  • My favorite rule Mike gave was the first one. Push through, the same amount of success you achieve that amount of hardships will you encounter too that you’ll have to overcome. #BTA2

  • Thank for changing many lives. Thanks to you I’m in the best shape of my life. I think we all that Rashid has gorillas strength he can knock out anyone if he land his punches. To me if he is planning on doing this for real number 1 cardio is a must he was already breathing heavy cuz some fight will drag on. 2most importantly gotta work on technique everytime he stormed in he left himself exposed a more experienced opponent will capitalize on that all day. Other than that koodo ✊

  • Coming from someone who works out mainly alone, I wish I had CT as a motivator when working out. I’d do anything to have him leaning over me telling me to get that motherfucker up and to get that shit done!

  • Good stuff… yup everything all in the mind… if nothing on the outside physically touching you actually hitting you beating you up… then no excuses. Everybody got a story some worst than others, but the strongest thing is the will of each individual mind how they wanna fight to get through life. The mind is first in everything it’s connected intertwined with our existence in this universe. Everything a human do is based on how strong willed their mind is. Perspective is an amazing humbling human experience. You can believe you had a hard life until you meet someone who’s entire family as a child was slaughtered right infront of them, say like chaotic countries in Africa…. but somehow gets to the United States Of America and is a surgeon… you will not know his story unless you ask him. Then your poor single mom struggling raising you story, seems less significant… but that is what made you strong, but still less significant compared to your African surgeon Doctor. Stories like that.

  • Hi chris….first..sorry about my english writen….i just want to let you know that i feel so pround abou you and the way you teach…i feel so motivated…im 47 years old…im from colombia but i lived in ecuador…you make me confident…so i keep Training…trying to do your routines…quite hard but i start to se and feel the results..and i willing to keep going.

  • I need CT to call me just to bless me with words to lift. Even though when I see weights I get excited. Everyone damn near in the area of the gym I’m at looks at me.

  • Just wanted to say all your videos help me improve every day mentality wise and fresh to def physically to answer the question what’s past the lion…. A lion hunts in packs and aims to take down the weakest and easiest meal in the heard, the step forward is the tiger because a tiger does what ever it has to in order to survive, if the tiger doesn’t get it done it dies if lion doesn’t the rest of the pride might do it for em, fuck being the lion, let’s get that tiger status together playerrr

  • the different betwen get muscle and get force. They raise the same weight and Mike has twice as muscular as chris. The calisthenic is the best sr.

  • since you telling write it down to stick in your mind now every day i am writing and its really help me a lot to memorize what every i listen thanks

  • I’ll from Detroit Michigan still staying Michigan Brownstown yep that’s the name of that place I was going to stop up there my shoulder was killing me I have surgery to reattach my labrum that pain no joke

  • Great video. I’m a veteran and the reason why Chad opened his gym is why I workout so hard. I have a business that educate veterans on their VA benefits but I would like to donate to Chad’s gym, how do I contact him? Keep doing what your doing and thanks for all videos.

  • No need to put ten translations to earn more money with the viewing, if it’s to put completely shitty translations that make no sense, straight out of Google Translate. And the forcing on the application in description as well as in pinned comment completes this well by showing that you are only looking for the number, only cash cows. Well deserved red thumb. You don’t have to do things if it’s to do sh*t.

  • hey anyone remember the feud between rich piana and prophet muscle? do you guys think bounty tank is the prophey muscle before? he looks like him

  • @ 12:35
    “Easy money”. Lmfao
I know that jolt anywhere… and your squat is slight lean you need to go to a chiropractor and get adjusted. They’ll do the added soft and deep tissue work.

  • Love it how everyone is calling dude a bum but yet dude would beat they ass makes pro debut all the YouTube warriors say fight the champ for your first fight hmmmm

  • Jesus christ stop hating y’all. This guy’s body is sick, his neck muscles in particular. He got the look of a real fighter in his eyes, and even though he is 41 yo and has other things going on with his yt channel and bodybuilding, if he wants to take it seriously i will support him as he seems humble and very wary and respectful of the dangers and hardship of this sport of boxing

  • Im still subscribed…I hit the likes, I leave a comment. Im there every Sunday…But I must say I do miss the collaboration videos and the old cinematography.

