Fortunately, for 32-year-old Paoletti, his love of science was instrumental in his weight-loss efforts, helping him lose more than 100 pounds by testing new techniques and diets and finding what worked best for him: his own personal science project. “My entire life I’ve been overweight and never really thought about it,” says Paoletti. The couple eventually embarked on a weight loss journey, making small steps like swapping ground beef for ground turkey and walking. In the first month, they lost 30 pounds each. As of September 2017, Amber has lost 185 pounds and Beau has lost 127 pounds. Their clothes, however, were still those of their former weights.

Then I had turning point. Choose exercises for each of your major muscle groups, including your legs, hips, back, arms, chest and core. Perform the exercises in a circuit by alternating 30 seconds of resistance training with 30 seconds of walking or jogging in place. • So now I have stay away from living room cause there is a lot of food there + fridge lol my mom gonna yells at me for not coming out to the living room

  • You’re so cute…. no seriously I love your personality…I love what you stand for…. I pretty much agree with everything you say except this… Not all of us are 20-year-old boys with no hormonal issues trying to lose weight as you were when you lost the weight. That TDEE calculator is way way way waaaaay off for many people. Impossible for me to eat what it says I should and not gain, yes gain, not maintain

  • OMG, I don’t like sunsets either!! they are so sad and they make me sad. There is a finality, a closure to them that makes me uncomfortable and depressed! Plus, afterwards it’s dark as hell….. I like sunrises though! Thanks for understanding!

  • Hi Bea! Another video that I 100% love of yours. Was feeling a bit beat down today, feeling stuck but it’s good to know there’s other people out there my age, who are single, who are just working to improve themselves by losing weight and being positive! I suffer with anxiety and equally went through depression after breaking up with my long term boyfriend 4-5 years ago and hearing I am not alone in my experiences is comforting! Keep on going bea you are doing amazing x

  • Through exercise I managed to get from 191 to 174 (with a goal of 160) but I could not get any lower until my Rheumatoid Arthritis pain flares were connected to processed sugar. It was suddenly easy to cut out food that was causing me intense joint pain. Now I’m at 157 and staying there.

  • I just found your channel and I’ve been binge watching for 2 days now.. lol glad you made this channel! <3 as a girl who is obsessed with food, i continually gain and lose about 10 pounds every year and it took me awhile before I realized what the food actually does to my appetite/brain. Still figuring things out but these videos are so helpful.

  • This may sound stupid but my goal is to lose 86 pounds so that I can feel lighter and have amazing sex. I
    am currently 130kg/5ft 8 in.

  • im down 20 kg now. should i use the tdee calculator or my fitness watch? my watch say that i burn 3500-4000, but the calculator only says 2500.

  • I used to live in Alaska and worked with one of the band members mom from Portugal the Man. It’s basically the closest I’ll get to being famous.

  • I am currently 365lbs and started cycling last week going about 2 miles a day and trying to gain endurance. Today was way easier than the day before even in 95 degree weather. I have enlisted the help of a nutritionist to help me plan some meals that I wont hate but I have already cut back on the snacks and changed up what I do snack on.

  • Regarding the convenience thing to anyone reading this, just get a nice big bowl & fill it with ready-to-eat fruit once a week, and keep it close to the doorway entering your kitchen. It’ll be the first thing you see when you walk in, and it’ll be the easiest/most-convenient snack to have at all times.:) Bananas might be the easiest, because you don’t have to wash them, and it’s not a struggle to peel them, like it is with, say, an orange.

