GOOD HEALTH STARTS IN THE GUT. Did you know that most of your immune system resides in your gut, along with 99.5 percent of your genetic code? It’s also home to trillions of microbes—aka your gut microbiome—that help keep your body running like a well-oiled machine. A healthy microbiome is the key to boosting metabolism, balancing hormones, and taming the inflammation that can lead to a host of diseases and conditions.. In this free webinar, Dr. Will Bulsiewicz, gastroenterologist and author of the new Fiber Fueled: The Plant-Based Gut Health Program for Losing Weight, Restoring Health, and Optimizing Your Microbiome, will share cutting-edge research and his extensive clinical knowledge on gut health and diet. In this presentation, you will learn: -How your microbiome impacts blood sugar, cholesterol levels, immunity, mood, and more.. -Why elimination diets can be hazardous to your health.. -The signs and symptoms of a damaged microbiome, and how simple diet changes can help undo the damage in fairly short order.

Whatever your fitness goal, you need a reason driving you to reach it—and a guide to help you get there. Hannah Eden is back with FYR 2.0. Give this 8-Week Muscle and Fat Loss plan a try. ► Hannah Eden’s FYR 2.0: https://bbcom.me/36w2LQJ. ► Expert Training Plans: https://bbcom.me/2QCD2Rg. ► Shop Signature Supplements: https://bbcom.me/2s9XAag. ► Subscribe: http://bit.ly/2DK5lGD. Fitness is not a one-time event, and given how many users told us they did the original FYR multiple times, you get that! FYR 2.0 is your chance to “Find Your Reason” all over again. Everything you told us you loved is back in FYR 2.0—and then some. This eight-week program is longer, tougher, and even more transformative than its predecessor.. If you’ve already tried FYR, you’ve already experienced the transformative power of working out with Hannah and her team. If you’re new to this kind of program and to Hannah’s style, you can definitely start here, without having experienced the original FYR. As long as you’re ready to sweat five times a week and test your physical and mental strength just as often, then you’ve come to the right place.. All you need is 30-40 minutes, five times a week, and a few select pieces of equipment. Here are all the details! | Find Your Level |. There are three training levels in FYR 2.0, and a specific coach to show you the movement modifications for each. First-timers or anyone who feels over their head should follow Tanner. To level up and move with slightly more intensity or heavier weights, follow Paolo. And if you’re ready for the fight of your life, try to keep up with Hannah.. Sometimes, the difference is just intensity or pace. Other times, it’s a whole new movement. This allows you to follow along at the level that suits you best in each workout and each phase of fitness. It also means you can come back to this program at any point to get a completely different experience. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, FYR 2.0 has something to offer.. Many of the exercises in FYR 2.0 are bodyweight movements, but you will need a few things to help you get the most out of each workout. Here’s a list of equipment to have on hand: • A pair of matching dumbbells (ideally, two pairs: one light, one heavier). • A pair of matching kettlebells (ideally, one light-to-medium pair, and one heavy single). • A jump rope. • 1 miniband (ideally 2-3, to give you options). • A mat. • A medicine ball. More important than any weight or accessory is your attitude. Hannah expects you to bring the heat for every single workout. She’s already programmed different levels and modifications into this program, and now it’s up to you to take control. This is your workout, and what you put into it determines what you get out of it. Show up ready to work, give it your all every single time, and you will see a change.. | Why FYR 2.0 Works |. FYR 2.0 definitely isn’t just a rehash of the original. It has new movements, new protocols, and more of a focus on control, pacing, and pauses. FYR was explosive and fun, and FYR 2.0 is as well, but there’s a bit more tension and focus on the mind-muscle connection. In terms of results, this may mean that you build slightly more muscle in FYR 2.0—hence the name Hannah Eden’s 8-Week Muscle-Building Fat-Loss Plan.. More often than not, people get bored with their training programs. This program will offer you anything and everything. It is a hybrid training style, mixing protocols and styles to create a unique experience with each new workout. In this program you’ll explore animal flow, functional movement, conditioning drills, Tabata intervals, EMOM, bodybuilding, AMRAP, gymnastics—you name it, Hannah has tried it, and she can bring it down to your level and make you love it.. Hannah helps you step outside of the box gym and try different modalities to bring every corner of the fitness world together. No matter where your fitness game is, you will be challenged, you will learn, and you will love doing it.. == | Follow Us |. ► Twitch: http://bit.ly/2q1dttE. ► YouTube: http://bit.ly/1RSJFa4. ► Facebook: http://on.fb.me/1lomhpr. ► Instagram: http://bit.ly/1LzBxab. ► Twitter: http://bit.ly/1RSJQlL. ► Google+: http://bit.ly/1NRe8qu. ► Pinterest: http://bit.ly/1OOZgY4. ► Spotify: http://spoti.fi/1NRebm0

The Magical Exercise Pill That Builds Muscle and Strips Fat The scientific community was turned upside down for a period back in 2007 when Ronald Evans revealed an experimental drug named. What if there was a way to shut off the production of myostatin, perhaps using an exercise pill? If the myostatin was turned off, even obese people would be able to build muscle mass. The increase in muscle would lead to a faster metabolism and more calories burned every day.
