My technique: works for me ALL THE TIME. I set an alarm on an actual clock that I put on my desk. I then put my phone to charge in the living room and set another alarm for a minute later. I live with my parents so I definitely don’t want to wake them up. So every morning after turning the alarm clock off I have one minute to run to the living room and turn the phone’s alarm off haha. Definitely works. Then I just put all my binders and study stuff on my bed and never go back to bed until the evening.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil. For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed. But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in God.”
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.
But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.”

This video is so incredibly important. All of the steps that Charlie mentioned, I can attest do in fact work. Waking up earlier makes it seem like you are a completely different person in terms of how productive you can be.

I have discovered another hack: if you have a bit too comfortable blanket( mine was a super soft and fluffy one)then using a blanket (or more if necessary) thats a little less comfortable can help in oversleeping.
This helps me because my old blanket felt like hugging fluffy animal. It was way too comfy for my good so I guess sometimes it’s worth the sacrifice lol

Hear alarm press snooze, repeat process 6 times until i garner enough will to live, then press snooze again. Then log roll onto the floor, continuing pressing snooze until the fear of not waking up sets in and then proceed to get up. Solid video boss!!
It was super duper helpful thanks a lot, im trying to get started with habits and routines during this university to quit my laziness and be more productive and pleased with my self and my actions. Keep up the good videos and have a nice day.
When Matt said “have a glass of water right next to the smartphone” I sincerely thought he was going to throw the water on his face just for fun. You missed a huge opportunity there, Matt. But I laughed just by picturing it in my head. Anyway: I wake up 6 am for about 4 months now, and my job starts at 8 am (home office). This makes life much easier, really. And I also study at an University at night, so y’all stop complaining and get a sincere, powerful WHY and HOW for your habit and a WHAT for every day. I get about 6-7h of sleep every week day and about 10-12h on weekends. It works fine.
This is an old video but if anyone is watching this during quarantine there is an app called Sleep Cycle and you can set an alarm that will wake you up very easily and it also comes with sleep guides such as rain sounds or breathing guides
I always leave a water bottle in front of my computer keyboard to drink it at the beginning of my day, but moving it right next to my alarm clock is a better idea to help me wake up. Thank you for the idea Matt.
I use Night Shift from 22:00 to 7:00 and I fall asleep easier. My screen is yellow/orange before I go to bed and it’s still like that long after I wake up, it works wonders.
Charlie is the man! He makes great content about personal finance that has helped so many people improve their lives. His work ethic is very motivating to see, and sets a good example for his viewers. He has inspired me to work towards building my own YouTube channel where I talk about business, personal finance, and self-improvement to help people live more successful lives. Check it out and subscribe! I’m pretty new to YouTube so would appreciate any support/feedback!
yes 100% agree i just read similar thing in this page and it gives me reasons to set my alarm at 6 am https://www.guccimed.info/2020/07/benifits-of-waking-up-early.html
I used to wake up at 12 every day, in my defense I always had classes later in the day. but in the last two months or so I started waking up at 9 and the amount of stuff I can get done that early makes me feel more productive, but it’s because of your videos that have motivated me, so thank you!
GREAT points! LISTS are a MUST! One thing I do differently, I DO hit the snooze button (ONCE!) I set my alarm a little earlier than I need to get up to account for this. I take the time NOT to go back to sleep but instead stretch/ breath/ wake up. This really helps me to NOT be a Zombie when I do get up. Everything else sounds SOLID!: )
When my online classes are there then I can’t wakup early but… When there is Sunday and no online classes then I wakeup early… How many of you do the same?
Okay Soo like something weird has been happening to me for the past three days I wake up and look at my phone to see what time it is and my phone says 11:00 am and then I blink ONCE and magically it says 3:00 pm and I’m like WHAT Soo like does this happen to anyone else or am I like weird?..
