  • I lost about 20 pounds and I feel amazing! I did the wrong thing by eating too little but now I have changed my life. Here are some tips:
-Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks
    -Healthy sugar
-Move more (at least 3 workouts per week or maybe a quick workout everyday in the morning)
    -Go for walks
-Be open to exceptions, one hamburger isn’t going to make you gain 10 pounds

  • I love the shawl so much! I will be knitting it next with the same colors you did. How many notes or patterns do you under your butt? For sure that made me laugh. Love you

  • Year and a half and lost 65 pounds? And you wanna give me tips? No thanks I lost 50 pounds in 4 months while on keto and doing Intermediate Fasting and dropped 13.4% body fat, and by going to gym 5 days a week.

  • Changing habits is the only thing that works longterm. It’s the hardest part. I had to throw away bread-based snacks, mayo, sweet and alcohol drinks, sweets, fast food. And had to start working out 6 days a week. Keep my daily calorie intake under 2000 cal. In addition, I had to learn how to prepare different more healthier food. I lost almost 20 kg in the span of half a year from 100 kg to 82 kg. And I’m continuing to improve myself. Now it became some sort of a hobby.

  • This is stunning Chandi! You have the best designers! You outtakes are so entertaining! I hope to go to Alaska one day! It looks breathtaking! Have a wonderful weekend and thank you for another beautiful pattern. Your generosity soothes my soul!

  • Hi! I’m new to knitting, so I really hope this isn’t a dumb question: I only have straight needles, is there anyway to knit this shawl on straight needles? Thank you!

  • Get rid of processed food, eat veg and fruit,I do three days veg etc, then will have a roll and sausage etc on 4 day, then maybe go junk on 7 day,it breaks it up,excercise just get into the routine it does not have to be maximum effort every single day,but just do it 4/5 days, try the maf running training, running or walking at a low heart rate, irs easy and just build up,

  • Honestly, most of the “after pictures” look like if they took a big breath out, their stomach would still go waaaay out than an actual skinny person. How do i actually get to where my stomach firmly tightens permanently???

  • This is simply gorgeous I love it. I’m little nervous to try it, but it’s my next project. Thanks for your videos it truly blesses my soul, I put on my Christian music and just crochet away.
    Blessings

  • Intersting! I have been knitting since I was five, so 41 years now. I still like simple things sometimes though, especially when I knit with friends and/or margaritas

  • Good morning Bonnie What a beautiful pattern to wake up to. I love front and back post DC and the arrow stitch the only concern I have so far is all the different corner spaces but that’s why you made an easy understandable tutorial.. thank you I would like to get a signed copy of your book… hope you have some left. BTW: I looked for your music on Sapphire Freeway and there are several….. which is yours? Sorry this is so long…just email me your phone # and I’ll call……lol Take care of yourself

  • I used to eat a whole pan pizza all by myself when I was in high school. Today I would probably keel over from a carb overdose. I think a lot of people have a hard time with that. They think that they should be able to eat like they did when they were kids or young adults. But for many people its just not the way it is. I gave up the bread and pasta and most of the sugars that I used to eat and it keeps the weight off. Hard to do… but when pre-diabetes is knocking on your door it gives some good incentive.

  • I have never seen a more beautiful, gorgeous throw! I’ve watched it just to see if I can do it, and hopefully, I might! What concerns me though, is that it’s not finished. (the tutorial). Will there be a B part? Thank so much for all your ideas and work.

  • I notice lots of people keep on speaking about Custokebon Secrets (search on google). But Im not sure if it is good. Have you ever tried this popular weight loss system?

  • I lost 50 pounds my personal tips is:
    Exercise (Personalised )

Change your diet ( Be Disciplined )

Treat yourself every once a month.
    (Whatever you crave for).

  • I really want to make this shawl but I keep having an issue every time I k2tog at the end of row 2 it leaves a weird gap at the end of the row. I don’t know how to avoid this. I’m using the same size yarn and needles that you are and have downloaded the pattern and no matter how many times I try this pattern it gives the shawl a weird edge. Any tips?

