  • i love this video. and i find all of your content incredibly inspiring, especially with respect to jump rope transformations. when i tried to click on the link on brandon’s transformation, it showed content on how to get boxer physique but nothing about his weightloss journey? can you point me to the link that will take me there? thanks.

  • I’m interested in your general life are you active feminist, do you have a supportive family around you honest questions not a dig at all.

  • Excellent transformation! It motivates me to keep getting up at 5am every week day morning for the gym! The weekends I don’t train but spend time doing lots of activities with my family! The weight is dropping off at the moment! Peace ✌️

  • Wha ssssss uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu. p

  • Hey JRG, I just started jump roping three weeks ago and I’ve already lose a few inches off my waist, thighs, and arms. I’m so happy I was inspired by your channel to keep going & your vids are so informative! • Dude, It takes great commitment, and I mean huge commitment to get changes in ur body, or push yourself daily to do this. I cant even make a week in the gym. I have low self esteem for my body type, seeing you gave me hope and I plan to work toward the body I want.

  • If you want to lose weight just start doing drugs. The reason you’re a fat fuck is because you’re addicted to hyper palatable foods. It’d be better to be addicted to drugs than that garbage. I used to weigh 300 lbs at 5’10 and now I’m 180. You might think I’m trolling but my life really has changed for the better now that I’m a drug fiend. Since I’m not fat any more women will actually look my way and hope I talk to them. I also now have a lot of crazy stories. I am a much better looking more interesting person because of drugs. Nothing like one night stands when you’re tripping balls on acid.

  • Dude, you look awesome! I’ve always been aware of the benefits of jumping rope, just near thought of doing it religiously like that. I graduated college last year, used to be really lean, but got a little bulkier towards the end and have been on a leaning out regimen, I’m definitely going to utilize my jump rope in the basement now. Thanks!

  • you are an exemple for many people who lose hope or they need some motivation evrybody who crosses hard time in this moment should see this video That’s the proof nothing is imposible

  • Man,I know what is jump rope in the age 17 because of you guys and I am now in normal BMI rather than my past overweight. And all the credits goes to you guys and for that thank you very much.

  • I have gone from 313 lbs. To 220, im now stuck at 220lbs. Im going to keep up my regular exercise regiment but im going to add jumping rope, 180lbs. here i come, thanks for the awesome video .

  • Amazing how everyone’s hormones respond differently to various eating and life styles. This story amazes me. Congratulations! Thanks for sharing.

  • I have been running last couple of years,I am 52 so in decent shape, for my age,the trick for me is to do the excercise you enjoy, swimming, cycling, skipping, hit, keeps it fresh and fun

  • I’ve just had my daughter and I’ve never loved myself more (on the inside) and I have never been prouder of myself. I actually love my self for the accomplishments I’veade growing and birthing my little human. I do want to loose weight. Alot of it. I’ve gained so much I’m definitely insecure. I hope this works for me.

  • Am trying to lose 70 pounds. Am a nursing mum of a 6 months baby. Is it safe for me to go ahead and try jumping ropes? Am currently 209 pounds

  • This video is why I am subscribing to your channel and will give you a follow on Instagram. New jumper here and you are very motivating.

  • How does age/hormones factor into this? I’ve kept 20 pounds out of the 30 I lost since 2017. But, I’m 49 and in the last two years I’ve gained about 5 each year and can’t get it off. I’m starting menopause.

  • haha! I have just turned 23 and I have been doing HIIT exercising which i found out it is working great for me and I have started a couple of weeks ago a jump rope routine! I love it! can’t wait to see progress!!!

  • wow way back in 2016 someone could say men and women are biologically different and not get 10k dislikes?
the world has changed so much.

  • This is sad setting up expectation thats so far in reality.. Why they dont tell people that these bodybuilders are using something?? Sad:(

  • For women if we jump too much will our calves start getting bigger?Due to this fear i am not ready to start jumping yet…please do clear this doubt…

  • I’m 5’2, 132 lbs to 125 lbs then it frustrates me because I’ve been in 125lbs to 124lbs still for 2 weeks…and in that I’m doing jump rope for a week…

  • 6’3 25 year old man, I did 107 lbs in 6 months in 2015.. 302 TO 195. Even more daunting is that I kept a majority of it off, never going above 230 again since, (195 was really lean, I’m comfortable and fit at 215-220).. I didn’t do 10 hours a day in the gym. I did 2 hours a day in the gym coupled with mixing a very low carb diet with a whole food vegan diet. When I’d get bored of eating meat and salad, I would switch to fruit, salad, and beans and be vegan, keeping calories around 1500. It was the hardest thing I ever did. No one else understands the will power and courage it takes to face that mountain and not be overwhelmed by its might. To put your head down and take it one step at a time. 99% of people don’t have it in them, be the one percent! I never thought I could do it until I decided to do it. You can too!

