Peaking at a weight over 300 pounds, Marco Wall lost 130 pounds in only 9 months and got jacked. ——————————————— BullyJuice Merch! SUBSCRIBE TO ME. Most people build muscle with weight training, and that’s certainly an easy way to do it, but it’s also possible to bulk up with just our bodyweight workouts (aka calisthenics). If we put enough mechanical tension on our muscles, they will grow.

That’s just as true with bodyweight training as it is with free weights. The catch is that if we want to see good muscle growth, we still. Beginner lifters also see bodybuilders in the gym and on the internet lifting super heavy and figure: “Hey, this guy’s chest is so big because he’s benching 10 reps at 315. I need to bench that, too!” But for most people, comparing yourself to an IFBB pro bodybuilder is a bad idea. These men and women have worked hella hard to get where they are.

As Dom Mazzetti (aka the Brofessor) put it in one of his videos The day you started lifting is the day you became forever small Because you will never be as big as you want to be. Everyone that has been lifting for a while knows exactly what. Grey haired, grey suited, stern faced, overweight and walking right towards them with a briefcase in their possession. Ryan grimaced at what they must be thinking upon seeing them.

But to Ryan’s surprise they smiled, reached into the briefcase and produced a badge with the republican logo on it and handed it straight to him. • hello, i just stumbled on this vid tonight. What amazes me, when u said, u eat 3000 calories a day!! I started at 238 lbs, 5’1″ tall, we wfpb vegan, no salt, oil, flour, alcohol, sugar or caffeine. I have lost 88 lbs, to date, 28 1/2 months now. I am 68 yr old & have low thyroid. I am stalled at 150 lbs, since i now need 1500 calories, but love to eat the same amount of food, since i am a volume eater, twice a day, til full, IF’ing from 5-6 p.m. to 12-1 p.m., no snacking.. You must burn a LOT of calories, I am more active than ever, but came from being nearly bed bound by life style illnesses, which i have healed tho. I once used a cane, & couldn’t walk 2 min’s with out resting, shuffling my feet like i was 80 something.. I have started my own little channel, letting pple know, that we can heal our bodies with changing what we eat. I came from eating a very SAD diet & fought the battle of the bulge since puberty to 66, when i learned the secret!! Anyway, nice to meet u. sweet family xo take care

    PLANT STRONG

  • This is very informative!!! Guys please checkout my skinny to muscle natural transformation timelapse and how I did it in a year!!

  • A person who called themself Vegan Todd posted this An anagram for “coronavirus” is “carnivorous.” Literally, food for thought I told him that it just maybe God who put it on someone’s heart to call it coronavirus so we would get the hint it is caused by being carnivorous & you spotted it good work! Now again here is some more info I feel should help you stay or move to a vegan lifestyle – The new outbreak of the Coronavirus Infection that started from markets & restaurants in Wuhan China & has now spread to multiple countries across the world, are known to sell live exotic & sometimes endangered animals for the people of China & tourist to eat! It is because of the type of protein that people are getting into their bodies that help spread these viruses, just as the Swine flu originated in pigs but was later spread from person to person because the virus needed to find similar protein cells to spread to which would be anyone that ate pigs for food. So it is with all animal viruses that are spread to people who eat animal flesh, but people who are vegans the protein they are getting from plants is not the same as the protein you get from animals God originated plants for man & the animals to eat but because we are living in a fallen world where it says Satan is now the God of it, we have been forcing our bodies to eat the flesh of animals for food because of our fallen nature. But the Bible says Jesus has come to redeem us from the law of sin & death & many people have proven over the years that you can live a longer & better life by eating plants only, it is Satan that wants you to continue to force your body to accept dead animals into it, which have proven to cause cancers heart failures & viruses to spread much more quickly. Plus more people have died choking on a piece of animal flesh than any plant-based food. Noah & his family found grace in God’s eyes because God found a family who wouldn’t eat the animals who were stored on the ark & God wanted to set the Jewish nation free from the fleshpots of Egypt when he took them out into the wilderness but because they desired to eat it He gave them over to Satan who became their God who blew quail into the desert for them to eat that is why they all die when they ate them, later God set up a dietary law to protect them from the bad flesh of animals that weren’t good to consume & pig was one of them. So vegans will have higher tolerance towards these viruses that are spread from animals to people. This vegan movement is from God & Satan will do anything to keep people tied to their cravings for animal flesh! How do I know because I walked out my city as Abraham did but I claimed it for Jesus & today my city is vegan friendly & that was before God helped me to become vegan, also because of God’s spirit being poured out on all flesh & the Jewish nation their city Tel Aviv, Israel, has become vegan friendly also, listed as one of the best! Chiang Mai, Thailand is listed as the very best vegan-friendly city, so I’m not surprised Thailand’s cases of coronavirus reached 2,672 when I wrote this with everyone recovering except 46 people. Plus a council in Italy held a meeting regarding the Coronavirus & Lady Gaga’s Stupid Love accidentally started playing from someone’s phone & Lady Gaga was known to have worn a dress made from thin cuts of flesh from dead animals, not the outer skin which is usually used for clothing! So it is like God wanted to make a point at the meeting it is very Stupid to Love eating dead animals for food & not what God originated which was fruits & vegetables!
God’s will be done on earth as it is in heaven it was never God’s will for us to be eaters of the flesh of animals it was Cain who was the 1st one to fall for that trap of thinking it would be easier to kill animals for food than to grow it because he saw how lions killed other animals for food! The Bible says it is those who are a doer of God’s will that is justified in God’s eye, not those that hear his word & don’t do it! Yes, God is looking for a people who want to do His will & not those that just say I’m a sinner saved by His Grace & don’t do His will! There is no happy hunting ground like some 1st nations believe after you died where you get to hunt down animals for food for the rest of your eternal life, that is just what Satan wants you to believe the kingdom of heaven is all about! Romans 14:17 for the kingdom of God is not eating & drinking, but righteousness & peace & joy in the Holy Spirit. So for yours as well as God’s sake let Him wean you off the fleshpots of this world & that includes all foods that you shouldn’t eat, even those man-made foods that add cane sugar to everything that look & taste good but aren’t good for you & is doing you more harm than good! God wants the blood of Jesus flowing through you not the blood of some dead animal, which will just cause you to want to kill & eat more dead animals! It is when we become a doer of God’s will that he can protect us, as Daniel was protected by an angel in the lion’s den because he refused to eat dead animals & eat only plants instead! Satan goes about like a roaring lion wishing to destroy anyone who isn’t a doer of God’s will & this coronavirus is his doing, so don’t blame God for this virus that’s making people sick & killing those who have weakened their immune system by eating foods God never want them to eat in the 1st place, for God is Love! Jesus said salvation is of the Jews All those who are a doer of God’s will, Satan can’t get rid of it is only those who hear God’s word then don’t do it, these are the people that Satan can get rid of because judgment is coming to the Church of God 1st before He brings it to the world! 1 Peter 4:17 For it is time for judgment to begin at the household of God; & if it begins with us, what will be the outcome for those who don’t obey the gospel of God? So please don’t pray for God’s protection from the coronavirus because God can only protect those who are a doer of His word, that was why he couldn’t protect Job, so pray that God will change your heart & way of thinking so you become a doer of his word & not just a hearer only, yes, pray for your enemy instead of killing them, etc. then God will protect you because it was only after Job repented & prayed for his friends that God came back to protect him from the one who wanted to destroy him!
Plus the reason this bird flu has broken out in Germany is because of the way the birds are so closely confined in cages that create a breeding ground for these diseases. This bird flu which is highly contagious can infect all domesticated birds like chickens, turkeys & ducks. It’s said all of the animals on the farm have been slaughtered & the area is under quarantine but even though it doesn’t pass to humans easily those who eat bird flesh for food can also be infected as rare cases have been reported.

