  • Hahaha lol my dear friend! I like you and think that you are a great athlete but c’mon this guy is the best in the universe!

    185 cm, 102 to 110 kg. He played NFL only with Bodyweight exercises. He can even bench press 400 pounds like 171 kg.

    I think you gave up too early on calistenics and shoud study Herschel Walker better first. He does multiple exercises like 5000 each per day. For ex. Situps 5k, Pushups 5k, Dips 5k, Pullups 5, Burbees 5k etc.

    He never took a day off and he always fasts and is a vegetarian now vegan. He would run up to 20 km and can swimm and jump rope or bike alot. This guy is insanely fit and strong. He is also a mixed martial artist and dancer. He is turning close to 58 years but I dont believe to can duplicate his workout routine!!! XD Ever bro!

    If you think he’s routine is simple and uneffective why dont you make a Video where you train like him for 30 or 100 days and document it with Youtbube. I am sure you cannot keep up with his regime!!

    Just look at Herschel Walket with 58 year and all the other Bodybuilder of his age. Everybody else looks like shit only Herschel can still do amazing things. However, if you really want to learn Bodybuilding from the best you should contact Petar Celik from Serbia, Novi Sad. He is 70 years old natural and still looking geat, but never as fit as Herschel Walker.

    No disrespect but try to be 17 to 20 kg above your normal weight like Herschel Walker and than try his workout. I think in your case that would be 95 kg or so right?

    Another great great great bodyweight Champion and role model are: African Beasts Alseny and Sekou. These guys also dont lift but look and seem to be amazing. Much more flexible as well. You should contact them and make a great video with them. Insanely great bodyweight experts.

    Last but not least if you really want to maximize you body and reach to the top. There is only one man alive who combined Calistenics, Cardio and MMA and became ultra fit and strong and I dont mean Bruce Lee xD: Alain Ngalani. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HpRLeqw-nEs&t=196s

    180cm and 110 to 120 kg. Pure muscle perfection in every aspect now 40 plus years old.

    Good luck Dejan! I like your content but think you should study much much much much more and meet with these geat guys for your own development.

  • Been there done that at 173lbs 5’11”. Plus I ran 5 miles under 37 minutes a day along with a 45 minute stretch routine before my 3 hr gym fest.

    Popped my back doing 245lbs with good mornings on the 8th rep.

    You can get addicted to working out and over do it. Bruce Lee did the same thing to his back with only 135lbs and had 6 months of bed rest. I had to go to work the next morning.

    I was a LOT stronger than this guy. It’s not hard once you get addicted. It’s hard to slow down. Learned my lesson the hard way.

  • Frank thank you,here is here I and saw that for beginners, as measured all movement to do, and the you have always on videos all intensively, although I and not newcomer,but adhere to always measured movements in all exercises, mostly pull-UPS on the bar and push-UPS in all their manifestations,and from all possible projectiles, whether.then the bars or crossbars on the ground and so on, I decided to change my life for the better.Siberia looks and respects.

  • I go through the same thing here where more I train calisthenics and there are always talking people trying to demotivate the button or the headset at high volume. the only one alone is 2…. 3 years old and I follow or the content you already passed, I set up my parallel and my bar in the house was kind of precarious as the conditions, but no matter and no matter what conditions they should being, the important thing is to do.��������

  • Блять ну почему все эти веганы шмеганы и прочие автономы похожи, на только что бежавших из палаты после длительной химиотерапии тяжелобольных онкологией. Даже предсмертный Стив Джобс выглядел лучше чем этот качок веган.

  • It is easier than other workouts in the channel. But my wife still couldn’t accomplish it. And for me it is not 10 time easier than killer core or other workouts with no rest, maybe 2-3 time easier but it is not a beginner workout at all.

  • i injured my collar bone with my girlfriend on my back.
    i was only 1 month in training after a 7 month illness. Thats so stupid. She weights 70 kg and is 5.9 tall. Will never do this again

  • Even in 2014 this wasn’t that impressive in Cali world, he showed just 3 skills of calistenics ( Front lever, human flag and handstadpushup, all easy skills and done really bad). He was overrated at the time but now everybody should know that this is just way basic level of Cali
