I bought two big bottles of whey protein powder. (The black version of ONE). The first spoon of that thing sent me straight to the hospital. I had sever stomach problems; bloating, vomiting and diarrhea. After some months, I decided to give it a try again but this time being careful and dissolving just a quarter spoon and yes i did feel something in the stomach. It was clear that my body wasn’t reacting well to it. This has been a huge setback as I am trying to join gym and gain weight. Has anyone experienced this? Am thinking of just quitting supplements and stick to natural protein sources. Will this be enough to build muscles compared to using supplements?
