  • I absolutely love yoga with Kassandra, genuinely a highlight of my day. I already feel more flexible after doing five days worth, I used to dance in since childhood to my late teens and have always stayed quite flexible but since quarantine I have lost a lot of flexibility, especially in my legs.   • Having completed the 30 day morning challenge, I wanted to continue doing 10 minutes in the mornings it makes such a difference to my day!   • this was hard. downward dog is painful; i honestly don’t know how to keep the weight off my palms. and my neck began to ache from having to turn to see what was happening. It’s probably a lot easier to follow once you’re familiar with each of the yoga poses. I have strong legs and good flexibility, but it was definitely that middle part where I had to keep going back to downward dog that got me.

  • Quarantine made me start doing this. I really don’t do exercise or sports, but this is really easy to start, and takes only approx. 10 minutes! I often stay up late staying sedentary, so my body hurts sometimes. This exercise is good for that kind of aches for me. Thank you very much!

  • I have horrible joints, body pain, and migraines, and I’ve had several doctors and my mother recommend yoga and meditation to help with these. I always brushed it off because I couldn’t do the hardcore yoga and it as a past gymnast it never occurred to me to go back to the basics. I was really sore and tired today after sitting all day at school, and decided to give it a try. This video was magically. My knees don’t hurt at all, the child’s pose stretch made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and helped with my lower back pain immensely.   • Quarantine really made me realize how much I love yoga. People like Kassandra and Adrienne have helped me with fighting; having open hips helps with punch and kicking power, as anyone who enjoys fighting knows. My kicks started improving after I realized how tight my helps were, so I started looking up yoga on the internet to help my hips become more loose and smoove. Now my body feels so much better its crazy. My friend got me on the pidgeon pose and that’s some shit I never would do a year ago. Quarantine is kinda weird and shit’s crazy right now, but at the very least I’m happy I had the privilege to find a new passion of mine. Namaste.

  • i don’t necessarily exercise to lose weight, just to get those ‘necessary’ minutes in for the week. i believe that weight loss happens in the kitchen. eat less, lose more you know?

    i personally HATE exercise cardio, lifting, you name it i hate it but yoga is the one thing that i don’t want to die while doing! this yoga especially; slow, gentle and effective. really gets you moving and healthy!

Before the pandemic I had a lot of weight gain from menopause and depression. This pandemic has put me in a position of taking a long look at what I want the rest of my life to look like. It’s a struggle for me to get going each day but once I do my yoga practices (I follow 3 instructors) I feel a lot better. Thank you.
