  • Pointing out to someone that they have acne over and over is pretty shitty. Some people are just prone to cystic acne and it has nothing to do with steroids, cleanliness, or their diet. Dylan if you read this consider taking accutane because for cystic acne it’s the only thing that works and continues to work once you finish using it.

  • Clearly all you did is dehydrate and and condition yourself with high reps and lots of cardio just like most people do before a show, my question would be, if you could keep yourself at this level for months on end?

  • Nice vid I hope to see a summer shredded picture of him just to see them gains. I hope he keeps up the hard work. Thanks to both of u for sharing. ✌️

  • I want to see this but this is on one of the priciest streaming services I have seen. Tries to bill you for a full year and doesn’t show the other options.

  • Can I do this even if I have no muscle hiding underneath the fat? Or should I do less cardio for longer than you did just build muscle before burning too much fat?

  • I saw your Instagram post (Moe_fitness21) and I was like, I have to watch this video. As a fitness enthusiast myself as well as someone applying to medical school, I can relate to the stress life can bring upon us, but this video is just so inspiring and uplifting. Keep it up brother!

  • How to avoid acne:

1Try not to eat food with dairy products

2Do not skip several meals then suddenly eat something with a lot of sugar

3Keep your hands off your face

4Wash your face with oil free soap once or twice a day

    All the best bro ❤️

  • Hey, Matt. I’m from India. I want to shred 20KG of fat ‘cuz I’m skinny fat. According to my knowledge, an optimum range of cutting fat is 0.5kg per week. According to this, it will take me 10 months to lose all 20kg. My question is it fine to go for 10 months of straight cutting or should i break it into intervals? I don’t have any problem to go down 10 month straight.

  • I read plenty of great opinions on the net about how Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine) will help you lost a lot of weight. Has anybody tried using this popular weight loss secrets?

  • I don’t know why people lie, you ain’t fat, off cycle maybe. It’s not like far person will just grow a muscle out of air it will take someone who didn’t play sport longer than 3 months

  • Hi Jeremy. I have been in plateau state for several years now. And I have changed my diet several times, changed macros as well. Currently, I am eating around 1300-1400 calories(130 pounds, 5’3), and I work out 4 days in a week(Following Chloe Ting’s program as I don’t have access to gym/gym equipment). Could you explain how can I overcome this plateaued state? Macros(Yesterday’s diet macros example148C, 87P, 56F).

  • Pretty good technique with the texturing. However, you need to work a lot more on your fading. Both sides were uneven, the goal with fading is to have a nice blurry transition. Unfortunately yours had a hard line. Practice makes permanent.

  • You lost 23 lbs in 3 months. You started out with a daily caloric deficit of only 400 calories and ramped it up every two weeks by 100. You started out with little cardio.
You began at 18% and and after 6 weeks your body fat was down at 11%. Therefore 70% of your fat loss, about 16 lbs, occurred within that time. That‘s a fat loss of over 2.5 lbs per week in the first 6 weeks. With a daily caloric deficit of 500 calories one would expect a fat loss of only around 1 lbs per week. Where does the dramatic difference come from?

  • This guy was about 200lbs with so few calories.. there was another client of yours who weighed 170lbs initially and with nearly 3k calories. Why tho

  • Hai there.
    I am Varun from INDIA.
I have started reducing my MACROS which affected my body balance. I started to feel tired, more sleepy, and even some sort of Giddiness. Can you help me about this?

  • What do you think of lost a ton of weight using Custokebon Secrets? I notice a lot of people keep on speaking about Custokebon Secrets.

  • Love your content. So many You-tubers I unfollowed because they either were to cocky, same content, or unmotivated. Keep it up bro. Truly Inspiring ✊✊

  • I’m so glad this is being made, especially with a focus on MMA where its significantly worse of a problem than wrestling. I’ve had many seasons of being the guy that’s always cutting too much weight but none of its compares to the seriousness of those guys. I’m glad the problem is being exposed.

I am an 18 year old, I weigh 152 pounds (69kgs) and have been dieting since february and weight training for a few weeks. I want to become slimmer (ideally start forming ab muscles have a lower body fat percentage), and have lowered my calories to around 1500-600 (sometimes more if i train) a day as I still have a decent layer of fat over my belly. Is this right? I still have some fat on me I want to get rid of, but do I need to carry on dieting if I want to start looking shredded (ab muscles, larger chest etc) or should I stop dieting any further and focus on eating more and weights? I’m scared this will make me put my weight back on. If anyone has any advice I’d be welcome to all comments

  • It still surprise me, how many people don’t know about Custokebon Secrets, even though many people get great result with it. Thanks to my friend who told me about Custokebon Secrets, I’ve lost crazy amounts of weight with it without starving myself.

  • That is basically what happend to me cutting 38 pounds for wrestling and about every practice getting down to that weight i blacked out

  • Hey, great video man.
Just wondering how many times a week you fast? Your diagram said between 5-7 days a week, but shouldn’t intermittent fasting be one day on one day off?

  • Im 14 yrs old78kg(lbs)imma start weight loss first i want to drop to atleast 60kg then start training to be fit but i dont have a gym cuz of covid but i have 2 5kg dumbbells and 1 15kg do u have any tip also should i cut cuz im fat or what

  • Honestly, I’d do anything to look they way you looked on your before picture. I’m at a BMI of 27% and have lost 3% in four months. I’m at 197lb and hoping to get in the low 180’s/high 170’s. I’m doing to Cancun and wanna look good, and only have 4 months to lose 20 more lb. I’ve already lost 23 lb, but I don’t feel thinner on my love handles/arms and face. So I don’t know if I’ll look so good even if I do get to 180

  • Hey Dylan awesome video!  Loved the explanation of ur diet and cardio plans and how detailed they were, prolly the best I’ve seen on YT!  Best of luck with ur cut!  Also, just wondering if u might do a short review of ur truck now that u’ve had it for a few months, like how u like it, good & bad features, etc.  I know ur channel is mostly fitness, but would love to hear ur opinion of the Colorado!

  • Some tips Dylan, Maca root powder for hormone imbalance which is a super fruit and is also very good for muscle building, add to Smoothie. Drink Burdock root Tea, clearly you need a detox and burdock root tea is very good for detox and skin and heal the skin and also scars etc. Add Sea Buckthorn oil and the berry into 1:1 part with each other and take 1-3 drops on clean face and massage deeply and let it absorb. Do these and you see, take care.

  • Hey Gokuflex, what could you advise for me. I am 5’10” and currently sit at 167 lbs. I’m a hardgainer and I have been a gym person for most of my life. I want to gain weight and sit from 180-190 lbs, but I want to look lean not skinny fat. What program or tips can you recommend for me and my goals. I am tired of being skinny and seem like I hit a plateau to where I cannot gain. My lacking areas are legs and arms but I want a total body transformation. Thanks for all you help and great videos brah!