This could, in turn, lead to a decrease in body fat, effectively combating obesity. – Hypertrophy (muscle-building): 8-12 reps – Muscular Endurance: 15+ reps. Most muscle-building programs are obviously focused on that 8-12 rep range.
But to see consistent and fast muscle growth, there needs to be more variation. We need to stimulate our muscles. A new study published in the American Physiological Society investigated the effects of a “muscle-building exercise pill” on a crucial protein that inhibits muscle growth. [1] Researchers zeroed in on the protein myostatin whose primary function is to inhibit myogenesis muscle cell growth and differentiation.
Basically, think of myostatin as the brakes on a car. Exercise Biology stands far part from other fitness sites by taking an evidence-based approach to common man’s health, fitness, nutrition & building muscle. Thanks for visiting Exercise Biology. About. Related to exercise and fitness, BCAAs are taken to help reduce muscle breakdown, which is why they may be known as supplements for muscle gain and strength.
Leucine, in particular, is known for playing an important role in muscle protein synthesis, which can help with muscle gain. If you don’t provide the need for the muscle to either grow and get stronger or at least stick around it will atrophy and whittle away. Stay with the heavier weights and, of course, lift using proper form and technique at all times. Big weight builds big muscle and, in turn, will burn more fat. #2 Take out the fluff exercises.
Use the following workout program to help you burn fat and build muscle. Perform the first set of the exercise at a controlled tempo of 3 seconds on the negative. After your completed reps, strip the load. Few people realize that CLA simultaneously helps you gain muscle while it burns fat.
CLA spares your muscle tissue by using fat for fuel and not breaking down muscle protein for fuel. Because your body is constantly breaking down muscle protein for fuel and then building it back up when you eat, having less muscle protein breakdown actually leads to more muscle growth. Anecdotal reports and scientific studies alike find that guys who take creatine gain a good 10 pounds or more of bodyweight and increase strength dramatically. Creatine works in a number of ways.
For one, it increases the amount of fast energy in your muscles.

(False and unsubstantiated weight loss claims alleged for “Fat Trapper” and “Exercise in a Bottle” containing the dietary supplements chitosan and pyruvate, respectively) The Quigley Corp., (File No.
The RELAX SLIM™ supplement has another benefit in the fact that it contains the adaptogen rhodiola rosea, which has an anti-stressing, anti-depressing and fat burning effect on the body.
At the end of the study, those taking the natural supplement had a faster rate of body fat loss and maintained more lean body mass than the placebo group.
Manufacturers claim the supplements can aid fat loss, enhance metabolism, suppress appetite, and promote weight loss, sometimes without significant changes to physical activity or dietary intake.
You see, the reality is the workout supplement industry is plagued by pseudoscience, ridiculous hype, misleading advertising and endorsements, productsfull of junk ingredients, the underdosingofkey ingredients, and many other shenanigans.
The worst interview ever so disrespectful!! One of you could have done this without the baby and dog on camera. If you can’t give Cole focus and ask intelligent questions why bother. Awful wasted opportunity!
