  • I really enjoyed this podcast. Would be great if you could start a series of podcasts with current professional athletes and how fitness influences these athletes including drug use, diet plans, how team trainers recommend their training, etc.

  • I feel when Pat Mac started talking real detailed about his home life things got a little awkward. That was some real private stuff mayne. Regardless I’m sure it will help alot of people.

  • I recovered from spondyloarthritis, I’m positive for HLA B27. Lots of greens, flax seeds, and minerals from all the greens! Thanks for all the work you do for people who are suffering or used to suffer like me!

  • Aight uh, y’all are gonna hate me for this but. Being obese is not normal. Do not say accept yourself. Obese with can kill you. Now if that obesity isn’t your fault, then sure, accept yourself. But normal obesity is not a good thing

  • 3:19 I needed this girl! Cellulite is a thing I struggle a lot with especially because I am very skinny and hate that I have it but it’s very normal! You are so pretty

  • Can I just say, to all the boys/guys that think they are to skinny, to heavy, or don’t have enough muscle, your wrong there are people out there that love you just how you are, you don’t have to be 6ft and over, and you don’t have to look like the hulk, and if someone tells you that you should, they are not good enough for you.

  • I resonate with your focus on quality vs. quantity and the why of building portfolio for retirement, lifestyle and ability to have more time and means to give back to the community. It’s not a competition….it’s a personal journey and try to enjoy making the journey the best you can for you and your loved ones.

  • If you shame a big girl for going to gym and wearing gym wear ur gross. How you gonna constantly call big women ugly and tell them to work out and when they do work out u shame them

  • Berlin would have been courier duty as a cover as a military liaison. Spent some time at field station Berlin as an Intel weenie! Thanks for the memories!

  • Watching these videos make me feel so much better after seeing a ton of “fat logic” videos in my feed which just shame curvy women and people saying a lil chub is normal (it is) and they make me feel really fat and gross but seeing this gorgeous plus sized and curvy women makes me feel confident and the ED recovery videos are helpful and inspiring:)

  • I LOVE the positivity in this comments section. However I just want to correct something:
0:18 That is not your uterus. It’s a combo of your internal organs and fatty tissue. Your uterus is a lot smaller than you may realize, and it resides a lot lower than that area. It also does not reside directly against your skin so as to reveal a visible shape. Some do not have this bump, but it is still normal if you do!

  • Anyone else suuuper proud of stretch marks? It shows me I’m growing and I love it. Always been proud of these thick thighs. And I have hip dips like literally every other girl. Not bothered at all, keep living

  • These two guys together in one room is the equivalent of Thanos snapping his fingers but instead my balls got dusted and all my testosterone evaporated

  • The BMP might be the Velociraptor of the kit world as far as Mac’s concerned, but for me, it’s the BTR, hands-down. They have a way lower profile, better armor, and all the advantages that come with being an 8×8 wheeled-vic. It’s like a modern-day Canadian/American Coyote LAV, only lower to the ground and less top-heavy.

  • I love Pat Mac, he’s humble he has no need to remind everyone that he was Delta Force unlike a lot of Seals that seem to always remind you that they were Seals.

  • When I was little I used to get bullied for my weight and now I’m glad that being bigger/smaller or just being different is normalizing.

  • Am I the only one who finds hip dips kinda beautiful and had no problem with it, before social media told me that hip dips are ugly?

  • If you think your ugly your so wrong you are beautiful inside and out they might bully you but remember that you know your beautiful and you don’t have to be skinny to be beautiful your body is beautiful no matter what

  • ANTONE THAT BODY SHAMES U IS JEALOUS OF U, U ARE AND AMAZING PERSON AND U CAN DO ANYTHING U WANT BECAUSE YOU ARE AMAZING, EVEN THO I NEVER MET U YOU ARE AN AMAZING PERSON, YOU ARE TO FAT OR YOU ARE NOT TO SKINNY, YOU ARE YOU AND DON’T LET ANYBODY TELL YOU ANY DIFFERENT.

  • you all are right about confidence and body positivity but what is most important it’s health. skinny shaming and fat shaming it’s very wrong, you shouldn’t judge them you should help them to make them more confident. if a bigger woman can’t do some things and it’s being harder in her lifestyle then she should start changing. for the skinny girl is hard too, because when you are skinny it’s so hard to do many things, so if you tell someone eat burger or something like this understand that they might eat the whole mc donalds and still not gain weight because its so hard. and i wish i was skinny because school is coming and i am gonna go to school looking like whale because i ate to much food during quarantine. i have hip dips and fat thighs, and i excersise everyday and try to eat healthy but it doesn’t help, i am getting fatter and fatter everyday…
so whatever you’re size, color or weight you’re always beautiful. eat and don’t be ashamed, people watch you because they wish they was you, they talk beside your back because they don’t have the confidence you have. Stay shinin’ girl, and ignore the haters. Wear whatever you want and don’t starve yourself because starving will make things even worse! ♡♡♡