  • A couple years ago i injured my back while working and it took two months for me to return to work. If i never injured my back i wouldn’t have found out about the arthritis in my spine. The doctors weren’t helpful about how i can be in less pain. They just said that i had to be on pain relievers for the rest of my life. Because I knew i needed my kindeys, i looked on google for help. Thats when i found the Anti-Inflammatory diet! Mainly veggies and the meat (ideally just wild caught fish) (chicken and turkey) no red meat! When i was on it for a long time i felt amazing! I had no pain at all! I never had to take a single pain killer while on it. I dont remember what got me off it. But i returned to my old diet and gain all my weight and more. Now im making my way back to the Anti-Inflammatory diet. Hopefully this time ill stay on it!!! Spinach is my lettuce its amazing. My body seems to be really low in energy all the time but when i eat spinach its like a light bulb goes off while im eatting it and almost immediately my body bursts with energy.

  • I’m wondering, do you remember what you cholesterol was like before cutting out eggs? I am just wondering what I might expect as I am still eating some eggs and yogurt.

  • Bro being fat affected my life since childhood, was constantly teased, easily humiliated even by my friends.. It left me with social anxiety plus no woman will look your way but however I’ve committed to working out and I’m not fat anymore, the gym is my bestfriend and working out saved my life, my confidence is growing. Big ups to you mate.

  • I’m just now seeing this video man and honestly it has me in tears. 2020 man I’m 6 ft 4 380 lbs and I’m at my biggest ever. I feel like such a pos for ruining my body and my motivation by laziness. This video gave me a weighted blanket of anxiety relief because until this video I gave up all hope. I just want to smile again. Take pride in my body again.

  • Awesome story! You are an inspiration for so many who are looking for an example of what focus and determination can do for the body, mind, and soul.

  • Dang bro that’s an awesome story. Keep up with the great work for Trey and you. You have great smile that I am sure brings joy to everyone around you.

  • You are Amazing! You bring such encouragement to others. I am really interested in hearing your story about getting your hormones back in order. I have been suffering from endometriosis for 11 years & just found out I have a stage 4 diagnosis. I truly know that food is the best medicine for our physical bodies, however I’m so lost & overwhelmed with all the info & what to do. I’ve also been overweight majority of my life & am craving a healthy lifestyle for myself. Thank you for being authentic and such an inspiration to others

I wonder now how to interact with kids regarding weight but in a constructive helpful way? I instead just say nothing like let them be a kid I guess. I lost the weight as a young adult & gained it back & now am in a weird middle ground of not in shape but not obese either. I am working out again now tho.

