  • Pointing out to someone that they have acne over and over is pretty shitty. Some people are just prone to cystic acne and it has nothing to do with steroids, cleanliness, or their diet. Dylan if you read this consider taking accutane because for cystic acne it’s the only thing that works and continues to work once you finish using it.

  • Clearly all you did is dehydrate and and condition yourself with high reps and lots of cardio just like most people do before a show, my question would be, if you could keep yourself at this level for months on end?

  • Nice vid I hope to see a summer shredded picture of him just to see them gains. I hope he keeps up the hard work. Thanks to both of u for sharing. ✌️

  • I want to see this but this is on one of the priciest streaming services I have seen. Tries to bill you for a full year and doesn’t show the other options.

  • Can I do this even if I have no muscle hiding underneath the fat? Or should I do less cardio for longer than you did just build muscle before burning too much fat?

  • I saw your Instagram post (Moe_fitness21) and I was like, I have to watch this video. As a fitness enthusiast myself as well as someone applying to medical school, I can relate to the stress life can bring upon us, but this video is just so inspiring and uplifting. Keep it up brother!

  • How to avoid acne:

1Try not to eat food with dairy products

2Do not skip several meals then suddenly eat something with a lot of sugar

3Keep your hands off your face

4Wash your face with oil free soap once or twice a day

    All the best bro ❤️

  • Hey, Matt. I’m from India. I want to shred 20KG of fat ‘cuz I’m skinny fat. According to my knowledge, an optimum range of cutting fat is 0.5kg per week. According to this, it will take me 10 months to lose all 20kg. My question is it fine to go for 10 months of straight cutting or should i break it into intervals? I don’t have any problem to go down 10 month straight.

  • I read plenty of great opinions on the net about how Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine) will help you lost a lot of weight. Has anybody tried using this popular weight loss secrets?

  • I don’t know why people lie, you ain’t fat, off cycle maybe. It’s not like far person will just grow a muscle out of air it will take someone who didn’t play sport longer than 3 months

  • Hi Jeremy. I have been in plateau state for several years now. And I have changed my diet several times, changed macros as well. Currently, I am eating around 1300-1400 calories(130 pounds, 5’3), and I work out 4 days in a week(Following Chloe Ting’s program as I don’t have access to gym/gym equipment). Could you explain how can I overcome this plateaued state? Macros(Yesterday’s diet macros example148C, 87P, 56F).

  • Pretty good technique with the texturing. However, you need to work a lot more on your fading. Both sides were uneven, the goal with fading is to have a nice blurry transition. Unfortunately yours had a hard line. Practice makes permanent.

  • You lost 23 lbs in 3 months. You started out with a daily caloric deficit of only 400 calories and ramped it up every two weeks by 100. You started out with little cardio.
You began at 18% and and after 6 weeks your body fat was down at 11%. Therefore 70% of your fat loss, about 16 lbs, occurred within that time. That‘s a fat loss of over 2.5 lbs per week in the first 6 weeks. With a daily caloric deficit of 500 calories one would expect a fat loss of only around 1 lbs per week. Where does the dramatic difference come from?

  • This guy was about 200lbs with so few calories.. there was another client of yours who weighed 170lbs initially and with nearly 3k calories. Why tho

  • Hai there.
    I am Varun from INDIA.
I have started reducing my MACROS which affected my body balance. I started to feel tired, more sleepy, and even some sort of Giddiness. Can you help me about this?

  • What do you think of lost a ton of weight using Custokebon Secrets? I notice a lot of people keep on speaking about Custokebon Secrets.

  • Love your content. So many You-tubers I unfollowed because they either were to cocky, same content, or unmotivated. Keep it up bro. Truly Inspiring ✊✊

  • I’m so glad this is being made, especially with a focus on MMA where its significantly worse of a problem than wrestling. I’ve had many seasons of being the guy that’s always cutting too much weight but none of its compares to the seriousness of those guys. I’m glad the problem is being exposed.

