  • I can not express how much I appreciate an honest advice video without pseudo-science and some product advertisement that has been shoe-horned in. This cuts to the core and the sports aspect set aside I will reconsider my daily nutrition routines.
    Thanks a lot! <3

  • I really like that this lady is addressing all age of audiences because not everyone who has arthritis is 80+ years old I’m 35 I’ve had it since i was 16 so.. Thank you a bunch

  • also, if something is wrong in the neck with the muscles/nerves, can this be seen by doin gan mri scan of it? asking because i have for over a year now 24/7 headache on the right side of the back of the head, did an mri of the brain, went to see a chiropractor and a physiotherapist but nothing helped..

  • are there videos, done by those who have arthritis? They would understand how our bodies really work with arthritis /lupus etc. We def need to start slowwwly

  • When i saw the title, at first i thought the video will be about fuckers who work out just to “look good for the ladies” and all that shit and not for themselves.

  • For the people saying that theirs nothing wrong with being addicted to working out you don’t really know what it means. Being addicted isn’t going 5-7 times a week for an hour or 2 a day. Being addicted to working out comes with everything else such as diet, steroid usage and going to the gym for obsessive amounts of time which aren’t actually beneficial to your gains. The guy mentioned not being able to have rest days because he would always feel like he would lose muscle mass. Diet wise he could be eating stupid amounts of protein and carbs to gain weight meaning a lot of meat leading to problems later down the road. Steroid usage as well. The guy probably started natural then went on a cycle and just kept going on them.

  • 0:40 I think the really awesome person is the cleaning lady. let’s give a round of applause for the people that work behind the scenes clap clap clap

  • Been getting headaches during weight training. Reading these comments makes me feel relieved that a week from now after following her advice I’ll be back to normal!

  • How long is too long working out? My friend worked out for seven hours once and I thought that was really unnecessary but he though the longer the better. What should be the maximum time when morning out?

  • Something I will never understand is steroid use. It’s so much more rewarding to me to achieve results naturally, also, one of the main benefits of working out is to feel healthy and be healthy, which steroids make null.

  • Its expensive to get big. The supplement industry makes a ton of money. It could be dangerous because these drugs aren’t heavily regulated by the FDA.

  • I got a minor pain on the right side of my brain from working out I’m kinda worried but it only lasted acouple seconds but what is this called

  • Now see I want this kind of addiction not food and there’s nothing wrong with wanting to be in shape hell I want be in shape but there’s limits y’all

  • To all the butthurt people in the comments, it’s not that working out is bad, it’s that everything belongs in moderation. Working out to the point where you’re obsessed or taking drugs is not in moderation. Working out and never feeling good enough is not good for your mental health.

  • The best workouts are the ones you will keep doing dance, running, weight training, yoga… anything.. Our channel focuses on laughter along with all formats of fitness. • Wow, gave me loads to think about! Great question, the answer was more than I expected researching big brother programmes in the UK now as an infant school teacher, summer is boring without having money to go abroad. thanks Elliot

  • Damn that’s exactly what I told myself when I used to work in the postal service. Pushing cages of post around for sometimes 4 hours straight was my work out, others commented too about my energy when a lot of other people were miserable as fuck.

To me it was a free workout xD

  • Thank you for the video im sure I have most of this steps/bullet points covered already but I will give it a double check to all of it and see if my situation gets better, for some reason every time I run since I was really little my system literally shuts down? I don’t really know how to explain it in English but is like all the life out of my body goes out along with my defenses and I start having terrible headaches at the point were I feel extremelly dizzy and lost wothoit any energy on me not even being able to think clearly and end up throwing up. Is tiring because is every single time, I really want to run like any other normal human being in this heart.

  • Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am having knee replacement surgery in a couple of months and coupled with arthritis all over I had just stopped trying to exercise because of the pain. These exercises I could do & I already have 2 and 3 lbs weights. This is encouraging. TFS

  • A lady at work makes conversation by talking about every ailment of hers and the people in her life including her friends. I just don’t join in a shared sadness. I say, “I wish you luck with that. And, I’ve gotta take off, now.” It works for me.

  • I can relate to this because I’ve recently got into fitness, but for the average couch potato I doubt it will motivate anyone to get fit

  • Hello, I wanted to know is it safe to do these exercises wearing socks. I find it hard to find a clean pair of sports shoes to wear at home.

  • Thank you for your inspiring contributions to my day. No matter what I feel like its always what I need to hear. You are definitely doing your part to raise mass consciousness and helping us to evolve in this “Time-space reality” and in what lies beyond

  • I had a 2 day headache, sometimes felt like a migraine after a long workout and the second day we went to Sprouts. I bought some sushi philly roll and I’m almost positive the ginger took away the pain. I felt relief but didn’t acknowledge it till hours later. The pain did come from my neck through the side of my head and to my right temple.

