20 months and 17 pounds later I came away with 10 big lessons. 20 months, 17 pounds, and 10 big lessons. 10 Things I Learned During My Body Transformation 10 Things I Learned During My Body Transformation If my goal was to reshape my body and lose weight, lifting weights was the most efficient route. Why?

In this video I have clearly mentioned the biggest takeaways from my 50 kg weight loss and fat loss transformation. These were BIG changes and the lessons. The biggest lesson here is that you want to do sustainable weight loss instead of rapid weight loss.

To make weight loss sustainable, you want to implement habits that you can keep forever once you’ve lost that weight. When I lost 60 lbs, I lost about 4 lbs a month! 4 lbs may not be.

Here’s the 5 Biggest Lessons I’ve Learned As a Weight Loss Coach Lesson #5: I am not perfect – that’s a good thing. So, part of me spent years toying with the idea of weight loss coaching and my treatment of patients with weight issues. Kim is still only a teenager, yet she’s managed to learn a life lesson that most of us still struggle even in our adulthood. That life lesson is that you can do whatever you set your mind to.

Kim says that her problems with gaining weight started in early childhood. By the time she was 8 she weighed 130 lbs and it only got worse with the years. 10 Things I Learned During My Body Transformation Twenty months and 17 pounds later, I came away with 10 big lessons.

  • I remember one day, after binging lots of chocolate i Saw myself and i hated what i was seeing. That was the moment when i decided to change. I started eating healthy and doing exercise and 4 months later i looked amazing! But the problem was that i wasn’t able to see that change. I started eating less and less till i went to a point in wich i weight 39 kg. When i realized what was happening to me i was shocked, i wanted to fault society, but It was my fault too. I didn’t like my face, It had became pure bones, i looked and felt fragil. Eventually I am a healthy girl with a healthy lifestyle and state of mind. Please, don’t torture yourself because of looking Slim! Make It healthy and funny, not cruel and sacred.Hope if somebody feels bad or stucked finds the awnser, not alone, you need to talk to Someone and little by little you ‘ll start feeling better.

  • This is really motivational for me. I’ve been working out for years and have built a good amount of muscle and strength but I still have the extra fat on my body too. It seems like everyone cuts before they bulk but you totally pump me up to dial in my nutrition and be consistent in the gym!

  • I see all of these girls staring their fitness journey like in Collage or like in their highschool senior year & im literally a freaking 8th grader trying to get thick / Healy/ fit whatever so people would accept me

  • Brittany you’re so real and honest and I LOVE it! You’re definitely one of my favorite fitness inspirations (even though I just found your page a month ago lol). Thanks for being so amazing I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you!!

  • Hi there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Simply do a google search search. On there you will discover an awesome guidelines about how you can lost a lot of fat. Why don’t you give it a shot? perhaps it can work for you too.

  • This is great advice for ANY goals, (which I need)… because, though I’ve succeeded excellently at losing the weight and maintenance, it’s now been tough to work on other things! Ha, you’re fortunate to have “little” loose skin. I have A LOT…But, like you, I don’t focus on it though fortunately.

  • This video genuinely made me smile. How refreshing, you are proud of you, hell I’m proud of you and the way you share, and speak so positively about yourself. Great video, and great message

  • Hello Diana! I follow you since a few years ago (I think?) but I never commented your videos before. Thank you for this one. This is such important to not share only the good aspects and the fact that everything will be easier if we lost weight. A lot of people think like this and I used to think like this in the past. But this is so important to take our mental health at the same that the way our body looks.