So am I the only one watching this pulling in all nighter on an online school night? I’m just seeing this to wake up a bit and get up at 4:40 am to prepare for my Pre-AP classes and my homework for that same day that they have already assigned
Ok I tried 5am for my last video and legit died the few days after, I think my brain is just so used to sleeping late?? Never mind being stupid and staying on my phone
my new year’s resolution is to wake up at 7am everyday and this video definitely gave me some great ideas on how to achieve my resolution. thanks so much for making this video!
Lol I have to put the alarm beside my bed bc Ummm…. I’m a heavy sleeper but I wake up when the alarm goes off but the only problem is I can’t hear ANYTHING
I’ve got a superpower. When I sleep, all sounds are muted for bliss and unbothered sleep. Thing is, I can’t wake up to alarms, no matter how loud it is.
#1 clean before you sleep #2 plan the day before #3 place your alarm far away from you #4 stop making negative excuses #5 set your environment #6 drink water #7 accomplish something when you wake up #8 start your day by being productive #9 the more you wake up early, the easier it gets
Great video! Question: Is it fine to wake up early on weekdays (consistently) but sleep in on weekends? Like, can our bodies get adapted to such a routine?
Me: just looked up how to wake up early Why: Because I have a softball tornament that is 1 hour and 30 minute drive away. I have a 7:30 am game arrival time 6:30 so I gotta get up at 4 am. I go to bed at 4 am.
i used to sleep pretty early and wake up early but quarintine got me fucked up and now it’s 4 am and i haven’t slept and i’m just gonna wake up at 2 pm and play 2k all day then repeat
So usually I wake up at 5am. One morning at 5 I was like I’m not going to get up because I’m too sleepy, I can’t do something I don’t want to do. Then I was like you know what I wanted to accomplish want I want to do, god made this day happen!! ❤️ I said so I’m going to get up and have a productive day! Thank you god! ❤️
The one thing she didnt mention is what time she goes to bed and the quality of her sleep. I am guessing she is in bed by 10pm latest. At her age, social life must be pretty dull! lol
I read at night till 2:00am.. So will it gonna be very bad for our health if we sleep at 2:00am and wake early in the morning?? Everyone says that morning reading is better than night reading so I wanna try it but what’s the funny thing is I set 6 lowder alarms close to my ear sometimes I can’t hear it or sometimes say”Ah!what I did!! don’t disturb..”then sleep again for more 2-3hours..So it’s such a big problem for my study..And for this I everytime got rebuke from my mom...
You’re videos are really good and contain all the important stuff. But I hope you change your mind on taking naps. You can read about how important it is to take a nap for 20 mins in the afternoon

I’m not a morning person at all but I will be because I’m starting 9th grade this year new school. Nervous. But I’m the person that’s always late but school is starting 7:30! And ends at 2. So I’ll have to wake up at like 5:30 or 6 so I need to start becoming a morning person so I dont feel tired
day before exam: feeling sleepy at 7pm and waking up just half an hour before exam and rushing to school That day when exams are finished: trying hard to sleep at 3 in the morning but still failing and waking up at 6am and rushing to play….
my problem was waking up, but dismissing my alarm then going back to sleep. So what i do is, before bed i drink 500ml-1l of water before I go to bed. So when i when i wake up in the morning, i need to go to the bathroom, and by the time i get back to bed, im not tired.
For me to wake up I find listening to uplifting music does the trick makes me go about my day and kick some a.. and also that Cup of coffee might do the trick as well i know you think it’s not a good idea but it helps
Maya, your videos have transformed my lifestyle. Watching your video makes me want to take good care of myself and others aroubd me. THANK YOU, ❤ from your fan in Tokyo.
I do youtube videos so I started doing commentary on vids today and I wake up at like 8am so I don’t have family members talking in the background but i can’t up to my alarm at 9
This was an awesome video!! I have such trouble waking up so I’ll definitely be trying them. Also, I tried to click the stock link for weeble to sign up and it’s not working. I think the link is broken? Follow me on TikTok when you get back on @shopthislook
My tip is to make getting out of bed a little game with yourself. Set an alarm for the time that you’d ideally be able to get up and then set another alarm for few minutes after that. When the first alarm goes off try to get up before the second alarm goes off, if you can do that then you won the game.
