    If I could eat anything in the world right now, it would probably be this insane bacon brownie from this restaurant called Slater’s 50/50. It is so decadent and delicious, haha. What would you eat?

  • I was watching your video while doing cardio so if there’s one food I could have had at that point was a nice cold smoothie which is what you made so now I’m starving haha create explanation at the end about your cut

  • Your smoothies always look so delicious and healthy:) If You like creamy, high protein and all natural smoothies I can highly recommend You this one, I drink it when I need some extra energy and protein and it taste like heaven:) Ingredients for 2 portions: 1 cup of hemp milk( You can also use cashew milk, but hemp is high in protein), 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs ( it can be a cocoa powder also), 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 tbsp maca, 1 tbsp flax-seeds, 1/2 avocado, 1 frozen banana, 8 soaked dates, 1/2 cup of water fromsoaked dates. Preparation: Soak dates in warm water for 15 minutes, put all the ingredients in a blender cup and blend until smooth. Enjoy:))It is very creamy, thick and sweet, definitely it is worth trying.
