  • After practicing for nine years, I felt fully confident that I could maintain my practice with a home practice. Fortunately there are many wonderful online teachers, but for me your channel is the best.
Everyday I choose a class that seems appropriate depending on how my body, mind and spirit are feeling.

I have sent links to your channel to one of my sons who is in recovery from addiction. He has started making so many better choices with his life already. He was practicing yoga at home, but I knew your channel would be great for him.
    ❤️❤️

  • Kassandra, first time yogi. 56 years old and work at a desk. I have been stiff as a board but this first class just changed my life. Don’t know why I didn’t do this years ago.

  • This has been great for me while in Quarantine! Thanks so much, this was easy to follow and felt great to do. I feel ready for my day.

  • I starts following these steps of yoga. It really helped to reduce weight and keep body stress free. Thank you.

  • Its really helps me a lot for being flexible and strong even at my age,I celebrated my 52nd bornday this last July so I love doing yoga everyday.

  • Much better then other yoga videos on here…you actually understood a beginner perspective. Where others just kinda flex farther then a beginner can and go too fast

  • I love love loved this!!! It’s easy for newbies and fun! I’ve tried other beginner ones and they are soooo fast to keep up and not very fun or easy poses. Usually I don’t relax with the other ones but I was soooo relaxed in your videos!! You explained everything sooo easily and it as really fun and relaxing!!! Thank you!

  • She: mind your breathing, use your breathing to overcome me: breathing like a fish on land HOW DO I BREATHE? I have no idea if im doing this stuff right, but nice stretch in my back

  • Great class for beginners…something I could accomplish and I feel awesome! 10 yrs since I did yoga last..I am extremely overweight and out of shape! Today I decided to change that and so glad I found you!! Thank you

  • I am not someone who would comment on any video but this yoga tutorial was so good that it forced me to do so. I came here to find peace as in the lockdown time I was not in a good mental state but this helped me feel so relaxed, happy and good about myself. This gave me a very postive and good vibe. I loved it and I would completely recommend it. Keep the good work up and thank you so much! ❤️

  • Its so really nice for doing this everyday, helps me better to start a beautiful day even at my age at 52,with this yoga stretch daily I feeling 20.

  • First of all you have beautiful, calming voice and second thing: I have a question… your body looks absolutely great. Is it result of doing yoga burn exercise or you do some other sport as well?

  • This has to be one of the best yoga videos I’ve found. I have tried others and none have been as relaxing and strengthening as this one, so thank you! The reminders to breathe are very helpful to me as well.

  • I wish I`d discovered this specific sooner! I would`ve shed 14 pounds years back. This system does not ask you to alter your diet weight or you must work out. It certainly curbs your own desire for food yet doesn’t gives you the sense of being worked up. Find a right guide is not easy, you can research by Google. Guide’s name is below.

  • I haven’t done yoga in so long and felt the need to do something good for myself, once the class got to shavasana I laid there and cried. I don’t know why, I think my body just wanted to release everything, but it was such a great experience I will be doing yoga weekly, if not daily. Thank you for the wonderful class! Namaste

  • Wow, simply incredible. I have osteoarthritis due to a spinal fusion i had eight years ago. i am only nineteen and in constant pain. This was such a reliever for me. thank you

  • Hello do u guys mind sharing about the breathing in & sucking belly action as I saw many yoga move are in contrast with the move? Sorry I’m trying to get fit but since it is in contrast with the yoga teacher that I learned from. I’m getting confused

  • I’m very new to yoga, just enough classes over some busy years to know I like it. With Covid and retirement, I have more time to spend on me. I really enjoyed your first basic yoga class and will do it again, but today I tried yoga for the back. I have a long way to go, but loved the stretching, and your many reminders to breathe. I seem to forget that a lot. Love your soothing voice too. I look forward to trying to find you again. I’m a bit of a late bloomer when it comes to virtual reality! I think that’s what it is called?

  • I’ve done this sequence fairly regularly since you released it and I love it thank you! The pace is perfect for me at 50+ with one arthritic and one replaced hip.

  • First time doing yoga and it made me tear up with relief. I’m not very good at consciously breathing but I will continue to revisit this video until I can breathe deep. Thank you so dearly.

  • Regarding lifting one leg like in bird dog, are you supposed to keep the pose, because my body shifts to the side where I have a knee on the ground.