  • This makes no sense my brother is about 6 ft and a half and he weighs about 185 and he looks way leaner and thinner than this guy after his 16 week diet. How?

  • I have no clue who would tell you that you can’t gain weight eating as much fruits and veggies as you want, the type (fruits and veggies) help your nutrition and metabolism for sure but if you eat too much (calories in verses calories out) you will gain weight. I also heard that if you roast the potatoes and then roast again they lose their starch.

  • yeah i know how it feel..
You’re motivated me. I was addicted to drugs before, and thankfully my husband took me away from my place by marry me.. But im struggle with all this 360° difference lifestyle then. So I gain weight about 10kg, and.. Bismilllah.. Im trying being vegan now.. You make me realize that it’s not about the number of the scale, but it’s all about habit and healthy for a better life.. Thankyou

  • Just started to jump rope! subscribed to you guys for the terrific content, and wanted to say thanks for the 10% off of Picked up the 1lb heavy rope and the 2020 power handles for my first nice setup!

  • Wow! A great transformation. I recently lost 40 pounds and it was truly a struggle. I just posted my first before and after video.:)

  • I came across this channel today as I wanted to learn how to jump rope with the correct technique as a beginner. I have had a jump rope with me for over a year now but never got around to get serious with it because I wasn’t doing it right, and it took me a complete year to realise that I could look up a proper beginner technique on youtube. I have resorted solely upon jogging for my cardio which was too exhilarating and not much fun and now due to the restrictions owing to COVID-19. I have become a lazy couch potato for past three months to the point that I gained 45lbs and lost my gains which took me 2 years to get (not a highly motivated lad here!) So looking at this particular video with Dan describing his journey, I have a spurt of motivation to begin and now I am back at the starting point again at 260lbs with my goal to lose weight become lean.

  • Is it good if you jump rope every morning like about 30 Min before you took your breakfast and do weight lifting 3-4 times per week in the evening for 1h30min??

  • I am working with the same coach now (10 years later) and we’re doing something a little different. Here’s a full day of eating with the plan now:

  • -> Search for “Food for weight loss” on google groups -> Click “Food for weight loss” group -> Click on “join group” button -> click “25 ebooks” -> Then click “Download Now”

  • This is so awesome, I am just starting to learn how this works and found your video today. So inspiring! I’m now over 50 and hope I have the same response. Thanks for all this information for everything one!

  • Losing weight is like rolling boulders uphill. The closer I get to my goal, the harder it is to finish. And the moment I lose my grip on my goal, all my losses are quickly regained.

  • thank you very much for uploading this video

    {{{{{{{{ thumbs up 130K,,.,.,.,,, }}}}}}}}}

looking forward to watch your next video…..

  • I can’t find the initial video I commented on to come back and update!! So I’ll do it on this one. Started jump rope end of march\april 2020 starting weight 184lbs / current weight 166lbs. The biggest difference came after I got my Crossrope set (lean) the first pair kept getting tangled and frustrating. I’ve lost 3 inches around my waist, 4.5 inches around my belly button. I’ve learned the high knees, running jump, the cross over, boxer step, straddle and double unders!!! I plan on eventually moving on to the heavier ropes!!!
    ‍♂️‍♂️ lets get ITTT 2020

  • It’s easy to lose weight just diet properly. Even a five year old can do that. Age is not such a big factor when it comes to losing it despite slower metabolism, as you can always make your diet stricter. Finally, age 32 is not old, you fucking 10 year olds people used to die at the age of 30 at one point in time, but with the advanced technology that we have today, people can live four times 32. I legitimately know people forty years old that are much healthier than twenty year olds for one simple reason; lifestyle has nothing to do with age, and such age is not even old in any way, shape, or form in the first place.

  • I have watched sooo many before and after videos. This is by far the BEST one out there I have seen. You are an amazing inspiration!

  • I lost 60lbs with a Generic jump rope from Walmart lol. I did eventually buy a Cross Rope after I was sure jump rope was a thing I would do. It is definitely a thing I will do and do for the rest of my life. Appreciate you guys.

  • Just felt this video you are amazing you look great I myself have been keto since 2017 and recently gained some weight back I started out at 2:21 I got down to 137 and now I’m back up to 150 which I met a lot of stalls but I’m trying to do my best to bring it back down but I am 50 years old so there’s other issues going on as well

  • Okay I’ll be the first to point out the obvious, you don’t get these results in one year without a little extra boost… and I’m not talking about losing weight, I’m talking gaining that much muscle and that much tone.

  • I am so happy I just found yr channel. I love potato but a lot people said to me, potatoes is very fattening therefore afraid to eat a lot but now I saw how you consume so much potatoes and yet can slim down. Thanks a lot for sharing yr journey of fitness.

