What is the best way to get started back up? Ive been praying for motivation but idk.. I still feel so lethargic

  • Your videos are amazing. You are such an inspiration to me and many other people. I love how you aren’t afraid to show your love and compassion for God in your videos because you know that some people aren’t going to agree with that. But you know what you do it anyways and I absolutely, completely, totally admire you for that. I my self am also a Christian who loves fitness and I am young as well as you are. The amount of maturity you have is crazy. I have never seen someone your age have the dedication that you do.

  • a tip that works for me is limit 3 main meals to around 300 calories to allow for a treat. I didn’t put a pound on last christmas and I indulged when I fancied something and still ate out but keep as close to 300 calories per meal x

  • Whitney can you please explain how protein shakes work? LolI’m getting into working out and changing my lifestyle and I want to try a protein shake but I just don’t know where to start. • i have an allergy on grass. its hard for me to run the mile because grass makes it harder for me to breathe, then i get sorta bad mile times. Any tips so I could get a new mile time?

  • I’m a new subscriber and girl, wooo!! Your so funny, had a little laugh, even had the dog look at me like “what you laughing at”. Love your vibe! I’ll be back!

  • that awkward moment when I watch this after thanksgiving and I’ve already starved myself all day and stuffed my face at dinner… oops

  • Thank you soooo much! In the beginning of November, I start STRESSING about all of the holiday food and parties coming up over the next couple of months. This year, I already am struggling so much less than I normally do because of LSF. On Thanksgiving morning, my family usually eats cinnamon rolls or bacon, eggs, and waffles. Usually, I either indulge and feel guilty or eat my usual breakfast of oatmeal and feel sorry for myself. THIS year, I made your coconut flour pancakes for the whole family, and everyone loved them and felt great all day. I just got the Guiltless Nutrition Guide, and I’m already in love with it. Add that to the HBSG and the Sleigh the Holiday Challenge, and I know I’ll be good to go. For the first time in ten years, my weight and my health have felt stable and manageable, and that is because of LSF, so thank you, thank you, thank you! I really feel like God brought your program into my life:)

  • These tips are great, and so true! I always try to bring the desserts and make them as healthy as possible which can be particularly easy because I’m allergic to dairy, eggs, and nuts. I’m just very worried about my carb intake for the most part. To help this, I’m going to make some mashed cauliflower and try to eat that instead of all the sweet potatoes. Hoping that helps! Hope you have a great Thanksgiving!

  • The reason ILY & follow you so closely is bc of that last tip right there! I have earned my best fitness results by NOT depriving myself, but by enjoying myself & keeping my goals in mind. I love that you’re realistic bc it’s so much more encouraging than people who leave no wiggle room for even 100 calories of a “cheat snack” lol keep up the good work, girlfriend!

  • So I just downloaded Pump Up and finished a customized workout. I’m so pleased with how user friendly this app is… It takes so much stress off my shoulders knowing that this app comes up with great and efficient workouts for me with my options of being at home and only having Dumbbells… Also it tracks calories burned… I’m glad you shared this app with us!!!! It’s awesome and makes me feel better equipped to make a lifestyle change! I also am following you on Pump up and wanted to say that you are an inspirational!! Well…Not just for your fitness advice, but from your health conscious living, your faith and love for God….basically you as a whole person. You are honestly my favorite Youtuber! You are great at what you do… I’m so glad I found genuine flower through the weeds of YouTube.
