  • Girl I have the same issue when I run on pavement.. I started running at the beginning of all this and suddenly couldn’t do lunges, and the tops of my feet hurt like crazy. Felt like the tops were almost bruised! I actually used arthritis cream to relax the nerves in my foot and it helped immensely! My uncle is an EMT and recommended it to me.

  • I was having pain in my feet from running and then I bought Brooks Ghosts and I haven’t had an issue since! I would suggest going to a running store that analyzes your running if you have one near you/is open so you can get fitted for the right shoes!

  • Unpopular opinion but a very important one to make full use of your food: the broccoli stalk is totally edible PLS DONT JUST THROW IT AWAY!

  • i’m a dancer and that happens to my foot when i use it too much or do too much running and dancing together. I use a tennis ball to stretch the under part of my foot and that helps! Don’t stress it out or it could last for months (it’s happened) and making sure i had a good arch support at all times helps also!

  • Congrats Fab on your weight loss, I’m trying to lose about 40 pounds but it’s slow going I’m only down 10 so far but I’m getting there.

  • Hey, do you know when your candles will be restocked? My boyfriend is Canadian but I’m not and I’ve been here since the border closed and the shipping for candles to Canada is OUTRAGEOUS! Then I remembered you sell candles and I would love to try some.

  • youre too cute girl! I had to take a weeks break from the gym because I was sick. I ready to kill it at the gym now! this was so motivational!

  • Thank you so much for this! It’s also the perfect workout for days like today when I know I should work out but really don’t feel like it. This was great!

  • I found this recipe online that’s salmon with a garlic, orange, dill sauce and it’s sooooo good!!!! Highly recommend. Also! A cilantro lime salmon that’s also amazing.

  • hey girl! I got extensor tendinitis after I ran 8 miles last Friday. I stretched a lot and put ice on my feet and let it rest for a couple days. I felt pretty normal after running 10 miles yesterday and they didn’t hurt at all. The pain is likely due to the really tight shoelaces or too many uphill runs. In terms of workout motivation I highly recommend the training programs on the peloton app and I love the guided outdoor runs and many pre/post run stretches. I hope this helps:) love your vids!!

  • I’ve been using the tone and sculpt app for workouts. You pay for it so I find that that makes me more likely to actually use it. It has different guides to follow and a weekly planner. I’m currently doing the 8 week sculpt it guide and I love it. 28 minute workouts 4 days a week but those 28 minutes are intense! Just a suggestion I was THE most unmotivated person ever when it came to fitness and I’ve been sticking to 5-6 days a week of training.

  • This definitely motivated me today where you ran looks so nice! I love scenic runs and 10km is impressive! I’m only doing 3-4 at the moment

  • I’ve been super unmotivated with working out too. I miss lifting weights and doing classes. But I’ve been trying to do more mat Pilates to slowly ease back into working out. It’s very low impact but really good for the core and stretching!

  • Pamela Reif has great workouts on YouTube and schedules posted on her Instagram. It’s been keeping me motivated and on track with working out during this crazy time.
PS. Your skin looks so much better! Cant wait til you release how you cleared it up

  • what i always do if i have like 3 rest days in a row unintentionally i do a light day the first day back then go hard the next day! i dont wanna rush it right away and usually when i am on my first day back i feel hella unmotivated

  • A question pleeeeeaseee!!! I don’t know hoy you don’t lose boobs’s fat! Because when I workout I usually loss it and I know that boobs are fat but anyone knows a method or anything?

  • new sub here:) your butt is huge! <3 nice work, howeverrrrr were you always on the "thick" side? I'm lifting for 6 months now, and I just wanna be on the right side, meaning, keep it real with myself because I'm tall and skinny. So, your results are mainly gym or is some of it genetics?
    Would highly appreciate answer:)

  • My problem is eating healthy, I get bored easily I need more yummy+healthy Meal ideas Anyone.? Suggest anyone YouTube channel/IG

  • Why don’t you take pre-workout? Its way better than energydrinks. It gives you fat pump, endurence, crazy focus and amazing energy. Monater is for 13 year old gamers

  • I was so excited to see this vlog!! I always click so fast❤️ congratulations fab, y’all are doing amazing keep up the good work!!

  • Coach Kelly, Know that those of us who have been through divorce are supporting you in loving, supportive thoughts & prayers for strength! Thank you for your great workouts!

  • How long do you spend on your legs/bum in the gym as I’ve been told I’ve been over doing it would really appreciate if you got back to me as feeling a bit confused at the moment

  • Hi, just a question. Have you had any problems after wearing the Bose qc 2 to the gym? Only asking bc I know they’re typically not for the gym

  • 1:18 Am I the only guy tired of seeing all these glutes? Our culture has become obsessed with the booty and it’s everywhere! Maybe I’m just getting old.

  • I’m happy to see you back! Your resilience and energy is an example for us all. Wishing you positive thoughts and lots of self love from the Netherlands!

  • The title is my life for the past two weeks LOL But it’s starting not to be funny anymore I’m very harsh on myself and neglecting my workouts (which I try to do at least 3-4 times a week) makes me super grumpy. Thank you for this video ❤️

  • i have a question you didnt answer how many moderate or “back to the gym” days should you do before you lift heavy again? i feel like doing one day isnt enough because i probably wont be able to lift heavy during my second session back:/ you’ve always been my gym goals btw for years

  • Love your workouts and can’t wait to try this one. Sorry to hear that life has been throwing you curve balls but so badass how you persevere! Keep going!

  • Hi
Would you make more workouts for senior women and men
If you could also propose slower paced sessions/practices?
    Thanks

  • If you get back into running try the couch to 5k app! Or for more of a challenge try the 5-10k app. I loved it, it’s a 8 week program, 3 runs a week keeps me very motivated every week to get a work out in.

  • literally before you even mentioned it, the first clip that fab was in i was like holy shit he looks good! awesome to see his progress, keep up the good work both of you!! love you mollllly

  • Thanks for making and sharing this video!
Thank you for being honest, because I’ve had to unfollow some fitfluencers who are on the no-excuses bandwagon.
A global pandemic is definitely…an excuse. Okay.
I definitely fell off with quarantine and did not feel bad about it, but I did have a come to jesus moment at the start of this month (mostly just realized that my back rolls were starting to touch lmaoooo) and have been in the same process of trying to get myself back together.
Frozen veggies, fruit, and proteins have really helped with minimizing grocery trips, especially TJ’s, because they have the plain frozen zoodles, cauliflower rice, chicken breasts, etc. And I’ve changed how I meal prep, which has been really fun. Instead of pre-cooking whole meals, I just pre-cook components and then mix and match with my frozen stuff to come up with new, quick meals.

Definitely loving the lifestyle and Peach content, and would love to see your workouts.
I’m back at the gym too and they are strict about the masks so I feel okay, but I would feel safer to work out outside. It’s just too hot and humid for my tubby ass rn. (. )

  • Love you molly!!!! Looking so beautiful AS ALWAYS, dinner looked yummy! Love the video babes!!! So jelly I cannot find the sweet and spicy sauce anywhere ☹️

  • So happy you are here!!! I understand doing things just for social media hopefully you take more time for yourself and find what you truly love