  • I am reaching my one month journey on being plant based. We have been relatively clean eaters but this journey has definitely been an eye opener. The cutting out meat wasn’t difficult but having to look at other things to verify there was no dairy has definitely been a challenge. My 2yr old is my why through all of this. This past year I have been having MS flareups and a knee injury that has made it hard for me to walk. I’m hoping I can start working out and building up my strength to get back to me! Thank you for sharing your journey.

  • What exactly is Custokebon Secrets? How does this thing really work? I see many people keep on speaking about this popular fat burn diet plan.

  • What a strong brave woman. The fact she shares this part of her life shows her depth and courage. Beautiful on the inside and out. People like this help renew my faith in humanity. Life is tough but it’s up to us to be who we want to be. Thank you for posting this.

  • Don’t hate yourself for your past, you are healthy and beautiful now, that dark road led you to this great time in your life and the truth about mainstream and what is considered the norm. You have figured out why most ppl don’t know what is making them so unhappy and unhealthy and you are now reaching out to the average people who haven’t yet found this knowledge or level and you are helping them level up like you did. This is what being human is supposed to look like. Thank you for loving yourself enough to transform and loving others enough to share. love your content and love your vulnerability and your journey has gotten you to a healthy place where you are beautiful inside out. Love the process, love your self, love the journey, love life

  • Show some love on my video, so that i can transform myself too. i will work my ass of.

  • As a guy, I’m not quite overweight, but I’m not how I want to look either, because I love sugar & comfort food too. I’m inspired by your story. Well done in what you accomplished. Question is, can I do what you’ve done? We’ll see….to be continued…

  • Thank you for sharing The thruth bless you it’s so true weight lifting is a Life style not a sport I’m just starting My journey started 6 MOS ago a Long Walk thru the this especially being a senior thank beautiful young woman

  • Thank you for your bravery and speaking to your personal experiences. I didn’t really love my body until after I had my boys. I now have a appreciation for what my body can accomplish. These days I rock a bikini with stretch marks, flat chest, and all .

  • After my father passed away when I was a kid I had the same issue with eating to coop with sadness and I eventually became ‘the fat friend’
The thing that helped me was finding other stuff to do like my work, school and going to the gym and now I’m ‘the big trained guy’ and I’ve never felt beter mentally and physically

  • Honey, don’t be mad at yourself back then. You didn’t have the information you have now back then. You were just doing the best you could back then. You arrived now, and that is all that counts lovely. Forgive your former self for just not knowing, and that was not her fault (back then). It sounds like you have done the best you could at every stage of your growth and evolution. Thanks for sharing your journey with us today. It means a lot to hear your journey and compare it to mine. I too saw a major difference in my health when I gave up eggs and dairy. Thanks for your honesty. If you don’t know about Dr Kelly Brogan she may be of help to you on your journey…she has a youtube channel, and has a book called: A Mind of Your Own

  • Wow! I love hearing her entire story! Personally responsibility is so important❤️ Beautiful to hear her talk about all her “click moments”

  • I love this video. I was very fat growing up and everyone thought I’d be a big boy when I grew up and then I became addicted to drugs and lost a lot of weight and loved having a six pack so when I gave up drugs I started lifting weights and dieting and I looked super good but I picked up a new addiction which was cutting myself. I cut alllllll over my body where I don’t like how I look!!! So basically my whole body!!!! Now I have massive scars everywhere and it stops me from being able to take my shirt off anywhere!!! It gets better!!!! I promise! Keep fighting cause you are you and you are perfect in so many ways!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

  • Its so sad that this little girl didn’t like herself and blamed herself for her weight. Its not her fault. The parents didn’t seem to help when she needed it the most. Parents are not “loving” their children by feed them junk food or uses it as a “reward” to get them to do something. “Hey, if you clean your room for mommy, I’ll make you some cookies.” You know it happens. There always has to be a “want to” in you to change. Others can help you to lose weight, but if its not in you to change, it will never happen. A mind changer has to come from the person themselves..then…miracles happen. Good for you Lyss!!

  • Great content as usual. Every single I am getting inspired by your videos therefore my mindset has changed alot since I discovered this channel and others like this one. I hope this is a sumplement here

  • Ive got better transformations and no steroids usage… IG @sergiumax, it’s public profile, not clickbait, but you if like, do a double tap if you wish:)

  • I have always linked word ‘diet’ with starvation, until I discoverd website *Next Level Diet*. With their diet plan, I am never hungry and I am still losing weight. Amazing!!!

  • Erin,
I watched your video last night and when you started crying my heart broke for you. I just wanted to hug you. I have the same issues with food and my body. I honestly felt like I was listening to me. I am very rigid and my mental state is affected. I just want to think about other things in my life than food and exercise. I am trying to eat less meat. I only eat chicken, eggs and fish currently. I eat very healthy but for some reason when I eat raw veggies and beans my stomach revolts and gets so gassy. I have tried everything, any advice? You are so positive light and I am grateful I found your site!

  • During my transformation I used Lifesum to track my calories.
Just type in your age, height, gender and more and it’ll give you, your goal to reach your desired physique!
    GET 30% OFF:

  • I love the way you explained things towards the end: “your body may be getting food, but it’s not getting fuel”. So simple but powerful to think about. I’ve been vegan for a few months now and I feel better than I ever have! Thank you for the content you put out, I am loving it so far!