Here is my personal experience: I’ve been struggling with anorexia and bulimia for few years and now i’m recovered. But at the same because of this, I was a little bit chubby in the college and I get bullied. Because of this, I hade a depression (it’s been six years that i’m fighting it), and yeah people should give respect to others because we’re absolutely not a number or the way that we are. We are not only a body, a hair, or anything else. Since of this, i’ve been treated by severes pharmaceuticals and, unfortunatelly I gained weigh. As you before, I have to lose +40kg for having a normal weight, a good one who’s is normal and good for my health. It’s really hard because every day I may have the olds demons that try to come back but at the same it’s make me more strong to know now that I wanna and will lose weight, by the correct way (i’m on a list for having an appointment w a dr who have skills in this). We shouldn’t be focused only on the physical aspect, on the fact that we will wear the clothes that we always wanted. We shouldn’t be focused only on the physical aspect, on the fact that we will wear the clothes that we always wanted. That we won’t be bullied anymore or anything else. Because, sure, these things will happen, and that’s really a good sart of this, but… When we start to lose weight it’s a total transformation and it’s really important to be prepared to this, to be positive on our mind and know that the things that we want won’t probably be the entire reality. It’s okay and it’s normal. We shouldn’t be to hard with ourself but only concerned and making the good things for us dicted by us and not by the medias or the medial socials. Btw, once again: this video was really good. And I hope everything is good for you too. You’re beautiful. Outside but inside too. Thank you! (and sorry for the huge comment lmao)

  • Aw after watching this video I feel so inspired! You’re so motivational and encouraging!! I am an Air Force brat and I feel like I can relate to you on so many levels (Esp that sweet tooth o_0) Keep doing what your doing! <3

  • Anyone tried the Custokebon Secrets? I’ve heard many great things about it and my buddy lost a lot of weight with Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google).

  • This was life changing to listen to. Not once have I seen a person talk so positively about themselves before their transformation and it was so uplifting and inspiring

  • Id tell myself from five years ago:”its not the pcos, its not insulin resistance, its not sluggish thyriod holding you back…..its your attitude and addiction to food.”:)

  • lol 7 bowls of cereal
See it’s nice to see that you were killing it running even though you weren’t crazy defined. Your body type doesn’t mean you aren’t strong. Great story!

  • Anyone know what is Custokebon Secrets about? I hear many individuals lost a lot of weight with Custokebon Secrets (just google search it).

  • Very positive!! I love love love going to the gym, it is definitely a stress relief for me and I feel like I’m in my zone! Loved this video thank you! Great tips and very motivating!!!

  • Thanks for sharing! I agree that we do not realize how much we eat if we do not track and have not learned how to intuitively eat. I use my fitness pal now and have in the past and this is what has kept me on track. I am so much more aware of my calories, what nutrition I put into my body. I don’t necessarily understand macros, but those two things help me focus on my nutrition goals each day. I have already seen a big change in a week and have been making more of an effort in the gym. I am currently having my morning coffee and I am dressed for the gym. I will be running out of here in the next twenty minutes.

  • I agree. When I got married after I got out of the Navy my wife and I had $100 to our name. I stayed focused and finished college while working to make ends meet. Now I’m a PT and in a much better situation. It took me 7 years to complete my bachelors due to having to go part time, and then PT school was another 3 years, after having to wait a whole year to get accepted. It was worth it though. Be persistent.

  • Wow, this is te very first video i’ve Seen of you and i immediatly subscribed. Your intro and you are so bubly!!
and the thumbnails of your video’s are very inviting

    I’m a fan sis.

    ( don’t mind my english tough )

  • She is talking of having loose skin and cellulite and I too am worried since i am currently on my way to losing 45 kgs too but as soon as she said ‘you may not be able to get rid of it’ i realised maybe I dont want to. These are normal human things. What we see on instagram is fake and photoshopped. A lot of women are blessed with a minimum cellulite or marks or loose skin but all women have some or the other form of “problem” which they cant get rid of. IT DOES NOT MATTER. We are human and whoever thinks its ugly, has unrealistic expectations or is too consumed by the fake lifestyle that multiple people portray. We need to embrace our body and all the apparent flaws. Imagine putting so much hardwork and dedication into losing weight and then being depressed over the loose skin. It is so sad.

  • Great Video. I’ve been able to lose a lot of weight using a pretty method. I can’t post the link here but you can find it on my channel.

  • I am consumed by your positivity and mindset. Words can’t describe the impact this video has had on me and reminded me that’s its not a race but a lifestyle.

  • This was so inspiring. I think there is a lot of body negativity in today’s society, so thank you for sharing such a positive message. <3

  • Thank you so much for this. I struggle so much in being positive and you just made me keep trying. I can not wait to get where I want to be. Thank you for showing me that it IS possible. I will get there

  • I sooooo needed to hear all of that! You are so motivating!!!