  • I played the calorie game… it fucked me up. LISTEN TO HIM. I went 3 months eating 400-500 calories a day. It was insane. I had a food fear and I was OBSESSED with NOT eating food. Love you John <3 been with you since ellen

  • I have been working on my weightloss for sometime now and not getting very far. I train hard and eat well for 90% of the time. I know i need to get my head around tracking my food. I have always found it hard to track meals when i have done food prep or cooked for the family and then need to add the info into myfittnesspal. I normally cook a meal and use the extra food as meals for work. I am tracking my weight, measurements and fitness, but some days it feels so hard to keep going. I know it is a long road and i have been down this road before, but it is time to keep on going. I am attempting to create my own youtube channel to record my journey as i train by myself most of the time. Any support to help keep my on track would be great. I love watching your channel and find the information very helpful. This TDEE and protein levels as well and getting the right amount of sleep is always the challenge.

  • Thank you. I’m gonna try again and keep trying until I finally get it. I used to lift in highschool but never learned about nutrition. Your video helped place things into perspective
    Thank you for helping

  • I can only go down to 195 however what you talked about will definitely help me; This is the only weight loss channel I trust and believe in.

  • I was like that. I kept cutting calories until I was starving but I hated myself if I ate too much. I also ate junk but as long as it was low calories I was ok with like one meal. I lost weight but is was not sustainable and I gain it back. So for now, I’m not going to count calories, just try to eat foods I know are healthy, limit fast food/candy and cut out soda. One step at a time. Also for exercise, I like to have fun, go on walks with mom, dance, not a set work out but I figure anything is better then just sitting all day. Gotta make it fun

  • Someone tell me right now, can I go through a week without resting a single day? My muscles are never sore, I eat one meal a day. Enough of protein and carbs.

  • I’m binge watching!!! But you are spot on…what got me is that we have similar weights and similar body types and I NEVER see that! So thank you because it is so motivating.

  • Well its not like vetetables are really healthy, you cant really absorb the nutrients in them without eating adequate colesterol and saturated fat to convert plant vatimine A into retinol “absorbable vitamine A” might as well just eat some liver as a replacement for most veggies. 1/3rd of the population cant even convert beta carotenes into retinol either so 1/3rd of the population is wasting their time even eating them. Besides if you eat an unfilling salad your not even satiating yourself like fat and protien would. so you will break and eat a whole pizza later anyways.

  • I feel like it’s talked about way too little that people have extremely different metabolism. Some need to train and diet so much more than others to stay at a healthy weight (not being healthy, that’s not what I mean). It’s not an excuse, but instead it makes loosing weight and getting to a healthy weight and also MAINTAIN this weight for those who got fat so much more of a success. If I ate like my colleagues and ignore fitness like them, I would get to about 300/350lbs.

  • This bring a tear to my eyes. I don’t cry most of the times but this did it. I saw on reddit this pice of garbage over feeds her husky, and it broke my heart.

  • Meanwhile im trying to get the right dog food because doesn’t want to eat dog food and is 10 pounds under weight 60 pound and he needs to be 70 pounds

  • My boyfriend wants to loose weight but he doesn’t work out or eat healthy.. idk how to help him. He says he will workout but doesn’t. I can tell he is unhappy and his family buys unhealthy food. Any advice for me to help him

  • I see that you do keto. Have you found the protein shake stalls you at all? I have been on keto for about 6 months now, and have lost over 30lbs. I just started working out really intensely, and like having a protein shake after, but I gained weight my first week of working out, and am not sure if the protein powder is stalling me or not. It only has 2 carbs per scoop, and it fits into my macros, but I just wasn’t sure if the gaining was normal, or if the protein powder is kicking me out of ketosis. I have not eaten anything else that could kick me out. I don’t feel like I am kicked out, I have no cravings etc., but am not sure.

  • After taking 2 weeks this, I’m noticing a decrease in my appetite and my energy level has increased.