  • I love that you put these videos up and I am going to try this pattern with some yarn from my yarn stash and try color change because I am not great at it and need more practice. Thank you for putting this video up and shpwing how to do the 2 rows and color change. You have inspired me. Thank you so much!

  • Here I was thinking that I was the only mistake follow me person. I love your patterns, tutorials and your personality, please don’t change loves. Regards.

  • Omgosh i have been dieting almost for 5 weeks and i lost it when he says im gonna weight myself each week on wednesday. THATS EXACTLY WHAT I DO LOL.

  • I found a really good review of the famous Bodyboss workout on Google (I just searched ” Literateowl Bodyboss ” and after hearing all the negatives and the review even including a better/cheaper alternative and progress pics, I’m torn between the two programs. Has anyone else read that review? Which program did you decide to use?

  • Great job! I started working out a little over 5 months ago and have dropped 41 lbs. I set small everyday goals and bigger goals. First mayor goal was 25lbs. Then 50 lbs by my 50th birthday which is end of May. 9 lbs to go.

  • on this exact journey. Not doing any weigh in’s, they get me depressed and then I find myself cheating. Just going by clothing size. So far I started at 2xl and now i’m down to XL. • This is what I tend to do for my cardio routines and it has been effective and the most efficient for burning fat:
    1. I wear a thick hoodie on top and warm up pants to maximize the amount I sweat (the more you sweat the more fat you burn)
    2. I alternate between sprints and jogs between each minute

  • Question! Which side of the work am I measuring to get the correct length of each color based off the pattern? It it the end where we knit two together? Thank you!

  • Great Story! Hope that one day he posts a follow-up video.
    A few tips from a Dietitian’s perspective:
cook your own meals, try to purchase only 1-ingredient foods, large glass of water upon waking, stay consistent, but it’s okay to have moments of weakness just don’t let those moments snowball, and enjoy the process

  • try to cut out sugar as much as possible, which is easier said then done. drink a lot of water, and i have noticed that if i drink a cup of coffee or a cup of tea in the morning, it will supress my appetite so that I eat a smaller lunch and dinner and the caffine will help me work out longer than normal. i walk my dog every day which has helped prevent me from getting fat but it doesn’t do enough to build muscle so I am trying to level up my workouts. i cook a lot at home and i eat a lot of leafy greens: broccoli, cabbage, spinach, brussel sprouts and kale. if i eat a bad meal like pizza or hotdog with potato chips then i try to balance it out by eating healthy the next mealor use soylent when I’m on the go.

  • Bonnie this look fantastic!
I even like that color. But I don’t usually like anything beige.
Thanks for this one need to share this with friends.

  • Lost 80 pounds in a year, went from a 2XL to an S with no to minimum loose skin, all I did i ate around 1500-2000 calories everyday, cut out the junk and worked out a few times a week

  • hi someone was using my acc a few days ago and left a rlly bad comment i’m rlly sorry this wasn’t me I think ur story is inspiring i’m so sorry

  • Try not to snack to much, and drink lots of water. I replaced soda with sparkling water (took me a while to get used to the taste) and coffee with tea (tea has more caffeine anways)

  • Love this pattern. I always appreciate your enthusiasm. You bring much encouragement. I love your introduction to the apron pattern, so fitting and cute. • So the woven stitch is an extended hdc and hdc??you use your thumb the way I do,but on camera it tends to hide your stitches a bit.Beautiful blanket..lots going on..

  • 1.Calculate your BMR (calories you need daily to stay at current weight)
    2. Mine is currently 2300cal so I take in 1800cal (500cal deficit) this will equal approx 1lb a week loss
    3. Workout, mixture of cardio and weights, nothing too crazy
    4. At some point your body may plateau on this deficit so either reduce calories again or increase calories and increase workout!
    5. Take photos weekly and date stamp them and record weight at that time, this is great for tracking and motivating the process

  • This is a great tutorial! Thanks so much for this and your tips on how to slow down or speed it up. I never giggled so much after I slowed it to
.05,I wasn’t expecting the slow voice too! that is awesome! I look forward to finishing this and looking for #2. Thanks again!

