  • After practicing for nine years, I felt fully confident that I could maintain my practice with a home practice. Fortunately there are many wonderful online teachers, but for me your channel is the best.
Everyday I choose a class that seems appropriate depending on how my body, mind and spirit are feeling.

I have sent links to your channel to one of my sons who is in recovery from addiction. He has started making so many better choices with his life already. He was practicing yoga at home, but I knew your channel would be great for him.
    ❤️❤️

  • Kassandra, first time yogi. 56 years old and work at a desk. I have been stiff as a board but this first class just changed my life. Don’t know why I didn’t do this years ago.

  • This has been great for me while in Quarantine! Thanks so much, this was easy to follow and felt great to do. I feel ready for my day.

  • I starts following these steps of yoga. It really helped to reduce weight and keep body stress free. Thank you.

  • Its really helps me a lot for being flexible and strong even at my age,I celebrated my 52nd bornday this last July so I love doing yoga everyday.

  • Much better then other yoga videos on here…you actually understood a beginner perspective. Where others just kinda flex farther then a beginner can and go too fast

  • I love love loved this!!! It’s easy for newbies and fun! I’ve tried other beginner ones and they are soooo fast to keep up and not very fun or easy poses. Usually I don’t relax with the other ones but I was soooo relaxed in your videos!! You explained everything sooo easily and it as really fun and relaxing!!! Thank you!

  • She: mind your breathing, use your breathing to overcome me: breathing like a fish on land HOW DO I BREATHE? I have no idea if im doing this stuff right, but nice stretch in my back

  • Great class for beginners…something I could accomplish and I feel awesome! 10 yrs since I did yoga last..I am extremely overweight and out of shape! Today I decided to change that and so glad I found you!! Thank you

  • I am not someone who would comment on any video but this yoga tutorial was so good that it forced me to do so. I came here to find peace as in the lockdown time I was not in a good mental state but this helped me feel so relaxed, happy and good about myself. This gave me a very postive and good vibe. I loved it and I would completely recommend it. Keep the good work up and thank you so much! ❤️

  • Its so really nice for doing this everyday, helps me better to start a beautiful day even at my age at 52,with this yoga stretch daily I feeling 20.

  • First of all you have beautiful, calming voice and second thing: I have a question… your body looks absolutely great. Is it result of doing yoga burn exercise or you do some other sport as well?

  • This has to be one of the best yoga videos I’ve found. I have tried others and none have been as relaxing and strengthening as this one, so thank you! The reminders to breathe are very helpful to me as well.

  • I wish I`d discovered this specific sooner! I would`ve shed 14 pounds years back. This system does not ask you to alter your diet weight or you must work out. It certainly curbs your own desire for food yet doesn’t gives you the sense of being worked up. Find a right guide is not easy, you can research by Google. Guide’s name is below.

  • I haven’t done yoga in so long and felt the need to do something good for myself, once the class got to shavasana I laid there and cried. I don’t know why, I think my body just wanted to release everything, but it was such a great experience I will be doing yoga weekly, if not daily. Thank you for the wonderful class! Namaste

  • Wow, simply incredible. I have osteoarthritis due to a spinal fusion i had eight years ago. i am only nineteen and in constant pain. This was such a reliever for me. thank you

  • Hello do u guys mind sharing about the breathing in & sucking belly action as I saw many yoga move are in contrast with the move? Sorry I’m trying to get fit but since it is in contrast with the yoga teacher that I learned from. I’m getting confused

  • I’m very new to yoga, just enough classes over some busy years to know I like it. With Covid and retirement, I have more time to spend on me. I really enjoyed your first basic yoga class and will do it again, but today I tried yoga for the back. I have a long way to go, but loved the stretching, and your many reminders to breathe. I seem to forget that a lot. Love your soothing voice too. I look forward to trying to find you again. I’m a bit of a late bloomer when it comes to virtual reality! I think that’s what it is called?