    හත් වතාවක් වැටෙන්න, අටක් නැගී සිටින්න
Fall seven times, stand up eight

  • Great video, but got one more hack for you, whenever you feel hungry, drink atleast 32 ounces of water, many times when people think they are hungry, they’re actually dehydrated, and many times drinking water takes away or minimally takes the edge off hunger

  • I like the information here, at least most of it. The one point I would kind of disagree on is with eating every 5 hours thing. Research has shown that fasting can change the levels of ghrelin found on someone along with the timing of the expected food. So for example, if a person does a water fast for 2-3 days, they will not progressively just get hungrier and hungrier, no instead the hunger usually reaches a point and then completely dies down as your body switches from using glucose as energy to your own body fat. BUT if you eat every 5 hours, your body does not have enough time to lower insulin levels so that you can actually get into the state of ketosis, to burn fat. So that is one of the points I would disagree with on this video, overall I really liked it. I would highly recommend doing a bit more research on fasting and how it can help not only with weight loss but pretty much everything else. Dr. Jason Fung and several others have great videos and studies explaining this. Also please look up the Minnesota Starvation study done several decades ago.
I believe if you do some more research and understanding of fasting, you will see food and weight loss, possibly in a bit different way. And it would be a great new tool in knowledge to help those people that need it if you make a video on it someday. Great work!

  • I’ve been struggling recently. When I first decided to lose weight, I was so motivated, and i could workout a lot and I felt great after every workout, but now, I just can’t get up and do anything, sometimes I try but when I finish the workout I feel like dying and weak. I think I got lazy when I reached my goal weight, now I just can’t do anything even though I want.

  • Thank you so much for this channel. I want to lose weight to feel better for myself. The biggest benefit from weight loss is that it will boost my self esteem and will just bring out the best of me.

  • I learned a lot the past couple of years about nutrition and exercise and it helped me to change my mindset. However, it’s kind of frustrating when reaching a plateau because of my PCOS. Although I cook fresh and healthy everyday and exercise multiple times a week, there’s no progression anymore atm. Cutting things out of your diet is one thing, dealing with such setbacks is another…

  • I stumbled across your page and liked what you had to say so I subscribed. I’ve been horribly overweight and out of shape for many years.. I’m like 430 lbs.. (maybe more.. haven’t weighed myself in like 6 months). I have been extremely depressed and pretty much gave up on life.. I lost my Mom a few years ago and that was basically the straw that broke the camels back for me… It’s coming up on 3 years since shes been gone and I’ve got to a place in my life where I realize I can’t keep living this way… rather.. EXISTING this way… I have health issues.. I’m on several blood pressure and cholesterol medications… I get winded very easily.. just very little movement and my heart is pounding. It’s embarrassing to say the least. I’ve been wanting to lose weight for quite some time, I just have no idea of how to go about doing it. I’ve been watching random videos here on YouTube and listening to stories of guys that used to be big that are now in shape (much like you). The main guy that inspired me was Ethan Suplee… He was well over 500 lbs and is now jacked! I really want to follow what he’s done but I don’t know where to begin. I figure I can start out walking.. it’s going to take some time for me to even get used to that.. but as far as dieting goes? I literally have NO IDEA what to eat… how to eat right.. portion size.. etc… I’m lost….. So I’ve just been going around listening to what guys like Ethan and yourself have to say… I just want to say you guys all inspire me.. the WANT is there.. I just hope I can figure out a way to start losing some weight before it’s too late. Doesn’t help that the world is on lock down right now… I want to get out there and start walking but it’s pretty much a waiting game right now. If you could offer ANY advice on meal planning or what kinds of exercises I could do besides walking, I would be in your debt. Anyway, keep doing what you do. You definitely inspire people like me. Cheers!

  • I just started my weight loss journey. I have PCOS and about 200lbs to lose so it’s very daunting right out the gate but your videos have been extremely valuable and motivating. Thank you for doing what you do and sharing it with us <3

  • Been watching a few of your videos now, and I want to say thank you for motivating me to pick up my healthy habits again. Especially moving out of my old home into a new one.

  • I really appreciate this video. I started my weight loss journey just before the pandemic started. When I first did my tdee I was shocked. I thought I did something wrong my tdee number was huge!! I’m glad you clarified that number was big because I was so big. Thank you for the help and you’ve been a tremendous inspiration!

