thing really but goddamn it hurts, especially when it happens again and again). The sad thing is, I was probably at most 30-40 lbs overweight, which I could have easily lost in half a year with the right nutrition and training, but alas, I never had the will-power and my parents kinda failed me too on that one. I wasn’t even that heavy to start with, but here in Switzerland were I grew up (at least at my schools) nearly no one was overweight. It made me stick out as “that one unhealthy kid”. Unfortunately, being overweight and cast-out made me more miserable, which in turn made me turn to food for comfort and so I put on more weight over time. I lost a little weight three times on crash diets (never actually improving my fitness or strength), but always regained it all, before hitting my absolute highest weight last summer. At that point I was just short of becoming obese, which scared the shit out of me. So I finally decided to make a change last November. Through intermittent fasting and a fitness routine (neither of which are very extreme), I’ve lost almost 50 lbs so far and even built some muscle. I started doing steady-state cardio, but have gradually shifted to doing more resistance training (now mostly at home full body exercises such as pushups and crunches etc.), as well HIIT. Though there’s still a way to go, I’m now the fittest I’ve ever been in my entire life!

Regarding the quarantine thing, that was a big fear of mine, seeing I’d really gotten into the groove of going to the gym every day just before lockdown. I promised myself to continue though this situation and managed to find some HIIT cardio exercises, which I could do at home to replace my steady state cardio and also calisthenics/full-body exercises to replace my weight training. I can thoroughly recommend you guys get into the groove of doing such home exercises as well. Why? Well, going to the gym is obviously great, but it’s very much circumstantial. It gives our minds an excuse to skip the exercises once those circumstances change, as they did because of Covid. By learning to incorporate exercises at home, you’re able to adapt to almost any change of external circumstance, you can even incorporate some of exercises into your holidays to not fall off track!
Of course, some people might already have gym equipment at home, which is also an option, but just know: it’s not necessary. 10 minutes of HIIT or full-body exercising everyday rather than doing nothing makes ALL the difference.

If you read all this to the end, let me give you (whoever you are) a virtual hug and just know: you are amazing and capable of so much more than you’re aware of! You are the only one responsible of and in control of your own life! You don’t have to accept being miserable or unhealthy, you can absolutely change that! It’s so fucking hard sometimes, but so rewarding every time you reach a new milestone! Don’t do this for anyone other than yourself and don’t compare yourself to others. You want to show to yourself what you are really capable of and become the most amazing version of yourself you can be. Unlock your full potential and keep up the amazing work!!!

  • hey man i’m just wondering if you could give me some tips on what i can start doing what i should be eating and how often and so on?

  • how is he losing so musch fat while eating so musch calories. How many times a week to do cardio and weight training. And not overexert the body

  • Was that the only thing you did to lose weight? Or did you do different diets? I’m a female so I know my outcome will be different but I want to know what all you did to give me inspiration on it…loved watching this btw

  • This is very possible. I’ve lost 47 pounds in 3 months. I started doing cardio faithfully 6 days a week for 45 mins to 60 mins per day. I’m just now starting to get back into lifting. I started mid February at 285 lbs. and I’m down to 238 pounds. I’m not cut like he’s cut but now that I’ve dropped A LOT of body fat my goal now is to hit the weights. Don’t doubt what a person can or can’t do.

  • hey bro you really motivatet me i need you to tell me what did you eat? bc i run and workout but i am the same weight and i dont know wheni go home i dont know what to eat soo pls tell me waht do i need to eat like chicken or what pls tell me

  • Love these videos, dude! I’ve dropped 55 lb over the last year (237 down to 182). My progress stalled for a long time and I started following these general macro guidelines. Low and behold…I started losing weight again!

  • Wow. When I was 180 I didn’t look skinny at all. I personally didn’t feel much different from being over 260 and being 180. Only that I fit smaller clothing. Crazy how different all of our bodies are.

  • I’m from South Africa and i have mad respect for youI just want to know, would you reccomend kettlebell excercises at the start of your weight loss or lifting excercises?Because currently,i only have access to a 20kg kettlebell set

  • These transformation videos have helped me and my husband so much! We love watching them. I would love to see any female transformations you have

  • It is so motivating to see someone lose weight without eating veggies and lean meat all day everyday. Eating super healthy is torture for me! You might try the Doc’s Chili Biggest loser recipe if you like a hot lunch, and add extra chili pepper to make it more spicy. It’s healthy, filling, and tastes really good. Thank you for sharing your story!

  • This is amazing! Great job man!

On a side note is there any way I can contact you as far as possibly commissioning a frankenstrat build? Keep up the great work bro!

  • This is so amazing!! Congratulations Andy… it’s going to be HARD waiting for the next video, because my husband has agreed to follow your diet. He also weighs 280 right now.

  • I got that same weight scale lol luckily I have good genetics so I have low body fat only 6.4 body fat percentage and I eat bad but that wont last forever. I need to start changing my diet. But even if I never get fat I could still be diabetic. Great video bro I’m proud of what u accomplished

  • HelloPeter. You have done a Incredible job, to show that it is possible to do it, if you put effort in it. I hope you will keep the weight, and focus that this is your new life. So happy for you
