  • If your in the comments and suggest he does steroids your a fucking genius and we would love to thank you for your obvious attention to your wonderful detail If your surprised these guys do steroids then

  • Em 2011 foi o apse depois foi regredindo ano a ano até chegar um com uma linha impecável sei que deve ser dificilimo mante o nível

  • I would say that his conditioning got dryer over the years and his back improved also BUT the gut is not it. I hope that since he took a year off he can get rid of the bubble gut just like dexter and Roley winklar

  • Will as for me ( the gifted one is absolutely true) and if people think he not well sorry about the language f*** them all wish you all the best this year’s and the rest of the year to come in my eyes (Your the Best I ever see) one more thing I hope you keep doing video I do watch all your video I know you not going to answer this but I hope you do and I would like if it possible send me a big poster if you send it good if you don’t it still all good…. you’re my favorite you’re my favorite bodybuilder and that’s for real keep doing what you doing but there’s nobody that’s going to stop you and God bless you you’re fan eddie aka Big Geo.. from Bronx New York….

  • Genetics my ass, people try to make excuses on why Phil was able to dominate for almost a decade. The man put in the work. To come out year after year in that shape it’s an amazing feat. I will say I have to agree with people 2011 was his best year but even at his worst he was still number 1. All that being said I do believe Kai had him beat that one year just barely.

  • Phil Heath has the best genetics in body building ever and if he does come back in the next couple of years he’ll get that title back for sure he’s not called the gift for nothing

  • All he has to do is lose the big guy and come in peeled. I think the only reason he lost was his big gut next to Shaun’s which is the best I’ve seen in a while, save dexters.

  • Thank you for the bodybuilding historian videos. These type of videos are what brought me to your channel and made me a fan. You pay a lot of complements to Phil even though he was a crybaby bubble-gut bitch that lashed out at you. Nick you are a true professional.

  • Phil was humble when he used to be around Jay Cutler. You can see the difference from then and now..He is very arrogant now!Yes he is a 7 time champion but not a big fan on how he carry himself as a champion. He has more haters than fans.Thats why Jay Cutler is the original peoples Champ!

  • He really does have insane genetics, even looking back at his basketball pictures you could see he had the perfect foundation to become a successful bodybuilder

  • Like Arnold said, Phil was his best in year 2011
If he comes again on point in coming years starting from 2019, NO Shawn or Brandon can beat him.

  • I don’t understand why he kept winning. He became a fat short mess. Rammy should have won 2017 because he was even fatter and shorter

  • Phil Heath is still very dominate in bodybuilding I dont think many can oppose his size. He is a beast, I love kai greene I am a huge fan of him, I feel he is the only person that can match phil in size. the judges will make the final call.

  • even if he would get 9 time mr.olympia for me he wouldnt be the best ever because ronnie his physice was much much better bigger sharper and better looking

  • Not exactly sure why everyone ignores 2013. Seems obvious to me that was his most dominate year. All guts aside 2018 was one of his best shows and of course 2011.

  • The disrespect from this channel to photoshop the thumbnail to make his gut look massive clickbaiting. Show some respect he is one of the greatest to ever step on stage dont belittle his years of hard work for views its discraceful

  • Boy does Phil wish he still had the abs he had in the early picture WITH his current muscle mass! Would make him a God in bodybuilding and nobody else could come close. He will need to figure out his abs situation very soon to be Mr. O again. First thing the judges will look for will be his midsection.

  • phil si tu recoit ce message essai de voyager vers la norvege et apres un coup vers la finland netherlands puis apres cet cure de voyage retourn as t’as salle de sport et reprend tes trophers peace my friend et let’s go!
    good luck..ect…

  • His symmetry gets worse every year. Worst lat pose in the whole field. No six pack. No chest compared to arms and shoulders. And the most arrogant asshole in the field

  • phil has god tier arms, that’s what makes his physique so pleasing, his midsection is quite mediocre and kind of crappy but his arms and shoulders compensate for that

  • The kai green phil heath beef is the reason i started watching this stuff. They are both legends and the back and forth has been exciting to watch.

