  • The fact that you don’t have any noticeable extra skin gives me hope. This vid was extremely motivating. I started my weightloss journey about 2 weeks ago and have lost 15 lbs so far. Started at 330.7 lbs and weighed in at 315.7 this morning. Proud of myself and hope to continue this journey. My goal is to weigh 220

  • As specialist, I think Custokebon Secrets is actually good way to lost a ton of fat. Why not give it a shot? perhaps it will work for you too.

  • This picture is not a FAKE….It’s Real!  May be yahoo or you, You can play with PHOTOSHOP but not Him!  Your bad answer it’s just a Jealousy!

  • Nope, can’t look like that in three months without some serious juice. Those abs, and 18% down to 9% body fat, anyone who’s been body building for years can tell you that it’s impossible to do it cleanly, just like those scrawny Hollywood actors suddenly becoming bulked. You’ve all been had.

  • There is NO WAY that guy went from looking like that, to that, in 12 weeks. I don’t deny someone can lose 40 pounds in 3 months, but you don’t gain muscle, like that in his picture, that quickly, or get toned that quickly. Even with the roids. Those pictures look about a year or two apart.

  • Very inspirational dude, keep up the good work!

I was overweight by Swiss standards (which in the US would be almost skinny lol). But yeah, I was always the fat kid growing up, ignored by girls, always picked last for sports (this one is a “small” thing really but goddamn it hurts, especially when it happens again and again). The sad thing is, I was probably at most 30-40 lbs overweight, which I could have easily lost in half a year with the right nutrition and training, but alas, I never had the will-power and my parents kinda failed me too on that one. I wasn’t even that heavy to start with, but here in Switzerland were I grew up (at least at my schools) nearly no one was overweight. It made me stick out as “that one unhealthy kid”. Unfortunately, being overweight and cast-out made me more miserable, which in turn made me turn to food for comfort and so I put on more weight over time. I lost a little weight three times on crash diets (never actually improving my fitness or strength), but always regained it all, before hitting my absolute highest weight last summer. At that point I was just short of becoming obese, which scared the shit out of me. So I finally decided to make a change last November. Through intermittent fasting and a fitness routine (neither of which are very extreme), I’ve lost almost 50 lbs so far and even built some muscle. I started doing steady-state cardio, but have gradually shifted to doing more resistance training (now mostly at home full body exercises such as pushups and crunches etc.), as well HIIT. Though there’s still a way to go, I’m now the fittest I’ve ever been in my entire life!

Regarding the quarantine thing, that was a big fear of mine, seeing I’d really gotten into the groove of going to the gym every day just before lockdown. I promised myself to continue though this situation and managed to find some HIIT cardio exercises, which I could do at home to replace my steady state cardio and also calisthenics/full-body exercises to replace my weight training. I can thoroughly recommend you guys get into the groove of doing such home exercises as well. Why? Well, going to the gym is obviously great, but it’s very much circumstantial. It gives our minds an excuse to skip the exercises once those circumstances change, as they did because of Covid. By learning to incorporate exercises at home, you’re able to adapt to almost any change of external circumstance, you can even incorporate some of exercises into your holidays to not fall off track!
Of course, some people might already have gym equipment at home, which is also an option, but just know: it’s not necessary. 10 minutes of HIIT or full-body exercising everyday rather than doing nothing makes ALL the difference.

If you read all this to the end, let me give you (whoever you are) a virtual hug and just know: you are amazing and capable of so much more than you’re aware of! You are the only one responsible of and in control of your own life! You don’t have to accept being miserable or unhealthy, you can absolutely change that! It’s so fucking hard sometimes, but so rewarding every time you reach a new milestone! Don’t do this for anyone other than yourself and don’t compare yourself to others. You want to show to yourself what you are really capable of and become the most amazing version of yourself you can be. Unlock your full potential and keep up the amazing work!!!

  • hey man i’m just wondering if you could give me some tips on what i can start doing what i should be eating and how often and so on?