  • They laughed when I told them I was going to lose fat with just implementing Custokebon Secrets, but after I showed these people awesome results after I used it they are begging me to share with them about it. Of course I won’t let them know the detail about this diet plan, haha

  • Lol I might make this for my wedding ring. I don’t like to wear it while I do the dishes and the tiny pocket would give me a place where I can put away my ring.

  • I knew which foods I need to eat to lose weight, but I didn’t know how much. Diet plan I got from Next Level Diet contains portion sizes for every meal. Fantastic!

  • I got food poisoning for like a week and didn’t eat anything and lost a bit of weight and I kind of want to take something positive from that experience and I want to continue with losing weight, what is honestly the best way, gym? App? Diet? I’m really not sure

  • Chandy you are amazing,i feel și good when i wach on your tutorial i realy love everithig you learn my. I’m so happy to hear you,to see you.

  • Bonnie, this is so beautiful!! I will definitely make this afghan. I need to buy more yarn. This is an excellent excuse to buy more yarn. LOL.

  • [Tips for anyone on a weight loss journey]

Low carb with high protein diet while consuming around 1,500 calories daily if you’re not active (without excercise) will help you lose weight, if you are active i would say consume around 1,800 to 2,000 calories per day while exercising you want to have your energy intake (calories) at minimum with high energy expenditure (excercise).

  • Dawg when I was 16 I lost 40 pounds, all I did was fast until 7:00 pm and run. Eat healthy and small portions. Does it seem hard? Yes. Is it worth it? Yes. It all depends on how much you want it

  • It’s scary that people need a buzzfeed video to tell them how to lose weight. Obviously, some people have to have a diet tailored to their specific needs, but 90% of people just need to eat less calories. That’s the simple answer that will work for the overwhelming majority… and the most realistic as far as sticking to. But the more convoluted the topic is, the more videos and articles can be made about the subject. I’ve lost 80lbs in about 8 months by literally eating an amount of calories a day that’s lower than what my body burns. And when I was fat, I totally understood if I stopped stuffing my face, I would absolutely lose weight.

  • Hi there, I want to know if Custokebon Secrets, will really work for me? I notice many people keep on speaking about this popular fat burn method.

  • Love it, but I prefer my shawls MUCH longer.
Trying to figure how to add, but not make the wingspan way too much.

    But you’re ALWAYS entertaining. ❤️

  • Yes me too… I love it…. Sooo cool… Vintage…… You always bring us joy…. I wish I could meet you one day. I can’t wait for the June square…… Love from Bali… Stay safe and healthy you and Mr. Stitches. Thank you for your time and help with tutorials Xoxoxo

  • I didn’t see free yarn? I’ve been working Feverishly on my sons Christmas gift and his girlfriends ……..I’m a bit slower #YARNMakesMeHappy #GPWarrior

  • I love the versatility of this piece! Is there another shawl, that you’ve already made a video tutorial for, that this idea would work with? I really love this idea, but I’m more of a visual learner and want a video walkthrough I can follow. Also, I went on the website, but the wine country bundle is sold out. Are there other color bundles? Thank you!

  • Do not buy junk food. If it’s not in the house, no matter how much you crave it, you won’t be having it cause it won’t be there. Srsly, super important

  • You are such a beautiful person. Every time I watch your videos my heart feels happy. Thanks for the patterns! Stay healthy and safe.

  • ur work is amazing n I’m following it…while crocheting half doubles..on the sides of front sweater n back of the sweater…should we crochet on back loop only or full loop…I’m in confusion while watching…pls answer!

  • Once again another beautiful shawl. As simple as it is to make it, unfortunately a true beginner will not know what to do next when they get to their desired size. How they do end it? Because I can see it has tapered ends. How do you decrease? Most of your videos don’t have all the aspects of a project covered (that’s my observation).