Our bathrooms (they are 2!) Are downstairs and the stairs is soooo long so during nights l just wash my feet and face and brush mah teeth!we don’t have a bathroom by our own room so everyday we take a bath downstairs but everynight l don’t my mom and dad has been planning to put a bathroom here upstairs! (Since its quarantine,no one will work for it,stay safe guyssss!) And l use to take a bath every morning but now there’s no school so i take a bath late like at 4-5 P.M!
I was going through my you tube ( home) and I have seen this video and a thought came in my mind that uska ka liya jaldi( sona) padega..LOL nothing else will work
I find that drinking water right before I go to bed helps because I never have to go during my sleep but I usually have to go around the time I should wake up.
I’ve found that I function best with around 6 7 hours of sleep, depending on my activity level. If I’ve been working out, or running more, I need around 8 hours
What I found was that I liked getting up early, but I didn’t like leaving my bed, so I wake up at 5am, then grab my laptop from next to my bed and edit for 30 minutes, then I can get on with my day
do u know when u was explaining about not using phonesand laptops before sleeping it was 11:55 and i was watching your video, isn’t it funny hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahha
1. Determine what time you need to wake up to have time the next morning for getting ready at arriving where you need to be 10 minutes early. 2. Subtract the number of hours of sleep you need from that time. 3. Stick to this routine each morning and night (with the exception of weekends if desired!). 4. Take a warm shower before bed. 5. Meditate (and/or journal/brain flow of lingering thoughts). 6. Limit screen time about 30-60 before bed (also turn down screen brightness, turn on night mode/night shift (warmer screen light) and/or turn on dark theme!). 7. Set and alarm that suits you and put it on the other side of the room. 8. Use wake up lights if desired. 9. Sleep in a pitch black room. 10. Try to avoid naps during the day, or keep them to 15-20 minutes. 11. Avoid caffeine in the late afternoon/evening. 12. Try to keep room slightly cooler rather than warmer. 13. Don’t sleep with TV/music on, but white noise like a fan can be beneficial. 14. Bed is for sleeping, avoid things like reading, watching TV or YouTube videos, and especially work in bed!
It’s so hard to get up when your alarm clock on your phone never works and also I get so annoyed in the morning when someone walks in and turns on a really bright light it hurts my eyes so badly.
GREAT TIPS CHARLIE! I MUST SAY THAT YOU CAN IMPLEMENT THESE TIPS FOR WHENEVER YOUR EARLY WAKE UP TIME IS. JUST SET YOUR ALARM FOR ABOUT 8 &1/2 HOURS AFTER THE TIME THAT YOU ARE GOING TO BED…BECAUSE YOU NEED ABOUT 30 MINUTES TO FALL ASLEEP AND 8 HOURS IS NEEDED FOR OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE, THEN BEGIN THESE TIPS THAT CHARLIE HAS SUGGESTED. WE ALL DO NOT HAVE THE SAME WORK SCHEDULE HOURS, AND THEREFORE, CAN NOT GET UP AT 5AM ESPECIALLY IF YOU JUST WENT TO BED AT 5AM. YOU CAN STILL BE PRODUCTIVE NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU GET UP AS LONG AS YOU ARE FOCUSED ON ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS AND PUT THE WORK IN.
I definitely want to wake up earlier. I wake up when the children wake up and it’s just so much! I need some time before they’re awake to set my day!thanks for this
this actually helped. when i watched other videos they work like the most logic tips everybody is mostly tryna get rid of. but once i watch this video this helped
The best sleep I ever had in my entire life was when I was moving to a new house. There was just so much work throughout the entire day, I could fall asleep within 5 minutes and the moment I woke up I was energized. It was surreal.
