  • I am big fan of your videos and love this idea of variety and mix and match! What are the sizes of the containers? Any advise where to order them?

  • GARLIC IS LIFE!!!!!
your video is so clean and professional I’m sure that took a lot of planning and effort. Also I appreciate the ingredient translation I see you!

  • Fit Men live for longevity and NEVER diet because diets do NOT work and even a SMALL amount of the WRONG things are not beneficial for the heart. Turn the package over and Google the ingredients and the side effects.

  • You are so adorable! My niece just bought your book and was raving about your recipes… She made the Moroccan chicken recipe and lost her mind!! Anyway, I think I will buy the book because after listening to her raving about you and because, after watching your video, love your attitude, personality and I think you can make anyone smile!!! God Bless! Subscribing!

  • Keep up the goodness. Out of the hundreds of meal prep videos I’ve watched. Yours are by far my favorite. Love love love all the recipes so far. Your Soul Food Vid is an ABSOLUTE hit in my house hold. We make that regularly.

  • great video! Excep every 2 minutes i google staff you say haha! Thanks! I will try it out since my belly started to show aggresively!:P:D

  • good job! Mediterranean diet is one of the best and healthiest diets in the world. i would recommend getting a softer cutting board (to preserve knife sharpness), your sounds very hard, possibly bamboo. also try not to scrape the food with the blade edge each time you cut, that will also quickly dull or chip a good sharp knife.

  • Somehow I have never thought about making my own honey mustard before. Wow. What an awesome idea. I’ll have to try it out. Thank you for another great video!:)

  • Trying the Pilaf first! Been subscribed 2 U 4 awhile. I recently moved from Dallas to Fried Food Capital Of The World Mississippi LOL!! My son and I are getting in shape we soooo need every recipe from u we can get!! If you ever do a pop-up recipe rescue like you did in a Dallas area Kroger back around summer 2017
I am FIRST in line in Mississippi!! Thanks for the videos. You are changing and SAVING lives

  • Any one tested out the Custokebon Secrets (google it)? We have noticed several amazing things about this popular weight loss secrets.

  • Bet that recipe was through the roof lol, definitely gonna use some of these ideas though great content. Probably will go to Aldi for a lot of it though and cut my prices in half compared to Kroger.

  • Always get chicken breasts when they’re on sale and keep them portioned in the freezer! Most used protein and it gets pricey when not on sale, also get egg whites in bulk at Costco and keep extra cartons in my freezer!

  • This is the second video I’ve watched. I am so glad I found you! We’re trying to eat healthy and it seems so hard to meal prep but I love the way you present everything and how you lay out all the finished meals at the end. I’ve never tried to cook chickpeas but I’m totally going to try them the way you did it. Thanks again!:)

  • Edamame and soy-I hear this isn’t good for men and for women who have thyroid issues. Then I see other articles saying it’s fine! What’s your take on that?

  • Keeping doing your thing man. I know views are what they should be with how awesome and helpful your content is, but keep doing your thing and people will flock

  • hi good evening lol yes I got the joke lol!..I have a question I am a poor person who cannot afford healthy food sometimes because vegetables are so expensive where I live.even the good oils like olive oil and the real coconut oils.I really wanna loose some weight but I can’t really afford the good foods…what do I do?please I need your advise.like that chick peas I loveeee it but it can be very expensive even Brussels sprouts and those nice vegetables.

  • Hey, man! Love the videos! Would you please add a shopping list in the description below the video or In comments to make grocery shopping easier. I am planning on making these dishes. TIA

  • Its still shock me just how many people do not know about Custokebon Secrets even though many people using it. Thanks to my personal buddy who told me about it. I’ve lost crazy amounts of weight.

  • I find it cheaper to buy vegetable paste bouillon in a jar and keep in refrig and not paying for water in the broth. Also more room in your pantry.

  • You generally did ad tahini to the roasted chickpea one.. but woulnd’t you have to add tihini (or some other nut) in order to make it a complete protien?

  • What are some ways to lost lots of fat? I read many superb opinions on the internet about how exactly Custokebon Secrets will help you lost a ton of weight. Has any one tried using this popular fat burn method?

  • Your advice is awesome my man and your smile is contagious. Where are you getting the shirts? I can only find the cookie monster muscle shirt.