  • Just as an idea for content during this time. You probably should make more videos like this or maybe comparing all the Olympia winners of the 2000s or maybe all the runner ups of the 2000s

  • In his time he was also the only guy who is all around handsome looking.
I mean look at Kai Greene or Roelly Winklaar, those guys look like they are out of a Predator Movie. The white guys like Dennis Wolf all had terrible acne ridden skin. Ew.
Phil was easily the best ambassador for the sport.

  • He is lucky that he didn’t come in 90s and early 2000s…..no broadness, small frame, fat belly,no lats….just lucky cockroach nothing else.

  • I think he can do it and will, he isn’t old by no means, hopefully he will get that guy in check and maybe realize that the biggest isn’t the best but the most symmetrical, appealing to the eyes and Mr Olympia as a whole, most charismatic, commands excellent stage presence and brought their a game

  • Phil Heath is a prick. An arrogant, egotistical asshole. Kai deserves to defeat him several times. Phil’s success went to his head in a bad way. Kai is a great guy, very humble, and inspiring. Phil was the golden child who got too big for his own good.

  • Bodybuilding is all about genetics. He looked better than regular gym rats by just playing basketball. Dont just yell STEROID STEROIDS STEROIDS idiot.

  • Phil Heath is the best joke in bodybuilding history! I’ve never seen such a sh..ty bodybuilder than this guy… Fail Chest, Fail Abs… I can’t even explain how he get the Mr. O title… were the judges blind or what?

Kai Greene was 100 times better than Phil Heath.

  • Nick, what a frickin’ shame that his giant bubble gut ruins his symmetry! Medical science needs to find a way for these top guys to maintain their muscle size but stop damaging their internal organs and bloating up like they do. And they need to do enough cardio to keep their hearts from being damaged. Crazy for these guys to be having heart attacks in their 40s!

  • When I think about Lee Haney, reminds me of a gentleman.
When I think about Ronnie, reminds me of hard work and humbleness.
When I think of Phil, well, he’s an asshole.

  • Nice try, but you cannot fool people. Even with all the shit photos you put for ronnie, everyone knows ronnie is GOAT, and smokes phil..

  • Who thinks that Ron also wins the most muscolar? Phill is completely disproportionate, with giant arms and shoulders and a mini chest

  • I don’t like phil heat and all this mr.olympia shit.I like classic bodybuilding and calistenics and I think that guys invest more effort in workout than this roids abusers!!

  • Phil Heat best years ever is 2010 Arnold Classic prejudging. 2011 Olympia and 2015 Olympia and Phil Heat 2011 is one of the most iconic bodies ever with Arnold in 1974 and Ronnie in 1999 and Cutler 2009 and Dorian in 1993

  • Why is he a polarizing Mr O? He did not do the judging in 2017. Those fans should be angry with the judges or the criteria in my view. This is so foolish!!

  • Ronnie Coleman | From 5 To 52 Years Old https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXj3Q2fry9o
Jay Cutler | From 5 To 43 Years Old https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p9T6D6ck1mY
Dorian Yates | From 16 To 54 Years Old https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KjeTbUQmKOk
Kai Greene From 17 To 41 Years Old https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_lZNkdUikE

  • I think if they were both competing over the same open title at their peak, it’d be a coin flip based on what the judges wanted. Heath is the only bodybuilder in the last 20 years to wow like Ronnie did. But if Ronnie was Olympia at the time of this showdown, it wouldn’t be enough to unseat him.

  • Tanto phil heat y roni coleman no tubieron que haber ganado tantos campeonatos hay mafia en el mr Olympia en cambio en el arnold clasic aho califican bien sin mafia

  • “I really don’t know why Phil has me blocked on social media.” (A few minutes later) “I asked Phil for a picture in the bathroom.”

  • Dont put those other bodybuilders as “victims”, are you stupid? Let me remind you (not sure if all of them) have beaten Phil’s ass before by placing higher at the Olympia and they are even greater bodybuilders than Phil. And you forgot to say that Phil placed 3th and then 5th, then 2nd before winning the next year.