  • Wow. This is my go to yoga video. You are the best instructor I’ve seen. I love how u let us know where to do less if we have to but without stopping. You calm demeanor is very soothing. I had to find this video on my phone while I watched it on the tv, just so I could leave u a thumbs up and a comment. Thank you

  • I’ve got bad tension in my neck. Had it for a couple years now. Tried everything else. If yoga ‍♀️ can help I’m willing to commit

  • Love your yoga sessions. Thank you for having posted many videos. I feel clearly the difference before and after your class both in mind and in body.

  • Thank you, I’ve only just started yoga then we went into lockdown. I was disappointed as I was really enjoying it and thought it’s it no more yoga.
I just did your 20min beginner and love it, feels like I’m back in class again

  • Hi sanela.you are Awsm. I have a c section that heavy stomach. Will this yoga help me in reducing my belly.i am working out.feeling burnt n sweating too.

  • You are doing it wrong the cat and cow pose.. i checked and it’s the opposite of what you are doing. Its inhale for cow pose and exhale for cat pose

  • PsycheTruth, I appreciate this video. Found it today, rainy day and could not complete my outdoor run. So, very happy to have found this resource. Positive vibes to your staff.

  • i dont understand why my body just shakes so fucking mucccchhh whenever i try to do shit like this it just stresses me out even more

  • I absolutely love yoga with Kassandra, genuinely a highlight of my day. I already feel more flexible after doing five days worth, I used to dance in since childhood to my late teens and have always stayed quite flexible but since quarantine I have lost a lot of flexibility, especially in my legs. These 10 or 30 minute sessions have really given me a good stretch that I needed and also gives me confidence to see my body in a different light, thank you so much!

  • Im more intermediate level but didn’t fancy anything too challenging this morning this was perfect Kassandra! Thanks for sharing all of your awesomeness with the world 😉 Big hugs x

  • Ok so i shoulve started at the start of this pandemic, but im starting only now, boy this 20 minute “simple” exercise made me sweat so much. Thank you for this video. Your voice is so soothing. Just subscribed

  • That was amaing and calming i was so stressed and now i feel so much better really and im only 11 this is really nice im gonna do this more offten

  • I became so delighted to try the diet routine. I didn`t alter my very own diet weight and also didn`t boost my exercise level. Over a period of 30 days, I shed about 6 lbs. The tactic has allow me to ate less and getting full is a lot faster. Find a right guide is not easy, you can discover by Google. Guide’s name is under.

  • I’m a long distance runner and this is the first time I’ve done yoga for two years. This session was fantastic. Very well taught and not too difficult yet hard enough to get a good workout. Thank you so much.

  • This is the first time I have EVER been able to complete a full practice. Thank you so much. It means more than you will ever know.

  • QUESTION? Is it better to do this in the morning, mid -day or right before going to bed? I don’t know anything about yoga. TIA

  • I’m an obese woman (19 years old, 5’3” 250-260 lbs) and i’ve recently started meditating daily and decided that yoga could help me with working on my self esteem and weight loss. I’ve also decided to start a vegetarian diet, i’m hoping to lose weight but we will see! I also have pcos so weight loss is really hard for me:((

  • I did this while waiting my painting to dry. I didn’t like how it was going but after doing yoga I had time to cleanse my mind and now I like it:)

  • Just completed this workout and oh my goodness it was so relaxing and easy for a beginner like me. I will deffo be using this every day. Thanks so much for an amazing introduction xx

  • Thank you for this calming and encouraging yoga session. I’ve always struggled through yoga and I found myself today thinking “maybe I should start doing yoga more often” FEELING VERY BLESSED!

  • I am LOVING this video! I feel really good afterwards. I love the calm and positive energy you have throughout and I love how you tell us to smile through the tension.
I am completely new to yoga and have not had a workout routine in a decade so my core/everything is weak but this is really helping. I feel like it is just the right amount of a challenge and its effective. I’m going to try this 5 days a week for a month. Thank you so much for this. ☺

  • This I have to say again is really a beginners yoga. I have tried other ones but the yoga instructors have never explained things as well as she does. Day 2 and I feel the burn today lol.

  • So I am very new to yoga but I love it. The video I use on YouTube the time seems to fly by so quickly. I have been doing yoga for about a week now and I have more energy there’s been an improvement in my overall flexibility yoga is relaxing and I think has been a really good life style change.

  • Off topic completely but I was doing 2x speed to see all of the poses before I did this but this is super funny in 2x speed it had me dying

  • Thank you Kassandra, for your wonderful classes. I’ve never practised yoga before but had to find a way to look after myself during the pandemic and was lucky to find your videos. As an older person with multiple health issues you have certainly helped me to care for my body and improve my mobility in such a short time. Much more successful than years of physio. I hope that after lockdown in Australia, I still have time every morning to do one of your 30 minute classes. A huge thank you!!!