I am an 18 year old, I weigh 152 pounds (69kgs) and have been dieting since february and weight training for a few weeks. I want to become slimmer (ideally start forming ab muscles have a lower body fat percentage), and have lowered my calories to around 1500-600 (sometimes more if i train) a day as I still have a decent layer of fat over my belly. Is this right? I still have some fat on me I want to get rid of, but do I need to carry on dieting if I want to start looking shredded (ab muscles, larger chest etc) or should I stop dieting any further and focus on eating more and weights? I’m scared this will make me put my weight back on. If anyone has any advice I’d be welcome to all comments

  • It still surprise me, how many people don’t know about Custokebon Secrets, even though many people get great result with it. Thanks to my friend who told me about Custokebon Secrets, I’ve lost crazy amounts of weight with it without starving myself.

  • That is basically what happend to me cutting 38 pounds for wrestling and about every practice getting down to that weight i blacked out

  • Hey, great video man.
Just wondering how many times a week you fast? Your diagram said between 5-7 days a week, but shouldn’t intermittent fasting be one day on one day off?

  • Im 14 yrs old78kg(lbs)imma start weight loss first i want to drop to atleast 60kg then start training to be fit but i dont have a gym cuz of covid but i have 2 5kg dumbbells and 1 15kg do u have any tip also should i cut cuz im fat or what

  • Is there a better feeling than eating a pizza without a guilt knowing that it wouldn’t mess up your fitness plans? *Next Level Diet*, thank you for everything!

  • Honestly, I’d do anything to look they way you looked on your before picture. I’m at a BMI of 27% and have lost 3% in four months. I’m at 197lb and hoping to get in the low 180’s/high 170’s. I’m doing to Cancun and wanna look good, and only have 4 months to lose 20 more lb. I’ve already lost 23 lb, but I don’t feel thinner on my love handles/arms and face. So I don’t know if I’ll look so good even if I do get to 180

  • Hey Dylan awesome video!  Loved the explanation of ur diet and cardio plans and how detailed they were, prolly the best I’ve seen on YT!  Best of luck with ur cut!  Also, just wondering if u might do a short review of ur truck now that u’ve had it for a few months, like how u like it, good & bad features, etc.  I know ur channel is mostly fitness, but would love to hear ur opinion of the Colorado!

  • Some tips Dylan, Maca root powder for hormone imbalance which is a super fruit and is also very good for muscle building, add to Smoothie. Drink Burdock root Tea, clearly you need a detox and burdock root tea is very good for detox and skin and heal the skin and also scars etc. Add Sea Buckthorn oil and the berry into 1:1 part with each other and take 1-3 drops on clean face and massage deeply and let it absorb. Do these and you see, take care.

  • Hey Gokuflex, what could you advise for me. I am 5’10” and currently sit at 167 lbs. I’m a hardgainer and I have been a gym person for most of my life. I want to gain weight and sit from 180-190 lbs, but I want to look lean not skinny fat. What program or tips can you recommend for me and my goals. I am tired of being skinny and seem like I hit a plateau to where I cannot gain. My lacking areas are legs and arms but I want a total body transformation. Thanks for all you help and great videos brah!

  • Красава мужик, большой респект, многие говорят что темно кожие уроды и неправильные люди, ты не из их числа, удачи по жизни и по больше счастья пусть у тебя все получается и не прекращай стремиться к своей целе:)

  • So if you can make a Transformation from somebody who is started rly skinny and give some advise to this would be rly nice becouse I’m rly skinny and its realyyyyyy hard to gain weight and mucels sry for my bad English and thanks for the answer

  • thanks to your inspiration I started around the month of February cutting and building muscle to get the look for trunks lol but nice video man

  • I would work out in sweats every practice, run in plastics and jump rope in a sauna at time…all for high school wrestling. I would come in 160 and suck to 135. I remember gassing out, cottonmouth and done at a tournament my senior year in the quarter finals. If I won I would have gone to state in CA. I’m not passing blame, it’s the way it was back then. But that day it sure caught up.

  • it nice to look at the “after” stage, but its really nice to hug the “before” stage XD, just the right amount of muscle and fat:) by the way, I m not just watching, I do work out as well, I spent almost a year from 87kg >78kg now, still around 8kg more to reach my target weight. its not as fast as you do though. thanks for your video and its my inspiration.

  • I’ve been cutting for a year and a half and even past my year mark I was better than that… you need to work on you’re fading and the scissor techniques are useless, shape up was pushed back and rushed and the client just looks unhappy… sorry.

  • Great stuff. Before the pandemic I went from 25-18% in 4 months. Now I’ve plateaued at 18-19% and looking retains muscle and keep dropping the fat

  • What do i do once i get to the body fat percentage i want. Like how can i maintain that leanness.