I have a similar journey! started out 3 months ago at a bigger size, ive built up alot of muscle and now im ready to see that muscle by cutting unnecessary calories out of my diet! Would love to see a video of all of your sweet tooth alternatives you make!!! Absolutely love your content, keep up the good work!

  • I found you on Instagram, followed you immediately cause you just looked like a down to earth person! I needed this today!!! I’ve been so inconsistent since the holidays! It’s taken me YEARS to get where I am now and I needed this to kick my butt back in gear! Thank you

  • Joined for some tips stayed and subbed because of your amazing personality ❤️

I’m on my weight loss journey right now I’m currently 167 I gained a lot of weight because of my relationship “happy weight gain” lol I’m 5’3 so I’m considered “obese” so my goal is to reach 130 hopefully by June.. thank you for all the tips I really do appreciate you sharing your weight loss journey with us!

  • I couldn’t be more happy that I came across this video. It’s really awesome to see someone that looked like I do now. I’ve always been strong and I love the feeling of being strong but I want to see the muscles that I’ve built over the years without losing my strength. I really struggle with eating and I just eat whatever I want just like you used to! You’re amazing and you’ve inspired me to make a change not because I’m unhappy now but because I’m ready to set new goals for myself!

  • I agree. People grow up hearing that certain body types are what we should strive for. So many suffer emotionally and physically because standards say they should in the name of beauty. A healthy mind and body IS beautiful. This should be our standard. Thank you for sharing your story to us.

  • My friend just started her journey, if you don’t mind support her https://www.instagram.com/the_goal_digger/. Thank you so much! God bless

  • Just started my fitness account on instagram (deleted my old instagram, facebook etc) and have decided to focus on my self and getting better. If anyone wants to follow each other its @ jamaica.fit or leave your username before so we can support each other and see the gains

  • Please do make healthy alternatives video. This was motivating for me, I’m having your issue where I have muscle and need to define but it’s so hard

  • Great channel. I love the simple advice that we can all relate to. I watch these on a daily basis since I am new to this channel and find the content motivation. Great job.

  • I typically eat one meal a day and will like to know if I can stick to the protocol (90% cal from fat and under 1200) but only eat that single meal.

  • I had ro lwarn this!tswf and tpu are a reassurance! I had started hating my body amd gained a lot of weight. Now I am losing weight by believing in myself and loving my nody!

  • I’ve lost a lot of weight but I’m left with this last bit of fat that’s really stubborn and even when i get to my target weight i still have a belly so i dont know what to do?

  • I relate to this so much. I’m a teenager and i lost about 30 over the past 3-4 months and my family and relatives are such twats about it. They’re like ‘oh you’re so skinny now stop loosing weight” “you weren’t even big before” which annoys me so much because yes I was definitely overweight before and doctors have told my mom that but she didn’t do anything to improve my eating habits and it took me having a sudden epiphany to realize that I was very overweight and I need to change my unhealthy habits before my weight increased. Now their all salty about and judge me if I take small portions of foods at family gatherings but I just ignore them. Also my mom is so ignorant when it comes to food and she honestly tried to convince me that certain foods are good because they have a lot of an element like protein but a burger can have a lot of protein and still be high in trans fat and other bad ingredients. If I had listened to her or anyone of my family members I would never gotten to the healthy weight at which I am now. I try to just cut their stupid remarks and continue my lifestyle. Right now I’m maintaining my weight tho. Sorry this was long af I just needed to rant a bit but great video!

  • thanks for the video, I am starting a diet monday, I went to buy a pair of pants last week and I had to go up to a 46 waist, I went home and weighed and I had hit 300 lbs, I’m 6’3″, so I need to lose 100 lbs.

  • What a wonderful video. Thank you for sharing!