This video is Part 1 in our Sleep Series. Check out the other videos in our sleep playlist! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XtDc_iJ-j-M&list=PL2ADAFpTg5abQoKp7C9nYgqAqqFbr61yK
I am still a student and i like a little biti know of a sentence and i know all and i know everything i can know i know how to heal i know i just wake up early i just watch your video today i’m happy i watch a video today ☺️☺️☺️☺️
Okay but like if I put my alarm away from me I would be in such a deep sleep and it would be difficult for me to hear it and ughhhh there is me waking up at 10
Mam actually I sleep late near 11-12 and everybody says that take 8 hours sleep then is it good to sleep only 6 hours?? Plz reply….. But the tequenics are very good
Having a morning routine was such a game changer for me, particularly mediating everyday for at least 10 minutes that made such a big difference.. trying to manage a business can become very stressful, so getting that time to reflect early in the day can make all the difference
Even if I sleep at 8pm or 3am, I wake up at 11am. Is that normal? Also, though I mentally prepare myself the night before about what I would do the next day, it takes me few seconds to stop my alarm and go back sleep. I really need to change this habit of mine.
Let me know in the comments how you guys manage your mornings! And feel free to give me any tips I have to admit that some mornings are just so hard to feel motivated!
I pulled an all nighter to reset my sleep schedule. At 5:50 am my parents woke up and so I pretended to sleep. I open my eyes again and its fucking 9:30 am. How the hell did I fall asleep?? I had so much coffee in my body and was like jumping around and then just fell asleep! I’m so pissed rn
Watch this video if you really have a problem getting up your desired time in the mornings, say thanks to me later would be nice though.. https://youtu.be/BIICbyXW5cM
My pre bedtime is easy: talk to my girl before going to bed as i go to bed first, 10 minute meditation, 5 minute listening to music, 1 minute praying at 10:40 im ready to drift into my dreams!
Well said but one should not forget the body physiology it’s not the same for all people, especially for people working at different time zones place in different country. First important factor Miz is the adequate sleep/rest which is required for your body and liquid intake to activate your internal body functions. And etc…….??
He: you shouldn’t use screens 30-60 minutes Me: watching the video 0 minutes before going to sleep. 2. telling me not to do nearly every thing I do in bed( reading, watching tv, just laying in their during the day)
I want to wake up at 5 or you know, early, but I am not allowed because my parents think it is bad because I take forever to get to sleep. But because of my morning routine, which is basically run by my parents, I am not a good morning person. Anyone have any tips for me to persuade the parents? PLEASE!!!
1. Don’t drink caffeine 4-6 hours before sleep. 2. Don’t drink water before 1-2 hours before sleep. 3.set your intentions(why do u wanna wake up early)i.e. Plan your mornings. 5.keep your alarm clock away from you. 6. Don’t hit the snooze button. 7. Make and clean your bed. 8. Prepare what to eat the other morning. 9. Make habit of drinking water early morning. 10. Try making habit of getting early.
Whenever i wake up like below 5 i sleep again then if i wake up at 5 to go to the bathroom i have no more mood to sleep but my alarm rings like after an hour when i wake up i wake up when i dont want to
I sleep with my parents… And I also don’t want to ruin their sleep… So I cant place my alarm at 5 or something…. What should I do???… I hope you notice my comment…..
A few questions, 1. If you’re waking up so early at 5-6am, what time do you get to bed? Assuming you need 8 hours of sleep like most humans. 2. Do you edit your videos in the day time during your deep work or in the dead of the night? Both times are great because phone’s is basically just silent and not going off on messages, calls and notifications to edit in peace. 3. Which part of the day do you segment for video edit, working on your mortgage business, real estate? What if there’s one particularly busy day I set aside for video editing and a huge bunch of real estate/mortgage financing enquiries come in? Im doing something similar to you so thought I’d ask.