  • You’re so inspiring, because of you I’m going to start working towards my dream of being a pro boxer / mma fighter. Thanks for all your videos!

  • This is amazing thank you so much for taking the time to come see us at Victory Gym VHC. It was a great experience. About to cop that book when it comes out!

Also next time your in town Freestyle Friday is about to go down!

    Thank you again!

  • Bro I swear ur sad man. Get a life bro and look after u..
Ur out there trying to confront people and shit bro I swear ur been bullied when ur a kid hey?

  • I think he could have went more rounds he didn’t even try! I would have been upset too but nor would I have wanted those head shots lol. Good fight though!

  • Is it me or was he just flexing on this shawty throughout the entire video? He very confident on his shit
I give him Props for that

  • Didn’t him and Simeon Panda get into it too?? It seems like when he meet up with these guys and they confront him he bitch up and don’t stand on the content he put out about these guys??? Smh

  • Once again, bro, you go poking around people’s relationships (Larry wheels cough cough) and it comes back to fuck you up. When are you gonna learn??? Maybe now that you’re going through a break up, you’ll learn some tact

  • I understand the warrior spirit in Mike but you can’t overdo it. All the work your doing and boom an injury after a while that stuff starts adding up. At any rate your still a beast great videos.

  • 1:14

The black dude in the white shorts and white tank top has skipped EVERY single leg day. Holy fuck, someone put some sense into the guy.

  • Damn Right!!!..You going to get this work!!!..WORK AIN’T HARD!!!..Better him then me…LMAO!..He’s a Phuckin Beast!!!..I LOVE IT!!!

  • Just like Loma lost early on and never avenged that loss by the way. He got beat n a rough tough grinding fight. It happens. Good lookin tho bro.

  • This generation everyone is so buff and tough when it supposed to be about fitness and a celebration of being healthy. This is not healthy, fitness or bodybuilding. These are people with no class. SMH

  • Mike kept going in failure after failure after failure!!! If this is not the culmination of the human spirit then I’m sorry, I don’t know what the fuck is!

  • Peace. I am. Joseph. Will U help me build my channel? Just tap link then tap red subscribe button is all. I will not forget whomever GOD WILLING. I have plans. GOD WILLING. They happen. https://youtu.be/225WOqeaZ30

  • @ 19:19
My trainer told me to stop using this exercise. A lot of people use it because they feel as if it “properly” targets the quads… however, “If your ankles aren’t stabilized the strain to maintain normalcy is transferred to your knees”. A lot of people have mcl problems with this one. I avoid it and I’m doing fine. I think Arnold recommended going light on it as well.

  • Wow I see a lot of potential in Mike Rashid. He has alot of skill. No disrespect Mike Rashid’s, but I would like to see you lose some of that muscle so you can be faster, and through more punches.

  • You provoked the man by not honoring what he asked. Which is what you and your forefathers are good for. Then when he uncovered your secret places in front of the masses you put on a dress.

  • How much was he benching here starting out with? He was taking pretty short breaks inbetween sets. Would have been inhuman if he’d done 200 reps straight.

  • So you talk reckless about someone on YouTube then you have the audacity to say Mike Rashid could’ve handled it better? When you do something to someone, you don’t get the luxury of determining how someone responds.

  • Been a while since we had those Mike mondays/mental jewels I’ve been missing them so much thanks Mike for the insight as always #sunshineafterrain

  • Everyone is not stating the obvious..that Narmin kent got all the bros balls twisted n turning on each other..never trust a pretty face/kent.lmao

  • Thanks for making the video, Evan! Awesome video and thank you for posting great content. Your channel is my favorite on Youtube. Train your mind as hard as you train your body was the rule that impacted me.