Between the ages of 23 and 25 I lost 50 lbs, and I experienced much of what you experienced. My experience was complicated by the fact that I got most of the weight off in a healthy way, but when I got to about the last 15 lbs, I became obsessed with getting down to my goal weight. I was under-eating and over-exercising because I kept finding more and more that I wanted to change about the way my body looked. It scared me at the time, and it scared me even more afterward when I was thinking clearly again and realized how poorly I was treating my body. I ended up slowly putting much of the weight back on in my late 20s after I got married, and I am currently in the process of getting back to where I am most comfortable. So far it is going well, and I only have 5-10 lbs left to lose. My old “skinny” clothes are all starting to fit again, and it’s exciting. Since I’m back to the dangerous place where I know I can easily take it too far, I’m taking it slow and trying to enjoy each stage of my body and to feel good about myself no matter what size I’m wearing or what number I see on the scale. Having an incredibly supportive spouse who loves me no matter what has helped enormously this time around.

To go along with the last point you mentioned, something I noticed about people’s reactions to me was that I got so much more male attention when I lost weight. While the attention made me feel good, it also made me sad. There were so many guys who suddenly became interested in getting to know me simply because I was more conventionally attractive at a size 4 than I was at a size 12. As I started dating more, it was difficult for me to trust that any of these men actually liked me (for more than just my figure), because in the back of my mind I knew that they wouldn’t have asked me out pre-weightloss. (I went from going on dates maybe a few times a year to going on dates several times a month once I was in a certain weight range.) I didn’t want to judge anyone for it, because physical attraction is a real and important part of romantic relationships, but it did make me see shallowness where I previously hadn’t suspected it.

  • this is such an inspiring video I’m away from home at the moment but plan to start when I get back next week (I will keep you posted) I have been procrastinating and gaining everything back the usual story but I’m now around 215 pounds and so uncomfortable all the time and so fed up

I’ll definitely be playing the audio of this video on my mp3 when I’m out and need a pep talk

    thanks! XX

  • you were beautiful in both stages of your life. I LOVE the way you love yourself and I really wish I could have your self esteem. Congratulations on your amazing transformation.

  • Solid advice! I fell into the extended planning camp too many times, never achieving a thing. It’s been a month now that I’ve started to eat better, drink more water, and get in a workout here and there and since March 7 I’ve lost 19 pounds. It’s that simple. Just start people. Thanks for the continual motivation! Love your channel.

  • Just found your channel from this video and I LOVE your positivity. I’ve been on a fitness journey for several years. From an eating disorder and being under weight, to gaining weight and being over weight. I was definitely in that permanent bulk phase that you talked about hahaha. Lifting is so fun when you can really crank out the weight. I eventually lost almost all of that muscle and also fat and am back at square one. I’m a healthy weight and I’ve started gaining some good muscle back, but my strength isn’t where it used to be. I’ve been beating myself up for it because I want to be muscular and to be able to see my gains better. But its so hard to gain muscle while also losing some fat. Your video completely changed my outlook. I appreciate it <3

  • I would tell myself that all of my work, dedication, and sacrifice will be worth it!! I enjoy my life soooo much better now that I can actually do things instead of sitting on the sidelines of life and watching others actually live their lives!! Wish I would have done this 25 years ago. But now it’s “onward & upward” for this 50 year old kid!!

  • You’ve inspired me to go and make my own youtube channel about my journey of my weight loss. I need to work harder at it. Thanks for doing what you do!

  • Genuine question. How can one rebuild and start again when their reputation has been ruined by false allegations? This happened to me back in 2017, I had a successful business where I was turning $280k profit in my first year, only for a competitor who was jealous make very serious allegations ( I sued in court for defamation and won ) where they approached all my clients and destroyed my reputation? Since this I cant find work anywhere nobody wants to hire me or anything to do with my name. This was publicized as well in National news and we had to fight for an on air apology and it was a long drawn out battle. The person who made allegations ( wont name obviously ) has destroyed everything of mine. I have taken $200,000 and legal fees from him but I know ill never fully see this.

  • Man I love your channel!!!! I’ve been looking for a fitness person to watch that was always an athlete like me!!! In other words… You got a new subscriber!!! Yay!!

  • The way positioned what you said id amazing. Incredible valuestarting out my youtube channel, and creating digital products And you’ve given so much clarity. Thanks a lot!

  • I can relate to your fitness journey! I’m now in the cutting phase! Thank you for your positive vibes & motivation!! You are so lovely!