  • This is absolutely amazing!!!!!! I’ve always loved yoga but have a hard time setting a side a part of my day for it and this is absolutely perfect to get some in and start the day off right! Thank you!

  • First time doing yoga and never had 30mins went by so quickly. Your voice was very smoothing and instructions were clear. Thank you!

  • This was a wonderful yoga flow and allowed me to release some energy through the workout and in Savasana! Found myself crying here and there, and really laying in savasana for a good while is so relaxing.

  • Thank you so much for this video, I always love to do your ten minutes videos but I wanted to try this one out to help me clear my mind after I had a fight. It was so helpful and it was amazing, namaste yogis.

  • I started doing yoga with this video. At the time I was 305 lbs. Over the past year of keto, yoga and moderate power walking I have lost 108 lbs! Thank you for this video!

  • Love this video! been doing it every morning for a couple months now to cool down after my bike ride. Who made the lovely music at the end?

  • I’m trying yoga for the first time. My instructor recommended it for my active rest days as I’ve started a 12 week Plan. I’m on day 3 at the moment

  • Quarantine has been kicking my butt. I nearly cried after the video was over they way this helped me is indescribable. Thank you so much for your dedication to posting on YouTube. Means so much to me.

  • @Yoga With Adriene, thanks for saying ‘put your toes down if you haven’t already’. I did this 4 times over the past week and 4 times I needed you to say this. You should think I know by now. Thanks for the content.

  • I liked this video because it was long enough to feel productive, but it’s short enough that I could do this before work. This helped with some of my back pain.

  • Thank you so much! I am a carrier of a neuromuscular disease, so stretching and strengthening has always been so difficult for me. Thank you for a truly “beginner-beginner” class. It has left me feeling more confident to continue with yoga. If only I could get into that darn downward dog!:-)

  • Just done with my first ever yoga in my life!! And i must say, it was hard and difficult i admit! But wooowww! I sweat so much, my body is so much more relaxed than ever!! Thank you!!!

Ps. You earned a subscriber by the way.

  • After feeling so much stress from everything I decided to try yoga again, I clicked on this video and was caught off guard by how it was already the end of the video as I was enjoying it too much. It was nice to keep it simple yet enough to feel like I’m untying knots, and it felt good being able to keep up without feeling the stress from struggling not to get perfect forms. Im gonna try and follow this often and hopefully it will improve my sense of well-being, thank you very much!

  • I’m kind of a newbie here! This was a really great intro to Yoga! I tried Yoga a long time ago in a high school class and it hurt . The teacher turned my leg (I had a bad knee from playing soccer) and it hurt so much that I never went back to Yoga…until today. Thank you so much for this! I had zero pain from doing these poses and I felt so relaxed!

  • I’m currently doing yoga for my mental health and for an extra bonus of losing weight. This was my first time doing yoga and it was a bit painful for my rib cage but I have a lot of energy now

  • I’ve been doing this practice for a few months now, and I loveeee all the new commenters who’ve joined! Welcome, everybody! Yoga feels amazing, and I genuinely hope you guys will keep practicing! Let’s try to drop the stigma for men of all ages, yoga is for everyone!

  • So, I was really skeptical. But at the 20 minute mark, I was pouring in sweat and my heart rate was a lot higher from when I started. Was doing really good before quarantine. Was down 16 pounds with diet and exercise. The last few months have been really hard because my gym was shut down and I lost my routine. Will be back for more!

  • i’ve been struggling with ED for years now but today i’m going to take care of my self and my mental health, i’m writing this comment because i need motivation and i promise i’ll update in 1 week. <3 wish me luck guys!

  • I recently learned that my stretches I do throughout the day are yoga poses so I thought I’d actually learn yoga since I was already blindly doing it kinda.

  • Kassandra, your videos are just the perfect antidote to any of life’s challenges I always feel better after practising with you. One quick question: do you have any tips for hands sliding forwards in downward-facing dog? This always happens to me even if I’m not sweating at all. If you haven’t already everyone, please subscribe to help Kassandra reach 1 million by the end of the year!

  • I’ll have you know I only cramped 3 muscles doing this, but I will keep on my goal is to learn and sometimes a little hurt now pays off in the long run.

