  • Girl I have the same issue when I run on pavement.. I started running at the beginning of all this and suddenly couldn’t do lunges, and the tops of my feet hurt like crazy. Felt like the tops were almost bruised! I actually used arthritis cream to relax the nerves in my foot and it helped immensely! My uncle is an EMT and recommended it to me.

  • I was having pain in my feet from running and then I bought Brooks Ghosts and I haven’t had an issue since! I would suggest going to a running store that analyzes your running if you have one near you/is open so you can get fitted for the right shoes!

  • Unpopular opinion but a very important one to make full use of your food: the broccoli stalk is totally edible PLS DONT JUST THROW IT AWAY!

  • i’m a dancer and that happens to my foot when i use it too much or do too much running and dancing together. I use a tennis ball to stretch the under part of my foot and that helps! Don’t stress it out or it could last for months (it’s happened) and making sure i had a good arch support at all times helps also!

  • hey girl! I got extensor tendinitis after I ran 8 miles last Friday. I stretched a lot and put ice on my feet and let it rest for a couple days. I felt pretty normal after running 10 miles yesterday and they didn’t hurt at all. The pain is likely due to the really tight shoelaces or too many uphill runs. In terms of workout motivation I highly recommend the training programs on the peloton app and I love the guided outdoor runs and many pre/post run stretches. I hope this helps:) love your vids!!

  • I’ve been using the tone and sculpt app for workouts. You pay for it so I find that that makes me more likely to actually use it. It has different guides to follow and a weekly planner. I’m currently doing the 8 week sculpt it guide and I love it. 28 minute workouts 4 days a week but those 28 minutes are intense! Just a suggestion �� I was THE most unmotivated person ever when it came to fitness and I’ve been sticking to 5-6 days a week of training.

  • I’ve been super unmotivated with working out too. I miss lifting weights and doing classes. But I’ve been trying to do more mat Pilates to slowly ease back into working out. It’s very low impact but really good for the core and stretching!

  • what i always do if i have like 3 rest days in a row unintentionally i do a light day the first day back then go hard the next day! i dont wanna rush it right away and usually when i am on my first day back i feel hella unmotivated

  • If you get back into running try the couch to 5k app! Or for more of a challenge try the 5-10k app. I loved it, it’s a 8 week program, 3 runs a week keeps me very motivated every week to get a work out in.

    Thank you for being honest, because I’ve had to unfollow some fitfluencers who are on the no-excuses bandwagon.
    A global pandemic is definitely…an excuse. Okay.
    I definitely fell off with quarantine and did not feel bad about it, but I did have a come to jesus moment at the start of this month (mostly just realized that my back rolls were starting to touch lmaoooo) and have been in the same process of trying to get myself back together.
    Frozen veggies, fruit, and proteins have really helped with minimizing grocery trips, especially TJ’s, because they have the plain frozen zoodles, cauliflower rice, chicken breasts, etc. And I’ve changed how I meal prep, which has been really fun. Instead of pre-cooking whole meals, I just pre-cook components and then mix and match with my frozen stuff to come up with new, quick meals.

    Definitely loving the lifestyle and Peach content, and would love to see your workouts.
    I’m back at the gym too and they are strict about the masks so I feel okay, but I would feel safer to work out outside. It’s just too hot and humid for my tubby ass rn. (. )