Matt I get you may not agree with a lot of what Come is saying, but you came across as a mix of distainful and disinterested. It made for an uncomfortable interview. I don’t know if that’s your style or that was Cole specific. Megha whether she agrees aor not is always engaging and adorable.
This man has made himself the founder of fasting and homemade electrolyte drink. Smh. Sick of this guy. Maybe have the Fasting Fat man on your next show
I am going to start week 6 tomorrow. I did not start this for losing weight, but to gain strength and muscles and it’s worth it, I mean I feel stronger than never and I can do much more push-ups than before and my strength increased (I can see this when running/jogging). Totally recommend this, even though this is for intermediate to advanced tbh. For beginners might be a bit hard, but you can start and make your may to the next level.:)
This is a great talk but I would like to point out 32:00 I belive that this is very different from hypoglycemic unawareness which is dangerous because the body is not giving you the warning signals while it’s starving & depleted of energy. When in ketosis you do not get the warning signals at the lower blood sugars because the body can be sufficient in energy with lower glucose and higher ketones & fatty lipid metabolism therefore no hypoglycemic symptoms. I do keto and occasional prolonged fasting up to 7 days. One day I was doing a prolonged fasting and deep into ketosis, my blood sugar was hovering between low 2.5 mmol for a period of 24h ( stable) I was feeling great no symptoms and I didn’t feel the need to raise the sugar levels. So Now you can point out I am hypoglycemic unaware? Absolutely not, when I’m in lower ketosis or out of ketosis I do feel the hypo symptoms from 3.6mmol which is very normal in a healthy non diabetic with the standard diet. It’s interesting to know that Healthy New born babies are born with low glucose levels around 2.5mmol yet have elevated ketone levels this is a whole big topic by itself but the bottom line is if glucose levels are low yet the elevated keton levels are adequately sufficient to fulfill your energy needs your body is perfectly happy and shall not beg or show symptoms of low energy levels
What about prolonged fasting and its ability to reset the immune system? Could it be the key to stop its tendency to attack the pancreas cells and start anew?
PS: reviewing your graph, it looks as though in this example the patient was receiving a high basal dose designed to partially “cover” meals, in the way that type 1 was treated 40 years ago: I was on 2 doses of semilente for many years. Still alive and kicking lol. Minor miracle I reckon!!
What a thoroughly unpleasant man. Vile. This is the only one of your you tube videos I’ve disliked pretty sure Meghan also wasn’t too impressed with him.
Pretty disrespectful to the guest to have to try and talk over a baby. Thankfully you finally care to your senses and took him out of the room. When someone gives you their time, and you have a connection with delays and difficult talkover anyways, adding to the difficulty was just rude. And no, if there was no other choice I get it. But there was two of you. You even started the interview with one person. So it shouldn’t have been a problem.
She joins the interview, looks bored uninterested, plays with the dog, then leaves. why not stay next door and play with your dog. you have someone on your show who is changing peoples lives and conduct the interview in this manner!!
Why are they staring at the chat so much? Unless Cole was on a different screen but I highly doubt it. Like, its just basic respect to face someone when their talking to you. They literally tried their hardest to look bored, totally unprofessional.
Mr. Cole Robinson: I absolutely love your way of teaching and coaching. I’m fasting, using snake juice, in order to lose a certain amount of weight. But, and that’s a big BUT, I’m vegan! My question for you is: Why are you not capable of respecting that choice of diet for fuck’s sake?
The first time I heard this guy, I spit my coffee out. He had me at “HEY FATTY!” Took me a few minutes to get use to his intensity. He has helped so many!!
water fasting (great for fat loss/autophagy etc..backed by science and anecdotes)…..short term dry fasting…(accelerated fat loss…backed by anecdotal science only)…and there is absolutely no science behind urine crap…your kidneys and liver are the two smartest and most metabolically engaged organs in human body,,,your kidneys do filter out almost all the toxins and extra eletcrolytes even when the renal function is compromised and only 30 percent functional….and you wanna drink all the kidney excreted waste material, that you body worked so hard to get rid of…??thats just plain stupid and gross..i bet this guys browser history has some ¨golden shower videos¨¨in it
A low carbohydrate diet is excellent in my experience. However as a lifetime diet this is extremely challenging on a daily basis. When I try to reintroduce foods with some carbohydrates, it never ends up well. (After all I’ve been on it for a year hoping for results..) I also fear a keto diet, as amazing as it can be to reduce or get rid of insulin usage, is just a crutch, a symptom reliever. The underlying autoimmune response is ever present. I really hope more research goes into this. People with T1D have the worst quality of life compared to any other chronic diseases
Thanks for having him on. His protocol makes so much sense to me. I have been doing 48s and 72s with snake juice for some time. While also eating Keto in my window. There are so many health benefits to this way of eating. 48s are very sustainable. Way to go KetoConnect in having him on.