  • I’ve been trying beginner yoga videos on YouTube multiple times and they have all been so difficult and basically knocked me out confidence wise and made me feel like yoga wasnt for me. Until I tried your videos! They have helped me realise that yoga is for everyone and that practice makes perfect! Thank you so much for making an actual beginners yoga video❤️ Can’t wait to see my progress in a few months❤️

  • Oh my god I love you. I just started doing regular yoga, except for those two practices with you I was only on 2 classes before corona and I’m so great full for your work here on YouTube. You’re the one I chose to stay with during my morning and evening practices:) thank you for your time I really enjoy every second

  • I wish I had find this diet guide years ago. I reduced 12 lbs in 3 weeks up to now. There is still need of workouts even just a few times a week and the meals to eat must be ideal. The effect presented to me is remarkable. Without a doubt, this weight is strongly recommended and I do wish this would give good results to you too as it did to me. Google can help you to research it. Program’s name is under.

  • Having completed the 30 day morning challenge, I wanted to continue doing 10 minutes in the mornings it makes such a difference to my day! This morning I woke up stiff and with a sore hip, which magically seemed to click back into place during the wide leg stretch and now I feel soooooo much better!

  • I’m 64 and it’s now or never. Losing the weight I gained (down 16 pounds) and need to get healthy and strong. Wow, I’m out of shape and have an injured lower back, but this is the first day with many more to come. I’m going to be a healthy, strong and fit “older gal.” =). Enjoyed this video, it was a good one to get me started, thank you!

  • I have been searching around youtube for yoga classes and I must say I really love your style. You always give really clear instructions with the added benefit of modifications for beginners. I have not practiced yoga for a long time but I decided that during this time quarantine I really needed something for my sanity. Your classes are it!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

  • this was hard. downward dog is painful; i honestly don’t know how to keep the weight off my palms. and my neck began to ache from having to turn to see what was happening. It’s probably a lot easier to follow once you’re familiar with each of the yoga poses. I have strong legs and good flexibility, but it was definitely that middle part where I had to keep going back to downward dog that got me.

  • I’m just doing it now because I lost a lot this year so I need to like find a healthy let out instead of wallowing and getting unhealthier-both physically and mentally. Hope this works!

  • I have been doing the 30 day morning yoga challenge but wanted to try a 30 minute session tonight. I loved it. The pace is perfect for me and your explanations are exactly what I need to keep on track. I will definitely be checking out other longer videos.

  • Getting back into the swing of things with working out. Giving myself a week of easy cario + yoga to get my body calibrated and this did the job

  • Hi! I’m a complete rookie. I have a bad hip and can’t sit indian style (no way, no how). Is there another position I can sit in?

  • Quarantine made me start doing this. I really don’t do exercise or sports, but this is really easy to start, and takes only approx. 10 minutes! I often stay up late staying sedentary, so my body hurts sometimes. This exercise is good for that kind of aches for me. Thank you very much!

  • Havent done yoga in over 3 years so i tried this thinking it would ease me back in. I thought it was brilliant, well explained and challenging but doable. Nice job

  • Thank you for posting, I’ve committed to 30 days of 30 min beginner classes. I’ve done this one twice now and it is challenging for me but also very rewarding. I am 55 had a lower body surgery and am trying to rehab myself during this pandemic. I have subscribed and will look for other classes for variety or if this one becomes too easy

  • I have horrible joints, body pain, and migraines, and I’ve had several doctors and my mother recommend yoga and meditation to help with these. I always brushed it off because I couldn’t do the hardcore yoga and it as a past gymnast it never occurred to me to go back to the basics. I was really sore and tired today after sitting all day at school, and decided to give it a try. This video was magically. My knees don’t hurt at all, the child’s pose stretch made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and helped with my lower back pain immensely. I just subscribed and I’m so excited to try more of your videos soon. Thank you for this.

  • Thank you for this video I have a really hard time sitting cross legged and I was so happy you didn’t start there like every other video I saw

  • Thank you so much for this video. I loved that last move, it was so calming and relaxing. Thank you so much. You now have a new subscriber

  • Loved it. Besides the great stretching instructions, I really enjoyed hearing “what kind of day you want to have, what are you looking forward to”. It really got me a better start of the day. Thanks.

  • Just got an x-ray today and saw that my spine is not straight. The curve is not that serious yet and now I’m here to fix my posture.
Being lazy does really bad things to the body

  • You are an incredible instructor. I thought you did an awesome job describing what to move/feel/release in each movement. I am very new to yoga but this was the easiest for me to follow along and understand. I feel renewed. Thank you

  • Wonderful practice! Thank you so much for making this available to people. It is helping my flexibility and mobility which are in pretty rough shape right now.