  • number 6 resonates with me so much. I was 71 kgs at 11 years old (1,40 m high) so I was VERY overweight. But strangely enough, nobody ever commented on my body, nobody told me I was fat except for the occasional bullies, which I was very much able to shrug off. But then I lost weight, about 18 kgs. And suddenly, I heard things about my body I had never heard before. I heard some of my best friends say to me “you know, you were too fat before, so good for you”, after years of telling me to embrace y own body and that I looked beautiful. I have heard boys discuss how I have become “fuckable” right in front of my face. And worst of all, after a bad depression that made me gain about 5 kgs, everyone commented on it saying “have you gained weight? Be careful not to gain it all back”. And I’m not talking about enemies, I’m talking about people who call themselves my FRIENDS.
That’s so frustrating, once you reach what people consider a healthy weight they start watching your every move. It’s almost as if when you are overweight your weight doesn’t even matter, but when you are skinny it’s a sin to gain even a pound.

  • I also wonder what formerly overweight women feel when skinny shamed. I’ve been skinny shamed by whole life and wondered if people who aren’t skinny truly know how it hurts.

  • This is excellent. I’m a Color & Style Consultant. Been doing it 31 years. I do have solutions, as you say, but never thought of it like that before. I do colors for clothing based on someone’s skin, hair and eyes as well as color in cosmetics based on their personal color. I also have solutions for color in one’s environment…in their home and office. Offices are more cohesive if they reflect your personal colors and you are wearing your best clothing colors in your office. Thank you. You’ve opened my mind.

  • Hi diana! I lost weight since i was a teenager but i didnt concentrate on eating food good for my hemoglobine. Now Im dealing with getting my hemoglobine to 12.. its 10.5 better than how it was before (8) . I think that one’s hemoglobine is also an important factor too in this topic.

  • You are awesome! By the way, I bet my sweet tooth is crazier than yours! I have Zero discipline w sugar. Trying to always find alternatives. One is to freeze a banana (sliced) and then eat with peanut butter that I make. But open to other suggestions!

  • My pleasure to use weight loss program is at all time high. My diet regime as well as my frequency of few exercises wasn`t altered as well as change. Over a period of 30 days, I shed about 6 lbs. The procedure has let me ate less and becoming full is quicker. Find a right weight is not easy, you can discover by Google. Weight program’s name is Bella Kaγozko
    good luck

  • So inspirational. I use to be around 125 lbs and exercised 5 times a week, was super heathy and was a pescatarian. But then I had surgery and was bedridden for 3 months. My doctor also told me to stop being a pescatarian bc I am anemic and became almost deathly anemic:( Overall, I ended up gaining so much weight and weighed 145 lbs when I was fully healed. I hated how I looked and was so depressed and became unmotivated. I recently started working out again and weigh 140 lbs now!! Can’t wait to continue my journey now bc yours motivated me!!! you gained a sub;)

  • I’ve been watching a lot of your videos today and they have really helped me get motivated. I come up with every excuse under the sun to not exercise so this video in particular really hit home. I want to thank you for the advice. Keep it up, its really appreciated.

  • Wow, this is the first video I’ve watched from you and I already love you! You seem so down to earth. I love how you said you were “lit” of your workouts lol! Your vocabulary definitely resonates with me hahaha. I love that you’re obsessed with sweets (that’s my weakness too) and I just love your personality! I just followed you on IG and here on youtube and I can’t wait to binge watch the rest of your videos! I hope to obtain your current body! it is really hard for me to abstain from sweets but this video just gave me a little boost. Hopefully, I can also gain the self-love for myself that you had all along! Thank you so much for this video girl and keep that spunky attitude! (-:

  • I just have to say you look sooooo much like Sarah Roemer from Disturbia! Beautiful! Also I love how you add that you don’t need to track your macros forever like some of the super strict fitness inspos. And to love yourself how you are now while trying to reach your goal.

  • Guys. lost crazy amounts of weight doesn’t need to be hard (I used to think it did). I will give you some advice now. Get a popular lose weight diet plan called Custokebon Secrets (search on google). Thanks to it I have lost crazy amounts of weight. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I don’t really want a lot of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I’m just in a great mood today so I will share the wealth lol.