  • For the judges, Ronnie would win. is more proportionate. wide chest, wide back, huge legs, perfectly proportioned shoulders and arms. phill is tight, small chest and disproportionate arms

  • 2011 he could’ve won the all time Mr Olympia because his physique was flawless, never seen someone that 3D, you can be big and look freaky but to be 3D and have everything perfectly proportioned is just amazing

  • Dont like phil, but dang that 2011 is so balanced and aesthetic. Some might say he doesnt have one outstanding feature, but it is the symmetry. Others may have better this muscle or that muscle but that is because it overpowers their other body. With Phil 2011 it just looked right.

  • Sorry but there has only been one bodybuilder. ☝ bodybuilder that you can compare to Ronnie in both their prime and thats “Jay Cutler”. ‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️ Phil, Ramy, Hadi, Shawn, Curry has no chance again Jay & Ronnie in their prime. And even on there weakest Jay was still struggling to take First and Phil was struggling to take first from Jay ‍♂️‍♂️

  • Torço pro Phill esse ano quero ele cale a boca de muitos críticos que esse ano ele melhore o shepe dele e feche a carreira dele com chave de ouro calando a boca de muitos philll um dos melhores fisiculturistas da história do esporte

  • Has anyone used the Custokebon Secrets to lost tons of fat? Simply just do a search engine search. On there you’ll discover an awesome guidelines about how exactly you can lost lots of fat. Why don’t you give it a chance? perhaps it’ll work for you too.

  • And the guy that beat him has great abs and arms the size of most of you guys thats sad, the belly is from igf, hgh, insulin makes the intestines grow, discontinue 6 mos & its gone, most of you guys talking shit haven’t been on stage once in your lives

  • He looked great at the beginning. He should be winning then and losing as he gets out of proportion later on. Arnold was the last bodybuilder to have perfect form. The 1980s begins the freakshow.

  • What is the best product or brand to lost lots of weight? I read loads of superb reviews on the internet about how Custokebon Secrets will help you lost crazy amounts of fat. Has anyone tried this popular weight loss methods?

  • His body frame is average. He achieved his full limit in past but still he was smaller than other big bodybuilders. You can see his wrist size is average. There is only one way to achieve it that’s why he chose to gain more weights but his stomach is popping out because of the excess body weight. It is more difficult than other bodybuilders. You have to work hard than others. Don’t comment anything stupid about his gut.

    My English is bad, sorry.

  • I think you misspelled “Devolution” there m8. From an amazing talent to a petty dick trying to bully people into not simply mentioning how much of an asshole he is as a person.

  • Not a body builder, just someone who uses the gym to keep in shape….so my opinion is probably bollox…..but…..them bubble guts are not to me best body in the world material

  • What is the best product or brand to lost crazy amounts of weight? I read lots of superb reviews on the internet about how Custokebon Secrets can assist you lost lots of weight. Has anybody tried using this popular fat burn secrets?

  • Phill wae mete goodr becoming the best ever he’s is still young if he gets 9.t I wins he will become the best even as dexter Jackson bos the mi. Pf bodybhuilfing as Phil is the lanton James frontier the most eins incbody hioding i left Ronnie fole
Man out joy out of respect he’s conition

  • Phil’s muscle belly shapes and fullness almost makes him look like he has some kind of disease that makes him grow muscles on top of muscles.

  • Classic steroids vs Modern steroids. The difference between these two is Ronnie is holding on by a thread and Phil has a long life ahead of him

  • 1:15 thats not how Ronnies biceps looks, when you cut photo from video and puting it on black backround, cut it correctly also with peaks of Ronnies bicepses, even other parts of his body..

  • What exactly is Custokebon Secrets? How does this thing really work? I notice lots of people keep on talking about this popular fat burn secrets.

  • You are telling me Phil’s Quads are the same size as the Boss’s come on get a grip. This is the problem with new school they always think they know.