  • Dang as a 5’3.5 inch small build female I couldn’t imaging having a tdee of 3000 calories lol that sounds like so many calories and so much flexibility in how much you can eat! Mines <2000. Well It’s different for every body of course haha!

  • The part about grehlin suppressing satiety when one is confronted with a novel food was very eye-opening. Awesome video, awesome advice. Have you heard of the channel shredded sports science? You make very comparable videos to his as in science backed, informative, and entertaining. You’ve got a gem of a channel here!

  • Im not looking to lose weight at all, but this video will really help and inspire some people! love your channel and your thought process

  • This works for sure. Started with this 11 months ago, simple calorie counting and being mindful of what i eat and lost so far 63 kg (139 lbs) Still have way to go, since my goal is 100 kg. This is for sure no diet, its a change of life:)
I really like your channel and it help me stay motivated.

  • You are so awesome!
I was bullied soooo much most of my adolescent and teen life due to my weight AND acne. I completely did a 180 after I turned 21. Now I’m fit with glowing skin and the assholes that were rude to me all slid into my DMs. Lol

  • I know some one with a overweight black lab and they never let him outside unless it’s to pee cuz he runs off and his food bowl is huge and he gets treats all the time and scraps and they don’t exercise him because he dosnt like it. like you have to try there not gonna do it at first but every day counts

  • i started just by walking and cutting out all energy drinks and soda…and slowly over time just added stuff to my routine and removed bad habits from my diet…

  • What brand of sports bra do you use? I’ve been getting mine from old navy and they just don’t hold even though they’re high impact.
I’m 225lbs right now, we are about the same shape except 3inches shorter. This is my heaviest, I’m also trying to lose 100lbs.

  • Over 160,000 women and men are using a simple and secret “water hack” to drop 1-2lbs every night as they sleep.Water hack burns 2lb of fat overnight.

  • For anyone wondering: a 3500 calorie deficit = 1lb of fat loss.
So if I want to lose 8lbs in a month (4 weeks), that’s 2lbs per week. I need a deficit of 7000 calories/week or 1000/day. If my maintenance caloric intake is 2600/day, in order to reach my goal I should eat 1600 calories/day.
This website helped me figure out how many calories to consume. Keep in mind, too few calories and your body will think you are starving and go into survival mode.

  • Well today I was watching your videos and a burger commercial poped up. I made myself a burger for lunch. Made it pretty healthy though.

  • Dont lissten to the internet also ” look at this app, they will tell you.. ” go to a professional. And they will help you 100% better then a app

  • I recently found your channel and I love it. You are so funny and realit is refreshing. You always put a smile on my gave. Glad to be a part of your journey. So proud of your self confidence!

  • If someone has never worked out but wants to start (to lose weight), should they put sedentary job or one of the other options (depending on the days they will workout)?

  • it’s weird because i found your page last night, since then i’ve watched almost all your videos. you have such a positive attitude and your videos are helping me with my own attitude, thank you

  • Encouraging words to hear. I have been going through my own weight lose journey at the moment. Starting at 172kg (379 pound) in January to 125.5kg (276 pound) today. It’s not necessarily the way I would have liked to have done it but being at that start I was at the point where moving around cause me major lower back pain and though I didn’t have diabetes yet I was not far off. I started taking Phentermine and pantoprazole to help apetite and the extreme stomach pains I get when I don’t eat much. This has allowed me to have 2 meals a day, start eating lite and easy meals for my dinner and Start expercising again over a period of time. I am now trying to decrease my dosage as the side effects make me more irritable then I already generally am but it’s a crutch that has helped me as I continue to aim for 80kg (176 pounds)

  • Your Videos are absolutely amazing! They are so well made abd helpful. Thank you so much for sharing your story on your channel too! That helps me a lot