  • Another amazing class! I started doing yoga in January this year and I am obsessed! I have tried the gym and every exercise classes and I could never stick to them, ever since I have started doing yoga every week I can see a change in my body I am more toned up and I feel more positive about myself. Yoga is such a powerful thing and these videos are amazing.

  • Has anyone used the Custokebon Secrets to lost crazy amounts of weight? Simply do a google search. On there you’ll discover an awesome suggestions about how exactly you can lost crazy amounts of weight. Why don’t you give it a chance? perhaps it can work for you too.

  • This is the best beginners class I’ve ever seen. I love yoga but never really started cause it seemed difficult to start. I’m turning 40 in September and blood type A, read that what’s best for me blood type for example is yoga so I’m looking forward to this journey with you. Thanks for making this video

  • I tried the ten minute and thought I wasn’t doing it right but this video actually stretched me out this morning, I think I’m in a bit better shape than for what I go myself credit.

  • It was perfect, and you are so adorable! I like to hear your voice because it relaxes me a lot during the practice! Thank youNamaste

  • I heard like 20 cracks from various joints while doing this haha, I’m hoping a yoga routine will make it so I can turn my head to the right again someday

  • I’ve been watching your videos for a month now and I’m super excited because now I can downward dog with my feet flat! Progress! Thank you for posting:) You have a relaxing voice and you are easy for beginners to follow.

  • You are my favourite teacher! Everything you say encourages me through the class, especially the end of this one where you reminded us the achievement of getting through it to the end. You are amazing! Thank you:)

  • I have been doing this everyday for the pass two months. I feel so relaxed after I’m done. I’m thinking about taking the teaching course

  • Quarantine really made me realize how much I love yoga. People like Kassandra and Adrienne have helped me with fighting; having open hips helps with punch and kicking power, as anyone who enjoys fighting knows. My kicks started improving after I realized how tight my helps were, so I started looking up yoga on the internet to help my hips become more loose and smoove. Now my body feels so much better its crazy. My friend got me on the pidgeon pose and that’s some shit I never would do a year ago. Quarantine is kinda weird and shit’s crazy right now, but at the very least I’m happy I had the privilege to find a new passion of mine. Namaste.

  • I started physical therapy a month ago and started doing this every day for the past 2 weeks and have noticed an immense difference. Thank you for this video

  • Im 43 out of shape and my flexibility isn’t very good, I decided to try this with my 5 yr old today (she learned downward dog and tabletop somewhere and seemed eager to try more), we made it through about 17 minutes and I’m sweating like crazy, and feel like I got a good workout. I’m going to try working up to the whole 30 minutes

  • I just want to say thank you! I have gotten so bored with running and finding myself not getting much out of it mentally. This is my first video I’m watching of yours but I’m thankful to find something that targets muscle sculpting in a calm way. I am able to find my center and “get a workout in”. Thank you! I can’t wait to keep watching more! <3

  • Hi Kassandra! Thank you so much for this practice, this was actually the very first time when my heels touched finally the floor in downward facing dog! ❤ Thank you for all your work here on this channel Greetings from Poland

  • I just started doing yoga because i bought an Apple Watch and i wanted to do more. These have been extremely helpful and I’m sincerely grateful. Thank you!

  • Wow I just tried this today (first time yoga at all) and I didn’t expect to sweat during this exercise. I thought it was easy peasy but I realized it’s more taking control of your body and core.

  • Hello, Adrienne! I have been interested in Yoga for years, but struggle with chronic pain, sciatica, and of course, self doubt, lol. I hear you suggest doing this particular video for one week. What do I do next? How do I achieve that long, stream lined body and weight loss? Oh and you’re just a joy to listen to and learn from. Thank you so much for these videos and for doing them for FREE!!

  • Thank you! This is the BEST yoga video I have seen in a LONG time!! Your pace and instructions are perfect and you seem to really understand the people who will be working along with your video.

  • This is day four and everything is getting easier to do, your voice is so soothing and the instructions are so easy to follow that I don’t have to constantly look at the screen anymore.

  • I’m glad I found your channel! I’m just getting back into yoga after many years and you have the perfect energy for me to follow. Thank you ♡

  • This was such a great tutorial for beginners. I’ve never done yoga in my life so it would as a bit intimidating to begin but your tutorial was amazing. You’re so reassuring of what beginners might not be able to do. After this I feel that I want to keep practicing yoga because it made me feel so calmed and relax I loved this!! Thank you so much!!

