  • So does down under mean he got ubducted by a ratveneger stoke the power stone, killed a guy named Ronan the accuser and then went back to Pawnee?

    Makes sense to me!

  • Hey man, I’ve been loosing weight this year and working out (40 pounds down already!) and I know I’m going to have loose skin. So when I start feeling down about, I watch this vid as a motivator. So thanks man for putting this out there!!!

  • well, I’ve gained 17.6kg/39ish lb in that last 4 and a half months. I realize a lot of it is fat but I don’t mind since I almost didn’t have any to begin with. I have dialed my eating down a bit by now though

  • Is worthwhile to supplement beta-alanine if you are already taking bcaa? or vice versa. Which is the better place to spend your money? Currently supplement bcaa, creatine, protein, and omega 3’s as well as a multi-vitamin and a joint recovery.

  • Hello, i am trying to better myself and follow this weight loss journey and i find it hard as my brain is saying don’t eat keep your calories below 600 a day. i am asking help from anyone struggling also or have that mindset is what is that i should eat. i eat an boiled egg morning protein shake for lunch and either chicken pork or steak with asparagus for supper. water like 24 oz also 2 coffees a day. thanks for your comment or help in this.

  • Very well put. Loose skin is something you can’t avoid. If you feel it’s that bad, get surgery and tighten it up. Congratulations, champ! You’re my new idol.

  • Its surprising how people have not heard of naturekindness .com Many of my friends have had a good result using them. Also, they used to do cardio 3 times a week + a good diet.

  • My mate laughed when I told them I was going to lose fat with just implementing Custokebon Secrets, but after I showed these people amazing effects after I used it they’re begging me to tell them about it. Of course I won’t tell them the details about this diet plan, lol

  • You have come along way for being so young. And you are so right in your thoughts! May your journey continue to be a happy one! Proud of you!!!

  • People, please see that loose skin as a badge of honour showing what you’ve achieved.

Just like how scars are markers for what you’ve survived.

It shows the growth and effort you went through to get to this point in your life.

  • Thank you for sharing this. I am only at the beginning of my journey with 30lbs behind me and about 75 to go. I’ve just started thinking/worrying about loose skin, and, yes, thinking about how I can’t afford surgery to get it removed. I agree with a lot of people below I’d rather have the loose skin and a healthy body. Can’t let the little frights take that from me. Your attitude and your willingness to share were exactly what I needed to see today. Thank you.

  • I have this on my body, i dont feel any better than i used to might as well just be fat again. At least then othet ppl wouldnt find me attractive and hurt less when i have to turn away

  • A lot of comments are “can’t you just get surgery?” Or “just get surgery.. problem solved…” However that’s not the point of this video. I never said I need nor want surgery. I didn’t think I had to mention it in the video, because the “fix” is accepting it, and knowing your are healthier with it instead of being obese. Of course it can be removed… but that is also extremely expensive, something insurance does not cover. It also comes with the risk of complications, and having to do multiple surgeries, leading to months of downtime.

  • @ 2:00 But it is rat rod either way lol, obviously people like to call it like that, because it’s rat rod, whether it’s clean or rusty and broken, doesn’t matter, it’s sitting low, has lots of HP, and tires are up your ass from how low you sit, and the body is a chopped 1900-1950’s, then it’s a rat rod.

  • I should be 160 but I’m 200. I’m 5’6 but still pretty agile and play sports. I guess my diet is what’s wrong. I’m planning to change that all up. Is it likely I’d have loose skin from me being so obese?

  • I feel like getting loose skin will be my punishment for my food addiction. It’s like meth addicts have permanent face damage as their scar. It makes me not want to lose weight so I stay obese.

  • What is your experience with extended fasting instead of calorie restriction? Doctors are now saying that if you lose fat by fasting for longer than 48 hours, your body breaks down the proteins in extra skin and damaged cells and you won’t end up with extra skin.

  • Dude, you are hot. Not only for the amazing body you worked in, but because of your self confidance, positivity and health mind. Thank you!

  • I believe u can avoid loose skin if you eat healthy and drop the weight very slowly over time; also staying hydrated. I lost around 100 pounds but I lost it so quickly that I got loose skin pretty much on my stomach area only.

  • Very good analysis, and helpful for curious newbies. Worth replaying and thinking about. Thank you guys. I also thank you for not being scared of being guys! Right on..