  • “Just because it’s simple does not mean that it’s easy.” THANK YOU. I’m currently trying to lose some weight and I feel like it’s just as much a mental and emotional journey as it is a physical journey. I’m trying to relearn the difference between hunger and boredom, and trying to stop using food in relation to my emotions. I’m also temporarily living with my parents, who I feel started a lot of my bad habits from a young age. Of course I am accountable for my weight now as an adult, but there’s a lot of arguments telling them to stop buying me cream cakes and chocolate just because they want to eat it. I started using My Fitness Pal about a month ago, and although counting calories feels weird and time consuming, it’s really helping me take some control back of my food intake.

  • I’m 165 and I’m trying to get to 135, I’ve already lost a couple pounds, but I’m still trying to go down, thank you so much for all of this Information!

  • I loved Happy Cashew and was so sad (and worried!) when you disappeared, but I totally understand your reasoning (stupid boys!). I’m currently a social media “ghost” except for Youtube comments, so I get wanting to disappear for a bit. So glad you’re back though!!:)

  • Big big my whole life. My son is 15 and he told me he’s up to 360. He told me he wants to lose weight and I want to help him. So we are starting our journey on the 1rst. Thanks for sharing… so glad I found your channel

  • I’m grateful for being French because I just realised I never see food adds or billboards in my part of the city or any vending machine.
And apart from kebabs we don’t have that much fast food places
but we have lots of little lunch places (bistros where you can have 3course meals like salad+ cod & ratatouille + chocolate mousse, for like 12€
or hipster/vegan cafés where you can have vegetable pies, soups, Pad Thai, etc..)

Even in stores like Monoprix or Carrefour city, the first food that you see for lunchtime at the entrance are mostly triangle sandwiches, salads, rice salads, falafel wraps, nut dispensers and fruits. If you want junk food you have to search further in the store for the snack section.

I’m also grateful for my mom for cooking everything from scratch since I was little and almost never buying processed food or even already made meals, and never buying sodas outside of events like bd parties, and never letting us go to McDonald’s more than 2x/year as kids.

I’m also grateful for the French education system for teaching us a little bit of nutrition in 6th grade

In a way there’s less merit being healthier here than in the US

  • Girl….I found you because of the running video. I’m a runner. I average about 3 or 4 miles a day unless I’m training. Last October I weighed 225 lbs! I had tried everything I felt like I could to lose weight but nothing was working. Nothing, I ended up going low carb (I did straight Keto for about 4 weeks then just went low carb and I try to keep my carbs under 75ish grams a day). What I’ve learned though is not everything works for everyone. It sucks but sometimes it takes trying a lot of different things to get that weight off.

Just keep trying! If at first you don’t succeed, just keep trying. You’re doing great.

  • I love chocolate pudding, but when I don’t buy them, I can not eat them. lol xP Once in a while I buy 1 or 2, but not more…
Hasn’t helped with losing weight yet tho…
When I eat a meal which is high in protein, I always feel sick… I don’t know what to do to prevent that…

  • As specialist, I do think Custokebon Secrets can be good way to lost tons of fat. Why not give it a chance? perhaps it is going to work for you too.

  • New subbie here… thanks for the tips I’m 5’1 and I just moved all the junk food to the top of the fridge where I literally need to get a ladder in order to get it down hahah that should work!

  • A Keto Diet is an eating plan that focuses on foods that provide plenty of healthy fats, sufficient amounts of, and very little carbohydrates.
The goal is to get more calories from fat instead of carbohydrates.
    Check out

  • I binged all your videos today. Your approach to these sensitive topics and it really gave me perspective over my personal relationships with food and dieting.

  • I really hope you keep making videos. you’re such a lovely person and i relate a lot to your how people treat me after weight loss video. Thanks for the great content.

