  • Too bad the Arrow writers failed his dedication. The first 3 seasons were great, after that….not so much. Same with the Flash. Flash is so bad now it is unwatchable.

  • If you are implying steroids are needed to achieve this at 5’8″ and 172lbs… You seriously need to rethink your training and nutrition strategy.

  • Hey Mark, perhaps you could also include what certain vitamins do. Yea, you probably do. Just wanted you to know that I got better teeth by adding vitamin D and a lot of greens, not calcium.

After two months of vitamin D my teeth got whiter, and I’m pretty sure my cavities are healing. This was an unexpected side effect. Have you looked into that?

  • ❤️ ❤️ Me: watches body transformation vid for Stephen Amell
My friend: what shirt was he wearing?
    Me: umm… none?

  • Epic job!! I’m assuming from what you said that you really make all of the compound lifts (squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press etc) central to your training? Have you focused much on strength gains with lower reps or or are you more in the 8-12 rep range? Thanks for sharing your story, helps keep me motivated!

  • Lee it is not Legal for sale in the UK, however it is legal to import and possess. You have to loook elsewhere, I believe Canada is a big seller. I have bought some from NutraPlanet, com will let you know when it arrives.

  • I don’t think in any of the Green Arrow episodes he actually has a stunt double he does all his own stunts and archery real badass real life vigilante

  • Damn….that looks impossible to keep up with ….only actors and athletes who are paid to spend 6hra in the gym have the time to dedicate to that level of fitness

  • There was several days that I trained fasted. For protein I have always aimed for 1g per LEAN body mass and fat changed as for the first few months I did Keto (which I don’t recommend). On keto I was getting around 120-150g of fat a day. Now I aim for 0.5g per lb of TOTAL body mass. Calories have never gone below 2200.

  • LOL. I didn’t intend the title to mean mine was better than Dan’s. I made two tranformation videos, and the first wasn’t that good. So I made another one the following weekend, and added “Better” to the beginning of the title. Dan’s transformation was amazing-more fat lost and more muscle built!

  • I would hazard a guess at your 30s given that the person has trained since their teens / early twenties. Most athletes in any sport tend to peak around their late 20s / early 30s.

Bodybuilders tend to peak later in life as muscle growth is greatly proportional to time spent training.

  • Tempest free running academy where people like flip Rodriguez and Jesse la flair train at and sometimes they even have a pro jam session.

  • I didn’t even know you had been getting kind of heat. A lot of people just don’t want to credit hard work, maybe even because of something lacking within themselves. It’s easier for them to say it’s roids than to admit they don’t have the will power, grit, and determination to accomplish what you have accomplished. The more popular your channel gets, the more haters and trolls you will have. Don’t let it get to you brother. Those of us who have watched all of your hard work know what’s up.

  • I have lost 150 LBS with fasting and getting out away from food first thing starting my day hydrating with water and exercise phones off.

  • Damn i always thought there is no replacement for wolverine ever. No one on this planet can replace arrow now. Amell rocks… Sad that is has ended

  • Really well done on your hard work and transformation. What did you do to help shift those love handles, I lost a few stones but was left with the love handles, so any ideas?

  • Awesome video Dan, I’m at about where you were in your middle picture and about to start keto. It’s cool to see another northern lad with the same build who’s already smashed it. Thanks for sharing!

  • Thank you so much for all your research, my daughter met you in an interview
at Hopkins and we are impressed with your work.
Blessing to you and your family.

  • Personally I think he deserves a another shot cause he nailed it I love the show arrow what I mean by he deserves another shot is I not in a rude way just didn’t like the whole everybody became a vigilante kinda ruined it for me I think he deserves an arrow movie just cause although the show wasn’t cheap if it woulda had more money that woulda been perfect…

  • Bro, I have been training calisthenics for around a year now. I cut out all sugar other than natural carbohydrates such as an apple from my diet about 8.5 months ago. I absolutely LOVE calisthenics and street workout and I also love the arrow. Do you have any idea of what I feels like to find out that the arrow does the EXACT SAME THING you’ve been doing? You feel incredible. He’s literally my idol now.

  • I’m more impressed with someone that can do 30 pull ups than bench 300lbs someone who cant bench 300lbs. jk. In all seriousness though benching 300 is not just for show. Sure doing bodyweight exercises are important but what happens when you need to lift something heavier than your body? Im more impressed with someone that can bench 300 then a toothpick that can do pull ups. To each his own i guess.

  • Love to see your throwback pics & vids, your personality, your super inspiring story, and your beautiful face! This video was highly motivating to me

  • Im in constant pain even when I do leg lift just about five time its painful that night or the next day……. I dont want to loose my shape…

  • Hey man. I really need to put an annotation on this video, I really don’t endorse the keto diet, I have had much better results through eating a balanced diet (protein, carbs and fats)… and I would recommend you do that too!

  • If you do not have arthritis, you can do, prevent is possible.
if you have arthritis, recovery medicine is the only way can do. go to google to find a medicine for recovery.

  • I thought that may be the case like coz it was so tough to find, although i have seen it somehwere in person but cant think where. do you know why it is banned?

  • This man is a god… literally… 31 yo and then older and older and he is still a beast. But not like cage or The rock. He is a normal human being with a fantastic and in shape body who trains only enough to stay in shape. He… god he is just amazing. I mean LOOK AT OLIVER QUEEN!

  • This is extremely interesting to me, the notion that there is an explanation for evolutionary memory, and pattern re-cognition. Pattern overlay, memory in essence. That scarcity in food would be associated with memory function; seeking other remembered sources of food, ( and an understanding of time and seasons ). We can then say that scarcity would breed out weaker memories, more stupid animals in times of scarcity. It makes sense then, that locations with less food would then put pressures on creatures (over generations) that require bigger brains.

  • Hi Dan, I’m a Brit living in the USA. I ballooned after I left the Army and am trying to lose weight (fat) with keto. Your video was inspirational, thanks. What was your daily calories and carbs when losing?

  • I am 52 and I am growing younger. I started daily intermittent fasting eight months ago and I have a physical job. Losing weight was not my goal, but that happened. I just want you to know that my eyesight got better. Now I can read the paper without needing reading glasses, that I have used for a few years. Weird. Any research on that? Can you actually grow younger? I totally feel younger and stronger and smarter.
    .
This is very important science. My main improvements came after six months, so it takes time.

  • Falls sie jemand deutsch versteht Warum ist bei den einen Bild der Stern auf der rechten Brust und bei den anderen zwei Bildern auf der linken Brust

  • Counting mackerels is not necessary. In fact, don’t count fish or any other type of animal. Just train hard, eat less, and lower carbs. I dont see how counting mackerel can help in any way, it really doesn’t burn that many calories even if you count 1000 mackerel. Just do cardio instead.
