  • Diet Plan known as Custokebon Secrets kept showing up here on different youtube videos and I thought they were scam. However after my friend follow it, and finally lost a lot of weight by using it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. You should not take my own word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine.

  • Wow, Nick! This is such an awesome transformation! Even as a teenager, you were unstoppable! Look at you now! I’m so proud of you, my dude!

  • This isn’t impressive for 4 months it’s pretty standard/normal when you actually count calories and train properly. Y’all who are calling out roids are total noobs who don’t know shit

  • nice work I had a 27cm bizeps xd now I have 41cm not much but I try hard and that is whats count I train since 8 years started with 21 now I am alomst 30 like your vids greatings from Austria

  • If i was in the shape he was then it would have taken me 1-1.5 to get to where he is at present, i just had to bulk, idk how it took him 3 years

  • I am in loved with chris pratt in parks and recreation than in guardian of the galaxy exactly because of his body,,, dad boss are more lovable

  • Chris Evans says he lifted throughout most of the day lmao?? That definitely not how it works! I can’t wait till one of these Hollywood actors admits that they took steroids to get huge lol.

  • Nothing about this guys’ physique is screaming steroids have you guys even seen “Natural Bodybuilding”? If this young man ran a cycle he could’ve gained a solid 16-20 pounds of pure muscle and none of this is popping out at me. Just my educated opinion though.

  • Hemsworth is a bit easy, in his younger Home and Away shape, there are plenty of guys who’d like to be his level of fitness. He was still a teen icon

  • how can be that transformation natural if u use esteroids before that transformation? hahahahhahahahahhahahahahhahahahahhahahahahhahahahahhahahahahha

  • 3:31In case someone wishes for some Gift Cards only consider using: ⇉ So grateful it exists in 2020^^ εξαιρετική λύση για όλους τους ανθρώπους

  • You look better with the extra pounds.
I’ve gained 15 pounds in the last 3 days by just stuffing myself every single day and I usually eat like 2k calories a day, hitting about 6k a day

  • good physique, but I dont believe you’re quite below 8% body fat at 160-170. I know it varies from person to person and some aren’t as vascular compared to others but Id say 12-11% because of sub par definition in the midsection/obliques for a BF level below 8%.

  • After watching his channel the whole time, I accidentally stumbled across this video & realize he’s actually younger than me… Damn, what am I doing with my life!

  • That’s part of their job, to look good. An ordinary Joe like me with a 8 hrs job and some, don’t have time to eat right, to exercise, oh boy, be right back going to jump out of my window.

  • Dont fool people. If you jump from 1.7k to 8.0k diet. You might be taking 6000 calories extra for 8 days which means 48000 calories near about. And a pounds= 3500 cal which means you might have gain weight which is about 13-16 lbs not 30lbs.

  • congragulations…
We’re Going To Keep This Simple:
Perfect Paleo Powder Is The Easiest Way You Can Get The Protein AND Critical Nutrients Your Body Needs!

  • obviously that is not a natural transformation since he went to the gym and exercised and forced the muscles to grow therefore it is not a natural transformation at all

  • Where you stonger when you where 230 lbs? Just makes me curious, cause although you look better does it bother u that u cant lift that heavy weight

  • Hey Nick my channel name is just a joke but I’m 14 and I admire your commitment and I aspire to achieve the same level of excellence you have just when I think I should give up I look to your videos as a source of encouragement I’ve been working out for a year now and I would like to get the lean natural physique that most want, thanks and keep up the videos!

  • You look amazing man, you’re such an inspiration and I’m so proud of you and your progress! Can’t wait to see where you are a year from now

  • I had to make a new folder called “people I believe are natural…great vid. I started early too and it’s interesting to see how you progressed!

  • most I’ve gained was about 30lbs in 3wks. adding a gallon of milk a day to my already high cal diet and some anadrol to my test/deca cycle midway thru packed on good size.