  • Long time watcher here, I have lost over 165 pounds over the past year. @ObesetoBeast You are so real and humble and have been one of the biggest inspirations in my journey. I have not documented it and yes I underwent a weight loss surgery but the surgery is just another tool within the plethora of strategies to get healthier and lose weight. It’s all about the mindset and bringing it everyday. Thank you for being such a rock!

  • I’ve started my weight loss journey but I find myself getting fatigued often. Should I increase protein or is there another satiating option?

  • Did you do these workouts everyday or three times a week? Love it!! I am a beginner and found your workout very helpful. How many reps of each workout did you do? And how long was the rope workout for your arms?

  • I have been searching for many years for the way to shed pounds quickly that’s effective and safe. After having a lots of research, I have finally picked the one solution that has worked for me The Venus Factor. This is a comprehensive system that promises you all you need to safely shed pounds quickly! I was thinking I’d share the website if anybody’s interested. WeightLossWomen.4YourHelp. • I did lose my weight by avoiding calories and thinking they are the enemy. But thanks to you and many others on this platform, I am learning how to let go of that mentality, stay strong and not swing back into my old, terrible habits. It is hard, but I won’t give up.

  • I started to eat every two hours since the pandemic started, but now i try to get to my lifestyle before it began. this tricks surely are pretty good. i told my parents to help me limit the junkfood to almost 0. i snack sometimes, but i rather take a fruit than a piece of chocolate. thank you for “spreading the word” when it comes to having an adequate diet.
btw sorry if my english is bad. i’ve only learnt it in school

  • 1 week into keto and intermitant fasting. I have no patience but i have to keep watching these vids to keep me on track. If i can look anything like this woman i will be happy! Its my time now

  • Your advice ( specifically on the tdee calculator ) when you first posted that video, it changed my life. I’ll always be grateful for that and support you and your channel.

  • I’m 130lbs and 5’3 I’d be fine with this weight if I was taller but because I’m short I just look more compressed and have a lot of belly fat which has me thinking about my body and weight every single day without miss, my goal weight is 110lbs

  • I am on a weight loss journey to lose about 30-40 pounds. I am 5’10” about 270 lbs., 41 yrs.old. I follow quite a healthy vegan diet, do cardio 2x a day every other day, then do free weights at home. Before lock down I was walking to and from work (about 25-30 mins), and on my feet all day as well. As I can’t go to the gym (right now) also never liked going before lock down anyway. I feel that I am getting healthier, even being heavier, I have lost 5.5 lbs in the last month. I know it will take awhile but I feel I’m on a positive path. Thank you for being you, your inspiration is amazing:)

  • Girl yes! We are the same height, almost same start weight, almost same year, also only have 1 Bestie!
SO glad the YouTube algorithm picked you up and made you popular because GIRL I NEEDED YOU!

  • I agree…Keto for me was and is a game changer. Since December 20, 2019 until right now, March 22, 2020 I have dropped 28 lbs and 2 pant sizes. I will continue until I reach my goal weight and then I will do a modified version of Keto…

  • I can confirm simple meals are more satisfying. This week I’ve only been eating a bowl of spaghetti, watermelon, and maybe peanuts if I want a snack. It doesn’t hurt that those are some of my favorite foods though.

  • Weight loss hacks? All you need is a calorie deficit, it’s the only way. High volume low calorie diet and you’re bound to lose weight

  • You look amazing and I loved this! I love how very detailed you are and def see how all that hard work has paid off! Please make more videos!! New subby!!

  • 24 medically diagnosed diseases Gone. 144 pounds lost. I eat when I am hungry and until I am full. I love helping people with Keto and vlogging my journey everyday! I eat less than 20 grams of total carbs per day.

  • This morning I was so hungry and there was literally no bad food in my house so I had 1/2 an avocado, peanut butter and a banana, and cucumber salad can confirm it works

  • Really important is to note that you dont wanna lose any muscles while losing weight. So slow cutting (250 calories daily) and strenght training is crucial!!!