  • can’t wait for the full alien declassification AND alien and human cohabitation of societies to learn what are their take on obesity on humans

  • The biggest problem is processed foods that Americans and European eat…..Indians eat food as a medicine, they should learn from them.

  • I read loads of superb reviews on the internet about how Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine) can help you lost lots of weight. Has anyone tried using this popular weight loss system?

  • The hospital I worked for offered this surgery free to any employee willing. It would be an intern doing it. Every one who had it lost most of their hair, had pain, skin got pasty and though they became very thin, they were no longer attractive. They looked like zombies. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Lose weight the hard way and change what you eat. Being thin isn’t worth your health.

  • I’ve been on a (mostly mental) health journey for years, I’ve probably watched hundreds of these videos but THIS is exactly what I needed to hear! (Especially what you said at 14:26) thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for sharing this

  • You were gorgeous then and gorgeous now. Most importantly, you’re inner-self, your true heart, has remained equally gorgeous and consistent. You help so many people and that counts most of all. These “chatty” videos as you so sweetly call them are my favorites of yours. You have so much wisdom to give so keep doing that and keep doing what you love. Xo

  • Guys. lost tons of weight does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I will give you some advice right now. Get a popular weight loss system called Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine). Thanks to it I’ve lost a lot of weight. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I don’t really want a bunch of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I am just simply in a great mood today and so I will share the wealth haha.

  • Hi Antonio, you are an absolute inspiration to me, could you make a video about the separation in the low back of suit jackets? What is more casual? One long or one short cut? Two cuts is formal or could I use it casualy?

  • i wonder. after the operation, will they ever be fat again? or do they have high chances to gain more weight if they did not eat healthily or control their food?

  • You have just became one of my favorite youtubers! This was so motivating. I’m trying to work on myself this year and this sure helped!

  • I have always been on the fat side but I lost quite a bit of weight bc of losing appetite due to depression and an abusive relationship… a lot of people complimented me on it and encouraged me to lose more, but I really felt like crap inside. Now that im in a better place in terms of self image and emotional/mental health, im ready to continue losing more weight without feeling that sort of horrible “what have I done to myself” feeling

  • Guys. lost a lot of weight does not need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I will give you some tips right now. • Well, quoting the barbaric invasion of Spain by islam is the worst possible example for anybody to follow! Please, don’t try to be so p-c again.

  • have you made a video on how to tone up your whole body? like workout and nutrition to tone up? because i’m not quite on the chubby side but i’m not fit and i have no clue how to tone up without looking bulky or what to eat

  • Hello I’m a new follower! I’m already loving your channel! I love your hair! I know it’s a fitness channel but do a Hair tutorial. I like how your curls come out. Also I never know what to eat so I feel like I don’t care what I consume. But like you said switch out your bad to good. I will try and work on that. It definitely will be a challenge for me.

  • Wow, I’ve watched so many fitness journeys on YouTube and yours is the most relatable to me! A lot of times people’s starting points are when they’re unhealthy and want/need a whole lifestyle change, which is amazing. But like you, I’ve always been athletic and strong, I have an understanding of what a good diet is and want to lose about 15lbs of fluff lol. SO THANK YOU, YOUR TIPS ARE SO HELPFUL!:)

  • haha when i was young i lost a lot of weight because of ed. everyone wanted me to gain weight but when i did, people also commented on it. you can never win with a lot of people so you need to learn to focus on how you feel about yourself

  • thank you for being so positive in this video!!! a lot of other videos talk about how they hated their body before, and how they wanted super fast results, but i was looking for a positive video about a slower lifestyle change and this is it!!! thank you<3

  • I have to lose 40-35kg (I’m 173 Cm) and it’s really hard for me to lose weight cause I have hormonal imbalance which is the main reason of my weight gain and like I really hate my body but I’m trying not to make excuses it’s just that I struggle so much with weightloss, Any tips?

