  • I bought two big bottles of whey protein powder. (The black version of ONE). The first spoon of that thing sent me straight to the hospital. I had sever stomach problems; bloating, vomiting and diarrhea. After some months, I decided to give it a try again but this time being careful and dissolving just a quarter spoon and yes i did feel something in the stomach. It was clear that my body wasn’t reacting well to it. This has been a huge setback as I am trying to join gym and gain weight. Has anyone experienced this?
