  • “Get enough sleep” as if it’s just that simple. What about when you wake up not having gotten enough sleep and can’t fall back asleep? And you go to bed at the same time every night, but due to inconsistent and often poor sleep, you wake up at wildly varying times?

    This video is just stupid obvious shit that anyone with serious sleep trouble would have tried already. Like, if you’re consistently waking up tired, it’s probably a problem more entrenched than having poor sleep hygiene.

  • Another way is to set a timer when you will go to sleep and when it will ring, you can switch it of and go to sleep my trick that I do before going to bed

  • I downloaded flux a while ago for my computer. Lots of glitches with flashing, and when you uninstall the program your computer stays orange. So you have to constantly click the task bar to make the screen normal every couple minutes.

  • I recommend trying peaceful and productive routines to figure out what works. Well, I am an early person and I tried „peaceful“ morning routines, but I figured out that I have to be productive immediately. Otherwise a peaceful morning becomes a lazy day.