But I think like the video said alignment was off also.

  • i really hate those shitty AWWWWW REALATIONSHIP GOALS ☺☺ videos like all they did was pull ups ffs

  • Team Habla Hispana No los veo:’v

Vengan a aqui tenemos galletas, compramos leche xd, y mas cositas xd

  • I dont think it’s an addiction. I think it could be a hobby or someone who just wants to better themselves. Dont say it’s an addiction just because they strived to do more

  • If you are looking to get ripped, you should look up on Google “Elite Muscle Formula”. They can guide you and help you get the body you deserve.

  • hahaa i’m surprised about the content of the video. I thought it d be about having a great body just so others will look at you & admire you

  • These were not helpful to me. I have arthritis in my ankles now as well as hips, knees, lower back and hands.
My ankles are now swollen and pain shoots into the left side of my food. So walking and/or marching on the
spot is out. Any ideas? I am gaining weight during covid which makes things worse and this is why my ankles
    are so painful. Such fun!

  • I live in the UK and I’ve been diagnosed with fibromyalgia I also have arthritis in both my knees I’ve always loved to dance and since I came down with these two illnesses I can barely walk let alone dance will I ever be able to dance again and have my knees hold out.
Just want to say I’m not a professional dancer but I do love to dance

  • Yo Elliot, I always drink lots of milk, but i recently stopped after i saw some studies that Milk gives you ‘Acne’, or at least encourages spots. I stopped drink milk, it’s been 2 weeks now, and my whole body has gone clearer. So is it true that Milk causes spots?

  • Tendon and joint injuries can take months to heal. And icing is not what you want to do for this… Google “Icing injuries is bad”

  • PLEASE HELP! I hurt my shoulder about 2 months ago from benching incorrectly without a spotter. I had a professional look at it and all I was told is to lay off heavy lifting for 2 weeks and keep icing it which I did all that and 2 months later I still can NOT lift heavy for chest or shoulders and still feel pain in my shoulder. It’s not a muscle pain but more like a bone pain.. PLEASE HELP

  • You’re right. i know the bad fat is the reason that stopping 6 pack coming outside even we work out well. Listen to this in a best female model 2012 exclusive interview she had mentioned about her strong abs with this 7 food items. you can watch out here

  • Thanks to your video for thousands time…. I was in headache & so much pain, after drinking electrolytes got relief. Your opinion is authentic .

  • Not certain about the points made but,if anyone else wants to discover
    symptoms of inflammatory arthritis
try Knewreck Arthritis Treatment Guide (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my work buddy got amazing results with it.

  • Hey Elliot I’m 15 and I play hockey. I was wondering if you had any ideas/opinions on pre workout/game food or supplements. I seem to have trouble finding something that makes me feel energetic and ready to go. I have heard that the c4 pre workout supplement works well any thoughts? Thanks!

  • I’m sure with a name like that, David’s doing just fine.
I don’t see this as a problem at allespecially in a culture that would rather glorify the FAT, and MORBIDLY OBESE.

  • So basically doing workout after a meal is better than doing it on an empty stomach? I used to do home workout like 20min before brunch and got headache, almost collapse

  • yippee. dont waste time guys, rush to this site and get ur ipad3 or iphone as per ur choice. just listen for now, simply put your email and number and wait for your parcel. dont run away have a try now =>

  • “working out for other people” i thought this was going to be about working out because you’re trying to impress people, but I like that i was wrong. I love the feeling of doing yard work for my mother and seeing her face when its done. Awesome workout and my mommas happy! BOOYAA!

  • Thank you for the info! I was really wondering why I always had a migraine attack after I exercise and now thanks to this video, I got enlightened!! Keep safe!

  • I know Elliott doesn’t answer YouTube questions but can someone tell me is it better to work out first thing in the morning and go through your day or last thing in the day then go to bed?

  • Elliot! I know you’re originally from S.florida. help me find a powerlifting/oly lifting gym/coach. google searches just gives me a ton of crossfit pages….they’re every where now.

  • This is very helpful! Most tips for runners headaches/ migraines focus on hydrating only which never made a difference for me. I drink a lot of water throughout the day (I aim for my weight in fl oz) and yet everytime I workout I get a debilitating migraine.

I will def give these tips a try!

  • I actually just use to workout just to look good for a girl. Now im lazy ass that has no motivation to workout. Lol how the mighty has fallen..

  • I was running uphill then walking downwards when I felt my head throbbing and a mild stabbing pain, I wasn’t finished with my running session so I thought jokingly “well, we all have to die sooner or later, I won’t let the pain dictate my life, I will do one last run”. When I finished and walked down again I had the worst stabbing headache I’ve ever felt in my life, mainly at the front of my head, I felt dizzy and sick and couldn’t think straight. I barely walked home and almost had to call the ambulance because I thought I was dying, it lasted for an hour and I can still feel some of the aftermath. Lesson learned I guess: NEVER push through head pain, doesn’t worth it.