  • I have trained as a bodybuilder for almost 5 years now. And I can say that this is BS. You can’t lose 15KG in 3 months without putting your body on a huge calorie deficits whilst also building lean muscle. The only way would be to lose approx 2kg a month with high protein intake to preserve the lean muscle you build threw out those 3 months. But then he’d only lose 6 kg and build a base layer of muscles.

To be honest to me it looks more like 6 to 8 months. And for views he says 3 months.
    I smell BS.

  • All of that pain could have been avoided if the parents had taken control and set a good example from the beginning. I was one of those fat pudgy babies that some of you think is so cute! I find nothing cute about it. I’ve struggle with my weight all my life. My relationship with food is far more healthy as I’ve got older but losing weight is almost impossible. It takes me years to do what other manage so quickly. When I had my own children I vowed I’d never let them become fat. As a family we enjoy eating together and we love to talk about food but all the time they were growing up we had good square meals with no snacking in between unless you were really hungry then you ate a piece of fruit. As adults they maintain a healthy weight. Parents are the key to the good habits about eating. My heart goes out to this lady. What an inspiration she is but what a lot of un necessary pain and anguish she went through.

  • Being completely isolated no friends or family. Just having my husband and 3 children makes weight loss challenging I have reached an all time high in my weight and I am struggling so hard this gives me hope ty

  • Ache ache Bodybuilder digajj bhi asi knowledge nahi dete saket bro bahut chotti si umer bahut achi useful information dete ho bro god bless you bro ❤

  • Of course you are gorgeous in EVERY photo, but I can tell in this video you are finally comfy in your own body now. Thanks so much for sharing your journey!

  • 11% body fat for a woman is not healthy. Hopefully she’s gained some of that body fat back and it was just for a competition. Her hormones will be all messed up maintaining that low of body fat.

  • When wealth is lost, nothing is lost; when health is lost, something is lost; when character is lost, all is lost.-billy graham, that’s all that needs to be said.

  • The lines at 0.31, those are the same lines that i had stuck on the wall right above which i had my workout plan. Those are very motivational lines and this is the first time i am seeing someone else as well using these same lines for inspiration. Very true words with very deep meaning.

  • I think I have some sort of orthorexia.:( how did you overcame it? I get anxious when people invite me out and always worry I won’t find healthy food there. Or that I am loosing control over my regimen and what goes into my body.

  • When I see stories like this just makes be motivated change my wife to go to the gym workout eating healthy to live a better life in general Amazing Story thank you for the inspirational story

  • Must visit for extreme weight loss ideas, recipes and plans

  • Great video man! Finally someone knowledgeable talking sense. I think it would make more sense to add a little extra cardio at the end of the cut, be it LISS or HIIT (which can tire you). But all in all as you said, it doesn’t matter how you create the calorie deficit, either through fewer calories or increasing a little cardio. Keep up the good work.

  • You are beautiful…. You were beautiful at ever stage but thank you for being so transparent with your story. Never ever be ashamed. We are all doing the best we can with what we have. I’m having a really bad time at the moment and I’m going to try and take some of your suggestions and try to get better. Thank you beautiful. xoxoxox

  • Congratulations LYSS!! YOU ARE AN AMAZING WOMEN!! And YOU ALWAYS HAVE BEEN!!!! You just chose to SHOW IT ON THE OUTSIDE, to LET THE WORLD SEE, WHO that Gorgeous girl, was a HIDING behind that oh so common mask of many layers, for the many years previously.. YOU are smart kind, funny, loving, sincere, and compassionate, traits that the majority of the planet NEED, WANT, & SPECIFICALLY LOOK FOR in THEIR OWN friendships relationships, employers, employees, and coworkers!!! ANYWAYS, NOT WHAT THE SCALES SAYS, That is, if THEY ARE A PERSON That has DEPTH OF CHARACTER, INTEGRITY, & REAL SUBSTANCE.. IT IS THESE EXACT TRAITS THAT WILL ALWAYS REIGN SUPREME!!! THAT IS WHAT IS TRULY IMPORTANT!! NO PERSON on this planet HAS ANY RIGHT TO dismiss, disregard, disrespect, devalue, OR make fun of, an overweight person!! Are they SO IGNORANT to NOT KNOW, that overweight people ALREADY KNOW THEY ARE OVERWEIGHT, and treat themselves as second class citizens, OR PERHAPS WORSE, IN MANY CASES.. IT IS THE SAD, SHALLOW, RUDE, DEROGATORY, ELITEST, ARROGANT NASTY & BEYOND Unwarranted, and UNACCEPTABLE behaviors, including looks, comments, attitudes, and Disgustingly disrespectful treatment because you had extra weight on your body.. I AM SO PROUD OF YOU, FOR YOUR STRENGTH, TENACITY, FORTITUDE, AND COURAGE TO TAKE ON THE CHALLENGE, to begin to APPRECIATE YOUR OUTER SELF, by making it as Outstanding, and the Amazingly Beautiful Temple, as is your heart, mind, and spirit have ALWAYS BEEN.. You are TRULY an INSPIRATION!!!

  • Thank you for sharing and being brave to be yourself on your journey! Very inspirational. Do you drink coffee at all or have cut that out?