  • I’m late to the party but I love this video. My go-to pantry items are oatmeal and peanut butter. When I’m depressed and just trying to survive I will make instant oatmeal, mix in peanut butter while it is hot then add in 6 halves of strawberries or slices of banana that are pre frozen (this cools it off quickly and thaws the fruit so I can eat it soon, which is doubly helpful if I’m tight on time). I keep half a dozen to a dozen containers of frozen fruit on hand (all fruit bought fresh when on sale because buying frozen bagged fruit is not an option for me as I can’t stand the residual plastic taste it leaves behind). I must be frugal to survive so oatmeal is a very affordable option to keep it healthy. Buying thick cut rolled oats and adding flax seeds and cinnamon can keep it even healthier, but sometimes depression doesn’t play nice so I do keep a stock of instant oatmeal packets. The added sugar may not be ideal for some people but eating instant oatmeal is much better than not eating at all. Take care of yourselves and remember no one is perfect and you don’t have to eat ‘healthy’ 100% of the time. Some effort is better than no effort and we all fall down. Just remember to get back up, even if it takes some time. In the last 3 years I’ve lost 60 pounds by making gradual, small changes over that time and learning more and more about nutrition, mental health, and myself. It’s a journey and sometimes you’ll feel stuck for months at a time keep going. You’ll be able to look back someday and see how you’ve changed.

  • Just wanted to write and tell you that jambalaya recipe was damn good. I tweaked a bit added more shrimp and okra, it was so good. The spices were spot on. Thanks for making recipes that are so easy to follow.

  • I’m back in control of my pantry items you’ve covered it pretty well. Away with the junk food (hubby) fruits and smoothies when sweets are needed. I feel better just watching this video.

  • Great recipe!! I love cooking with fresh bright colors! I will be releasing my first youtube video monday! If you want to try some of my special recipes, subscribing wouldn’t be a bad idea:) #GrowwithGeegee

  • There is another option to.Fresh veggies. Not can or frozen. ☺️. I have frozen banans, berries, cale and spinac. Anot to forget coconut flour so i can make my own coconut milk.

  • Great vid. Love the nutty banter and laughter. My fav go to would be ketchup but I can’t have just yet, next go to I can eat with no botherness is almond butter yum smeared on oatmeal, cranberry, and raw cacao chip cookies. Healing comes first. I am doing the paleo diet. Keep the vids flowing. Will be sharing it with my peops.

  • My notes have everything you mentioned to buy at the grocery store going tomorrow hope this works! I gained over 100 pounds from my accident so hope this diet works

  • You like hot & spicy food I hate it! I will leave the taco out on the stuffed peppers, cant eat white flour. Love your recipes I just have a sweeter teeth not that spicy and just modify some of your recipes.

  • OMG I wish you would come here to shope… lets say in global Europe not to mention Slovakia. I’m pretty sure the whole shopping tour would end just a split of seconds if not sooner. It is painful to watch… I mean, I’m happy for you living a place where all those awesome foods are available!:)

  • I have just bought your book and I swear it was like you were speaking to my soul I will be using it live a more healthy life thank you

  • Any good suggestions for hitting the Vastus Lateralis really good? I do hack squats, front squats and barbell squats and other leg exercises, but i always feel like i hit the vastus medialis more than the lateralis? Any help or suggestions to focus more on the Vastus Lateralis?

  • I discovered your channel from Matt D’Alveria (I hope I spelled his last name right). I have been on a fitness journey for a while and sticking to the “proper” muscle building foods. Problem is, I LOVE to cook and I LOVE flavor in meals I make. I have seen this video and the fried rice video so far and I plan on watching many more to score some ideas on what to make throughout the week. Thank you for producing this content, I look forward to trying your recipes soon!

  • Hey There! Thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I hear lots of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (search on google), but I’m not sure if it’s good. Have you considered Custokebon Secrets? I’ve heard some awesome things about it and my buddy lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me:(

  • Looks really tasty. Are those recipes for one day or just ideas for main dishes? I’m searching for something like a plan for the day.

  • Great video:) One thing you actually can’t eat raw cashews and all of the cashews sold are a bit cooked. Raw cashews have cyanide in them and are toxic to our bodies.

  • THIS IS SO GOOD. I love this so much. Usually with meal prep it always feels like I keep eating the same thing everyday, but the variety of these meals are really great, with such quick preparation! Great tips, thank you!

  • I buy an awful lot of fresh tomatoes. To the point where I go to the greengrocers buy a tray. Every now and again I make batches roasted tomato sauce. I do this usually when tomatoes on offer or they are selling them off cheap because I starting to get soft.

  • I love the first recipe-taco chicken in bell pepper!! I’m gonna try it tonight! I buy rotisserie chicken when I’m in a hurry or being lazy and had wondered how nutritious it is or if that was okay to include in my healthy eating, so I’m glad you mentioned it!keep up the great work!