  • I’ve done this sequence fairly regularly since you released it and I love it thank you! The pace is perfect for me at 50+ with one arthritic and one replaced hip.

  • First time doing yoga and it made me tear up with relief. I’m not very good at consciously breathing but I will continue to revisit this video until I can breathe deep. Thank you so dearly.

  • Regarding lifting one leg like in bird dog, are you supposed to keep the pose, because my body shifts to the side where I have a knee on the ground.

  • Wow. This is my go to yoga video. You are the best instructor I’ve seen. I love how u let us know where to do less if we have to but without stopping. You calm demeanor is very soothing. I had to find this video on my phone while I watched it on the tv, just so I could leave u a thumbs up and a comment. Thank you

  • I’ve got bad tension in my neck. Had it for a couple years now. Tried everything else. If yoga ‍♀️ can help I’m willing to commit

  • Love your yoga sessions. Thank you for having posted many videos. I feel clearly the difference before and after your class both in mind and in body.

  • Thank you, I’ve only just started yoga then we went into lockdown. I was disappointed as I was really enjoying it and thought it’s it no more yoga.
I just did your 20min beginner and love it, feels like I’m back in class again

  • Hi sanela.you are Awsm. I have a c section that heavy stomach. Will this yoga help me in reducing my belly.i am working out.feeling burnt n sweating too.

  • You are doing it wrong the cat and cow pose.. i checked and it’s the opposite of what you are doing. Its inhale for cow pose and exhale for cat pose

  • PsycheTruth, I appreciate this video. Found it today, rainy day and could not complete my outdoor run. So, very happy to have found this resource. Positive vibes to your staff.

  • i dont understand why my body just shakes so fucking mucccchhh whenever i try to do shit like this it just stresses me out even more

  • I absolutely love yoga with Kassandra, genuinely a highlight of my day. I already feel more flexible after doing five days worth, I used to dance in since childhood to my late teens and have always stayed quite flexible but since quarantine I have lost a lot of flexibility, especially in my legs. These 10 or 30 minute sessions have really given me a good stretch that I needed and also gives me confidence to see my body in a different light, thank you so much!

  • Im more intermediate level but didn’t fancy anything too challenging this morning this was perfect Kassandra! Thanks for sharing all of your awesomeness with the world 😉 Big hugs x

  • Ok so i shoulve started at the start of this pandemic, but im starting only now, boy this 20 minute “simple” exercise made me sweat so much. Thank you for this video. Your voice is so soothing. Just subscribed

  • That was amaing and calming i was so stressed and now i feel so much better really and im only 11 this is really nice im gonna do this more offten

  • I became so delighted to try the diet routine. I didn`t alter my very own diet weight and also didn`t boost my exercise level. Over a period of 30 days, I shed about 6 lbs. The tactic has allow me to ate less and getting full is a lot faster. Find a right guide is not easy, you can discover by Google. Guide’s name is under.

  • I’m a long distance runner and this is the first time I’ve done yoga for two years. This session was fantastic. Very well taught and not too difficult yet hard enough to get a good workout. Thank you so much.

  • This is the first time I have EVER been able to complete a full practice. Thank you so much. It means more than you will ever know.

  • QUESTION? Is it better to do this in the morning, mid -day or right before going to bed? I don’t know anything about yoga. TIA

  • I’m an obese woman (19 years old, 5’3” 250-260 lbs) and i’ve recently started meditating daily and decided that yoga could help me with working on my self esteem and weight loss. I’ve also decided to start a vegetarian diet, i’m hoping to lose weight but we will see! I also have pcos so weight loss is really hard for me:((

  • I did this while waiting my painting to dry. I didn’t like how it was going but after doing yoga I had time to cleanse my mind and now I like it:)

  • Just completed this workout and oh my goodness it was so relaxing and easy for a beginner like me. I will deffo be using this every day. Thanks so much for an amazing introduction xx

  • Thank you for this calming and encouraging yoga session. I’ve always struggled through yoga and I found myself today thinking “maybe I should start doing yoga more often” FEELING VERY BLESSED!

