  • Thank you for doing low impact work-outs. I developed arthritis in my feet and had to drastically cut down on exercise, ballooning to a size 16 and feeling sluggish.   • I started doing this one today after sticking 4 months up with low impact fat burning for beginners. I felt like I need some change and new motivation so I browsed through in the channel and picked this one up and I am happy I did it. Haha. Four months with mentioned one and not caring that much about diet, I could get rid of 12-13 lbs and am content with it but I thought it’s time to change something new so here I am. After doing this one it turned out that it’s a bit easier than first one I did but is more tired and restless. I could do it without pause or feeling dying. Haha.   • I’ve been a subscriber since I first saw one of your low-impact workouts back in April and I’ve been doing them regularly since then (had a 2 week break last month though). I have also been watching what I eat and drink, even though still haven’t said no to ice-cream (it’s summer, come on!), and I don’t want to share results in kg or lbs because I think each person’s journey is unique, BUT I’ve lost 10% of my body weight in just 4 months. Even if the scale hasn’t moved that much imo, I feel stronger, healthier, happier, I see myself looking way better and my confidence is building back up.

    I just did this workout for the first time and I had to just comment right away. I’m sitting while sweat is literally dripping down my face and back, and I just want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.   • Just finished this workout, still dripping in sweat but wanted to comment immediately. I began my Team Body Project journey 5 weeks ago, working out 6 days a week with Sunday’s off.   • I love Amy’s workouts. I’m pretty athletic but sometimes a lot of these online workouts are hard to follow and the instructors jump around from thing to thing to so fast. Amy is so easy to follow! She gives you time to understand what’s coming next and her workouts are deceptively hard. I feel so good and sweaty afterward.
