  • I quit smoking on Oct 25/ 2014.  It has it’s ups and downs. But I am thankful that I found Gabby and her videos on yoga to make me realize my breathing was off. So, over the holidays I have not been consistent with the yoga exercises. I will do so everyday now as I write this I make that promise.