I diagnosed w/ Diabetes Jan. 2018 at the age of 66. Not until then did I learn that Carbs raise Glucose. I immediately put myself on a Low Car Diet. My Diabetic Dr. kept telling me I need carbs for energy. I finally said: But I don’t lack energy. My energy level is high eating low carbs. Eating low carbs and low sugar has kept my Diabetes in check. I am opposite of most. Too thin, can’t gain weight. I’m trying to figure out how to gain weight with Diabetes. 1 Dr. says I’m Type 2. Other Dr. says I’m Type 1.. Grrrrr
eating plants? thil im fulll versus eating that good double cheese piza or lasagne i feel like 5 times more powered and actually makes me want to work out but vith vegan food i have no energy to work out and that dry fasting on sauna session ive done it many time and that i can tell you works like nothing else it is very hard tho after that youll just go to bed and sleep
This interview showed me how gracious Cole really is. The two interviewers are rank amateurs and behaved very rudely toward Cole by bringing out the dog, the baby, the disinterested looks, the lack of any knowledge and research concerning the subject matter. Good guest, but terrible interviewers. Next time… try a little… jeez
Excellent talk. But I am astonished that you state a 2 unit bolus will “cover” 60g CHO. This is absurd. I have lived with type 1 for 54 years: mild background retinopathy is the only complication I suffer from, and that has been stable for the last 15 years. I need one unit of novorapid to “cover” 5g CHO, with basal levemir dosage 9u diurnal and 6u nocturnal, at 12 hour intervals, plus 2u novorapid on rising to treat dawn effect. I am greatly heartened at your praise of Dr Bernstein. He has, for so long, been a light in the wilderness! The diabetes UK and ADA guidelines are scandalous, as has been the demonisation of saturated fats and promotion of statins by the cardiologists. But will they admit that they got it wrong? One or two might, the rest stay quiet till people forget. Tragic for the hundreds of thousands whose lives have been devastated by bad advice.
I fast and after fasting for almost a year now, I LOVE IT.. it is easy NOW, but (didn’t happen over night)! I am Keto as well. This dude is a bit harsh, sadly he thinks he has to be a d**k.. his language shows he just doesn’t have a big enough vocabulary of intelligent words or their meaning, so he goes for the dumb words. I would much rather talk with Theo and watch him.. Matt & Megha, the salt I believe in, but you guys just keep doin what cha do!! Put ear muffs on Theo so he doesn’t hear this dude!
Really happy you invited Cole on the channel (although I agree with everyone else you OBVIOUSLY can’t have a baby with you during an interview for the same reason you wouldn’t bring the baby to a job interview). I was actually surprised you had him on because he does bash keto a lot, but Cole changed my life 6 weeks ago fasting was the missing ingredient for me. The results are INSANE, and the reason people are afraid of it is because we are so addicted to eating Cole’s tough-talking attitude is what made me SEE my addiction so I could break it. I love watching you guys and love your channel, so was frustrated when keto didn’t work for me… but thankfully I found the Snake Diet, and still like watching you guys also. (I haven’t done urine looping yet, but don’t knock it until you hear him explain the basics feces is waste, urine is NOT WASTE it is your body’s way of regulating excess nutrients/salts/etc. and is hygienic. If you’re serious about getting results, you’ll be open to doing what most people aren’t).
Why invite someone as a guest on your show and have them compete with a dog and a baby for your attention. Seems like you all were not really interested in talking to cole. He could have spent his time somewhere else
Somehow I can be personally militantly strict and push myself hard without being a g i a n t f u c k i n g d i c k to myself or others. Maybe physically healthy, but this guy’s process is mentally unhealthy.