This would probably be in like the 10-12% range

  • Question. Why dont yous go down the grades each time instead of creating lines by going low to high? Is it the same results but faster to go high to low?

  • Quick question, I looked at the macro split and it appears that you keep carbs quite high and have fats lower than I’ve normally seen, is there a reason for that?

  • higher volume makes you lose muscle? that’s fucking retarded and makes literally 0 sense. why would working out makes you lose muscle? high volume actually increases muscle size and low volume/high weight increases strength. high volume pushes your muscles to hypertrophy more so than high weight. you’re clearly all about that bro science shit

  • Hey man, I love those transformation videos! please do them regularly again! I would like to see a skinny fat to lean transformation, or even further after that process the lean bulk too.
    Keep it up!

  • Cutting weight and wrestling were two sports in one. I look back on my wrestling and wonder how I wrestled after cutting 7-8 pounds in 12 hours. I dreamed about food. Unreal.

  • Congrats!!!! You did not have much belly fat to start with. You had more lean muscle. I am on a 30 day workout to, and 3 versions of an improved marylne Monroe diet. I also have muscle hiding under my left over body fat. I don’t sit all day and can’t stand to sit. I am doing body weight workout and 50 lb weights. Women eat like 1800 which I learned is too much for older women, so I am eating between 1200 and 1500. I stop eating after 5 pm. I do HIIT but I prefer the kind that doesn’t make me huff and puff moderate. I prefer long walk cardio when just waking and before bed. I am currently on a one day dry fast a week for spiritual reasons and to improve my connection with food.

  • treatment for face rash => Benzalkonium Cloride; use ‘Bactine’ $9 or $4 ‘BAND AID hurt free 1st aid’ antiseptic; both same ingredients, same disinfectant; works for me

    or try Permethrin
=> harder to find in stores called NIX, made from the Chrysanthemum flowers
it kills infections and all bugs and cats; just FYI

  • Thanks for the video. I’m in the process of a major cut at the moment and I’ve been absorbing as much info as possible. Still hoping to get a few questions answered but I definitely picked up some tips from this video.

  • Hello, have you considered this kind of diet plan known as the Custokebon Secrets? My mate says it helps people lost a ton of weight. Is that possible? I also read numerous excellent review about this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • How can I get coached by you man! I’ve been going to the gym but it feels like I’m just going in blind looking at what others do and just doing that.

  • You have a very punchable face, your speech impediment is annoying, you’re ugly, and you have major skin problems. Let this motivate viewers that anyone can achieve on social media if they put their mind to it (and a few hundred mgs of test)

  • I don’t hate, I’m not jealous, however, he is not 8% bodyfat in the after picture, he just isn’t. If you’re telling me he only has to lose 5lbs to get to 5% body fat (look up any bodybuilder at a show, most of them are 4 or 5%) then you’re stupid.

  • Hey Dylan, how do you go about finding the foods that fit in your diet, that’s the only thing I don’t understand how to do, i know how to find the calories I need, the proteins fats and carbs, but finding the foods to fit my diet is where I have a problem how do you go about finding foods that will fit your diet? Thank you.

  • A lot of people focus of the weight instead of the shaping… Shaping is also important. Gaining muscle while losing fat may keep your weight around the same or have limited loss in short time frames. That HIIT phase is when it starts to get nice for ya. This is a good vid. Thanks for sharing.

  • should you try to burn less calories if you cutting out more calories from your diet? tell us how much calories these people burn week by week

  • Nice haircut, I would have to say though it doesn’t suit his face shape at all, I’d have given that haircut to someone with a more chiselled less fat face.

  • I’m lucky after 2hrs 7 days a week of P90X,P90X2,P90X3 I get to eat 1,000cals a day. 2ndly I was raised to survive with low to no food for several hrs & a day or 2. I eat like most my body will throw it up. 3rd cost money to eat clean healthy. 4. Genetics. 5. Anyone that’s says 3 is bs must be nice to have money or sponsored by mommy & daddy when I mean sponsored I’m saying it as an insult. Being financially taken care of & living under mommy & daddy’s roof rent free.

  • Love these videos. Only found your channel 3 days ago and it’s given me a huge boost of motivation to keep going with my transformation. Also, it’s shown me that I can stop being so scared of the carbs

  • Not trying to toot your own horn but I don’t think you have 30 pounds to lose bro…I think once you hit 180 pounds you’ll already look shredded

  • I wish there was a way to watch this for free or at least a way to subscribe to watch it without paying for a yearly subscription.