  • Thank you so much for sharing. For years I was in this cycle of losing weight and gaining it back because I was afraid of what I’d look like at the end. But finally at the end of 2019 I don’t know what happened but I stopped caring about it and just care about feeling better, and happy. Seeing this video just made me feel stronger, thank you.

I took diet plan from NextLevelDiet. With their diet plan and tips,
transformation is guaranteed, trust me. They also provide you with

  • has helped my friend so much with his weight loss. He also used to workout 3-4 days a week and follow lean diet. I have never seen him so happy and confident.

  • My ex had loose skin after he lost over 100 pounds. I never saw it as anything other than his hard work and determination. A good person doesn’t see loose skin, they see the person they love doing better for themselves. I’m very proud of you for making this video!

  • You are awesome dude, and I think you look great 100% better than you used to. And Im sure you feel 100% better. Don’t listen to people going on about surgery….I’ve seen people with scars that look far worse than loose skin. Your body is testament to what you have achieved!

  • I was literally sitting here crying because of loose skin and then I find this video of him being so open and honest about it… You just don’t know how much this video has helped me….. Thank you.

  • 44yr old australian, athlean x is the best for the “correct” way to train.
20 and 30yr guys just generally chase bulk
If you train smart (say light weight slow focus lifting and surfing or swimming) buy the time you get mid 40 you,ll be really happy

  • Its like a battle scar bro. The fact that you have lose skin shows determination and the struggle you have gone through. Be proud of it not insecure.

  • Its surprising how people have not heard of naturekindness .com Many of my friends have had a good result using them. Also, they used to do cardio 3 times a week + a good diet.

  • To me it’s still a rat rod, you may say it’s not, there are all types of rat rods and yeah there are the ones that folks just throw together and there the ones like these one that has more thought put into it, I really like this one but like I said its still a rat rod well to me it is, we have our opinions but we both do agree that it is a nice ride

  • congrats buddy your one strong dude to show that. I’m overweight and am in the process of loosing weight and worried about loose skin.
but watching this and hearing what you have to say makes it easier for me.
    cheers Dude.

  • Oh and I’ll say dam it sounds like a big rig like he wanted it to very cool i like his style and it would be a insult to call that a rat rod that is a full. Blown hot rod for sure just by how he talks about it and how it’s built

  • In the next 30 to 60 years someone will think to collect these one of a kind home made rat rods. If they are kept in pristine condition they will be priceless. Some of them to me, are already there.. Now days videos and records can be kept stored and veiwed by anyone at any time. It was never so simple in the past as now. I built alot of motorized machines from starting with go carts and mini bikes. At 17 I decided to build a 1962 Chev ll 6 cyl. In the 1970s. With help from local machinist I took my parts and my book called ‘The Chevy Bible’. He told me he never balanced or built a motor like this before. He was about 70 and 40 years in business. He had just got some fancy new machines the new Napa helped set him up. Together me and LaVern built that 327 from that Chev Bible. I replaced the engine and trans in that Chev II with a 400 hp plus, 327 Chev small block a tunnel ram, 2 x 4 barrel, Holly 360 carbs. an a 4 speed Super T-10 tranny. I had the car painted chrome yellow. School bus yellow not many cars around with that color for sure. I did gitter kinda done. No real safty features except brakes. I only got as far as to test drive it a few times I ttook only a few freinds for a ride, most only once. Then I got married at 21 sold it for a fraction of what I spent. But; what I learned is priceless to me. Over 45 years later went to my home town annual car show and there was a Chev ll same year in the car show. I was standing there drooling at it. A kid in his 20’s walked up,  he said ‘ no thats not yours the one you built’. I was flabbergasted how can he know I moved away never seen or knew this kid. I said ‘ how do you know about that car? He said; alot of guys say the front end lifted off when you were out on the highway running past all them big block Dodge’s and Diehard Ford guys in the 1/4 mile just on the edge of town. Wow, Im a  goll damned legend. I still remembered them days all them story’s seem abit exaggerated, But; that’s a day that really was amazing to me. I think the car is, still parked in an old garage up in Whahpton ND. The engine I sold seperate is setting on a engine stand in my buddy’s garage he raced it several years in his 70 Chevelle minus the tunnel ram. He says; drop that home built truck block, balanced, bored,  domed pistons, 40 lb flywheel small block 327 in anything today it will go and it goes like it’s crazy. There was no internet then to guide you. She was born just from reading a book called the ‘Chevy Bible’. After I sold my buddy that engine for his Chevelle, I remember tuning and test driving that Chevelle in the middle of the night on the highway out in the country every time he changed parts. The Police showed up one night they said; Oh it’s you guy’s out here making all that noise, they started laughing at us old fart’s and drove away. He is 67 and races a Vega now called FastBuck at about 150 mph it’s fast enough for me. Went last fall to watch him race. He say’s you want to try it? No, Im good just watching, not sure if he is serious or not, not going to find out. Gotta love these wild and crazy guy”s doing it today. They are brilliant artist’s design engineer’s at using old with the newer auto and truck parts. Just plain amazing is what they are. They alway’s been here on earth maybe better with every generation. I personally hope and pray they won’t never stop.

