  • These kinda guys just piss me off they can do all the pull-ups and muscle up and will probably be able to do one arm pull-ups and front levers soon but I bet they aren’t even close to being able to do a handstand push-up

  • you should work on your human flags and hold it completely horizontally. i can hold verticle human flags for over one minute but horizontal flags for max of 10 seconds. look up dominic lacasse and copy his form.

  • ive been doing this for a few weeks now and ive noticed great increase in strength and resistance, the only physical changes have been in my mid chest but I Guess its because of my diet, my tríceps are harder now, but once I notice good change in Aesthetics ill keep you up