  • Yo…can this be free to everyone. I feel like this is a good way to show the public the harsh reality and the risks of doing such extreme things. I’m a wrestler that has to cut weight and now i have to cut more than I have ever done in my life and I think this documentary..thing…would be amazing for people like me to know whether its worth it or not. I like this idea I think it’s really good, I just wish it was posted on this channel or something so that all of us that don’t have a superscription can watch it.

  • You say lose two lbs a week? Which means you only needed to lose 8 lbs. You could of done it faster with a one day dry fast and then two weeks of your routine and still kept alot of your hidden muscle.

  • Ну тут видно Он НЕ тупо сидел и до это и жрал пончики) Это конечно не легко.Сам знаю.Но Когты жиробасина и таких результатов надо Годами Делать

  • From nerdy gamer to suave dude who looks like he has a lot of hot female friends.

The texture in the hair afterwards seemed really nice. That technique looks like a massive no no but actually it made his hair look cool as shit. Good job!

  • I remember getting knocked out with just a defensive arm cross when I had a deep single. At that time I thought I got punched but now I remember the insane cut I was doing to make 132’s.

  • I really want to watch this, but I’m not going to sign up for a month to a service I don’t care about. Please make this something I can buy digitally and own for $8 or something. You’ll reach a wider audience and earn more money too. That’s what some comedians do and I happily buy their specials.

  • All of you are retarded. When your on cycle, your estrogen stays constant if you take your ai right. My skin clears up when i’m on a blast.

  • Hey, I’m 19 years old, 117 lbs and 5’6 but I’m not happy with my body fat percentage. Should I start bulking or should I continue cutting till I lose the extra bit of fat? I can see my abs quite clearly but I have a bit of fat on my chest. I’m worried my weight will drop too low. Any advice would be appreciated.

  • I have always thought that dieting is eating only green vegetables and drinking water. NextLevelDeit proved me wrong. I am eating delicious and nutritionally rich food and still reaching my fitness goals.

  • During a cut, wouldn’t you want to increase protein per lb of BW since you are about to be in a deficit?
Also, as you are decreasing your calories every 2wks, still lifting heavy, but not using progressive overload, right?

  • LOL, we thought the title might generate a few comments, and boy were we right. Title aside, Dave did an awesome job with this cut and the client has great hair.

  • Yo Dylan iam 17 and been working out for about 4 month now ive seen resoults mainly in fatloss and a bit in strength but not so much as i would had wanted i train with friends and iam allot weaker then them my max bench in only 60kg and theres is 90 even doe i train allot more then them. I feel lost and iam wondering if u got any good strength gaining program iam currently just eating allot of food to make sure i grow in size bulking i could say. Any program that hits the gym atleast 5 days a week or so couse i love going there. i feel like i could gain so much more strength but atm its so slow cuz i dont have any real program that focuses on strength.

  • Super necessary topic!!! Organizations should just do the weigh-ins 5 minutes before each bout starts. If you don’t make weight you forfeit the fight and your opponent gets your purse. Problem solved.

  • Very good. The barber has a good understanding of the client’s receding hairline so he is very careful with every cut. The haircut looked great in the end.

  • Did he say he was Emo himself? Haven’t watched it completely yet, if he hasn’t then shouldn’t really label someone an emo lol

Edit: A lot of people will click on the video because it has emo in the title so they might expect the person to be emo, i understand that it is just the haircut:)

  • Can you do a weight gain tutorial/transformation? I’ve been a fan for a hot minute and you’ve been one of my motivators to build muscle and eventually hopefully go D-1 in either football or track. One day I’m hoping I can become a physical trainer/ personal trainer. Thanks. Much love from Indiana

  • Can’t stop watching your videos. Your the smartest fitness coach and your information is 100% scientific evidence based. Congratulations and keep posting content like this!

  • So many people triggered by using the word emo in the title even though it’s referring to the hairstyle. Grow up, just enjoy the video.

  • Love these videos man. I understand everyone’s different but I think these videos give off a good idea of how much macros one should have based off a body type.

  • Travis, Just want to let you know that you inspired a handicapped person to get in the gym yesterday and today.