  • I gained 100 pounds in a very short period of time after being an athlete my whole life. I’ve now lost 75% of the fat, I have no loose skin. None at all.
However, I agree with this man. If loose skin was the side effect of losing all my weight that I had gained and it was a question between being overweight or having loose skin, I would choose loose skin. Every time.

  • Intermittent Fasting, ie 16/8 Minimum Induces Autophagy,, cell recycling, no matter what your age.. new cell regeneration,,,, AKA.. no more loose skin!

  • I can’t like I’m gonna continue to lose weight, and build muscle cause I started exercising and love it, but I don’t think I will EVER EVER come to the acceptance part

  • Impressive video. It’s clearly visible how tough it was for you emotionally to make this video, but you made it anyhow. Great job.

  • This is a very helpful video. I am an electrical engineer and this fact obliges me to look at thigns from a technical and scientific point of view, exactly as you do this too. That’s why I like your work very much! There is always an explaination in the context of body functions. And yes, the change starts in your head, in your perception and your attitude. Quality food is always the beginning. Junk food is the worst thing that you can do to your body.

  • 96 had an intercooler
94 was the last year of the 7.3 idi turbo that was non intercooled… from late 94 on powerstrokes had intercoolers….

  • Well said young man I’m 60years old I had a vsg operation in August 2019 and have lost 145lb my life has changed so much for the better I exercise every day and do yoga I have loose skin but it’s not as bad as I thought.but when I think of what I was there nothing to worry well done wise words

  • Great job man. Look into trying water fasting if you want to lose some of the lose skin. (I’m not criticizing you over it. I have great respect for the discipline and effort you put forth to get where you are.) Water fasting enables autophagy. Your body will break down unnecessary materials (like loose skin). May take a few weeks of fasting, but it should do it. You can also do it over a longer period of time through intermittent fasting (IF) and ketogenic dieting. Anyway, I salute you man.

  • I had lost 15lbs over the summer, I was making great progress but school started getting close and I started slipping, I’ve gained that weigth back, and perhaps even more, I’m honestly scared to step on the weigth machine, but I’d guess that I’m around 240lbs rn, I was about 225lbs around the middle of summer after my weigth loss, I’m so pissed at myself, during that time I wasn’t eating ANY fast food, I was doing home exercise EVERYDAY, drinking vegetable and lime juices, etc, going out for tons of walks

  • I guess there are worse explanations they could give for Chris Pratt’s sudden weight loss but it’s still a little illogical. You gotta admit though that it’s great that he still continued on Parks after the huge success of GOTG

  • has helped my friend so much with his weight loss. He also used to workout 3-4 days a week and follow lean diet. I have never seen him so happy and confident.

  • I’m 160 5’8, I know my body I know what it can do. I’m trying to get to 205. I work out everyday. I feel and know if I stop working out and consume 3,00 calories a day I can get to 205 in less than 5 months

  • In case you’re wondering kids, this is, true to the game, hot rodding. Absolutely love this build. Built out of 90% used parts and it functions like it was designed by a team of white coats. Fanfuckingtastic job I’m in love with the rig and the idea behind it. It perfectly captures what hot rodding is and SHOULD be forever. Taking the best of what you have and building your dream out of it. Fucking badass man.

  • God, I wish I was able to have you as a trainer. Like, 6 months of in person training? Man, i’d be a whole different person. My body is so blown out from years of doing things wrong, incorrect posture, injuries from sports…

    One day.