  • That’s 15 pound difference at the most… He would’ve had to eat/drink like 90-120 pounds of liquid/food in 8 days and him not being used to eating very much on the norm would deem gaining 30 pounds nearly impossible. I’m 16 and I weigh around 160-165 on the norm and I’m actually bigger and he might have less fat the me but we have about the same physique. With his metabolism involved in this it’s just not possible. Hopefully that helped you people who actually believe he gained 30 pounds in 8 days.

  • that’s “roids’ brothers, you can’t build muscles without them! i am 51, and i am training more, and much more weight. my diet is almost perfect bc i’m nutrition, and guess what? i don’t have huge muscles! my wight is 185lbs, and i can do bench press 375, 8 reps easy, squats 405 x10, so please cut the BS about natural building!!!!

  • I think you look so much better after the 8 day binge. I wouldn’t let it go much further than that, but you looked so much more solid and healthy.

  • Hehe i followed because of your adorableeee hedgehog but this is pretty awesome too dude! KEEP GOING!!! What you’re doing is amazing lmao I could never do this in a million years but THIS IS PRETTY COOL YO!!!

  • You look Very good in all your photos. Bulk or cut. I have been training much longer and have finally learned that it is the health aspect that is the most important. Keeping the body’s energy level is the most important thing for both size and appearance. Forcing the body when it is tired, exhausted is counter productive. Drugs or concentrated protein diets also counter productive long term. Listening to the body’s messages is most important to looks and performance ultimately.

  • wow dude amazing transformation. Looks like you added a lot of muscle. Now the question everyone wants to know how did you add so much muscle and yet so little fat? How much of a surplus were you in? Did you also do cardio? How much protein did you take in?

  • Thanks for the advice.
I feel like I’ve been putting so much effort into my arms and have been seeing almost no results.
    It’s really frustrating.
How long does it take, usually, before you start seeing results?

  • So I’ve been reading through the comments and A LOT of people don’t believe gaining 30lbs in that short amount of time is possible. SO MANY competitors can vouch for me when I say I gained all that weight because that happens to other competitors all the time! (I know someone that has gained more weight in a shorter amount of time!) In the video I keep saying I got fat but I definitely have to clarify and say not all of that was fat. Lots of it was water weight, but that weight stayed on and still made me think I was gettin more fat by the day lol. I think a lot of the people that say this isn’t possible haven’t gone through an extreme low calorie straight to an extreme bringing period. I went from only 1.7k cals straight to at least 8k cals almost instantly after my show.

  • Look you took Sarms. That means you’re not natural, PERIOD. So don’t claim it. You’ve already altered yourself USING STEROIDS you’re not fooling anyone.

  • This guy was 15 here. 15. I am 15 and look like a stick. This just confirmed why I should kill myself. Its a good time to do it with everything going on.

  • great, yes its a shame that normal working people, can t, pay for a personal trainer and have to work the most of the week, shitty job to come around and don t got the money to buy expansive healthy foot, grats to all the rich entitled fucktards lol:)=

  • BRO! Thank you so damn much! I am 16 years old too, and I had my Men’s Physique debut last Saturday. And I have gained 8 kg since then! I have the exact emotions that you have right now. I have eaten 5000-6000 calories every day!
    Thank you so much bro,
And see you in Olympia in 4-5 years

  • I’m 14 6’0 and currently 230. Arms are about 17 Inches waist is just under 34, really thinking about pursuing natural bodybuilding, my bf % is probably around 23% tbh. not the best start

  • hi i am luki could you please write to me on instagram dm i would like to be your money slave please please write to me on instagram my name is luki.reitmir06 please please write to me dm and tell me how much money you want!!