  • Why dont you compare apples to apples, big Ron is (or was ) 5ft 11inch, Heath is 5ft 8inch why are they the same height in the pics. Ron 295 heath 240. I am a 300 pounder. You cannot compare the two. Heath can be compared to Deram Charles or someone like that.

  • If the person who made this video wasn’t biased and kept it real and true to Phil Heath’s actual form this video would look like a woman going through a 9 month pregnancy start to finish

  • Kai was so much better. Look at his back and his lower body. Only strengths Phil Heath had were triceps & forearms. Must be political.

  • He has limbs and nothing else. Everything on his torso is a joke, particularly that pathetic chest. The Olympia has become a sad story…

If they let him reclaim the throne, it’s an insult to Ronnie and Lee. It’s already a slap in the face to Dorian and Arnold that he won 7, but he will never be among the GOATs.

  • “Despite the fact that Kai Greene at the time was older than Phil Heath…” So Nick….. he isn’t now? I wanna know how that works out, haha 😉

  • Phil and Ronnie at their best
    My opinion. 8 mandatories
    Front double bi: Ronnie
    Front lat spread: Ronnie
    Abs and thighs: Ronnie
Side chest: Phil, but could give it to Ronnie also
    Side tricep: Phil
    Back double bi: Phil
    Back last spread: Ronnie
    Most muscular: Phil
    Weaknesses:
Phil at his best: obliques just a bit too wide, abs could be better
Ronnie at his best: calves, abs could be better plus the ab split, tricep too thin from the side
Phil is a more complete bodybuilder with midsection being his only weakness, he also wins half of the poses. Only weakness Phil ever had throughout the years is his midsection, Ronnie had multiple, calves, midsection, lateral tricep head, back symmetry, conditioning. Phil also has better muscle bellies and a 3D back. He’s the winner imo.

  • if you watch them on the stage in a video instead of photos like this, you will always say “Ronnie cannot be compared with anyone”.

  • what’s with the begging for applause? should be an automatic disqualification. and why does he come across in interview as such a douchebag?

  • 0:17 even when he was smaller he didn’t look aesthetic… Shoulders to narrow and just a not very good looking structure.
Proves open bb is mostly about conditioning, size and muscle bellies.

  • Phil zatu ahe….kai is kai leagend beyond the bodybuilding…he is the one i felt when they compit 6.he is still winner n he was.

  • now the cameras are better than back then so its hard to see his conditioned ronnie was, just a thought. Ronnie still wins btw and the pictures looks currently scaled

  • This Long Hair Guy Is Really Really Impressive To Alll Everyone.. This Guy Is Incredible Of Incredibleeee…No One ☝ Can Beat This Guy Everrr.. Most Respected..Respectful Guy He Is…. HE Is Best In The World .. Who Everr Seen…

  • Phil retired Jay and kept a huge talent like Kai away from nr. 1, impressive achievements, let’s see how he does in 2018 against some real size monsters like Big Ramy or Roelly Winklaar!

  • Phil does have the most impressive shoulders of all time but after viewing this Ronnie’s shoulders do match the size of Phil’s. Ronnie is the GOAT winning everything but the triceps and forearms which Phil has the advantage. Other than Phil, Flex and Jay were the only ones who came close to Ronnie but nothing else compares.

  • Competition create jealous, its a disease to the soul. Be in Peace. Food is not only for building our body. Corporate want unpeace between us, please create consciousness and save ourself.

  • It’s not just that he “had a gut” but he almost seemed to get narrower and bunched up with each year. his front double bi in 2018 was awful..almost like he not rotate his scapula(common older power lifters). The one yera(2015?) he came out w/ the red trunks he looked too smooth.

  • Tell me why does the lighting change every year? If it was consistent we would actually havr accurate comparisons from year to year. Change the stage setup, fine, but just leave the lighting alone!

  • Has anyone tried Fenoboci Diet Plan? (do a search on google) We have heard several amazing things about this popular lose weight methods.

  • He used to have a thin face and a small waist.  Taking the drugs too far now, even though Hany Rambod says Phil doesn’t use insulin. As if!!!  Somethings giving him a bubble gut.  A few years ago it was appalling.
