Bianca’s story is one that many of us can identify with.   • Thanks for sharing. Keep up the good effort. I have been doing a plant based keto lifestyle along with intermittent fasting for seven years. I like the mental clarity, high energy, metabolic homeostasis, optimal lipids, reduced inflammation and appetite suppressant attributes. I avoid, grains, sugar, soy, refined carbs, GMO’s and processed foods. I have a list of nutrient dense healthy whole food staples but I will divert occasionally. I keep it simple so I do not have to over think it. My workouts are great. I do a combination resistance training, crossfit and HIIT cardio throughout the week. It took a while for my endurance level to catch up with my workout regimen but I stayed the course and it is paying off. Cheers!

I’d heard these things years ago; but, when you go through trials and tribulations in your life you don’t always make your body and health a priority…sadly. Personally, I’ve found that I eat much more when depressed. This IS NOT GOOD! Starting today, I am going to do my fasting and see where I am by the end of July. I will do all that you’ve suggested. I’m 5’8” and weigh 185 pounds. By the end of July I will come back and record my weight here. My goal is to be 155 pounds by the end of September. Wish me luck! I just graduated college and I have a photoshoot planned to commemorate my achievement, but I reached my highest weight ever during quarantine (210) and I was getting really depressed about taking those photos.   • When considering eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diet plans undoubtedly are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your every day nutritional intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short period of time and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should check out Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine since it isn’t just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • That chicken recipe came out delicious! I added garlic powder and substituted quartered zucchini for the mushrooms. I also used a regular baked potato and asparagus instead of broccoli lol but it was DELICIOUS.

I am 53 and 5’11 in height I am so ready to be sexy again. I mapped out walking routes 1 mile, 2 mile, 3 mile and 6 miles. So I will walk 1 mile a day monday-Friday and work my way up to 6 miles.   • Thank you so much for sharing. I’m mostly vegetarian and limit dairy. I do enjoy meat but very infrequently and not very much at a time. I’m 41 years old. 5’5″ and started gaining weight in my late 20’s. Now I’m 190lbs and today just started my fitness journey. My goal is to take the next 12 months to do weightlifting 3x’s week. Cardio 6x’s week and following a healthy diet tracking my macros but not obsessively. I’m praying this finally works for me. Here’s to the next year! I’m tracking my journey in the hopes that in a year I will be able to share my journey like you have and inspire others.

    Currently I am 191.
    I start the day after tomorrow because tomorrow is the last day that I can eat anything that I want then I am transitioning slowly into healthy foods. My plan was to walk everyday or 6 days a week!! Or if I can get a gym membership then that’s what I am going to do. I AM going to do intermittent fasting and drinking lemon water every single morning.

    The reason I am doing this is because I’m tired of looking at my self in the mirror or even just looking down and seeing how I look. I’m tired of how I eat and what I eat that causes me to gain weight or maintain it because I’ve been up and down the same weight for over a year.. I’m ready to be confident!!!

  • I want to try this. I’ve struggled my entire 23 years to lose weight. I’ve lost a lot and gained back even more, a constant back and forth, and I’m at the biggest I’ve ever been now. I hate it. I’ve done crash diets, I’ve done lifestyle changes, but all were temporary because my mental health wasn’t in order and I was going about it alone and unguided. I’m making a change in a week that I’m hoping will catapult me into a much healthier space for me to be happy and supported and I want to accompany this with a dietary change.   • I received a lot of the same question, “how long did it take you to loose the weight” I started in June at roughly 238 pounds, by September, I didn’t fit any of my clothes, and around thanksgiving (late Nov) was the first time I weighed myself and I was 160 pounds. yes MOST of it was baby weight.. NO I am not naturally skinny. from up until graduation (2016) I weighed in somewhere between 180-200 pounds. my weight had always fluctuated through life (HENCE THE FIRST 9 mins of the video.) weight loss is NOT an overnight fix, and i will continue to stress this… healthy living is a CHOICE and a LIFESTYLE. ��

  • I’ve been doing omad a form of intermittent fasting for a little under 3 weeks now sw; 266 cw: 244 and I haven’t exercise once �� I just got a bike today so I’m going to use that to tone… I hate the gym.. also that water thing is the truth and when I need juice/“sugar” I drink crystal light that ish is bomb!!!   • I’m also the same height as you I swear 160 feels amazing I’m really trying to get back there I’m starting at 179 lbs it may not seem like a big difference but I swear when I’m past 160 i feel so sluggish and nasty and my clothes fit different

  • Breast feeding definitely helped me lose weight… but like you said if you’re not eating right you won’t see results… I lost 50lbs while breast feeding and gained most of it back 2 yrs after…. and no I didn’t snap back lol just took care of my health

  • Will try to incorporate more water. I usually eat just one meal a day and I started to exercise trying so hard to get toned up. It’s a struggle but hearing other people’s stories is motivational.

  • I’m 5’7 and I’m naturally muscular so I’m usually most comfortable in the 185-195 range. I look like a bobble head if I get smaller than that. I gained hella weight during quarantine (I’m 230 now) I hate myself and am currently only eating 2 meals a day and trying to stay under 900 calories a day. (12pm and 6pm is when I eat.) And I drink at least half my body weight in water each day (115 oz or more) I’ll let y’all know how it goes. Y’all may not think it’s very healthy but if I don’t shed this weight fast I swear I’m gonna go into a deep depression.

  • Yessss Breast feeding did not made me lose weight. It gave me an appetite if anything. I breast fed 2 years and did not lose the weight.

  • Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Ater 2 weeks, I have lost half of the weight I wanted. Your recipes are simple and include many ingredients that I have on hand. I tried a weight loss plan where I was required to purchase a minimum of 2 months of meals for a ridiculously high price. Most of the food was awful and I ended up throwing most of it away. I like that I know exactly what I’m eating and I can make some modifications to suit me. After all the diets I have tried, your plan was the only one that has worked for me.