  • Hi Jayda. Soo adorable ds aprons luk. Wil def try ds. Im soo xctd to do ds projct. Wil kp me bsy in d aftrnoons. U r vry creative, u kp cmng up wd vry useful ideas. Nd most importantly v cn use ds in

  • Soy española y me encantan tus trabajos!!! Pero no se inglés, por favor, me gustaría que los subtitularas en español para poder hacerlos!!

  • Absolutely gorgeous! Would love to gift a loved one this for Christmas. You should really release a tutorial video on how to make this!:) It would help so much for us visual learners!

  • Awesome, versatile_with the I-cord and pattern design it reminds me sooo much of a project I crocheted in my home arts class in high school (c.1970)! The yarns are beautiful, as well as the colors. Chandi, you have a beautiful smile, great sense of humor, and you always model the items with style and class. Your darling hubby does an excellent job with the videography, I enjoy watching the art form (slo-mo, and all)_it’s obvious you work well together! Thank you all for the lovely pattern and for showing it off so beautifully! One other thing, if you wouldn’t mind_please list the music you use in the videos, I LOVE IT and would appreciate knowing the titles and artists so I can add them to my collection! THX! Have a “loverly” day!

  • Hi, I bought this pattern from Etsy so that I could follow the written instructions as well as this tutorial. I am finding the cabling after rows 3 is very tricky. My cables aren’t exactly spiraling up correctly. Could I just do hdc on the chest? or something of a design but a little less complicated. PLEASE HELP! I don’t want to give up this project due to frustration.

  • Will it work? Will it work? Are you really sure?Love love love the outtakes beautiful (and funny) soul! Lovely pattern! The yarn is sooooo beautiful!! My absolute favorite color! And with sparkle! Awesome!!

  • Hola
    Soy Gabriela de Argentina.
Hermoso tu trabajo y las explicaciones.
A seguir sumando nuevos proyectos y suscríbtores

  • Very clever! Love this. To make the “sewing” easier I will use a small to med. size safety pin attached the to the I-cords. Will have to make several in different colors and share with my adult daughter to wear a few. Thanks so much for sharing and making this video, so many great options to use.

  • Do natural popular fat burn secrets like Custokebon Secrets really work and if so, how effective are they? We have heard several amazing things about this popular fat burn secrets.

  • Thank you so much for this versatile pattern. I’m so excited that you have a pattern using multi weight yarns. I’ve been wanting to make something but don’t have enough of a single weight to make anything. This is great!!

  • Thank you so much for this awesome pattern!! My sister was asking me to make her a hooded scarf and this will be perfect for her!!

  • I would love to see a video tutorial on how to make this shawl. I searched over and over and didn’t find one. Sadly, I can’t really read the instructions, as I am from Austria and seem unable to make sense of the written version.
Please, make a tutorial for this amazing, versatile shawl.

  • It is beautiful I will admit but again another knitted one. You have had several of them recently. I am still waiting for some crocheted shawls. The only one featured lately was a repeat of one already in your shop. I love shawls & I really really hope you do some lovely crocheted ones that are as beautiful as these knitted ones.

  • RESPECT!!! I remember watching your kickstart video. It’s amazing how you stuck to it! You inspired me to workout consistently for 2 months now! I feel much better! Have a lovely day xoxo

  • My friend informed me about a diet regime “fetching tuti space” (Google it) and how he shed 14 lbs through it! I`ve tried other diet programs without any enduring results. However, with this one, the weight just comes off..

  • These are just soooo adorable. You made me think of June Cleaver with your hair and outfit. The vintageness. I love it. I live in an apt complex called the Vintage. I want to make lots of these. I hope i can when my hands are better. Be safe all of you. Take care xx

  • Beginner question here.. Does the pattern tell you when to swith yarn? Or do you simply switch when one skein is finished? Or do you switch every second row? If I purchase the beautiful three skein kit you put together for this awesome shawl when do I switch between the skeins to get the same look as in the video?