  • I’m sorry for your sadness but don’t you think it made you get smart faster. Be kind to yourself. You’re doing wonderful things you can be proud of and youthful naivity should be forgiven. You look beautiful.

  • the minute you cried… my tears just started to fall at an instant. I just subscribed and watched this the first time and I don’t even know you or your background but you touched my life. I’m struggling to be vegan…Im watching this through and through.

  • Thank you for sharing on such a real level. I’m at a cross road and I just feel like I can’t go total vegan o r raw vegan but want to so badly. I will keep watching and pray for strength

  • This is what taking responsibility and having accountability looks and sounds like, y’all. For 99% of people who are fat are fat because THEY did it; now UNDO it. This video is amazing. I complain about getting from 33″ to 31″ and this guy is losing a hundred pounds and isn’t complaining about the journey. I need this in my life.

  • Great but i think getting lose skin depends on genetic. I’m 256 pounds now, started training first aprik this year about 271 pounds. My goal is 200 pounds but i don’t believe i will never get lose skin thanks to genetic and my childhood experience. I use to play fotball between my 18 and 23 i also use to do crzy powerlifting such as squats, deadlift, millitary press and bench press. This is amazing but i do love to understand ppl losing lots of weight short amount of time incrieasis the risk of getting extra skin. Why not insteat of just losing fat start building muscle and lose slowly fat at the same time. In sacenrio you would weight more and be more muscler and wouldn’t worry about lose skin. Great job buddy

  • I am so glad I found this video! My story is very similar and I’m still on my journey to finding health and my purpose! I’d love to see your video on hormones and birth control and irregular periods! I’m actually going through that rn and am on 2 forms of bc but want to get off both and try to change it myself. Thank you for sharing your story! I’m going to share this video with my twin sister who’s story is also similar! Thanks love!

  • Hi Erin! Thank you so much for vulnerably sharing your journey:-) so beautiful to hear your connected path to your body mind and heart! I am an acupuncturist and whole food nutritionist and am just seeing you for the first time! Grateful for you lady. Thrive on! ♥️

  • Weight lose is one thing, but if you have so much flab even after exercise and skin reduction is expensive, how can anyone finish the hard work.
My best friend did it but couldn’t afford the flabby skin to be removed….and its wasnt a little bit of flabby skin it was massive. How does any get rid of that

  • Stories like this is have two sides!! Some get motivated and vast get depressed for being over sized!!

Com on people who said fat people are not happy??? Life is not about having six pics or shredded or being fat!! Just learn to live with it!! Don’t try to loose weight to impress others!! Make it for ur own self satisfaction!!

And all these hard diets without what u desire to eat!! That sacrifice really worth it? Or is it better to do boats workin out and eat what I like?? Don’t get upset because u are fat!!

  • Erin, thank you. Thank you for being so real and brave to share your life journey the way you did. It’s not easy to reflect on some of the most challenging times from our past. When I neared the end of your video (this is the first of your videos I’ve watched), I saw a very strong woman. Congratulations on your baby! You really are so brave ❤︎

  • Same journey although now I’m postpartum and during the pandemic it is hard to make sure my diet is healthy on my own. I have no time to source my food and prep it and I’m hungry all the time with feeding my son… any tips? I am so scared of getting on the wrong path again and gaining to much weight and being unhealthy

  • It’s really something to see when someone has the courage to say what you don’t. I used to live with every mirror in my home covered with a t-shirt or a blanket so I wouldn’t have to look at myself. This is so powerful especially now that I’m a single dad this really hits home for me.

  • I like it was a gradual change. Your approach is doable. Meat then dairy then eggs. Have been inspired to give it a try. I also came across Krocks in the kitchen channel.

  • It’s funny when Tal says overweight guy to lean or skinny guy, skinny guy to lean guy, overweight girl to fit girl but not lean? Who said girls can’t be lean?

  • U cleared my doubts nd can u tell me how shld i built muscles at home and my height is 5’11” and my weight is 57 kg and my body fat is 19% what shld i do to reduce this fat and put on some muscle.

  • Wow, this is one of the most touching videos I’ve ever seen! Thank you so much for telling us your marvelous story. I’m so inspired by you. From Chile

  • Really interesting video. I’m going to have another go at being a vegan soon and this video has made me feel like it’s really doable.

  • The people in the vid: eating salad
Normal people: eating healthy but have some snacks
Me: What did you say? I was busy eating my popcorn and chips

  • I’m kinda fat too. (20kg overweight)
But you see…it’s not a bad thing. I have friends who smoke, take drugs and stuff…but they look amazing. I’d rather be fat and kinda healthy than thin (and looking amazing) and realy unhealthy.
    So guys.
Don’t think you have to be perfect. You just have to know when to stop.