  • how is he losing so musch fat while eating so musch calories. How many times a week to do cardio and weight training. And not overexert the body

  • Wow congrats I’ve lost 62 pounds and I’m going to document the rest of my journey here on YouTube I feel like it motivates others and it keeps me motivated

  • Was that the only thing you did to lose weight? Or did you do different diets? I’m a female so I know my outcome will be different but I want to know what all you did to give me inspiration on it…loved watching this btw

  • This is very possible. I’ve lost 47 pounds in 3 months. I started doing cardio faithfully 6 days a week for 45 mins to 60 mins per day. I’m just now starting to get back into lifting. I started mid February at 285 lbs. and I’m down to 238 pounds. I’m not cut like he’s cut but now that I’ve dropped A LOT of body fat my goal now is to hit the weights. Don’t doubt what a person can or can’t do.

  • hey bro you really motivatet me i need you to tell me what did you eat? bc i run and workout but i am the same weight and i dont know wheni go home i dont know what to eat soo pls tell me waht do i need to eat like chicken or what pls tell me

  • Love these videos, dude! I’ve dropped 55 lb over the last year (237 down to 182). My progress stalled for a long time and I started following these general macro guidelines. Low and behold…I started losing weight again!

  • Wow. When I was 180 I didn’t look skinny at all. I personally didn’t feel much different from being over 260 and being 180. Only that I fit smaller clothing. Crazy how different all of our bodies are.

  • I’m from South Africa and i have mad respect for youI just want to know, would you reccomend kettlebell excercises at the start of your weight loss or lifting excercises?Because currently,i only have access to a 20kg kettlebell set

  • These transformation videos have helped me and my husband so much! We love watching them. I would love to see any female transformations you have

  • It is so motivating to see someone lose weight without eating veggies and lean meat all day everyday. Eating super healthy is torture for me! You might try the Doc’s Chili Biggest loser recipe if you like a hot lunch, and add extra chili pepper to make it more spicy. It’s healthy, filling, and tastes really good. Thank you for sharing your story!

  • This is amazing! Great job man!

On a side note is there any way I can contact you as far as possibly commissioning a frankenstrat build? Keep up the great work bro!

  • This is so amazing!! Congratulations Andy… it’s going to be HARD waiting for the next video, because my husband has agreed to follow your diet. He also weighs 280 right now.

  • I got that same weight scale lol luckily I have good genetics so I have low body fat only 6.4 body fat percentage and I eat bad but that wont last forever. I need to start changing my diet. But even if I never get fat I could still be diabetic. Great video bro I’m proud of what u accomplished

  • HelloPeter. You have done a Incredible job, to show that it is possible to do it, if you put effort in it. I hope you will keep the weight, and focus that this is your new life. So happy for you

  • Amazing
How u did it consistently for a year
I start it then leave it again and again
    Please tell me
    How u do that?
    Whats that motivation?
    Please share

  • Great job Andy! I started really hitting it hard in April (I’d lost 5lb in 6 months before that), and I’ve lost 25 lbs since then. It’s a lot of hard work! And the clothes thing has been hard for me too! I hope I don’t have to buy any more again.:) Great work! I hope you feel so much better and are finding great reward for your hard work!

  • Mad respect! The best (most reassuring) thing about your approach is that you do what works for you, based on trial and error, and not adherence to rigid formulae. I think there’s a lot to learn from that. Thanks for sharing

  • I can do it! I wanna lose my belly fat before Anime Weekend Atlanta (AWA) Want to walk around and be happy and i know I will be happier when my clothes fit better.

  • It is so motivating to see someone lose weight without eating veggies and lean meat all day everyday. Eating super healthy is torture for me! You might try the Doc’s Chili Biggest loser recipe if you like a hot lunch, and add extra chili pepper to make it
more spicy. It’s healthy, filling, and tastes really good. Thank you for sharing your story!

  • What I have noticed about your videos, you never give the calories that you set for your clients. That is a very important factor to losing weight under your method. Because you have to be in a calorie deficit.

  • I’m only eating 1,700 calories in a day (1,300 deficit) and I’m only losing 2lbs a week. Is that normal? I’m lifting heavy and doing 40-60 minutes of light cardio a week. I’m about 28% body fat

  • i’ve dieted for 7 months and i went from 84kg to 69kg im 169 cm. But I still had a belly i could never get rid of that and now im back to 80kg and starting my journey again hopefully its different this time.

