I recently have found some scientifically advanced methods of this combined with sport & survival tactical that I’m very interested in. Surprisingly it doesn’t sound like she does any serious sport or weight training? It can be difficult to find the correct “IN” people, there’s a lot of the wrong, but I bet she’d LOVE IT! Sometimes you got to be a Tiger for those endorphins & not afraid to try new things/styles of doing them. You also have to have time to integrate/play with the regimen 😉 love those Amino’s, minerals, vitamins etc. I only say that cause she seems like the kind of gal that if she wasn’t famous she’d find her way into something really Active with progressing results. Some of us need it, makes us feel sky high:) I have all sorts of crazy pyramids & Periodizations. I try my best lol sometimes better than others. Discipline your mind. At 57 years old and having had seasons of success followed by seasons of famine I can trace the unraveling of success back to something negative happening around me that I allowed to get in my mind. ALWAYS STAY FOCUSED, NEVER TAKE YOUR FOOT OFF THE GAS PEDAL OF POSITIVE THINKING AND A POSITIVE ATTITUDE plus POSITIVE OUTLOOK/EXPECTATIONS. Thank you for sharing this amazing video on YouTube.
Discipline your mind is more important because you are the axis of your experience and you cannot lead without having you as the axis in the right spot. Good leadership comes from the inside out and only when you can lead yourself you can lead others. Tony Robbins said about leadership that it is about understanding motivations of others. You can only do that well if you have practiced it on yourself, too. You need to listen to yourself and your intuition, but you cannot do that if your mind is in an unhealthy state.
The best leaders I ever encountered lead by example so that you could observe them. And I always felt safe and inspired around them. Safety is big for women with still mostly male leaders around, so there was no agenda going on, either sexual, gender roles, etc. Just pure human respect. And they always treated everyone as equally valuable, they loved to teach but were never status snobs. You can easily see that e.g. if people put their middle name and all their titles on their business card, especially men. They want to make themselves taller/larger, which comes from an undisciplined scarcity mindset. Great leaders come up to you and say, “Hi, I am Jane/David/etc.” and you don’t question their leadership and they don’t either. They have a disciplined mind, focus on the essentials and thus are great leaders.

He recognizes that today a Bachelor’s degree is required, unlike years ago when just a high school education was needed but we haven’t kept up. Many countries do it. I love Tonny Robbins motivational speech, but I don’t agree when he talk about Bernie Sanders, free college is the way to go, how you will end up paying more if is free!? I do agree in one thing tho, schools and colleges now a day dont prepare you for life and that is just another reason why we need to change our government education system. Then in Rule#6 you can hear him talk about our school education system, so yeah free college and changing the education system will help many more people.

My personal favorite: His advice on change only comes by measuring is truth and his example of identifying the hinderences to his goal of staying in a state of happiness is priceless. I really liked his comment about identifying his “favorite flavor” of suffering. Because we really do choose to keep having these emotions that derail us. His strategy of giving yourself 90 seconds to get out of those negative emotions and knowing through body signals when these emotions will arise is an amazing tool. Thanks for this video!

When David Goggins said ‘I used to tell lies just to have a friend’ or that he was depressed and insecure because of what life threw at him. That hit me hard because it’s very relatable to me at 25 years old. I’ve told lies just to get people to like me and I’m very insecure in all aspects of life. But if there’s anything I’ve learnt from David goggins is we have to improve ourselves and believe we can become the best versions of ourselves. For me as jocko has said ‘ignore and out perform’ is my main focus.
Imagine if Goggin’s had done MARSOC instead of Seals, his content would be through the roof. Mental and physical toughness would exceed You tubes content. He would have been #1 on Amazon and possibly banned in every country.

I don’t know? I just like her:) Gr8 smile, kind eyes! Interesting she meditates. I recently have found some scientifically advanced methods of this combined with sport & survival tactical that I’m very interested in. Surprisingly it doesn’t sound like she does any serious sport or weight training? It can be difficult to find the correct “IN” people, there’s a lot of the wrong, but I bet she’d LOVE IT! Sometimes you got to be a Tiger for those endorphins & not afraid to try new things/styles of doing them. You also have to have time to integrate/play with the regimen 😉 love those Amino’s, minerals, vitamins etc. I only say that cause she seems like the kind of gal that if she wasn’t famous she’d find her way into something really Active with progressing results. Some of us need it, makes us feel sky high:) I have all sorts of crazy pyramids & Periodizations. I try my best lol sometimes better than others.

What does owning your life look like for you?
For me, it’s taking responsibility for the consequences of my actions, which have brought me to where I am now. And not blaming my parents, my spouse, my children, my background, my upbringing or my limitations. It’s knowing that I’ve brought myself to where I am now, and it’s my actions and decisions that will take me to the achievement of my goals, through His mercy and help. It’s about accepting the power of my actions to bring about either bad or good.

Alex Morgan is my idol and I always look up to her I read her book Breakaway when I need inspiration. I wish one day I could meet her. My dad always calls me Morgan because I’m such a big fan of her’s and because I have posters, jerseys, books and more of her. I’m kind of her biggest fan.

Discipline your mind is more important because you are the axis of your experience and you cannot lead without having you as the axis in the right spot. Good leadership comes from the inside out and only when you can lead yourself you can lead others. Tony Robbins said about leadership that it is about understanding motivations of others. You can only do that well if you have practiced it on yourself, too. You need to listen to yourself and your intuition, but you cannot do that if your mind is in an unhealthy state.
The best leaders I ever encountered lead by example so that you could observe them. And I always felt safe and inspired around them. Safety is big for women with still mostly male leaders around, so there was no agenda going on, either sexual, gender roles, etc. Just pure human respect. And they always treated everyone as equally valuable, they loved to teach but were never status snobs. You can easily see that e.g. if people put their middle name and all their titles on their business card, especially men. They want to make themselves taller/larger, which comes from an undisciplined scarcity mindset. Great leaders come up to you and say, “Hi, I am Jane/David/etc.” and you don’t question their leadership and they don’t either. They have a disciplined mind, focus on the essentials and thus are great leaders.

He recognizes that today a Bachelor’s degree is required, unlike years ago when just a high school education was needed but we haven’t kept up. Many countries do it. I love Tonny Robbins motivational speech, but I don’t agree when he talk about Bernie Sanders, free college is the way to go, how you will end up paying more if is free!? I do agree in one thing tho, schools and colleges now a day dont prepare you for life and that is just another reason why we need to change our government education system. Then in Rule#6 you can hear him talk about our school education system, so yeah free college and changing the education system will help many more people.

If you can’t discipline your mind then how can you be an effective leader? My personal favorite: His advice on change only comes by measuring is truth and his example of identifying the hinderences to his goal of staying in a state of happiness is priceless. I really liked his comment about identifying his “favorite flavor” of suffering. Because we really do choose to keep having these emotions that derail us. His strategy of giving yourself 90 seconds to get out of those negative emotions and knowing through body signals when these emotions will arise is an amazing tool. Thanks for this video!

When David Goggins said ‘I used to tell lies just to have a friend’ or that he was depressed and insecure because of what life threw at him. That hit me hard because it’s very relatable to me at 25 years old. I’ve told lies just to get people to like me and I’m very insecure in all aspects of life. But if there’s anything I’ve learnt from David goggins is we have to improve ourselves and believe we can become the best versions of ourselves. For me as jocko has said ‘ignore and out perform’ is my main focus.
Imagine if Goggin’s had done MARSOC instead of Seals, his content would be through the roof. Mental and physical toughness would exceed You tubes content. He would have been #1 on Amazon and possibly banned in every country.
