  • Wow! I simply loved it, you choose great songs really inspirational and it was easy to follow. THANKS A LOT FOR THIS BLESSING NOW I KNOW WHAT IM GOING TO DO EVERYDAY!!!

  • Very good work out, should do at least an hour or two before getting ready for the day and before getting ready for the bedtime. I am a lil tiredt! I was before this workout but now I need a nap. Also, for someone who has not exercised consistently and is under 250 pounds, I sweated like hell. In addition to that, the workout could get better if you take your time to do the moves accordingly. At first I was barely moving in accordance until I slowed down.

  • Essa aula foi maravilhosa, queimei até o que não consumi hahaha mas o melhor é que qualquer pessoa de qualquer lugar do mundo pode fazer! Hi from Brazil! I love it

  • i feel like i’m in elementary school competing in just dance against my friends again but instead of points for calories and for fun

  • It’s so annoying I share a room with my sister so I can’t even vibe whilst trying to lose weight without being judged plus I just can’t workout in front of people

  • Man, imagine being beautiful AND tall? Not me, im just a stubby little girl who wants to look pretty because her hispanic family wants to be skinny af.

  • this is good cause u can imagine urself as one of the dancers in this big concert and if you stop you’ll disappoit like hundreds of people and RIHANNA

  • i was able to do 14 minuets on my first day, which is pretty good, but i felt like i could’ve passed out so i didn’t complete it. i barely made it, lol.

  • wow love this!!! so so so much fun and hard way through i realized i was actually pretty tired! the last 2 were my favs because i could actually do all the dance moves and they got my heart rate up. ily madsss

  • Is there any other dyspraxics who tried this dance workout? I found it quite hard but not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I’m deffo going to try it again so I can perfect it

  • some things i adored about this video:
you kept a smile on the whole time and it felt really natural so it was easy for me to smile, too
    the workouts are really versatile
the parts where you were singing along made me feel a little less dorky for doing the same thing
the timing is paced really nicely; you placed ads intermittently which was a godsend

overall, such an amazing workout video! <3

  • Okay so I just watched the video without trying the workout and I’m confused, are you supposed to keep up with her? I feel like even my brain isn’t sure what to do when the moves change, so I don’t think my body can either…

  • i had to slow it down to.75 speed to figure out some of the moves, and it was still a work out! I can’t imagine doing this full speed!

  • Hello, I want to say a BIG THANK YOU! This workout is amazing and your smile and energy are incredible! I normally do yoga and HIIT but this is a lot better! I want more!