  • i had bariatric surgery june 24th 2020 i used to lift weights and body build a little 30 years ago i was in a accident 10 years ago and gains 100 pounds so i wonder how do u eat now that u are training and have had the surgery do u find it hard to get calories in wit a reduced stomach idk what the future is gonna bring for me but i can only eat like a 1/4 of a cup of food at one time

  • I’m glad you took the time to share your philosophy cos I think it’s really really important for people to know that this is so much more than a crash diet. You made such wonderful points about going slow and not being rigid which I completely agree with. As a physician, it’s hard for me to deny the science but I eat meat between 2-3times a month because it’s sometimes part of a social contract (if I go for dinner at a family member’s home and they slaved for hours on a meat dish for everyone to enjoy, I’d have a bite) cos I think a relaxed and healthy relationship with food is just as important for mental health as a healthy diet. This approach has actually helped my family to become more plant based without feeling threatened or daunted.
I just wanted to say your body has such an amazing capacity to heal, you’ve witnessed this and I can tell you’re starting to understand and celebrate your body more (thanks for sharing this beautiful relationship with us). And by healing your body has clearly forgiven you for those years in college when you didn’t know better. I hope that soon you’ll be less hard on yourself for it, cos your body’s totally cool about it:)

  • Your video caught my attention especially when you commented on irregular periods. My daughter suffers from that. I am wondering if you already made that video? I forwarded this video to her but would like her to see the one you said you were going to be doing. Please let me know if its been done. Really interested in watching it.

  • I subscribed to your channel.. Its very inspirational.. Please also watch my video.. 1 week transformation

  • How the fuck u get all that abs and no arm were u just doing dead lifts and body workouts? Arm day at least 2 times a week minimum nonetheless good shit just ya know u could have gotten way better results in 3

  • Bhai body bnane k liye phle gaining krna jroori hai

Jaise weight gain krke fr jldi muscle bnta hai?
Bhai kya krna chaiyie pls btana.

  • Where are all the people who had a rough childhood? People who have no one to talk to and no family to be there for you. All the things this woman achieved, we can do as well (maybe without beeing that sentimental, that was a bit off). Even thougt it might be more difficult from the start, it is possible. What I did is to make one step at the time. It seriously helped. Starting by trusting people again and conquering the fear to ask for help. Most people out there are happy to support you. And with the right support group and new confidence you will definitely achieve your goals:)

  • Im 15 years old, 175cm tall, 86kg.
    Just started today, 14,may 2020.
I promise myself that i will do train hard every day from this day for the next 3 months.
    Will keep updating this.
    Wish me luck.

  • Why did u use the word ‘fat’ in your title. That word is very hurtful. U could of used other words such as overweight, or plus-sized.

  • I’ve been working on going all plant based. I’m thankful for your story! It’s so inspiring! Where do you land on using any bread products?

  • Thank you! I will share more of my vegan/vegetarian addiction story soon. And, how your story has inspired me back to a path of true health…
    Thank you

  • Aaww Hun don’t cry you’ve inspired me to go back to plant based after 20 yes and Ive been drinking your green smoothie everyday and wow what a change it has made. I sleep better, I have sooooooo much energy it’s unreal!! But the real difference that it has made in my life is my chronic migraines have gone. So thank you x

  • Shout outs to everybody making good decisions that get them closer to living the life they wanna love. It’s awesome to see and hear the story’s of people who reached goals and surpassed their own and others expectations

  • Hello Saket, Greetings! I heared in most of your videos that train your group of muscles twice in a week! Could you please make a video on that? Thank you in advance!

  • Instagram pe support karo: @saketgokhale

BELIEVE. You all can do it. Patience rakho, consistent raho, har roj ek calorie deficit mein khao. Make me proud everyone❤️

  • Don’t be ashamed of the journey. It is a testimony to where you came from and where you are going. Learning from other’s lessons and mistakes makes us all better humans.

  • Great

Please kindly could you tell me what kind of foods you are eating? Because I do almost fasting and didn’t lose much weight..

  • Quick question bro I do like like 15km steps a day and eat boil eggs and green tea in morning
Olive oil fried egg and roti and green tea and oats and green in the lunch
    Am I doing good?

  • well done! I love that list I wish I had your skin! that I cannot change, but definitely inspired by your story and thank you for sharing it

  • Don’t worry. You don’t need make-up. You are adorable both inside and out. You don’t need make-up, my dear. You are so strong! Believe it!

  • I am truly inspired…I came on YouTube today to look for a good change in my life I maybe lacking. Your video came into my feed. I laughed, I cried and experienced the greatness of moving into the most beautiful healthy direction from and in your video. You are amazing. Thank you so much.

  • What a truly inspiring story Lyss, amazing job and I hope that this video shows people out there that no matter what the situation you’re in, things can always be done to fix it.

  • I’ve really enjoyed your channel! It’s so uplifting and positive and I love that you don’t use processed vegan food, just clean whole food! I have watched a lot of other vegan channels and yours is the BEST!! Plus, it is fun to watch Max grow up so healthy on whole food! I so wish I had fed my kids better when they were little! They are all grown up now but it is so good to see young parents making such a positive impact on their kids future by feeding them so healthy!!!

  • I’m on my second week in the gym. Seeing you fail that last rep on the squat rack inspired me to push as hard as I can until I can’t push no more. That was solid grit.

  • You are so great and strong :) not everyone can step outside of the boxes and completely change from the inside out and you did it:)

I find myself gain weight with plenty of sweet fruits included:) if you really want to gain weight maybe give it a try:) and I’m lazy cat which means I don’t exercise that’s why I gain weight, oh btw I’m a vegan too:) you are not alone

  • My mom kept gaining weight but her body wouldn’t let her lose it so she needed to have surgery and she looks way different she went from a XL to a M I love her ❤️

  • suggest which protien to take.idk which protien to take muscle blaze or idk i and loosing my weight along with gaining muscles so can u help me please

  • Hi I wanted to know if your son is vegan as well. I’m torn because I want to move towards a vegan life style but not sure if I should for my 3 year old. And If your son does follow your vegan life style what can you recommend as a guide to make sure he is fed a balanced diet.