  • I sometimes get distracted how beautiful you are but honestly I really appreciate this beginners video.
I feel I’m getting better everyday.
When I get to child pose I always feel extremely relaxed. It’s a great feeling.

  • Thank you for a lovely practice. It has been a long time ago from my power yoga days. Older and heavier! I came home after a long day at work ( Oncology Nurse)…and went into my meditation room and found you! I appreciate your teaching…I look forward to enjoying my practice again.

  • My 9yr old daughter joined me for 1/2 of the class. Brilliant for a beginner I’m moving muscles I forgot about…..loving your channel. You are inspiring me.

  • 27 Male. Never done yoga before. Holy moly I’m out of shape. lol Trying to eat healthy and working out because I’m on the verge of being 30. Everything I normaly ate is now off limits and I feel like a health nut housewife “no offence to anyone, I love everyone. We’re all pink on the inside.” I feel great thought, way better than I have the last 10 years. Thank you for the video and inspiration, I hope you all are doing well and finding your happiness.

  • I am new to yoga and found your videos. I’ve loved the ones I’ve done so far and can’t wait to continue to build my practice and start noticing changes.

  • As expert, I do believe Custokebon Secrets is actually great way to lost crazy amounts of weight. Why not give it a shot? maybe it can work for you too.

  • Great job! I have been practicing for 3 months almost every day. Great production. Thanks for energy you put in. Sorry I don’t comment enough on my TV as it takes extra steps. I have also spreading and sharing your video. Thanks, Mett from Fairbanks Alaska

  • Jackpot for me! One search & I found this teacher, who does not advertise herself too much by talking too much. I HATE LONG INTROS FOR YOGA! Subscribed!

  • thank you so much for this. it really helped alot and would do the same for anyone else whos parents want you to do more exercise

  • Thank you Kassandra, for such an amazing yoga routine! I especially love the part of self-motivation and self-talk, aims for the day. It makes my body connect with my soul, I feel harmony and tranquility. Grateful!

  • Thank you so much Kassandra I’ve been doing this flow for about a month now every morning on my back patio and I’ve been loving it! It’s so peaceful to feel so calm and strong while listening to you and the bird chirping ☺️

  • I have never done yoga in my life. I have only weight trained. I am not as flexible as I would like to be. Is the a good beginners yoga training?

  • Hi, I’m brand new to yoga. This was definitely a different experience. But I enjoyed it. If you have anything for beginners like me. Please let me know. But thanks.

  • scar tissue left me unable toilet my left arm above my head. I did the excersize’s and within a few days I could lift my arm(with pain). I haven’t been able to lift my arm in over a decade. thank youuuuuuu!!!!!

    Thank you. KARMA. http://www.aboutbhutan.com

  • i don’t necessarily exercise to lose weight, just to get those ‘necessary’ minutes in for the week. i believe that weight loss happens in the kitchen. eat less, lose more you know?

i personally HATE exercise cardio, lifting, you name it i hate it but yoga is the one thing that i don’t want to die while doing! this yoga especially; slow, gentle and effective. really gets you moving and healthy!

  • Omg . Doing this for 3 weeks. Amazing . So so happy. And eating healthy. Thank u . My dream is coming true. Love it.

  • hi Kassandra, first time trying yoga (30 min Beginner Yoga Full Body Yoga Stretch No Props Needed) for the whole 30 mins. i really enjoyed it. I just hope i could be more flexible…i’m planning to try the other yoga exercises after two weeks..is that ok?

  • Is it normal for you to feel immediate tension relief on your neck, shoulders, and upper back? Cos i feel a difference. Even though this was my first time, i can’t imagine how amazing I’ll feel in a week!

  • The final namasté and the feeling of lightness I get from finishing this 10 minute yoga is what really has the power to brighten up my day and relax me completely. Also your calming and gentle voice is such a nice addition to this. Thank you so much

  • Very much enjoyed this set, I’m starting to take care of myself again and get back in shape. I absolutely adore your outfit, would you mind posting a link to where you obtained it from? Thank you so much either way!!
    TW
My husband died in my arms almost two years ago and I gave up for most of that time. Doing my best to get myself together again, for my pets if nothing else. (I can’t bring myself to log out of his accounts on our network so I’ve kinda stolen his YouTube lol)

  • My left knee and right shoulder do not touch ground at the same time maybe with some practice. Wish me luck hopeing to make this routine

  • Thank you Kassandra, I’ve never been much of a work out person. I have 4 sisters who all practice yoga and I’m the last to join in. Before the pandemic I had a lot of weight gain from menopause and depression. This pandemic has put me in a position of taking a long look at what I want the rest of my life to look like. It’s a struggle for me to get going each day but once I do my yoga practices (I follow 3 instructors) I feel a lot better. Thank you. This workout is helping me connect with my body and build strength where I didn’t have any. Namaste

  • How do you stop feeling dizzy during this? Previously I tried yoga and I felt very dizzy whenever doing downward dog or any move that involves my head dangling forward. Any tips?

