Heat acclimation can be extremely effective if done correctly. Done wrong, it can lead to overtraining or even heatstroke. Here’s a look at how heat training works, and how to do it safely and effectively.

Heat Exercise & Training: The Science. Heat training has been demonstrated in numerous studies to improve aerobic exercise performance. “Summer’s the perfect excuse to buy some new brightly colored workout gear to reflect the heat,” says Jason Tran, trainer at SWERVE Fitness and The Fhitting Room.

Since my heat stroke I can’t be in places that are too hot. I have repeatedly had to turn and leave my elderly friends when I walked into a literal heat wave in his apartment.

His apartment does not have a cold air return vent like some historical homes do, so that heat builds up.

  • Daniel, you are such an inspiration, I have been surfing You Tube for years, trying to find somebody like you, your classes are easy to follow and so effective, and you pearl of wisdom are so genuine and inspiring, thank you, you give me the push that I needed to star to workout again❤️

  • ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Great Fat burning, high intensity, low impact home cardio workout video! Thanks for creating this! We do quick at home workout videos too. Keep up the great work!

  • Thank you for doing low impact work-outs. I developed arthritis in my feet and had to drastically cut down on exercise, ballooning to a size 16 and feeling sluggish. I used to be fit when younger but now at age 54 I am struggling. I tried lots of online workouts but they were either too cheesy, too American (no offence intended) or just weren’t fun. I’m delighted to have found you been doing your work-outs for a week now and already feel better than I have in years. Best of all, you make me smile down to earth, motivational and funny.

  • These videos got me into working out again. I’ve been doing it for 3 wks straight with wknds off just to get my body back into moving. Another week and I’ll start tackling more tougher work outs and start burning off all that body fat I’ve been developing for a few years now.

  • Hi! I’m a 21 year old female whose weight fluctuates between 63 and 65 kilos. I’ve been trying to get fit and just 2 weeks ago my brother got me into deadlifting, however I started noticing my traps and neck growing in size and that’s not what I’m going for. I want to look fit and lean and was hoping if following your workouts would help me lose all that unproportionate fat around my belly and love handles. Your swift reply would help me immensely. I’ve been feeling so down about myself and I don’t know what to do to get fit and lean.

  • HOLY CRAP! That was awesome! Due to back issues, I modified and worked my ass off! That was a great ending where I pushed my all! Due to current very stressful situations in our family, I honestly needed this today so I can help them and others. I put aside time for my health and want to THANK YOU for your motivation and support. I haven’t (yet) met you both, yet I’m grateful so grateful for you both!

  • I never understood what a “workout high” was until this video. Those last 30 seconds of punches and I felt like an absolute WINNER! I never had so much fun smiling and giving my all! BEST OF ALLtoday was ABSOLUTELY a day I did not want to workout, so hearing that speech at the end just made me so happy. I am still so indebted to you two for helping me so much!!!!!

  • I love working out with you all, the encouragement is what I need. I’ve never sweated so much really have helped my motivation and will workout every day. Thank you so much. I love how natural you are and that anyone can do this.

  • Thanks Team Body Project, this workout is amazing! Thanks also for the motivation Daniel and Alex, you two are great, greetings from Spain!!!

  • Helpful tip for anyone going straight into this! Do at least a 5-10 minute stretch for your legs beforehand. Halfway through my right thigh locked up haha. Lessoned learned xD

  • Yes thank you body project….I can see a slight difference in my weight!!! Truly appreciate it very grateful!! Have a great day!!

  • Been doing the workout with angie and wade for the past 4 days. Thought I’d change it up today and tried this. Woooo. Made it through with no pauses!! Sweating a lot. But the angie and wade workout wins out for sweat production!

  • Awesome.Thank you! I have done this one a couple of times now. I like it.:) Thanks again! Down four lbs! Trying to stave off Covid weight gain!

  • Thank you Daniel and Alex I recently invested in some light weights. Doing this workout with weights brought it to a much harder level!!

  • The words of encouragement really bring tears to my eyes. Working out without thoughts of negativity really feels great. Thank you so much

  • Thanks for creating these workouts. One of very few I’ve found that are energetic but don’t come from a place of inflicting max pain and making people feel bad about themselves.

  • Thank you Daniel and Alex. I was not feeling it this morning, and I still did it because your words echoed in my mind Daniel, and I wanted “the moment” and now…. I have it in the bag for today. Thank you so much both of you, my lockdown legends

  • This is by far my favourite of all your workouts! You have done more to motivate and encourage me than all the gyms and PT sessions have in two years. Getting my workout done everyday is t a chore anymore, and I’ll definitely be aiming to do this video most days. Thanks guys!!

  • I started doing this one today after sticking 4 months up with low impact fat burning for beginners. I felt like I need some change and new motivation so I browsed through in the channel and picked this one up and I am happy I did it. Haha. Four months with mentioned one and not caring that much about diet, I could get rid of 12-13 lbs and am content with it but I thought it’s time to change something new so here I am. After doing this one it turned out that it’s a bit easier than first one I did but is more tired and restless. I could do it without pause or feeling dying. Haha. I think I’ll stick with this one for a couple of months. Thanks for so many affordable and effective workouts, dear Daniel and Alex. Sometimes I feel apologetic for getting all of them free.

  • I haven’t exercised for almost a week due to an injury and I’m finally well enough to get back into it. I was feeling sluggish but now I’m feeling energized after completing this. Thank you for these fun, low impact workouts that still helps me break a good sweat!