  • OMG, I wanted to crawl through my lap top and wrap you in a hug. You are SO brave and strong. Thank you so much for being so vulnerable and sharing your story. I began making the transition to WFPB in May and still need to cut out cheese. I’m excited to follow you on IG and watch more of your videos for meal ideas. Sending you lots of love.

  • YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU JUST DID FOR ME! Everything you just mentioned is the exact same thing thats been going on with me. Doctors continue to tell me that I’m fine, but I still have all these symptoms. You’ve inspired me so much. Thank you for being raw and emotional because it helps us understand how far you’ve come.

  • Black men need to stop allow these women to stop giving them kids that they didn’t ask for or plan. Protect ya’ll self all the time and at all cost. The weight of the responsibility when he’s just a kid himself a child having a child. And definitely not financially, emotionally or mentally ready. It’s scary becoming a parent even as an adult far more a teenager. I just glad he turned it around good for him…

  • I just came across your video since it popped up as a recommendation. Fantastic story! I just started eating Whole Foods myself, getting away from processed and so far I feel so much better. I ate nothing but fast food for years and hated myself for it. But now, things are changing. I’m not sure if I could do the whole vegan thing but maybe my mind will change down the road. Thanks for sharing your history with food and I wish you the best on your journey.

  • This was a definition + some volume. Inside that fat was a lot of muscle. He only had to lose weight and keep the muscle he already had.

  • Not trying to brag but I can lose like 10 pounds in like 2days without exercising and I think that you lose weight slower by exercising because you also gain weight from exercising because your slowly getting muslce

  • Why do these videos always show the before and after on little cellphone screens from far away? Show the pics full screen. We don’t need to see her talking the whole time.

  • The end result looks like anorexia. I am a long distance runner and when I was at 7.7% BF, I looked muscular and healthy, anything but anorexic.

  • I think every pretty fat girl is the groups funny life line. Shes every guys “I like her but shes big” and every girls “if she was skinny she’d be real competition”… I was that girl and heard both of those shallow comments from “friends” I was way confident though and it made me a little different. I didn’t hit the reality of being big until I had kids and now at 30 married with 3 young boys I’m working up to my surgery date. Its a struggle but I believe this tool will help me find my confidence and get healthy again. I’m more than ready to live my life again.

  • I’m doing weight loss and I’m already 10 pounds down (Ik not a lot) I’m proud of myself tho have a little ways to go but still working

  • I’m 43 and have struggled with my weight my entire life. Was 235 lbs at 5’10. Went on WW and starting running and weight training. Got down to 157 lbs and felt great! That was 10 years ago. Over the past 10 years i kept gaining and losing 20 lbs. Now I’m back up to 240 again and feel terrible about myself. I hate this constant battle. It makes me so sad and depressed about myself yet I do nothing about it. I just can’t get myself back on track even though I desperately want to.

  • Saket I have a query that is it possible to build six pack abs without any protein powder and other supplements………. Can’t we build it by eating available vegetables and other stuff

  • I started my Whole food plant based lifestyle may 28th. I was super obese and had weight loss surgery to lose weight. I lost a total of 160 lbs but still eating the sad diet. My mental health was still terrible so we increased my meds. The meds increased my appetite causing a 50 lb weight increase over like 4 months. That was like a year ago. May 28 that day we had our first WFPB meal. Since then I have taken up running again and biking. I have lost some weight but you are right it’s about how you feel and look

  • Good video, thank you for sharing. I’ve only recently started my plant based journey a few month’s ago and so far so good. Although I’ve only lost about 10 pnds to date, the greater accomplishment is the decrease in daily headaches which has plagued my life for almost 2 decades. Ultimately I want to transition to a majority raw diet, but not rushing the process. Sustainability is the goal.
Thank you for sharing once again. Ive learned a few new things helpful to my own journey

  • Iss chomu ko mat suno bhailog.
Running karo roj 5 km aur dhire dhire badhao 15 din me fark dikhega.
Ye sab log sale apne follower badhane ke liye gyan batate hai. Aur army endurance exercises karo.
    Fark dikhega bro log

  • Amazing story but I must be honest she is one of the many amazing women today that is beautiful either way. She sooo cute in the before picture and beautiful today! Glad she is happy on the inside now too though! Great job!

  • Please make a video for Diabetic viewers as well. We are restricted to only 1 g/ body weight of carbs. So pls explain how shall we manage our macros and micros through our fat burning process. Thanks

  • Follow my friend on instagram, his @ is madstregnth he started lifting weights 2 years ago and went from super skinny to super buff

  • Becoming a female bodybuilder is tough beyond words because women naturally have less muscle/more fat percentage than men. It takes longer to build muscle and bring about change. Any guy who watches this video and has anything but positive things to say about this girl go fu*k yourself.

  • I’m in my second week in the gym. This hit me hard. I’ve eased my way into the gym and today I hit it hard. The hardest yet. I pushed myself to the edge. Seeing your story was the fuel I needed. When you said going outside with your son wouldn’t have happened had you not made this choice, hit me hard. Oh and by the way, my sons name is Trey as well. He is in one of my fishing videos on my channel. Thanks for this man.

