you should work on your human flags and hold it completely horizontally. i can hold verticle human flags for over one minute but horizontal flags for max of 10 seconds. look up dominic lacasse and copy his form.

we use to do something similar to this in the army but we switched back and forth from push up to sit up using the same concept up to ten then back down to 1
