  • Very good work out, should do at least an hour or two before getting ready for the day and before getting ready for the bedtime. I am a lil tiredt! I was before this workout but now I need a nap. Also, for someone who has not exercised consistently and is under 250 pounds, I sweated like hell. In addition to that, the workout could get better if you take your time to do the moves accordingly. At first I was barely moving in accordance until I slowed down.

    you kept a smile on the whole time and it felt really natural so it was easy for me to smile, too
    the workouts are really versatile
    the parts where you were singing along made me feel a little less dorky for doing the same thing
    the timing is paced really nicely; you placed ads intermittently which was a godsend

  • i had to slow it down to.75 speed to figure out some of the moves, and it was still a work out! I can’t imagine doing this full speed!