  • Agree with Melody. Thank you so much for sharing this story (and the emotions that come along with it). This will help many people. I am very interested in hearing about the hormonal part of your experience. Big Hugs and be blessed.

  • Dieta de 17 Dias, nao acreditei no começo mais com persistencia consegui perder 5 kilos

  • You guys are jerks who comment on xtra skin. He is good looking and healthy not perfect. There is no person that is perfect out there. This guy is body positivity at its core. What it should be. He is real and unedited. People who comment negatively should post there pictures if you think your so amazing

  • Your story really hits home for me. I had high cholesterol as a small child and always conscious of what I was eating because of it. My family and I never knew what we thought was helping wasn’t. It wasn’t until my Dad was diagnosed with cancer that we really started looking at what we ate and if eating could be medicine. I had to work my way toward a fully vegan lifestyle and I still struggle with cravings but I know what my body really needs. Its so nice to follow someone who has had a similar journey. Thank you for being so raw and real.

  • She has a loving supportive now and then she just needed to believe in herself and shoot for that star best wishes to your current and future endeavors Lyss!

  • When I saw your workout clothes in the photos I really thought how great they make you look. Please will you tell me where can I buy them they look so cool, I am also just starting my workouts now and I really want to get some great workout outfits, I’m considering going vegan and I really want some help and advice in this area please, I’m running and weight around 13 and a half stone I’ve always fluctuated in my weight I would flipflop between 10stone and 11stone. Thanks Laura in uk

  • I have horrible digestion partly due to a malformation in my large intestine but it has magnified as a postpartum woman. I know my diet makes the diff. I am not sure if that much fiber would be good or bad for me. I am trying to cut out dairy and processed wheat from my family what’s the best replacements to start this with as the first step of my journey? Should I start elsewhere?

  • Hello Saket! I’m still confused about how much calories should I take. Can you please help?
    Age 27years
    Sex Female
    Height 155cm
    Current weight 71kg
Started working out 6days a week with 5kg dumbbells only.If you please can tell me,it’ll be a real help.Thank you.

  • You should never hate any time in your life…it sounded like you NEEDED that time so that you could see the difference for yourself. It gave you a real testimony.

  • Tal: He went from skinny to a muscular horse
My mind: Ehh is that really a win
    * Looks at my skinny body then a horse picture *
After me: Yeah never mind a horse is much better looking then i am

  • Hey Saket. I see many of your videos and I find them to be much much relative. Thanks a lot for all these stuff which would have taken a lot of time for me to research on.
    I need a little help.
I am 24, 165cm, 55kgs. I have 188% fat around my belly and hips and much skinny on the upper body. Have good calfs as I have played sports most of my life.

This was my info. I wanted just one answer brother.

Do I first gain the muscle mass or do I first drop the higher fat percentage I have?

Just this answer, other details I will see from your other videos.

    Thanks a lot in advance.

  • Thank-you for your video. You look amazing and are an inspiration to me.
I’m pretty much vegan I had to move last week and ate the way I used to and felt horrible so back to vegan for me.

  • When she said “if you have a pile of tools in front you they’re not gonna build you a house” got me! Really got me. I’m gonna get my life back!

  • I’m going to use that exact same list. I know i’m going to be ashamed at first, but i don’t care what my girl thinks of me, if it helps me shed pounds, i’m putting on my own damn bra.

  • A very special, clear and interesting video. Thank you. You have a gift to share a lot of info without sounding annoying, fake or about yourself. Addrenal fatique was a golden nugget for me.

  • Love his story. Also love his “pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever” tattoo because that’s what I used to say to myself when I started going to the gym. Love it, just love it.

  • This video has opened my eyes. Thank you so much! You are strong and beautiful. God bless you!!!!!!!! Please continue to share your story ❤️

  • Brilliant video. Iv just come across your channel. I was a meat eater then went veggie then vegan for 2 years.

I then met my bf, hes south african and enjoys his meat and i wasnt will powered enough to stick to my vegan diet.

To be honest i dont eat tons of meat, most of the time its fish aand eggs.

But currently im on a week away doing a petsitting job and having time to reflect alone. I know something needs to change and my ethics are messed up.

Im planning to go back to the vegan diet asap and your video is motivating. Like yourself iv gained weight and unfortunately due to being overworked on my feet and possibly the weight i got chronic plantar fasciitis in my foot making it hard to do stand or walk… so my exercise has been limited. Iv recently got an exercise bike and hoping i can lose weight on that as well as a plant based diet. Atm im still tracking calories on my fitness pal app. X

  • PATA! You are an amazing woman and your honesty only adds to the charm. It’s special to watch you overcome your demons. You are blessed to have such a supportive family. Know your own strength and value. Thank you for sharing!

  • We have had ripped bodies since 1940’s.Counting calories starting a couple of years ago.Go figure,,,Don’t believe in calorie counting,Eat 60-70 gms of protein per day in divided meals, eat low carbs and lot of veggies….

  • But why we need to burn calories? , We get colories from every nitrition like fats, carbs, protein, & when if we burn calories, that doesn’t burning our proteins too?? I am confused plz can any one explain me plz❤️