  • I eat 5+ times a day (besides my dessert and other small meals) but I’m still thin (not skeleton thin but ectomorph kind of thin). Docotors have got it all wrong there are several factors that cause obesity besides overeating… I am a living witness (and no, I don’t have HIV)

  • They say never judge ppl but that is plain out disgusting and lazy letting yourself get Like that idc what cards you are dealt in life you get one body and one life take care of it

  • I like how the dog is also fat. Personally I think fats dogs are cute but I know it isn’t healthy (my dogs are an healthy weight btw)

  • I am amazed (in a good way) that you had such a positive view on your body your entire life. Its really refreshing to see that! I feel like most peoples fitness stories have history of them hating how they looked and felt etc. Good for you girl, its really inspiring!

  • I have watched a lot of YouTube videos about weight loss through the years. They have one thing alike they lack any true information that is helpful. Well, I went surfing around in other places this morning and came across a video clip that blew my head. The Venus Factor is an easy and powerful system for weight reduction. I am using it now and I’m loving the outcomes. I’m loving The Venus Factor so much I thought I would share. Visit here for more info. WeightLossWomen.4YourHelp. Com (remove space and open the site)

  • As a star wars fan it hurts that you say fast forward a few thousand years, but star wars is a “long time ago” in a galaxy far far away. Eitherway i appreciate the effort and it made me feel good hahaha

  • Dude! Idk how I found your page but I did. I was in your ward in 2015 in the Snow building. I never really talked to you but I would always see you and your roommates going to workout. You were always so nice to people and you always smiled. You motivated me to do the same even without having a real conversation. I started working out around that time and I loved my life during that time. My mission screwed up my diet so I’m not where I was back then, but just want to say thanks for setting an example! You were changing people without even knowing it and I’m happy you still are through your vlogs.

  • If you want to lose fat, it is best to search Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine. They will make it easier to get the body you deserve.

  • oeh, i have to loose 20 kg to get to overweight category and 20 more to get to normal weight category. inspiring to see that video. i dont care people say about my looks but im just so tired of being so heavy. its physically so heavy, im so tired and have pain in different places

  • I couldn’t hold up to instruct everybody concerning my commitment with the Red Tea Detox from Liz Swann Manufacturing plant manager.

This stuff truly works! I’m down 11 pounds, and I’ve as of late been drinking this stunning tea for 14 days.

Since having twins multi year earlier, I’ve truly tried to return to my pre‐baby body, and to be completely forthright, it’s been a true blue drag. I’ve felt lazy, discouraged, totally un‐sexy and my association with my better half has driven forward. When you’re stuck at home with two new borns, it’s really dubious time for holding quick to a good eating routine additionally any kind of activity, and I’d in every way that really matters surrendered myself to being a size 16 for whatever is left of my life.

Precisely when my sister sent me the relationship with the Red Tea Detox from Liz Swann Plant director, I gotta say, I was to some degree skeptical. My garbage mail is relentlessly being overwhelmed with asserted “ponder eats less carbs” and scammy things that request a store of exchange out advance.

In any case, when I was portrayed the story about Liz Swann Manufacturing plant director and her astounding trek being a mother, I gotta say, I distinguished that I related. Not just that, the foundation story of the mystery African tea formula truly actuated my use, and I was basic to know more.

Undoubtedly, I can state I’m so happy I joined! Is the story captivating, and furthermore the tea truly works.

  • Do you have any tips on how to get rid of cellulite? I know it’s a long process to get rid of it, but I just didn’t know if certain foods or workouts helped speed up the process

  • When considering eating healthy, you must try not to fall victim to modern fad diets. Extreme diet plans are a risk for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your every day nutritionary intake. Many of these fad diet plans work for a short time period and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should look up Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine as it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • This was incredibly informative. Each time I wondered something, it was the next thing you addressed. Really well done. Thank you!

  • It’s still surprise me just how lots of people have no idea about Custokebon Secrets (just google search it) although lots of people lost crazy amounts of weight with it. Thanks to my friend who told me about this. I’ve lost a lot of weight.

  • Don’t call people fat that’s mean you don’t know who people really are don’t listen to those people you are not weak you are strong

  • Why do people think it’s acceptable to comment on another’s weight? I just don’t get that. It’s so rude, if they have nothing nice to say, don’t say it

  • If I could go back to when I was 15 (I’m 17 now) I’d tell myself to remember to build habits, not just do a diet and then drop it afterwards. I wish I could teach myself of the science behind human behavior, weight loss, and everything else I know. I lost 30 pounds (going from 200 to 170) and maintained it until exams the next year, where I gained back 12 pounds (I had already gained back 8 pounds but it was mostly muscle from carrying my guitar gear everywhere I go for 9 months, think of 45 pounds of gear lol). Anyways, I’m 185 now, so I don’t have much weight to lose, but I’m glad I know the facts now, I feel much more confident in keeping the weight off once I lose it again this time.