  • I’m just a bit chubby and mostly healthy (and young too). But boy, oh, boy. Everything hurts. Hello from a complete couch potato starting yoga. Your beginner videos are the only ones I found that don’t try to turn me into Pretzels on my fist time ever doing this. Thank you.

  • I just realized that I started my Yoga journey with this video! Still a wonderful way to start the day. I am so happy to have found Kassandra’s channel with this incredible wealth of yoga sessions.

  • My very first excercise since never doing it for 2 years. I feel fresh, I am sweating all over… Hope my hyperthyroid get away after this…

  • I struggle on last part. I have 65kilos, 172cm, I did ballet and gymnastics but I never ever in my life did pushup (I always Fall down). I dont know what am i doing wrong. I can do multiple things with my body up and hands on the floor but I cant push up. Can somebody help?

  • Thank you so much for this I have looked at a few different beginner yoga and they do not explain the poses as well as you do. Thank you so much for this, I am wanting to strengthen my core to help with my degenerative disc disease but the other ones have been so hard to follow. I was so excited to do this and loved it.

  • I am not a beginner but I found this to be a lovely practice and perfect after my HIIT workout today. The pointers on posture in the poses was helpful because we can sometimes become complacent and get into bad habits. Thanks Kassandra.

  • As specialist, I’m sure Custokebon Secrets is actually good way to lost crazy amounts of weight. Why don’t you give it a shot? perhaps it’ll work for you too.

  • Why am I watching this while laying in bed eating snacks? Smh. I’ve been telling myself I was going to start getting into yoga but I need to watch a few times before I join

  • Thank you for being a perfect instructor. I am deaf and use my Bluetooth hearing aids to listen and your voice is so clear and slow I can do these moves without watching every minute. This is my routine for the month of July.

  • Be prepared to pause and rewind A LOT if you are a true beginner. I am so frustrated right now trying to keep up with being told to relax and close my eyes and then opening to find that we’re now supposed to be in a completely different position.

  • Hi Adrien. I just did your video abd it was a workout. But it felt amazing. However when I would stretch my arms all the way up my hands started to tremble like crazy! It freaked me out. I have not worked out in 10 years. Should I be concerned? Or have you seen beginners do that before? And anyone in the community if this has happened to you please share. Thank you.

  • Hey guys this is my 4th day of diet and 1st day of yoga. I installed a yoga app and did 14 exercises + exercises in this video. I’m sweating and it feels good. I’ll update my weight loss here. Thanks sarah

  • I see some yoga that start off good but then I run into stuff I’m not advanced enough to do & it’s discouraging. But me & my 10 year old daughter are starting this one in the morning as a daily routine. After doing this one for a few days, I want to move onto the 7 day Yoga. I’m 50 now and want to feel more flexible, energetic & healthy. This video & the great reviews, is my motivation! Thank you!

  • Hello, Many thanks for your Yoga videos. It’s great as everytime. You know what!? I found to yoga pillow and I can not decided for buy that. Could you please create video about it? Here is the link: https://amzn.to/30t71ju. I am waiting for your comment about the product.

thank you for sharing this video i will keep watching them!

  • This was awesome. I only made it to 21 minutes and I’m pretty sure I’m dying, but my muscles feel awesome and your teaching method is amazing and not too fast. I am someone who for sure needs to be reminded to breathe, so that was nice, too

  • This was great! Some of the moves were very challenging for me as I have almost NO core strength. But I am going to save this video so I can keep practicing! Thanks!:)

  • 0:42 “the easy pose’….aargh!..spent the entire time trying not to roll backwards like a fat idiot. Thank god I tried this video before humiliating myself in a class with actual people. Stuck with it tho…very enjoyable and felt better at the end. Hopefully do better tomorrow.

  • I subscribed as soon as I finished. It is hard to find an online class that compares to being in person. This sealed the deal for me. I wish I had found this channel earlier into the shut down.