Megha, just wondering why you bothered having him on the show when you so clearly DID NOT want to be there. As one working mum to another, there’s literally no reason why you could not have tended to the baby offscreen. And the dog didn’t need to be in the studio. PS: Admittedly Cole Robinson has awful delivery but from personal experience, his method gets results.
Love the interview. But come on guys, get the baby off camera. It’s disrespectful to the person you are interviewing and it is frustrating as a viewer. I enjoy most of the content your channel puts out and understand the family aspect is a big selling point of Keto Connect. However, in certain situations, such as this, I feel that it is out of place and very unprofessional. Keep up the good work and please take my opinion under consideration. Thank you..
I know this may come as a massive shock to you but no one cares about your baby or your dog. I know, big shock. This isn’t Facebook. Show some professionalism.
I’m fed up with rollercoaster blood glucose histories. And I agree with Dr. Bernstein’s practice of low carb replacing it with protein or else to keep the blood glucose in check.
The issue is the wide spread bad eating habits of high carbs. I’m also guilty of it and struggle to prepare and look out for meals that are low carb.
Wow you guys look and act like you’re really into the interview. Where’s the interaction? Did you not do your research before asking for the interview? And why keep the baby in the interview making noises? I love babies but really? Like Megha wasn’t asking Cole questions go tend to the baby somewhere else in house. This interview was rude af.
This Live was AMAZING! I love how y’all keep your cool with kiddo in studio and somehow maintain civil discord with Cole I appreciate both Snake Diet Wizard style of message delivery and Keto Connect style. Stay true to yourselves and honest with your audience
I appreciate you Cole! There is no kissing butt with you. I am aware where I am in my life and with my body, so I like your examples. We have to be mature and “finally” someone talks about people that do plenty of winning. I can’t relate to that. I am a very proud daughter of an army father. No lazy people were aloud in my house. We all knew how to do many things on our own, as well as how to cook at a young age, and I am not talking about crappy food. Food that took work and time to prepare.
I can already tell why mehga wasn’t impressed on this podcast because this guy is a jack ass!! I’m sure it’s good information for people that really struggle to lose weight But damn!
I guess this guy has never heard of Dr Troy Stapleton. The ADA should be sued, hung, then dismantled. “Mainstream” medical kills TD1s with the false science based on erroneous conclusions of bad scientific studies.
Very surprised by this interview because Cole constantly “trash talks” people who do constant keto like Keto Connect….Or how you can’t build muscle on keto and mentions how Dr Berg doesn’t have any muscle. Matt had a video a couple of months ago where he was like “this is my first meal of the day” even though he had some bullet proof coffee. So very interesting that Keto Connect interviewed Cole. Maybe this will actually change Matt’s views
The worst interview ever so disrespectful!! One of you could have done this without the baby and dog on camera. If you can’t give Cole focus and ask intelligent questions why bother. Awful wasted opportunity!

Does your
brain need sugar, when I was on keto I was at or near zero sugar, I am now
eating a few blue berries or strawberries with nuts. Any advice?

Holy shit… just did day one.. I almost quit.. but I didn’t… Thanks Hannah for always motivating me to push my ass to the limits
Wow this is a cool collab. Facial expressions are priceless. The snake diet is what got me into fasting over a year ago. Everyone should try it.
Ok guys I tried but I Just couldn’t stomach this dude. Made it about halfway thru. this coming from a gun totin conservative gay guy! (Yes we exist)
Damn! I’m pretty proud of myself and I thought I was cut, but this sister here, I could learn some things, I’m looking for no limits.
This interview made my soo mad! Cole is giving his time and you two are so blaze and unprofessional giving your attention else where
I’m fed up with rollercoaster blood glucose histories.
This interview was rude af.
this guy is telling you what my people(muslims) have been doing for last 1400 years…..but they are not white…so yeah you should listen to him instead
I love Cole, but he is so out of his element.
He needs higher quality interviewers. The average north American is a fucking dumbass.
Seems like an amazing program and workout. The only thing I don’t like is the fact she said he’s a beginner when clearly he’s not
