  • Not believing the numbers at the beginning. Those scales are highly inaccurate. His BF looked closer to 20%. And Ryan is absolutely without a doubt not natural. Maybe just TRT but he’s takimg some sort of anabolic for sure. Solid transformations either way.

  • Howdy Nick, this video was great! I loved it. I’m 23 and I recently started running to prepare for the military and I am struggling to get to a ten minute mile. Currently my PR is 10:52 and my farthest run is just about 4 miles. My main goal is not to be a 4 minute mile runner but I’m very disappointed with the 11 minute mile. Would it be wise, in your opinion, to add weight to my run in hopes of accelerating my times without it? Thanks in advance and much love from Southwest Oklahoma

  • 6 lbs of muscle in one month most people don’t get that in 6 months and if you say genetics and harwork then he’d be the next ronnie coleman because that’s next to impossible. I doubt he did it even on steroids that’s hard as hell but most of you people have a really high expectation of how much muscle you can build and how long it take to get there.