  • Way to go Andy! You’ve done such an amazing job! Being healthy for the kids and future grandkids is sooooo important! You guys are an adorable couple! Thank you for doing this video, even though it’s outside your comfort zone. ♥️

  • Love this channel; would love to share my transformation thanks to your knowledge. 39 years young . Dropped 45 pounds in 4 and half months. Still working towards my goal of 180; still have 8-10 pounds to lose and targeted it for December 17th. Let me know if I can share with you.

  • Is Custokebon Secrets helpful to lost crazy amounts of fat? I’ve read a lot of good things about this popular lose weight diet plan.

  • Congrats, Andy!!! I’ve been watching Amy’s videos for years and your transformation is incredible. I need to lose about 20-30 lb, and this is inspiring and motivating.

  • If you were fat all your life then its partly your parents fault. Its their job to make kids eat healthy, once you’re a teen then thats your own problem, a kid should never be fat.

  • It took me almost 2 months to lose 20lbs I’m not done yet I’m at 150lbs trying to go to 120-110 I’m 5’4 so I’m not trying to weight lift seriously yet buff short people look weird

  • Just wanted to say I started at 297 and am currently at 275. Whenever I get weak I rewatch your video and kind of gives me motivation to keep going. I thank you.

  • I’ve had a major weight loss transformation of losing 75 pounds in 8 months but I didn’t take pictures throughout my journey. I went from 235 lbs to 160lbs but I am not done yet. I want to start again because I took a few months break of not dieting so I am still at the 160 mark. I’m gonna start another weight loss journey and take pictures like this because I wish I would’ve done it in the past so I have many before and after pictures Week by week instead of before 235lbs and now 160lbs. My next goal is around 145lbs. I am only 5’6 so it seems like a good area for me to stop at and keep lifting.

  • I’m not overweight or have never been but i’ve never felt comfortable in myself, I’ve spent years trying to lose weight and I never has the motivation to, but now that i’m 18 and a bit older I’ve decided to put my mind to it!

  • I had discovered how carbohydrate food were connected to weight gain as well as generally to abstain from carbohydrate, but yet had actually never considered using them to lose fat. The central idea behind the 4 cycle fat loss strategy would be to train your body to burn fat for fuel in comparison to carbs. It’s founded on the latest scientific principles into the elevated carb diet habits of the Japanese combined with their incredible long life expectancy. The evidence validate the fact that it’s their increased carb-cycling diet technique which helps to go on remaining in good health into old age with a reduced body mass index (decreased incidence of obesity).Read even more here https://truehealthreport.com/4-cycle-fat-loss-fat-burning-diet/

  • I wanted to ask on your last blog if He had lost weight because I did not remember. But then I did not want to be rude. That is a huge transformation. Great job!! I am on my own journey at the moment too.

  • That’s amazing! I can’t wait for the next video! I have had 4 kids in 5 years and am trying to lose weight now. It’s hard! Great job!

  • This is truly amazing!! I know you are so proud of him Amy!! My husband has high blood pressure and got put on meds for it but came off of them and we both are starting a weight loss journey..I would love to be at the weight I was before kids but I would need to lose 70lbs and it is so over whelming when I think about it.It hinders me alot! This was so motivational! GOOD JOB ANDY!!!

  • This is great! Congratulations! My biggest issue is running because my breathing isn’t the best. I also need to force myself to watch my diet more.

  • What an amazing transformation! Thank you SO MUCH for sharing, I’ve been looking forward to your story for awhile now. The snoring thing really resonated with me as I never snored much until recently (I have put on quite a bit of weight). Now it makes sense! Can’t wait for the next video.

  • Can someone help me I’m 6’2 and I weigh around 210 pounds, I can’t go to the gym because of the whole corona thing. I wanna lose 22-33 pounds, also I eat whatever my mom makes for lunch usually not “healthy” stuff. Can someone give me advice or something I would really appreciate it

  • Svaka cast na transformaciji!

