  • I got the stomach and between my legs. When I do a cut I tend to over cut and end up looking too skinny and drawn out it cos I’m trying to get my abs to show but it’s just the loose skin blocking it all. Im 79kg now trying to cut to 75 or 74 and see how I look. The hanging stomach is just a huge insecurity cos I know if I came from skinny all the way up instead of obese down I would have a flat stomach and abs.

  • I’m almost 12 and I do not like my body. I try eating less than usual to be skinnier and beacuse atleast five people have called me ugly in my life and it really hirts to look at the mirror and look big big ugly. Even my bff is annoyied bc I do pull-ups sometimes when I’m bored. She is VERY skinny and I don’t what to look like her. I just want to become pretty and skinnier. Also My desire to lose weight and become pretty is beacuse of my dream.   • I don’t have loose skin but I have white stretch marks on my love handles area from my 40+ weight loss. I know a few men and women who got their loose skin removed in the lower belly area. They’ve improved not only physically to display lower abs and obliques but also mentally. It’s something to consider only when you’re ready for it. When you do, you’ll never regret it. It’s just one of those things setting you back and it bothers you.

There are skin tightening wraps that deal with what you’re needing without surgery. We shouldn’t be uncomfortable in our own skin still. Thanks for what you do bro.