  • I need a series of these to rotate through the week! Im a truck driver and am struggling to find fitness but this was totally integrative. Is there more like this somewhere?

  • Hello! I am a beginner so this is ideal for me. Just wondering, how many times should I do this beginner video and what I should move onto after I’m ready to move on from the beginner video?

  • my intention was to be kind to myself and love myself through the session and i ended it in tears due to the love and gratitude i felt. thank you kassandra, this was a wonderful experience.

  • Hi, Kassandra! My name is Juliana and I live in Brazil. A friend of mine told me about your channel and this was my first 30 minutes of yoga with you. It was very nice and I loved it! Thank you very much, and tomorrow I’ll be here again, for 30 minutes more! All the best!

  • I was tense because of color guard practice yesterday. This definitely helped lossen up my muscles. I’m probably going to try to do this every morning from now on.

  • My fat ass busted a real sweat getting through this but admittedly it was very easy to follow along with. I had my doubts about yoga for weight loss but I’m gonna try to stick with this and other yoga workouts and see what happens. Maybe this time I’ll actually successfully lose weight.

  • Love your channel and your videos. This is my fav sequences from your 30 minute videos. Has been getting me through lockdown! Please make more 30 minute beginner videos

  • first time trying, very relaxing, happy to come back tomorrow. thank you, not has hard as other’s make it seem, great stretch and I like how you walked through the body “check points” in each stance to refocus my mind and teach proper way.

  • Thank you so much. Since covid has many of us working from home along w the daily stresses of kids family, etc..I noticed I have been having anxiety moments. I already work out 2x a week but want to incorporate yoga and mediation into my week. This was just what I needed and will be doing again.

  • just once i want a beginner’s yoga video to use beginner’s terms i don’t understand what it means when you say things like bring my navel to my ribs how

  • My dog joined me on the mat partway through lol. I accidentally bumped her with my foot while going into a lunge so she moved to the front of the mat. During the other lunge when I’d lean forward and reach my hands back I’d give her a couple pets <3

  • Kassandra, thank you for your beautiful yoga classes. You saved me, during quarantine and while it’s too hot for outside. Also, love the quirky morning theme, before I head out by 0600. You’ve gotten me reinterested in practicing.

  • Dear Kassandra, your 30 minute Yoga session is pure bliss, you radiate amazingly soothing and calming energy. Thank you so much. Namaste /\

  • This is my first time doing yoga because I give up with the home workout routines, Tha ks for making this video this is easier than home workouts

  • A great woman from Instagram, Laura Beverlin, sent me here this morning and I’m SO GLAD I took the time to do it! I always wake up feeling so tight, and now I feel amazinggggg! Thank you!

  • I been meaning to do yoga at home. In my first time it for sure was challenging. I think my cat was annoyed I was ignoring him for 30 minutes. But I did it! Thank gonna try to incorporate this for everyday.

  • The first time a beginners workout did not leave me absolutely drained and frustrated after 5 minutes. I am actually motivated to keep going with this! Thank you so much.

  • This is my first official week of working out and I am sore sore sore this was a nice break. & while I find Im about as flexible as a wooden door, I feel immensely relaxed and stretched like taffy. Will absolutely do again

  • Amazing, this video is 3 years old, I’m doing the 30 day challenge and I can’t get enough! I feel truly blessed to have such an awesome instructor! Namaste YwK

  • Why aren’t you capable of just giving me instructions to do the exercise. No you got a run your big boring mouth. Your video sucks lady

  • I’m a 23 year old male and I just did my first yoga video. This video kicked my ass. My muscles are sore, I’m sweaty and I’ve never felt so at peace. This is my new morning ritual. I really encourage any men thinking of starting to do so. I feel better and more at peace then I do lifting weights. My mind is clear, I feel more flexible, and my entire body got a workout today. Yoga is going to change my life.

  • This woman is a treasure I’ve found. I wonder where were you all this time, or may be where was I all this time Thanks to the lockdown, something good is happening. Big fan Sarah Beth, you’re a god’s gift Stay blessed

  • First time doing Yoga and it was AMAZING!!! I was sweating within 1 minute, thank you for making this video and keeping it simple. Will be doing this for a week to see how I develop.

  • Your video has truly saved my life. Amazing content, great cadence and inline coaching. I can’t believe I’ve passed on numerous invites to yoga by friends over the years. Better late than never. THANK YOU.

  • I typically do not do yoga or meditation very often. This video, however, changed my opinion and I will definitely be visiting this channel more often! Thank you Kassandra, and namaste!