  • Priceless introduction Jayda. You look beautiful in your 50’s re-enactment. I truly do remember our fabulous model housewives introducing varies products. And you probably won’t believe me, but I have a vintage apron that looks almost exactly like the ones you made! Lovely pattern, thank you
Would you happen to have a vintage pattern for a “clothespin dress” that holds clothespins & hangs on the clothesline? I remember my mom having one & I always admired it. GREAT WORK

  • Jayda!! I love your crochet collar!!! Is that something you have a pattern for or a tutorial please?? It is absolutely adorable!!! Thank you!! ❤️❤️❤️

  • Guys. lost a lot of weight does not need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I’m going to give you some tips now. Look for a popular weight loss system called Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google). Thanks to it I have lost a lot of weight. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I don’t really want lots of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just simply in a great mood right now and so I will share the wealth haha.

  • Hi Jayda. I absolutely love you and your videos. Your 1950s style presentation is priceless. You make me smile and brighten my day.

  • Calories in vs calories out. Try intermittent fasting & read into it. You skip breakfast, have 1 to 2 meals a day. Feast like a king at dinner time. Myth: Eating food at night makes you gain weight. Truth: As long as you stay in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight. Lastly, have a “cheat meal” on Saturday or Sunday (its your preference.) Count your calories. Otherwise you don’t know how many calories you’re eating. Download JustLoseIt! Or MyFitnessPal to track calories & keep you on track.

  • I’ve been meaning to make one of these for a long time, but haven’t got around to it. Really want to make one in Christmas colours too. My kitchen needs more festiveness for the holidays lol. Thanks for the pattern!

  • Chandi another beautiful shawl. I must have it. I love the colour changes but am torn I love one of the lister yarns that is multi coloured but I think I should try the stripes. The one I love is Tatoo Graffiti. Do u have any suggestion what I could put with this yarn to do the stripes or would it even work?

  • Hello jayda, you look like a 1950 movie star, I love wearing red lipstick too. I made one in cotton for a friend for Xmas. I love your pattern.

  • I adore your videos, you always make me smile and you describe your shawls so beautifully. I also love to watch you knit as you always seem so relaxed and at ease. I am still struggling with circular needles as I do not seem to have found any kind of system to use them. But will keep trying as you make it look so easy.

  • Jayda, you look gorgeous in the intro!! I love these. My husband and I will be moving to a new house in a few weeks. The house was built in the early 70’s and has lots of “vintage charm.” (Including a silver Disco Ball hanging in the living room. I guess it was Party Central there at one time) These adorable dish soap aprons will go perfect in my kitchen! Thank you for sharing your talent.

  • Oh my, now I see a beginner shawl. I am learning continental knitting with you but got bored so, with my lightening quick mind, jumped right into your Find Your path (think that’s the name) shawl. A bit of a challenge but am using your tutorials for the tricky bits. About 10 inches along, wish me luck

  • Hello, have you thought about this kind of diet plan known as the Custokebon Secrets? My cooworker says it helps people lost tons of weight. Is that possible? I also noticed a lot of good review about this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • I’m almost finished working the Muscadine shawl, but I’m going to do this one too. I really like the simple patterns. They’re relaxing to work.

  • love this shawl. I’m knitting a blanket for my lover your shawl will be the next project thank you my beautiful butterfly you are so shiny have a nice day ^^

  • The edging is beautiful, love Chandi so much especially the energy, I always waiting for your new video to be on because it is so positive to watch and learn new technique along the knitting. Thanks for sharing.

  • This is a fun thing. I love it!

FYI… For the Aussie and Kiwi peeps who are watching, I ALWAYS used to get confused about the “ply” of the wool.

If anyone is confused, our Crochet cotton is generally 3 and 4 ply. There are finer ones, mostly used for doilies etc., but I don’t seem to see a lot of it in stores any more. My Nanna had LOTS of patience and used very fine crochet cotton and a 0.25mm crochet hook. I have her hooks, and even some of her yarn and cottons…. but I dont have that patience LOL

4 ply wool (aka yarn) is ‘baby’ wool… can also be 5 ply.