  • Yall mfkers! You came here only to hate. Smh. Have you ever fought in a ring against a moving opponent that was out to hurt you? As far as the guy being only twenty, Mike Tyson was 20 when he won his first belt. Age dont mean shit. Anybody fighting their first fight is gonna fight this guy. This guy probably makes a living out of being people’s first fight. Fuck outta here. Yall just wanted Mike to get beat up. Hating ass mfkers….

  • Yes, that was a real pro fight. Respect to Mike. Like you sir I’m bodybuilding and trying to fight in boxing this year. I’m short but strong 29 years and same style as you. I’m happy for you. Work the business right and you’ll be happy

  • Dude you a real one. You kept it real with this story. I felt like I was you going through the experience as you were telling the story. Wow.

  • Kenny Ko is a puss..same way he got scared and took his comment back towards Larry Wheels..lol..typical middle class white boy..lol..

  • Mike you movin’ up Bro…Primetime is coming. I’ve been watching for a couple years. You’ve got the best most real work being put in on here. Your content is helping a lot of people. Just what YouTube needed.

And I’m here holdin’ down Phoenix..I know you were reppin Phx at one point. Say somethin’ bout them Cardinals if you get a chance. You know we got that rookie of year QB K-1…and look out for us in 2020 no doubt!

  • 20:03 so excited to have his moment of shine. lmao. “im no swole like yall but i can crank some half reps muscleups on the rings”

  • I’m checking her out
But even the Huge Fucking Puppy! Is on the Treadmill in the back!
And he’s actually working it out!

  • Exercise is great for depression, mental instability. Your brain can release endorphins that help raise serotonin levels. That helps battle the empty low feelings that mental illness can create. That is a great idea to help veterans.

  • The commentators are talking about age difference!!! How uneducated are they? It will never stops baffling me how uninformed or scientifically illiterate people in the sports industry can be. That dude Mike Rashid was a physique competitor, you do understand, that the NPC is a showcase of who responds the best to the anabolic and multitude of drugs at the amounts they choose. On top of that MR is known to have trained extremely hard amongst CT fletcher. You take the ethics of Natural Champions who broke world records and combine that with someone who was “superdosed”…Those muscle ain’t fake. Based on MR pure amount of “enhanced” strength training you genius commentators think that his age would be a factor? Maybe you need some glasses but take a look at his opponent…
Boxing ain’t a movie, against MR it would take a someone who is at least 1.5x stronger and coupled with 2x more boxing skill… Even if you found such a human they probably wouldn’t match his mental fortitude.
And I’m not even really a fan… You commentators need to go back to school or do some homework on simple human performance.

I’ll also add, if his muscle mass, even 90% was attained completely drug free, and even 10% “enhanced” you’re dealing with 90% muscle that has very different biological properties aka generate more force.

  • Hey mike im im 6’2. 257 pounds and 19% body fat. I have lost some weight from 265 pounds what weight should i strive for to be lean but not ripped?

  • Mike Rashid’s pretty good. I would like to see him spar Mighty Mouse from street beefs. I think Mike Rashid, and Mighty Mouse would Make good training partners when it comes to boxing.

  • Bad ass, but i was expecting 200 reps, not drop dwn sets,,which it looks like drop dwn sets not sure, but definatly.not 200 reps,, but still.amazing thats hard fuckn work, i would like to see 200 reps

  • Mike has a jail house body..
Legs like tooth picks & upper body like a Hulk.
I study MMA FOR 15 years & I would break his thighs with my whip kick..

  • No lie, I stopped working out during this quarantine just so I can come back & kill it in the gym, just to prove if you put in the work you will see results. I lost my 8 pack but I kept my chest muscles, biceps are still here, & my diet didn’t change(fish & healthy foods) only thing I picked up was organic cider beers.

  • I’ma keep it a whole buck with you, you need to holla at coach Anthony he’s on YouTube also good defense great head movement great footwork Go check them out

  • Very true. I hated training men because they always come out strong then quit. The women were the only ones to stick to it for the long haul

  • Say brutha King, this was interesting. Keep up the grind and I send love your way. Thanks for your energy and wisdom!!! Peace and blessings!!!

