  • Listen, I’ve been around the game of basketball for many, many years. Zion is a walking injury. It really sucks but his body is just too much force for the game. He may be ok and not injured for a while but it’s always going to be something. Just sad.

  • If Zion can learn to use his mobility of his strength, become a good passer, become a good/great shooter in a 3pt league, get his handles better, learn to deal with media, doesn’t get into controversy (which he already has not even a year into the league), learn to deal with his teammates problems and always be a good example, become a student of the game and learn various rules he probably doesn’t know well enough, raise his speed and switch to the SF postition, then I would consider him for a MVP. Not hating on Zion it’s just for what he has done doesn’t make him an instant hall of famer, but giannis did it, so maybe he has a chance too.

Like if I’m eating pizzas everyday and olive oil heavy breakfasts, cake, even if I don’t I get obese as such, but I do put on weight and cut it into muscle, surely there’s risk of internal cholesterol/fat? How does one ensure this doesn’t happen when dirty bulking?

He basically worked really hard, played really hard giving max effort in everything.
    I don’t like those guys because they cost you millions and cannot play very long.

  • People for the last time at the combine Zion tested extremely high with 274 pounds of muscle and 8.5 pounds of fat, and I even mentioned he has the second highest vertical in Duke history ( Cassuis Stanley’s 2019-20 ), he was dunking from the free throw line in his junior year, he is in perfect shape.

Last year 2019 I was at 320 lbs and after my marriage ended and a history of knee problems I simply had enough. I cleaned up my diet, started doing cardio and now I’m at 215 lbs.   • I was like Zion athletic as a big man. I played football. I stop jumping when I was 24 my back went out 5’10 260 with hops. Is cool when everybody giving you props. But to be so quick and so nimble and landing on my left leg gave me arthritis at the age of 26. Playing pick up basketball ball getting high fives is not worth losing your knee.Now I just walk lmao. Hops come with a price.

  • I started my weight gain/workout journey when quarantine first started in like late March. Me and my friends caught corona in February and I was like 135-140 after getting over it. Right now I’m 165 I’ve gotten so much stronger but not much bigger. It’s so hard still trying to get 6 meals in every day. I’m tall and long so weight hides on me. Anyone else losing motivation?:(

Do you have any other options besides the chocolate milk? I drank half a gallon every day for a week and it ended up making me absolutely awful and I started breaking out really bad. Just looking for the dirtiest way to actually bulk and keep on weight. If I don’t eat like crazy I lose the weight within days.