  • Well Nick I hope you read this comment as it’s not directed at you but as a natural bodybuilder you must see this now more than ever. After 10 years of bodybuilding you would hope that a bodybuilder is at their maximum genetic potential and will grow no further. From that point on you would just be maintaining your muscular physique for the rest of your life (assuming you don’t hit another sport with opposing muscular requirements like cycling or powerlifting). This means you have nothing further to look forward to in bodybuilding and for a lot of bodybuilders it’s depressing. I think this is where steroids and other drugs become enticing. You are quite young and therefore if you remained drug free (which I salute) you would be bodybuilding for another 70 years or so with few future goals to aspire. What do you think your future goals will be or maybe you have them already. Whatever they are I hope they are enough to keep you healthy and happy for life. Again it’s great to see a drug free fitness youtuber and I hope you never fall victim to the pressures of drugs and that “Get big” mentality.

  • I think you’re lucky, by having dad who really into bodybuilding. He obviously know and supporting you goin to gym and being a coach maybe, you’re lucky

  • Very inspiring I weigh 155 lbs at 5’10. I’m 19 and so far I’ve never really bulked nor cut, just ate. Only recently went on my first actual bulk. Hoping to be around the 170 range but that might be hoping to much since I’m a pretty thin dude by nature, lol.

  • natural transformation already had previous gear use with sarms lol theres no such thing as been natty you’ve already altered your bodys hormones to be above any natural limit

  • Bruhhhh check out my transformation we sorta look similar not really but I’m a bit younger your a beast dude you when from small to solid jacked I went from big down to about 190 good job keep it up

  • daam 10 years of your hard work that got you a nice muscular physique.
And I am here just started working out for 5 month and thinking why I am not getting big and muscular.

  • If I actually owned my father’s weights instead of sneaking behind him to workout then I’d would probably do 9 or 8 hours working out

  • Never seen the point of natural bodybuilding, the sport is built on PED usage and nobody will even get close to achieving a Sandow without using substantial amounts of steroids, insulin, growth amongst many other things. Let’s face it, everybody’s favourite bodybuilder uses steroids, you never seen hard-core, screaming fans at the natural shows. Natural bodybuilding is like the WNBA and bodybuilding which allows PED’s is the NBA.

  • If he was really smart he could’ve took an 8 week break from social media and then posted the gains after his social media break to make it more believable

  • So you are a Liar. I can see it on your face man.. sad. You are sad and you need to grow up and become a real man. READ MARCUS AURELIUS MEDITATIONS it is the best advice i have for you. Good luck man

  • How long in general would a noob need to be doing these for. Time wise.
Atm I’m doing like 50 reps each arm with 2 or 3 different exercises.
I’m doing it after cardio so I’m quite knackered tbh.
But say I’m going to pick 4 of these methods, how many should I be doing, taking into account I’m not fit at all

  • How the fuck did you go from a 405 bench to missing 275 to missing 225 to having zero muscle and then back to being bigger than you were on SARMs all in 4 months

  • Inspiring as fuck. Been on the fence for a while now about starting a cycle and this video dissuaded me from doing it. Awesome work

  • Hey man I wanna go your program but I’m a little confused because it has 7 workouts a week and 2 rest days. Could you explain for me

  • I don’t care who’s the best. But who’s the poorest is definitely Ryan Reynolds. All the hard work for Green Lantern mann Imagine how he felt

  • Must be on massive amounts of testosterone. Most natural men couldn’t do that in that timeframe. For a female to have that level of muscular development at 18 would be impossible. In fact, it would be impossible at any age. I wonder if s/he competes in competitions that drug test? At the professional level it would be irrelevant because none could compete without PEDs. But then he will never be more developed than the Ms Olympia level competitors.

  • I’m sorry for asking how long did it take for your top surgery scars to become
Less visible it’s something I really worry about whenever I think about getting top surgery,

  • They’re prescribing them more testosterone then most men can even produce naturally. A healthy man produces around 6mg per day of testosterone but these guys are getting prescribed 100mg sometimes even 200

  • Roids confirmed, biggest bullshitter in fitness community, stop lying about being natty and simple exercise you claim to never have done. Who jumps on incline for the first time and hits 3 plates with perfect form? What a joke.

  • Hey Ryan, thanks for sharing this video with us, although I have a question ).Shall we do all of the exercises at 1 training and what about pauses for each movement?