  • It’s all about the hormone Insulin people. Eat whole foods. Check out Dr Jason Fung people if you want to get healthier. His book The Obesity Code was an eye opener. I don’t count calories and i am losing weight. Stay safe people

  • I went from 230 plateuing at 208. Kinda been slacking on my keto diet and not been working out as consistently lately. Needa shake it up and go ham again so i can meet my goal of 190

  • Lost 50 pounds in the past 2 years but have hit the hardest weight loss plateau yet for the last 10 pounds I want to lose. I’ve always wanted to get into jump rope so going to try your videos for my cardio.

  • Do you still treat yourself to cheat days/drink alcohol at all? I’m looking to lose like 10lbs more but I still like to enjoy the occasional alcoholic beverage or pizza haha I eat pretty healthy majority of the time and have been jumping rope for over about a month now and I love it!

  • People calling his guy out for getting these results in less than a year smh ‍♂️
One of the other videos has the 2 12 week challenge winners who achieved the same results in 12 friggin weeks

  • I love you ginger. Your honestly and vulnerability is so courageous. And you are so beautiful! If you weren’t married already I would pop the question. Keep being you, we are all behind you xxx

  • Hey I come across your video..not that this comment will ever reach you but you look absolutely amazing it’s awesome how you put the work in you stuck to it you were so motivated you were even dedicated to trying different things and still following through with them.I’m sure you’re a great example to women everywhere keep up the good work and shows that hard work dedication can do it stay hungry!!! The right type of hungry

  • Thanks, I’m just learning about jumprope and I’m down with the challenge to #DoTheThing
I also have a 70lb goal, to hear your story was very encouraging. #newsub

  • I notice a lot of people keep on speaking about Custokebon Secrets (do a search on google). But I’m uncertain if it’s good. Have you ever tried this popular diet plan program?

  • I have problems with excercising (it gives me no pleasure, I just get sweaty and feel even more disqusted about myself) and drinking 2 litres water per day (IMPOSSIBLE for my size kind of a girl, I’m 160cm/66kg and would like to weight something btwn 52-55kg’s… Any tips? I have tried to add fruits to my water, but it still tastes either too bitter, too sweet or like NOTHN.

  • I’ve never gone on a diet or sincerely tried to adjust my weight, but having wrestled, I’ve seen a lot of struggles. I wonder how well my team mates would have done if they had this information.

  • It’s so great you lost the weight. If only you could lose the apostrophes where they do not belong! Sorry, it’s the editor in me.

  • Thank you for sharing your experience. Keto is part of the journey to health. As you work through the other parts that bring set backs, you will come out on top!

  • Wow, Wow, wow!..I can beyond relate to this. I have tried so many things and it can seem so difficult to find the right path. Glad you found yours this is amazing and beautifully told. I appreciate you sharing your story.:)

  • Hitting the gym 10 hours / day that’s so fucked up and making fat people think they can’t do it because they have to move in the gym…

  • 00:20 Wait, is he that guy from Karate Kid II. He seriously looks like him, but that might just be because I watched the movie just a few hours ago.

  • Thank you for posting this! I was following you back when you were fully raw and I had just made the switch as well. I gained SO MUCH WEIGHT. I have still struggled to find something that works so hopefully the starch solution will help me out!

  • I’m glad that you ignore the igorant remarks and keep making these helpful videos! You are an inspiration to all who have and are struggling with big corp and government selling and pushing garbage that are slowly killing us and keep us addicted to their poison and meds!!! Keto is the ONLY eating lifestyle for me! It has saved my life and my children’s! Everyone does Keto differently for the way their body works! As long as it’s working for them…then they’re doing it right in my book! Nobody has a say in it! God Bless you! Keep up with the message and awesome recipes sister!

  • I’ve lost 7kg in 4 weeks.. My method is to eat just one meal per day, lunch. I will continue until I’ve lost 25kg in total. I hope to be there in 3 months.:)

  • Great job…Eating healthy and fitness is a lifestyle now for me. I lost 60 pounds plus…I even made a YouTube page dedicated to my journey and much more check it out if you like!!!

  • I did 80 lbs loss in 6 months. And no I didn’t do 10 hours a day in the gym or hire a trainer.

My motivation was to not die early.

  • This video has great advice, but I’m confused about the best diet plan that I should use, only because I have never taken any. Anybody tried using the Custokebon Secrets? I have noticed several folks refer to extraordinary things about Custokebon Secrets.

  • Guys. lost crazy amounts of fat doesn’t need to be hard (I used to think it did). I’m going to give you some tips right now. Look for a popular lose weight diet plan called Custokebon Secrets (do a google search). Thanks to it I’ve lost a ton of weight. I should not even be talking about it cause I do not want a lot of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I am just in a excellent mood right now and so I’ll share the wealth lol.