  • I will try in next ride. Maybe caused due to 3rd & 4th one ( I will try all points). As I changed my saddle adjustment during ride and last 15-20 minutes I feeling like my postures is not correct specially on neck.

Last 4 ride I feel headache in 1st and 4th one In both ride i changed my saddle adjustment.

    Thanks for info.

  • Why are so many people in the comments glorifying an addiction? Having no control over something isn’t a good thing, you’ll end up pushing yourself to death even without steroids.

  • Wow! What an amazing video! Really useful information. I have headaches for 7 years already after playing football and no one seems to know what is happening. I will apply these 4 tips and hope I will get rid of it!

  • People also don’t know that restricting calories along with not getting enough rest will cause this too. Also strong lights and training fasted without any magnesium, potassium and salt can destroy you.
    Had all of these problems…

  • When I was a kid my mom thought that I was too young to lift weights so I would walk around the neighborhood in search of people who needed physical labor. I mean I would help people with groceries, help people move, and shovel snow, push cars. In retrospect I probably helped alot of people steal sh*t because I was all high on good deeds.

  • correlation does not always mean causation. there are probably 100’s if not 1000’s of other things that could have cause the change.

  • Thanks for the video. I am suffering with flash in my eye sight and followed by head ache for moderate work out also. For half mile run also the migraine triggers. May be postural i believe as i drink lot of water. I had accu puncture treatment a while back and the head aches does not come for intensive workout sessions also. After an year of treatment, I again see the head aches reappear. Thought of getting a better advice.

  • He does make thousands on training, lesson and so on….he’s too smart no to. These videos are our only freebees. We all have to make a living.

  • When I stumbled on this video, it reminded me of this study by the National Center of Biotechnology Information (NCBI) about how working out reshapes our DNA Methylation Pattern in Human Adipose Tissue. So technically, you ARE “Working Out for Other People”, you’re working out to ensure a healthier future within your biological children’s gene structure.

    Google “NCBI PMC3694844”.

  • Dylan probably looked bloaty not due to lack of cutting but cheating with injections, he doesn’t look like he has the capacity or patience to gain proper muscle and has a short man complex. It’s made him so screwed up he’s pretty much murdered others he manipulated into serving him, all because deep down he hates himself.

  • Sometimes I would workout and like the left didn’t side of my Brian or right front side would be in extreme pain it it would last like a day or two it’s terrible

  • I never and I repeat never had migraines until had 3 strokes in May 2010. Most of the time I usually have to go the ER for a migraine cocktail and sometimes I have to be hospitalized for it. The longest hospital stay was 8 days. For some reason they just went dormant 3 years ago. I began having migraines again all of a sudden about 4 months ago but my symptoms are totally different than the ones I had before….I now get dizzy, feel faint when I get out of bed and I also “lose time”. Nothing helps at all!!! I’m so sick and tired of this crap. This is no way to live I will tell you that much!! I feel like there is just end in site!!!

  • what exactly did doc say is the issue? i really don’t think you hurt your bones…. probably a muscle strain or shoulder sprain. i tweaked my shoulder earlier this summer when i was stretching. get a therapeutic oil massage (i only got one) and do some very light mobility stretches, slooowly working your way back to where you were with no pain.

  • Thank you for the detailed video. Did your headache increase in pain when your heart rate raised? I have a feeling mine is related to salts/electrolytes, but I also notice the headaches worsen if my heart rate increases again

  • Yeah, sure. I can hardly stand and my ankles are swollen like elephant feets, bring it on. Also no way I´d rise my left arm even empty.

  • It doesn’t matter if I run 5 km or 12km I always gets headaches after. I drink plenty and when I have a tbls of honey post-run it helps but doesn’t take the headache away completely so I will consider adding sodium too and see if it changes anything. Also, I tend to drink coffee 30 min after a workout, is that something I need to stop? does caffeine makes the headache worse?

  • The mental issue is not looking you “pump” way all day that’s when people get sad. Natural is blobby and deflated. Its norm. Dont get sad just know it’s normal easy science. No blood pumping no pump. Simple stay positive people’s were all blobby and small with out a puml

  • my knees are so bad I don’t have that kind of balance anymore. I do chair exercise and it does keep me more mobile but it does not help with pain and it only helps with stiffness for the duration of the exercise.

  • Wow I’m going to try the chicken broth!! I’ve been getting exertion head aches while lifting, and I also play basketball and they are so annoying so hopefully this will help. Like you I tried Gatorade and Powerade but that didn’t seem to help, I felt like I was going crazy