8 ply wool is referred to as DK.

    10 ply is worsted.

12-14-16 ply is “chunky” and “super chunky” worsted.

For us, if a 4 mm hook is required, it’s usually 8 ply yarn. If 5mm is called for, it’s generally 10 ply yarn. The thicker yarns depend on the pattern and the tension of the hooker.:-) Hope that helps.

  • Oh wowwww! This is GORGEOUS! I just finished the Aran Hearts blanket, it was so much fun! And I now need to do this one! I love everything you do! I will get the yarn and then start, I am super excited, thank you for another wonderful tutorial:)

  • This is a beautiful afghan. Started working on it and getting a little confused at Round 9/10. Not really knowing if I should slip stitch at the end of Round 9. Is Round 10 another sc row in the back loop only? I’ll be sure to purchase the pattern to follow along. Can’t wait to complete it. Thank you.:)

  • Is the pattern hard to follow? I give up when it gets too complicated for me but I would really try to make for my mom for her birthday on Christmas

  • Hola!!! Saludos desde la CMX México.. tenés hermoso.. me gustaría que por favor enfocarlas el tejido.. porque casi nunca alcanzó a ver la puntada.. gracias. Eres hermosa!! Bendiciones!!!

  • Man, completely hit the nail on the head. When i was in my teens i felt unstoppable! When i got im my 20s i still was feeling great and energetic now in my 30’s (still unbelievable) I have slowed down a lot, I don’t like this feeling it really made me appreciate my youth. My advice for you youngsters is don’t always ” live for the moment “, think of your future also, if you live your life completely recklessly then you’re gonna regret it later. Go to school, get a career, save your money, diet and exercise, and work hard but also enjoy any free time you have with your loved ones! Trust me on this and you will be happier that you made those decisions later in life.

  • Not only is this man’s sweater perfect, by the way I would ware it but, your nail polish is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! TSM4S!!!! SLIMKIM FROM MI XOXOXO

  • I always love your instructions. I learn best visually. Hearing the instruction and seeing how it’s done makes it easier for remembering later.

  • Bonnie; this is so lovely! I am still following your Tree of Life video, so this one will have to wait, but I am going to make it for sure! So happy I found your channel!

  • Please do not ever stop showing the bloopers. Question for you. When did you move from Alaska? It is such a big difference weather wise from where you are now and Alaska. Both have their own beauty (which I love that you use in your yarn colors). Would you ever move back or do you prefer the NC way of life more? Have a wonderful weekend.

  • Hi Chandi. I found you a couple of weeks ago and I have been in love with your channel ever since. I am a very very basic knitter and find it so frustrating that I do not understand patterns for some reason I go blank. Your cameos on how to do certain stitches has opened up my whole world. I see things much better than trying to read them. So now I’m going to be more adventurous. I have downloaded some patterns and I’m going to start improving my work. I’m also going to try crocheting as I’ve never had the confidence to do it. I just cannot thank you and your husband enough for your videos. The love and generosity you both give to us out here on YouTube is unmeasurable. Keep swatching knitting and swinging. Love and good health to you both. From a very happy knitter in the UK

  • Beautiful One.
I am so proud of you. Now you are doing videos and they are wonderful!
I have followed you since before you got married. You have both done something simply wonderful!

  • This is just absolutely beautiful. This is definitely on my goals list. I do feel intimidated by some patterns because they look so complicated but this throw could actually tempt me out of my comfort zone xXx

  • Ours were white yarn full length like angel dresses with a ribbon waistband. Also can you find the lady toilet papers covers and the poodle ones?

  • Hi MJ. I love this sweater. I am a beginner and If I can’t manage the cables I am wondering if it would work if I only did the other part of the front pattern? Wren

  • Hi, thank you for the video and the free pattern. I unfortunately don’t understand how to decrease once I’ve reached the width of shawl. Do I decrease two on the right side and decrease one on the wrong side? Thanks in advance.

