Currently my PR is 10:52 and my farthest run is just about 4 miles. My main goal is not to be a 4 minute mile runner but I’m very disappointed with the 11 minute mile.   • 6 lbs of muscle in one month most people don’t get that in 6 months and if you say genetics and harwork then he’d be the next ronnie coleman because that’s next to impossible. I doubt he did it even on steroids that’s hard as hell but most of you people have a really high expectation of how much muscle you can build and how long it take to get there.

So you started with 10 exercises doing each one to failure (after a 2 year break), each day you wanted to add a rep (ie in two weeks you went from 15 to 29 reps minimum of an exercise), and then you transition at end of week 3 to CrossFit and the posted WOD. I get the protein part and you were taking their sleep aid. What were you eating? By the way, you look way better at the end than the story the numbers tell and you seemed really happy.   • If you want to bulk you have to be on a calorie surplus get more calories in that you burn buddy. Too much cardio could halt your gains. Focus more on weightlifting

I am trying to start working out to gain muscle and I’ve never done it before in my life. I weight 135 and I’m 6 feet tall, so super skinny. I just have weights at my house that I’m using but I know diet is super important. Right now I typically eat oatmeal/eggs for breakfast, sandwiches with turkey + cheese for lunch and dinner is whatever my family makes.