  • i remember when i started counting calories (just wanted to lose some 5-10pounds) and cut over 1000kcal, i felt so bad and i stayed basically the same…

  • Awesome advice, but for me personally, I definitely disagree with Hack #4.

A year ago I was the guy who thought I couldn’t survive a day if I don’t eat breakfast. When I started a diet and also Intermittent Fasting (16/8), I realised that is not the case. I was full with less calories from day 1. It is easier to eat less calories, and despite haven’t eaten for hours, you learn to ignore your craving because you are on fasting mode in your brain. Now I can go easily 20/4 IF (which is my standard) and I often do a 48 hrs fast.

At least for me… that is my experience, and I definitely recommend people to give it a try, despite if they believe that IF is not fitted to them.

  • thanks, this info is really helpful and the way you present it is pretty professional and pleasing, congrats new sub for you

btw unrelated i just wanna say i think u r really pretty:)

  • I have been watching you for a short period of time. I subscribed after the first one. Your personal journey makes you more relatable. Your research and understanding of how the body and mind work, make you even more relatable to me. I am an Analyst and I seek information for pretty much everything. Your recommendations are excellent. I like the 100 lb video and the writing questions a lot. I have always found writing helps a lot. With all this being said, I am very happy I found your channel. You’re an inspiration to me. I have started my weight loss journey in earnest this time. It’s only been a couple weeks, but I am already seeing a difference in my legs. Your videos have helped me a lot. THANK YOU SO MUCH

  • So I am watching this and taking notes. I started with one, pause and write stuff down, and so on. Is it me or did she skip No. 3? Cause I literally went from writing Hack 2: make healthy food more convenient and then it went into No.4: weigh and track your food.

  • There is a line is Austin Power: “I eat because I’m unhappy, and I’m unhappy because I eat. It’s a vicious cycle.” This is really true for many people.

    thanks for posting this video!

  • Great video! I use MFP too but only thing to be careful of is not including exercise (disconnect your smartwatch/steps/apple health etc), because it’s already factored into your calorie amount so it’s easy to “eat back” those exercise calories and end up not in a deficit

  • Lol i get the same way when I smoke and it really bothers people. Like yo, it STRESSES ME TF OUT, quit telling me how it will help! I had too much oil one time (I was trying to use it to help me sleep) and it was HORRIBLE

  • I wanna lose 40 pounds/20 kgs

  • Just don’t be a loser!Fight your brain and your body at the same time! They are asholes who get in the way like anybody else.Focus, eat minimally and exercise like a beast EVERY FUCKING DAY!And yeah..when you finally HAVE to eat,eat protein.Protein is your ally!Veggies in small amounts and rarely some fruits,REALLY rarely!

  • Get keto right the first time with custom keto. No one likes getting knocked out of ketosis after sacrificing no head ache personalized meal plans based on your body type and food preferences.
A Happier you is just a click away

  • I’ve never managed to diet because I end up over thinking it n stressing myself out, which actually makes me snack more than usual and gain weight the only times my weight has dropped at all was when I paid no attention to what I ate and, unfortunately, I have no idea what I ate daily back then!

  • Thanks for this advice! I didn’t know about not being distracted while you eat. When I make dinner tonight I am going to try and just focus on my food and see how it goes. I can’t remember a time in my life when I wasn’t distracted while eating

  • lifting weights a couple of times a week (especially if its your first time) is the easiest way to lose weight especially for males

  • So far I have been on Keto for about 14 days and I have lost 14 lbs. It just comes off. Keto leaves me never feeling hungry, cravings go away what a surprising side effect and no I have not desired any sugary sweets but I force feed myself Keto Cake and its not bad. I am staying on this one folks. Tracking my progress at ketochangeme dot com. I am also building a recipe data base as well.

  • Why is this in my recommended if I lose 100 pounds i would lit rally collapse into a neutron star and disappear like my father did