  • Lovely pattern! A perfect knit pattern for relaxing. Thanks for your generosity Chandi! Love the bloopers! Love your positivity most of all! Thanks Tim for your great videography! You two are a wonderful team! Happy Friday!

  • I was just wondering, I am someone who has problems with their feet swelling really badly and I was wondering if you would make a video with the bed wedge for large pillow to prop my feet up on to reduce swelling and I roll a lot so it would be wonderful if you could show us how to make a wide one!!! High and wide lol

  • This is beautiful. I wish u cld gve us a detail pattern. The main things which I want to know is how many stitches needed for it and how long shld it be in inches. Please do let me know.

  • can you make a human size one? I really love vintage style and having an apron in a vintage look will just make cooking feel as dreamy as the 1950’s ads .

  • Hi Chandi, the early morning hours are my favorite time of the day. I can watch the sun come up over the SoCal mountains and watch the sky go from a deep dark blue to yellows. So many beautiful new stitches to learn and I look forward to trying it soon. I downloaded the pattern today and saw the gorgeous new colours and yarns. While the colours speak to my heart my bank account can’t hear me. The Copper, Poppy and Straw Flowers colours are exquisite. I can honestly say I have never cried over yarns before because they were so beautiful, so today was a first. Please don’t judge, as my husband would tell you he rates movies in kleenex boxes for me. Thank you for sharing your God given and poet’s soul through your artistry. I wish you and yours well.

  • Artisan Knitting with Lisa

  • For those who is still on their way to burn their fat with pills, crazy diets and hard exercises. That woman has given tip me how to burn fat fast still eating my favourite morning burger. Watch that short video here NODIET. XCOURSE. XYZ (without spaces) to know how!

  • Amazing pattern & very well explained. Excellent job. Thank you so much for sharing. Really appreciate. Also requesting you to make a men’s cable cardigan

  • This is absolutely beautiful! It actually looks crocheted not knot. However I don’t knit or know much about knitting. I actually thought this was a crochet pattern. It is absolutely beautiful!

  • • Plan what you eat on a weekly basis. Stick to that plan. Repeat.
    • Find out what your body needs, go to the doctor to find out if youre insulin resistant, allergic to gluten, etc.
    • Exercise. But dont look at it as a way to eat more later.
    • COPE WITH YOUR EMOTIONS. Dissect them. None of these things will work if you don’t deal with whatever youre going through emotionally/mentally.
    • Be disciplined and be good to yourself. Be gentle with your mind but not baby yourself when things dont go your way.

  • Thank you so much for sharing this lovely pattern. I’m now half way through a version of this for my husband. Your instructions are very easy to follow and it’s a pleasure working the design. You rock!

  • Hi MJ is there anyway I could make this pattern smaller to fit my boyfriend? He’s only 21 and is 19 inches in chest size. I really like this sweater and would love to make it for him.

  • I’ve been training for 3 years and the biggest tip I can give is if you go off the rails and eat like crap and not train for a few days don’t thing of it as you failed, only as a stand still and you don’t want that with all the hard work you’ve been putting in.
Recognise that you’ve went off track and bring yourself right back because no ones perfect and that will happen the important part is not to let it bring you back to the mindset of thinking you can’t achieve your goals

  • My tip is get a partner. When I lived with my parents, my mom was my partner. She lost 40 lbs I lost 30. When I moved out I gained it back. But I switched gyms and I have a new partner. My bf. We set goals for each other and once they’re hit, we look at how to maintain it.

  • Do natural popular fat burn secrets like Custokebon Secrets really work and if so, how effective are they? We have heard several amazing things about this popular lose weight secrets.

  • This will make the perfect Birthday gift with so many versions it should suit their style/s. Or for Christmas less than 6 months away!

  • This is very nice! I’ve been looking at patterns to make a ski sweater for my husband.

I do have a question about the Sugar Bush Shanty yarn. Is it soft? The reason I’ve put off making a sweater for him is because he is allergic to wool and even says most of my synthetic yarns are “too stiff”. I just know he won’t wear it if he finds the yarn irritating.

    Great job. Thanks!