  • No bullshit I got Mike beat on this challenge! My first set I would do over 50 reps my endurance surpasses his! And yes I’m on steroids too!

  • I would love to see Top 10 Rules for Success from one of my favorite actresses, Phylicia Rashid. Her T.V. character as a successful female African-American lawyer so inspired my daughter that she is now in her last year of law school; she takes the Bar exam in February, 2018. She watch re-runs of the character, Claire Huxtable, every night while studying at the dining room table. Thanks in advance, Evan!♡

  • Hold up that’s only five. That’s right get it in. Most other people would of stopped and called it maxed out gassed out. Lol nope 30 second rest, bang out the rest. Respect, that’s what they mean by over training and mind over matter. If you ever lifted anything in your life you kno the more you set something down the heavier it gets evarytime after that. #fuckyourexcuses ct fletcher

  • Mike Is A Real (Expletive) Stand Up Guy!! The Mental Jewels at the End of this Video Are Worth Watching 20+ times and Applying of course! A Real Inspiration!!

  • Omg Mike, people really don’t understand how important having that support team around truly is and how it helps 100%. I love the vision you have for giving back to the community and shining light on giving back. Keep motivating and dropping Real Authentic knowledge and wisdom. Good luck on your next fight also King.

  • Do bodybuilders actually think Mike Rashid can fight I’ve been around boxing since I was six years old dude is one of the biggest frauds I’ve ever seen

  • Yo keep training as a boxer mike focus on hand speed, footwork, and endurance. I would like to see u box with a great one day. DO NOT LET THIS BE UR LAST

  • Still fighting to get my benefits it’s been 4 years dealing with PTSD and other mental issues. I use the gym to help keep me in a safe place mentally. Good video and mike I know you going to go hard in the ring

  • Mike I always thought you was cool as shit man. That stuff you spoke about at the end was powerful! I got to snap out of it! Thank you! I needed that!

  • I normally don’t leave comments on YouTube videos because it’s almost like jumping into a swamp or cesspool. But I just had to comment on this video. First off congratulations on your journey for living a dream, many aren’t lucky enough to do so. Secondly I want to address the hate that is in the comments. Being over the age of 40 I understand the hard work and sacrifice of getting into the gym and still making progress and gaining muscle. At our age its more science centric, we have figured out what works for us and we have the wisdom and patience to see it through. Can you walk around over 200 pounds and just be shy of single digit body fat percentages and still be natural? Absolutely!!!! I weigh roughly 170-175 and am just below 5% bodyfat and am also 43 years of age. Unlocking the secret that works specifically for you is part of the journey and it takes years to master. I salute you Mr. Rashid for following your passion and you just gained a new subscriber.

  • Why is everyone so ignorant about the difference of disciplines? It’s like saying you expect a taekwondo black belt to get on the mat and grapple with Rener Gracie. C’mon guys, don’t be so ignorant about this workout.

  • Yo mike what you think about Tyson fury and how he was wearing his gloves in the fight? Check it out if you don’t know what I’m talking about

  • He’s stronger than me, I respect anyone which is better then myself in some way. I’d guess he’s better in most ways that means I need to hit the gym. Well done.

  • @ Mike Rashid, I wish I could get to that level of fitness but seems with this nerve pain, etc. just trying to keep my mind going is a struggle. I’ve looked at your training and at 42 myself 314 pounds, I see having time for just you has to be a big reason for your growth . Keep doing what you do my brother ✊

  • I’ve never heard of this guy before, but he is AMAZING! His humility is so inspiring! I loved the “Overdevelop” rule for success! Thank you Evan and please keep doing these videos! You’re doing such a great service!:)

  • Haha maybe your just scared on that mike rashid guy. Thought you got the ball to back up your words. Yeah takeoffthat KO inyourname,

  • Correct me if I’m wrong. Mike doesn’t stretch arms fully so it’s easier for him? Or he has too big muscles and it’s not possible to see the full stretch:D

  • Evan! I have some suggestions out of the ordinary for have you have done.