  • this is bullshit.. He’s a professional poker player, took some time off to work out and eat clean. He doesn’t have a 9-5 grind like 99% of us do.. Good that he took his $600 k bet with his poker buddies, but come on here, read between the lines. I would celebrate more of those everyday heros who grind it out at daily living and grind it out at the gym and clean eatings.. those guys deserve a huge pat on the back without the financial incentive.. Again GMA is a bullshit show, cherry picking stories for cheap ratings…

  • Funny you should mention that, when I was trying to lose weight (I’m gonna have to live alone or find somewhere private where I can treadmill in peace without interruptions causing sudden exhaustion) and I was just calorie restricting, I lost the most weight when I ate a lot suddenly, breaking free from “starvation mode” or whatever the technical term was, the only issue is that I didn’t like eating that much after eating so little, and it was harder each time to go back to eating so little, and low calorie foods that aren’t just eating less end up costing more than I can afford

  • I love that you’re from Cardiff! I’m from Mountain Ash just 30 minutes away! Nearly 4 weeks keto now and your videos are a great help:)

  • I’m 35….this guy looks so old! And to be honest, he looks like shit..I got rid of 63 pounds in 7 months, following keto and working out 5 days a week 1 hour each day. Got 26 pounds to get to my final goal weight.

  • It’s rather refreshing to see an obese person lose weight the natural way, through healthy diet and exercise and not by going the lazy route, by having surgery.

  • Ginger, if niacin causes glycogen to go, then it won’t be satisfied with fat or ketones for fuel, but zi can see how you might think it would move weight loss along. No glycogen stores left, then body uses ketones?

  • Amazing story.
Mount Sinai in NY has a medical school and innumerable affiliations with ppl around the globe. Can someone please help him complete this journey by helping him replace his teeth.
It is only right! And at no cost too.

  • You look amazing and more importantly I’m sure you feel amazing after loosing 70 lbs. Who gives a crumpets ass what anyone else thinks. Keep on doing what you do. Your helping others get to their good place.!!

  • You’re gorgeous and amazing and human! I’ve struggled with my weight all my life! Keto has saved me, I’m down 100lbs, and feel amazing! I know I will continue to struggle for the rest of my days, but at least with keto I have the answer! Thx so much keto on!!

  • U look amazing brother..I recently turned 43 and starting to get back in shape I LOVE jumping rope but I seem to get HORRIBLE shin splints anymore! Like to the point that I can barely walk..I have very good shoes and have used a mat..any tips or info on how to avoid this?? I’ve had great success with jumping rope in the past and want soooo badly to start again. Thanx so much for ur inspiration!

  • Am I the only one who has to puke when I hear “cheesecake” but get all water mouthed about the “chicken breast, fish and green veggies”?

  • Truly inspirational my brother, just back from my work out and saw your vid. Started my journey in January, I. Doing it man can’t give up! Much respect. Keep on smiling my brotha!

  • I started keto 5 months ago. I have been watching your videos on recipes, electolytes, shopping hauls etc. Very informative but also a joy to watch as you are authentic and funny and warm. But I never knew your story. Just want to say it made me so sad to hear about the people insulting and doubting you/keto. I just want to thank you for your courage and for all you do for the keto community. So many of us have issues, you are not alone by any stretch. You are a person after my own heart and someone Im sure I would love to have as a dear friend if we ever had met. Be proud Alicia, warm wishes and lots of love xxx

  • Just bought a rope yesterday after watching this channel for a week and counting calories and eating healthy. Starting at 236 (postpartum) so I’m hoping this works for me.

  • Jump Rope Dudes
I get this is coming somewhat late, against the upload date of the video, but have you considered calisthenics instead of the gym?
I dont prefer dull and repetitive gym training, and calisthenics provides me perfect substitution.
You move your whole body, almost every muscle is working together at once (no head&shoulders days like in the gym), youre out in the open, and it pairs up amazing with rope as you dont get much leg workout in calisthenics and you need cardio.
Anyways, thats my fav combination, wouldnt change it for a world at this point, so thought of sharing it.

  • That’s sad. people were criticizing his appearance when he was heavy and also when he was skinny. Shows you how shitty most people are

  • How long was yer first weight loss stall? I feel like since I’m older and at the menapaus age, this may b harder til my body gets more use to it. Not quite sure yet. But, I would believe it would b a big part of it. luvs!

  • I’ve been getting a similar reaction from my family saying I’m too fat to give weight loss advice even though I’ve just completed a course to become a weight management advisor and know more about nutrition than most gp’s (proving their training in nutrition is extremely lacking). My weight loss is slow because of hasimotos but the keto diet makes me feel much better than any other diet. For me it’s healing first then hopefully weight loss will follow. Keep up the good work. You’re the best keto YouTuber in the uk.
