I was off my feet for a long time, and sunk into a bad depression… and well, I ate. I gained a TONNE of weight…. BUT, I have family coming from Australia for Xmas. So on September 1 this year… I began trying to lose the weight. I completely wiped out all sugar (I had been guzzling bottles of Coke, lots in coffee, etc) I got rid of all cheese (I piled cheese on everything). I also got rid of ice cream and Magnums, which I ate every night for 2 years…..On October 1 I started exercising again, I have a high tech treadmill at home… and I worked myself up to 40 mins a day on a sharp incline. It’s been about 7 weeks… and I swear there has been no result? �� �� It’s disheartening…… I’d really appreciate just a few words of wisdom even? Cheers Ram, Tom:)

  • I do fasted cardio every day and I am very ripped but yuo don’t need to do fasted cardio you tap into your glycogen stores instead of using the carbohydrates that you should consume that morning or the evening before. Don’t believe everything people say and you don’t have to not eat carbs that’s so stupid his body will use the protein as fuel so for natural atheletes is will be harder to gain muscle so if you are natural then carbs are important for workouts and exercise.

Why would anyone use your system while there are so many more better ones and as crazy as you are, you even use some roids to make it seems like it’s possible… it is, but muscle growth is really slow, you don’t have better genetics than most people to gain 15Lbs and cut at the same naturally, so I wonder what you took lol….