  • Great job! This is the first time I am loosing weight. I want to change and be healthy by the time I’m 29 so I can do stuff before I turn 30. So far this is my 7th day on my journey and it’s been slowly improving for me. I wish a gym was opened now, because I would be going there everyday but right now I’m doing stuff at home. I hope to get to where you are! Thanks for the inspiration!

  • i’m at it too i started my diet and workout in lockdown and i lost 5 kgs in one week, today is the day i reached my very first checkpoint.:) and you gave me more inspiration and positive mindset after all comfort food i’ve been sacrificing and moving on to next the level.

  • That is just great! What an inspiration for people who think losing weight is too difficult and give up right away. Perseverance!:)

  • Good job, but shame he was misinformed about macros. Could have saved himself a lot of effort by just hitting a protein and calorie target.

  • As soon as I loose weight i always put it back on… this year I was starting to see results but I broke my leg on a run and now I’m back to square one

  • That is so amazing!!! I’m so glad he did this! I’m currently losing weight myself. This is very inspiring. Thank you for making these video’s Andy!

  • Respect. This is very inspiring and detailed story of your approach to a different lifestyle. I hope you’ll make more videos with your workout routines and food prep. Could you share wiith us what rower and application for statistics you’re using. Keep it up:)

  • Thank you Andy for sharing, after my pregnancy I’m 65lbs overweight with pre hypertension. I want to loose weight for obvious reason but I’m not sure how to start the best way. Looking forward to seeing what you ate

  • Congrats brotha! Back in 2016 I lost about 50lbs. From 200lbs to about 150-160lbs. Got injured and was on bed rest and now I’m fighting back to lose weight. Seeing things like this motivates me! So thank you for sharing your journey!

  • When I was 15 I weighed roughly around 96kg and that was depressing for me so I decided to change my life and it’s a long term progression as I’m still growing I don’t want to over do it. I am now almost 17 and I’m about 75kg and I’m 185cm tall.

  • congrats Andy!! you look great! believe it or not my husband also lost about the same amount of weight last summer so I in a way know how hard you worked to lose the weight because of the things he did. congrats again!!

  • Keep making these videos man, honestly, these videos keep me going in my weight loss journey and I’ve wanted to quit many-a-times thank you.

  • Its probably so silly but I am literally in tears LOL That is so exciting for you! My husband is in the middle of a weight loss journey. He is down 20 lbs and has about 60 more to go. It’s so exciting to see him be proud of himself! He too was supposed to be on blood pressure medicine and has family history with heart problems. I want to have him around as long as possible and be able to see him run and play with the kids without being self conscious or uncomfortable.
Way to go Andy!! I know it’s hard. But look at you! You look fabulous and I’m sure you feel better! I see that as such a selfless at of love. To make those difficult choices so that you get to enjoy your family longer. I’m so happy for you! You should be so proud of yourself!!

  • Awesome work my American friend. You are an inspiration and should be very proud of your journey so far. Loved your video keep up the good work and keep spreading positivity

  • Okay, so I have a question; I am currently trying to lose some weight and am going to for the next year. However, next year is going to be a really really busy year for me and I’m going to have limited free time. So, is it really bad to lose weight only by dieting and not so much by exercising too? I mean, my goal is to loose 34 pounds(15Kgs) and I’m worried about loose skin if I don’t exercise that much. It’s just that I’m really out of shape and can’t follow many exercises I find online, I don’t know, I’m going to try running and see how it turns out, but that’s not a full body workout. What do you guys think if you made all the way to the end of my this comment?

  • Fantastic!!! Certainly miss your woodturning videos, but this is great news!!! Keep working toward that goal and stay save during this COVID-19 time.

  • Really awesome Andy! I can tell how proud Amy is of you! You look great and I’m sure feel better too. I look forward to the next videos on your transformation.

  • Andy congrats great accomplishment! Now you will be around longer for your family. I was wondering how tall are you? And what changes in diet did you do? I’m 6’2 300 and woul le to get to 220. Also did u do cardio only? You guys make a great couple blessings!

  • The contest was set up from the start and when they “surprise” them it just has that infomercial feel with the extremely bad acting and close up shots while they pretend not to see the cameras haha
