  • I used to do Chloe Ting’s workouts but a trainer and bodybuilder called her out because her workouts aren’t intense therefore does little to no impact. It was a really long explanation. The trainer suggested Madfit and Pamela Reif instead as they have legit muscles and intense workouts.

  • Working out is really hard for me and I always stop and start. When I came across the first video I clicked of yours, you said something that just clicked and stuck in my head: “Remember why you pressed play and remember why you’re here” not gunna lie usually I don’t listen to the talking I just forced myself through it because I feel most of the workout videos of just people rambling on about how you can do it annoyed me until you said that and I just felt your passion and how much you care and love what you do and now I NEED to listen to every single word because it’s the only thing that keeps me going.