  • I am LOVING this video! I feel really good afterwards. I love the calm and positive energy you have throughout and I love how you tell us to smile through the tension.
I am completely new to yoga and have not had a workout routine in a decade so my core/everything is weak but this is really helping. I feel like it is just the right amount of a challenge and its effective. I’m going to try this 5 days a week for a month. Thank you so much for this. ☺

  • Good morning! Practice this video 3x/week until you feel comfortable in the sequence then move on to a video in the:

  • This I have to say again is really a beginners yoga. I have tried other ones but the yoga instructors have never explained things as well as she does. Day 2 and I feel the burn today lol.

  • So I am very new to yoga but I love it. The video I use on YouTube the time seems to fly by so quickly. I have been doing yoga for about a week now and I have more energy there’s been an improvement in my overall flexibility yoga is relaxing and I think has been a really good life style change.

  • Off topic completely but I was doing 2x speed to see all of the poses before I did this but this is super funny in 2x speed it had me dying

  • Thank you Kassandra, for your wonderful classes. I’ve never practised yoga before but had to find a way to look after myself during the pandemic and was lucky to find your videos. As an older person with multiple health issues you have certainly helped me to care for my body and improve my mobility in such a short time. Much more successful than years of physio. I hope that after lockdown in Australia, I still have time every morning to do one of your 30 minute classes. A huge thank you!!!

  • This is absolutely amazing!!!!!! I’ve always loved yoga but have a hard time setting a side a part of my day for it and this is absolutely perfect to get some in and start the day off right! Thank you!

  • First time doing yoga and never had 30mins went by so quickly. Your voice was very smoothing and instructions were clear. Thank you!

  • This was a wonderful yoga flow and allowed me to release some energy through the workout and in Savasana! Found myself crying here and there, and really laying in savasana for a good while is so relaxing.

  • Thank you so much for this video, I always love to do your ten minutes videos but I wanted to try this one out to help me clear my mind after I had a fight. It was so helpful and it was amazing, namaste yogis.

  • I started doing yoga with this video. At the time I was 305 lbs. Over the past year of keto, yoga and moderate power walking I have lost 108 lbs! Thank you for this video!

  • Love this video! been doing it every morning for a couple months now to cool down after my bike ride. Who made the lovely music at the end?

  • I’m trying yoga for the first time. My instructor recommended it for my active rest days as I’ve started a 12 week Plan. I’m on day 3 at the moment

  • Quarantine has been kicking my butt. I nearly cried after the video was over they way this helped me is indescribable. Thank you so much for your dedication to posting on YouTube. Means so much to me.

  • @Yoga With Adriene, thanks for saying ‘put your toes down if you haven’t already’. I did this 4 times over the past week and 4 times I needed you to say this. You should think I know by now. Thanks for the content.

  • I liked this video because it was long enough to feel productive, but it’s short enough that I could do this before work. This helped with some of my back pain.

  • Thank you so much! I am a carrier of a neuromuscular disease, so stretching and strengthening has always been so difficult for me. Thank you for a truly “beginner-beginner” class. It has left me feeling more confident to continue with yoga. If only I could get into that darn downward dog!:-)

  • Just done with my first ever yoga in my life!! And i must say, it was hard and difficult i admit! But wooowww! I sweat so much, my body is so much more relaxed than ever!! Thank you!!!

Ps. You earned a subscriber by the way.

  • After feeling so much stress from everything I decided to try yoga again, I clicked on this video and was caught off guard by how it was already the end of the video as I was enjoying it too much. It was nice to keep it simple yet enough to feel like I’m untying knots, and it felt good being able to keep up without feeling the stress from struggling not to get perfect forms. Im gonna try and follow this often and hopefully it will improve my sense of well-being, thank you very much!