  • I’m a GM guy through and through, but DAMN! I’d be proud to take this thing for a spin! What a BAD ASS build! True car guy. Makes me wanna chop an old Apache and stuff a duramax in it and challenge him to a tractor pull! Lol

  • Thanks foe sharing.

I was 114 kgs 2 months ago, i started my weight loss journey 2 months ago and have lost 7kgs.

I am pretty sure i will have lose skin as well and yes it does scare me, but i am sure it won’t be as bad as being obese

  • You look great. I am obese and want to change. And I will much rather have the loose skin than be obese or overweight at all. I will have a lot of loose skin when I am done with my weight loss journey. But I am ok with it.

  • WOW!!! Ça fait 13 ans que je suis avec Beachbody et c’est la première fois que je vois une histoire avec une québécoise!! FÉLICITATIONS!! BRAVO!!!!! Ne lâche surtout pas!!

  • Dude, as an obese person you give me hope and I hope you know you are inspiring others. You are the man bro. Haters gonna hate but ignore that shit cos they are gonna hate anyway.

  • Manh I wanna find one trainer that would tell what they ate and the protein shakes they take every workout videos shows workouts and talks about proteinfood but never tells what to eat

  • i think loose skin is actually cool, like it reminds you with the work you’ve done, the sacrifices, like it’s just represent the hard work you’ve done.

  • If loose skin bothers you and is effecting YOUR confidence (whomever reads this) if you really can’t stand it just get a little tuck from a plastic surgeon or live with it they’re both fine answers!

  • I’m around 190pounds right now. Do you think I’ll have lose skin if I lose around around 40?
Also,is there ways to “Get big” I’m not planning on being a strongman, but I’d rather be a little “bigger” than to have a sixpack but looseskin with it:(

  • Man I loved seeing this type of stuff growing up in Lancaster. Even the houses were Rat Rodded lol. Texas doesn’t do cars like California does cars. 661 repper. Even more homesick now.

  • My girl used naturekindness .com for sometime and it really helped her lose some inches. She also used to run every morning for 30-40mins. Never seen her being so confident. Really proud of her.

  • Man, that takes courage. I wish you unrelenting willpower and good luck in your journey and keep going forward no matter what. I’m trying to do the same in my own physical and mental transformation.

  • You mean to tell me I guy that built Indy cars came up with the assanine idea of running 4 leaf springs up front that’s nut and if that thing was just a little lighter he’d have a hell of a time trying to driving it lol it looks like it’s built like a tank it’s cool as hell and very cool for him to make something like that work but with out that kind of motor in there it would never work to light but he matched it up perfectly

  • No joke I actually drooled on my beard while I was watching this. I love the creativity put into rat rods. There is literally no other vehicle alike.

  • i started gyming in December 2019 and I was 70kg, its July 2020 (however missed a month + due to lockdown) and I’m 75kg. is that good progression for a 16 year old me?

  • Man I have been Skinny all my life and never had problems with any of this but I love your message so much. I’m happy you got to where you are and pray that you keep inspiring and spreading more powerful messages like this and allowing yourself to be vulnerable to help others.

  • Hey guys.. not sure if anyone can help me.. skinny guy, 39yrs old.. 143lbs trying to build some muscle. I WAS 176lbs last year, and did major changes to get into better shape. I did, but now too skinny. Anyway, I am doing a lot of resistance training now.. and trying to keep protein intake around 140g a day. 50g or more of that was coming from Whey shakes. I just learned I maybe having a bad acne reaction to that.. and so now need to stop.:-/ What are some other good choice for supplement protein to get my numbers in each day (along with chicken, eggs, etc) that I already eat. Thanks so much! Travis

  • I would have liked to see how it does on road it looks like it would handle pretty good especially how low it is and weight balance that was mentioned it should be able to dive in to a corner and it stay flat and really stick (no bodyroll) and the unique exhaust should sound good when flogging it down the road.

  • Guys, definitely do this the right way. I gained a lot of weight and really love how much bigger I look overall… but I also did some dirty bulking and I now have a bit of a gut and lost my abs. Now I don’t know whether I should keep bulking (cuz I wanna get bigger) or cut to lose that gut first.