  • U are really an inspiration I’m ftm and been on T for 6 months, seeing u going for your goals in fitness makes me want to push harder to do the same, I can’t tell u how much more motivated I am

  • Your transformation is incredible and all of your hard work shows!! I’m so happy for you and I can’t wait to see what’s next on this channel:)

  • I Went from 130 lb bench to 265 in 30 Days. Lost 22 lb fat while doing so and put on a lot of muscle mass. This is durable. Muscle memory

  • 3:52 well obviously there is a difference, but it’s also obvious that the photo on the left he is trying hard to look ripped by posing correctly, the lighting is good, he is tan and the photo has been touched up in some program where the other one he is not flexing hard, is pale, has terrible lighting and the photo is untouched..

  • Anybody tired of the fake gym rat Philion. He makes a Youtube-name for himself by hating on anybody doing better than him, and blames all their progress on PEDs. Even if they are… no one really cares.

  • It’s okay to use “ performance enhancers “ but it’s not okay to say you’re natural when you are not. I’m saying this all in general.
But damn must feel good selling some bs “program”

  • The actors make it sound so easy but I’ve worked on my biceps I’ve done the best biceps exercises in the world I do 40 reps sometimes even 50 very often but where the fuck does it get me nowhere because it doesn’t fucking grow at all

  • I don’t understand why so many negative comments, it’s a 5 min no bullshit just straight to the point imo it’s better than a 15 min video where they just keep talking about ONE single exercise

  • Your gains are colossal! Holy shit! Props to you brother!!! Thanks for Bringing hope to the community and representing us with hard work being trans should never stop anyone

  • When you’re 20 hold on ‘YOU CAN DO ANYTHING’, FALL OFF YOU’RE MOTORCYCLE, ti quon do, yoga, serious gym and then….. Every hates you, nobody likes you.
..wa..wah…wa..wanna go home…Broke? It’s always ‘HOW MUCH DO I NEED OR WANT’,…so decide..never thought I’d get old. Happens around the 3rd dead husband an you’re 47. NOW 67. GO THINK.

  • I wish started working out earlier:(

I started at late 16, I was a stick. I got up approx. 27 lbs now at 17. Right now following Alphadestiny’s novice program. I wanna bulk up like you did, man. I know it also has to do with genes, but, any advice?

  • When you are getting paid millions it must make it easier,us in the real world haven’t got the time or the energy to take months off with personal trainers and dieticians,it’s no big deal

  • Celebrity Transformations can be interesting at times or even how their knowledge can help transform ourselves. Documentaries like Down to Earth on Netflix are so educational for becoming healthier. I am SO grateful and lucky I found, it helped me not only lose weight but keep it off, hope it helps some others! These Celebrity stories should be motivation.

  • Believe me this are the things I usually every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and it helps a lot because am a football player (soccer)..

  • went through the same thing. wasnt confident even though i was sub 10% body fat. then i rebounded because i only ate clean and barely any carbs and fats. shot up 20 lbs. thats when i realized how much of a good condition i was in and now im trying to get back to the same level of conditioning before i binged a shit ton of food

  • I mean, he is lean, abit of photoshop here and there, good angle, lightning. If you met that dude in person you’d be like ‘does he even lift’ so…kinda belive he is naty at least in some parts of the vid

  • He had a really easy start the body fat was low muscles are developed all he had to do is eat a bit more and gain some muscle boom great aesthetics.

  • Your chest could use some work but I realize that’s largely genetics and dependent on your insertions. Either way you have a great physique dude.

  • Their kidneys, liver and endocrinal system will disagree with the extreme fitness lifestyle… from a medical-physiopathological perspective their bodies and organs are unnaturally stressed. It is not healthy.

  • When I feel demotivated about working out, I watch this video and tell myself: “If they can do it, why can’t you?” I watch this video every couple of months and I swear it’s like magic. Good luck on your journey guys and stay consistent!
