  • These kinda guys just piss me off they can do all the pull-ups and muscle up and will probably be able to do one arm pull-ups and front levers soon but I bet they aren’t even close to being able to do a handstand push-up

  • you should work on your human flags and hold it completely horizontally. i can hold verticle human flags for over one minute but horizontal flags for max of 10 seconds. look up dominic lacasse and copy his form.

On their website you can watch a good free video explaining the way to build noticeable muscles quickly whilst eliminating excess fat at the same time.   • ive been doing this for a few weeks now and ive noticed great increase in strength and resistance, the only physical changes have been in my mid chest but I Guess its because of my diet, my tríceps are harder now, but once I notice good change in Aesthetics ill keep you up

  • we use to do something similar to this in the army but we switched back and forth from push up to sit up using the same concept up to ten then back down to 1

  • A good workout for growing endurance (Type 1) muscle fibers. Not as useful for hypertrophy though (those who seek visible growth or strength). But outstanding endurance you guys have.

There you will find a smart free video showing the right way to start building visible muscle mass quickly while reducing fat at the same time. Devan and plenty other guys experienced great success making use of this technique. It might help you as well.

  • These comments people put “I carnt do a pushup” this won’t build muscle” “i did this and I’m not ripped” firstly you are what you eat if your not eating enough and you train like this you won’t get ripped, 2ndly yes you will build muscle with calithenics youv just gotta be strict with your reps sets and rest time in order to break those muscles down so they grow, and 3rd there is an easier version to pushups do them on your knees, stop being such pussys with negative comments and just get on with it!

  • I have a question: If you only do push ups (90-100) and plank (100-120 seconds) every second day, will it get you ripped? I do fat burning exercises in between the days, example: February: 1: Pushups/plank 2: Fat burning 3:Pushups / plank 4. Fat burn… I am 14 years old.