  • just want to comment that I watch all your videos and clips, tips, secrets. absolutely the real deal and some. I`m turning 31 in 3 hours. Weight trained since i was 12. Had Many ups and downs. Been on and off medications the kill my test and raised my estrogen and cortisol. Even so, now that I’m not on the medication finally, didn’t expect to be able to naturally gain back the muscle I had in my early 20s. In the last month alone of following this channel and mixing your tips and extra movements and science into my work outs, I’ve gained about 5 lbs over the last 4 week just eating clean as I always have and using those extra little twists on certain lifts and movements that have helped my mobility, my lower back pain and along with the subtraction of a cortisol producing medication being out my diet. Thanks to you; Jeff & Jessie, I’ve been able to naturally put back on some serious muscle and plan to keep growing and watching. Big thanks to you both!!!!

  • So simple, yet so effective. That’s how would I describe diet plan from NextLevelDiet. Now I belive that simplicity is the key to brilliance.

  • My girl used naturekindness .com for sometime and it really helped her lose some inches. She also used to run every morning for 30-40mins. Never seen her being so confident. Really proud of her.

  • Looks like a badge of courage to me. Petty girls go for looks alone. Hang onto the ones who love you heart, mind, body and soul and know what patience, hard work and determination accomplish. We’re out there. Don’t settle for easy, wait for real. ✌

  • Something about that turbo sound just gives me chills. I MUST own a turbo car. The sound of the whistle as it spools up… Ahhhhh its like gods voice to a gearheads ears… The sound of a turbo.

  • One thing about Jeff is…. all his exercises are safe and don’t mess up the spine.. he only suggests the best science based workout and form
Big fan from India. My diet is vegan but I only follow Althean X

  • Ok so I have a question for anybody that sees this comment on this comment section. I right now weigh 320 lbs; I’m 16 years old, 5″9
If I lose say 100 lbs, would I have lose skin? Or since im still “young” would I be able to convert that loose fatty skin to muscle?

  • Never thought I would hear the name Harry Miller mentioned on a Hoonigan vid but there it is!! Glad his contributions to are still being remembered!!!!

  • So basically you covered up your loose skin to look good when you take pictures….. There alot of people making these videos and I’m annoyed that some folks like us (I lost 170 pounds) can’t be honest when taking pictures. But maybe it took you (and others) some time to be ok with having loose skin.

  • You are beautiful and inspirational. Thank you for this message. I lost about 102lbs in the past year and still losing weight, but loose skin has always been on my mind through it all. I shall start on building more muscle because of you.

  • Imagine having everything you need for successfull body transformation in one place?! Yeah, it’s possible, the website called NextLevelDiet leaves you full-packed and ready for melting off those extra pounds.

  • I’m willing to bet, if those screens came off the gravel truck, they were left over screens from the crusher, to sift gravel for driveway mix and what not. Cool!

  • …THIS is the way to build a “Rat Rod”…piece together a bunch of unused parts to create something unique…NOT by cutting up a nice survivor vehicle….

  • If anyone is curious:

3500 calories per pound of fat is the generally accepted rule. This can vary, but we’ll stick with that number. To lose 50 pounds in one month just based on beer, that would 3500 times 50, so 175,000 calories. That over a 31 day period would be 5,645 calories of beer per day. 1 fl oz of beer is 13 calories, so he would be drinking 434 oz of beer per day. The average bottle of beer is 12 fl oz, so he would be drinking basically 31 bottles of beer everyday.

Crazily enough, this would be humanly possible. The first thought would be that he would die of alcohol poisoning, but beer isn’t a high enough ethanol percentage to kill faster than water poisoning. Your body can clear fluids at a rate of about 30 ounces per hour without serious effects, so if Andy drank the beer over at least a period of 14.5 waking hours, he would be safe, and he probably wouldn’t be at a risk of dying unless he did it over a course of ten hours or less.

This is obviously not suggesting to drink this much. A 12 pack of beer costs $10.49, so the cost of a 31 beers a day for a month would cost $1080.89 without tax, with a sales tax of 7.5% it would be $10,836.96. That would mean Andy spends about $130,043.48 dollars a year on beer. At the time April Ludgate was a Director of the Animal Control Department, which makes around 70k a year, and Andy worked for the Sweetums Charity Foundation, which was probably around 50k a year. Therefore, about 100% of their money was being spent on beer. Imagine the credit card debt.