  • Some of the realest advice I heard. I’m on my journey to lose a 100lbs to get to my ideal weight and I won’t let that loose skin bother me

    Batwings> flabs

  • People who give mean comments, are usually talking about themselves, not about you. When someone says “You can’t do this. It’s impossible.” It’s because they can’t do it, and for them that is (whatever it is) impossible.

  • thanks for saying so many important things, there are not many videos that talk about mental health when they talk about weight loss and thats quite of crucial to do almost anything

  • Sounds like something I should try. Just wondering if this is something you would combine with exercise like a 3 days a week run of a 4 miles. Seeing the small amount of calories and the amount of calories you burg during a run etc.

  • So the weight of the dog is measured in kilograms but the weight of people is measured in an absurd unit of measurement called stone. O_o

  • Is it me or is the mayor’s wife pissed off that he’s losing weight. I think she was probably hoping he would eat himself to death.

  • thank you so much. thank you for being so incredibly frank and honest and true to your experience. seriously, I really appreciate that you talked about all sides of your experience, the ‘good’ and the ‘bad.’ you are a genuine inspiration <3

  • unfortunately I have loose skin as well so I won’t ever have that perfect body type. but I lost the weight and my health is in check, that’s what matters most.

  • I just started in late February and am 20 pounds down as of Easter Sunday. This has been something I’ve wanted to do for years, but never understood how it worked. (I’m 19.) I wish I could tell my last year self that myfitnesspal exists, and how easy it is to track calories on it. How I don’t have to starve or follow some diet. I wish I could inform my old self about nutrition since no one else did. I’m just 8 pounds away from the 100’s =) I don’t remember the last time I was under 200.

  • I was wondering if you have heard of this weight loss program before?

https://nplink.net/0ltp972g It looks like a great program to help people lose weight. I was just looking for some options before I made my decision. By the way, I love the content you have been posting lately!

  • I thought I was the only one who feels this way. There is just the feeling of sadness that I cannot explain where it is coming from. When I look at my past photos I hate the person that I see

  • Hi diana, please do more cooking videos, get ready with me vid or anything casual vids. I just want you to know that I love ur work out videos (with music) and been using it daily for my work out. Keep it up!

  • Love this video, it would be great to learn some honest tips on how u lost weight, there are so many videos but its hard to tell what is true.

  • It’s sad to hear that people in public places used to comment on your looks before you lost your weight.
I never experienced this and actually was lucky to have experienced only a very few attempts of bullying that I destroyed pretty much quickly.

So please do not regret being fat because people were talking behind your back. It just depends either on your outer charisma and the bad luck to encounter bullies.

You see, despite my fatness, I sort of partial self-confidence and maybe this screw off those seeking victims. Even those who are normal weighed are still chosen to be bullied or treated worse because of their missing charisma (self-conscious aura) you sense in social gatherings etc. They still get picked to either be excluded or being a topic of gossips.

Basically what I want to say is, do y’all never feel regret about weight loss or current yourself. It’s all about your personality and how you present yourself. Laugh and be happy, as plain as it sounds. All people I knew who are chubby, are usually pretty much confident, laughing and do not smile as little as me haha. So basically the key to a big circle of friends is your personality and your will to to use those who try to offend you as a lesson. As how to encounter the next one and the next one telling things back or just dealing in another way to continue enjoying yourself and the time with your friends.

Plus the weight loss or the remaining situation show you who your real friends are.

Stay positive and go outside whenever you need some time to calm down. The lack of sunlight causes depression or sad thoughts.
And if it gets too bad use suicide hotlines either to prevent catastrophes or just talk how this one person annoyed you so much for being ignorant.

  • Such a wonderful video thank you for sharing! I too have had a similar weight journey and totally relate to so much of this video xx
