I set goals for how many workouts to incorporate into my week and all the way till the end I was still walking, doing yoga and even hiking at 40+ weeks. For nutrition, I knew I needed a lot of protein so I didn’t let that slip and I was sure to balance it with complex carbs. • Thank you for your talk, do you have a book out as I want to follow the diet..? I want to know what kind of vegetable smoothies to make I.e. mixing veg with fruits,!
    Thanks

  • We (humans) actually don’t need fiber or vegetables in our diet ever. We don’t need to eat daily. We virtually have the same GI tract as dogs or wolves. Humans are hyper-carnivores.

  • Microbiome. Everything is growth medium for bacterias. What we eat can be “Selective media” (are used for the growth of only selected microorganisms”. We are selective growing bacterias.

It’s mother fault that children have autism.

  • I’ve been researching treating fibroids naturally and discovered a great website at Kadyn Home Remedy (google it if you are interested)

  • This outstanding scientific and hands on research appears to have a lot in common with that of Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride. I look forward to Katherine Reid publish a book on her recommanded diet plan like Dr. Campbell-McBride did.

  • If you want to see what Chinese
food with msg does to you
Eat a fruit cleansing diet for a few days. I did that several years ago
    and was feeling mellow refeshed
clear. Then I had some restaurant
Chinese food. I immediately felt intense
agitation start at the base of my spine and move up my spine radiating out my whole nervous
system. It was unbearable and unstoppable.
I NEVER ate such food again

  • Are the Tests for sensitivity to gluten/cows pro sensitive enough to pick out the problems. And what r these Tests. Can u reply asap

  • Time running out for HIM. He has to pay his master. Demonic kids clothes. Umm men can’t get pregnant fertility drugs or not lol. Hollywood is totally backwards and it’s all a lie.

  • I went to boarding school in Africa and when we ate meat, it was the size of a grape. Yup, very tiny piece. Same for fish and milk was 50% soy and 50% powdered cow’s milk, egg was twice a month. We ate plenty of rice, beans, potatoes, okra soup, peanut soup with greens in it, pineapple etc and most girls started menstruating between the ages of 13 and 15 and were all very lean. But in USA, many start between 9-11. What a difference.

  • This is definitely interesting. I was hoping that the topic of MTHFR may be discussed. Thanks for emphasizing the importance of organic vs. conventional food/produce. How can we find Katherine’s book?

  • Great presentation by someone who still eats meat and grains and probably legumes andmosl likely doesn’t even know that humans digestive tracts are frugivoorish meaning we are supposed to be eating MOSTLY FRUIT which is the most easily digestible. I have been promoting and forwarding her videos that show the “before” and “after” of her daughter’s behavior once her daughter was on a relatively “clean diet”.

Imagine how healthy we’d all be if we only ate raw fruit and raw vegetables which is what our bodies were designed to absorb, utillize and eliminate. The only need for the medical industry would be to treat us for accidents.

  • Excellent information! But I would like to clarify an item in the list of foods with hidden MSG spices. TRUE spices the ground up roots, barks and seeds from plants do NOT contain MSG. Unfortunately, food labeling laws allow spice-containing mixes to also include things like autolyzed yeast extract and MSG. So you do have to be careful of crappy processed foods that have “spices” on their label. Things like chips, barbecue flavored things, chilis, and packaged foods of many kinds that do NOT use pure wholesome spices.

  • Thanks Dr. Reid REID we agree and some excellent points for further research, big fan of Dr. Gundry and The Plant Paradox (funny how food allergies can screw everything up), also Dr. Georgia Ede and the Sonnenburg’s The Good Gut

  • Thank you. All processed food makes me sick.
When out with friends they know I will not eat. I wrongly suspected the problem was a susceptibility to viral infection but you’ve demonstrated it is MSG.
MSG fogs my mind, weakens my body, disorientates me when driving, then unbalances me as I stand up.
My children say my exceptional health (at 73 years) is genes I say avoidance of processed foods (MSG) is the reason for my outstanding health.
    Thank you Katherine.

  • This women (PhD) has many wonderful presentation skills, however the PowerPoint does not support her effort acting more as distraction. With some help she could be a wonderful presenter and as a result it would have much greater impact. I liked the presentation and feel that it is valuable even for those who may not have a child experiencing autism and I wonder what the boarder implications are for adopting a diet more in keeping with what is recommended.

  • I am not a troll. I love these videos, but the audio is almost always bad. Please consider taking measures to improve the final product of your videos.

  • Someone asked about quinoa and gluten. Dr. Reid incorrectly said quinoa is a grain. Quinoa is a seed and often prepared like a grain. It is actually a member of the spinach, chard and beet family.

  • if you are really constipated and want to poop TODAY & for FREE within 2 hours???

1 teaspoon of salt in a 1 liter (quart?) bottle
drink it all in 5 minutes

and you will start pooping within 30 min and you might go many times for the next 2 hours

  • Thank you for this wonderful research summary. I just want to concur by saying that I have experienced better health as a result of dietary changes.
My fibroids shrunk after cutting out all processed sugars and animal products. (Occasional fish and dark chocolate, but now I will cut out all fish as well.)
My periods are back to being light again and my breasts are no longer tender. Doctors are impressed too.

  • Bacon eggs cheese breakfast followed by chicken for lunch and salmon for dinner and cancer walkathon on weekends that serve meat and sugar and dairy foods at events

  • Celine Dion when a family friend (husband) was surprised to hear her beautiful voice..asked the family to coach her to develope her voice. Agreed. Age of 12 to 14 she practiced daily.she liked him very much..and told him so..he told of his promise to her parents..but she kept pressuring him. At age14 while o tour he gave in to her..they both told her parents & both were in love. The rest is history.

  • Genetic markers this is why vaccines shouldn’t be handed out like freak’n candy to just anyone. I read about a research study where most autistic kids are blood type A and/or Rh Neg and their baby teeth show toxic levels of heavy metals. Also, Rh Negs are only 15% of the population and have an extremely efficient immune system that is easily triggered and can end up on autopilot (autoimmune illnesses). There have been lawsuits where the Hep B vaccine was ruled to have caused a patient’s Lupus. Big Pharma/Healthcare is protected by their BOUGHT politicians now and can’t be sued for negligence.

My family is full of blood type A Rh Neg & Pos. We are fully vaxxed & we have autoimmune illnesses and our Rh Neg side has ALZ, ADD & one relative with Autism. Our A positive side doesn’t have ALZ, ADD or Autism. I truly believe more research is needed on vaccines & mercury/aluminum and immune sensitivity / build up of antibodies. I have Lupus and I truly believe my immune system is proficient at recognizing foreign invaders…..basically lab creations, bacteria, virus’, etc and attacks built up toxins within my body instead of healthy tissue.

  • 1 month ago posted? Nobody cares about her now. nobody cares about idols anymore. Nobody wants to see devil.
She acts like she is so different from others, illuminating herself called Illuminati. That was wrong. She sold her soul to Satan. It is not going to work anymore. Just get lost please. Don’t show her in public.

  • It’s amazing to me now that I used to work in labs that studied cancer, precocious puberty and ovarian disorders, but diet was never discussed in any of those labs. It’s not considered by the biological sciences in general. Nutrition was not on the course list when I was getting my Biology degree. Kudos to the labs in the video for trying.