If you’re really struggling with brain fog when your alarm goes off try CONDITIONING your body to get out of bed to the sound of your alarm. I spent an hour “rehearsing” getting out of bed and it was the first method that ever let me get up at 6am! Normally I’d be sleeping till 1pm. I just released a video about conditioning and a couple of other ways of getting up with your alarm when you really really suck at mornings. It’s on my channel if you’re interested:)
I like to play some upbeat/workout music first thing in the morning loud enough to wake me up and motivate myself lol. A good session workout wakes me up and kick starts my day and then cold showers wake me up completely. And putting my phone alarm in the washroom near to the sink is a good trick. Ones I am in the washroom then i splash some cold water and wash my face that completely wakes me up. Thanks for the video, Charlie:) I like to play your videos in the background while working. Keep it up
Yogi brand tea at walmart. Get the kava blend. Most delicious tea I’ve ever tasted. I don’t even use sugar just milk. It will have you asleep in no time you will sleep solid for 6 to 8 hours and won’t be groggy in the morning like with a sleeping pill. This being the lesser version of kava you can take it every day with no I’ll effects. It’s only 4$ for 16 tea packets and my tolerance has never gone up
Great video!! I’ve been trying to fix my sleep schedule because quarantine has messed it all up): but I’m gonna try some of your tips:)) thanks Charlie <3
Thankyou Ma’am My Smart Tip Aasee alarm lagayee Jarur uthengee 3:00 3:02 3:05 3:06……(Many More) Choose the right time And get up at the right moment…..✅✅ Best of Luck Jai Hind
I use an app called Alarmy and I use the picture setting. I set it to where I have to take a picture of a sign in my bathroom to shut off my alarm. It forces you to get up because the alarm wont stop if the picture isn’t of the same thing you set it as.
Hi Hannah this is Kim! I enjoyed your video thanks. I have a mild case of insomnia! I take a melotonin to help me sleep! I’m in the process of getting a earlier schedule! Thanks for the helpful tips.
i’ve only taken a nap twice in my entire life lol the first was jet lag from traveling from the usa to germany the second was because of a mild case of the flu (the vaccine somehow didn’t work lol, although it’s always worked for me and i’ll never be an antivaxxer but that’s off the point)
Thank you Maya Lee for these morning tips I believe they will help me to wake up early and by following these tips I believe that I am going to become successful and build a successful business. Thanks Maya you are a life changer and again THANK YOU
Even as I get older 6 hours of sleep seems to be the sweet spot. By 7 or 8 hours deep I’m tired when I wake up and very stiff. And I work a very very physical job 60 hours a week.
After getting up at 3:30 for years, then 6:30 for years and even 9 for years… I came to the conclusion when you get up doesn’t really matter. What you do while your awake is what’s really important not when you wake up.
Me watching this video after having a full bottle of caffeinated tea, had taken a 3 hour nap earlier in the day, all the lights in my room on and refusing to stop watching YouTube videos at 11:11pm. Haha
I’ve been doing 75% of what Charlies recommended for about a month. I couldn’t agreed with him more. I definitely will try implementing the visualization part he mentioned in my morning routine. Thank you Charlies!
Are you struggling getting up in the mornings? Now you can be in more control when and what time you get out of bed in the mornings or before important meetings or early shifts or on time for scool after late night studying or important early events (just a guarantee not ever to be late again), no matter if you a night owl or suffer depression or went to bed extremely late at 4am this alarm clock is the cream of the crop. Because sometimes you got to study, some love to chat until late or u feel like you got to finish watching that movie or series and even occasionally we gots to party (not gona mention the porn addicts lol).. Luckily NOW you got a guarantee that you won’t ever be late again if you set my alarm (i made it & you wont find it anywhere else it’s custom-made), It’ll be a one time a lifetime investment only (not even expensive) that’ll help you FOREVER! I’m selling an alarm clock that makes you get out of bed immediately guaranteed, as soon as the alarm clock goes off it literally gets you out of bed and force you to walk all the way to the kitchen or bathroom to switch it off because the speaker next to your bed don’t have a switch or button to press to stop or snooze it from ringing you must get up and switch of in the kitchen or bathroom wherever you decide.. and when that happens automatically (Newton’s law an object in motion stays in motion”) that means by the time you get in the kitchen you’ll be freshen up and wide awake almost the same as someone threw cold water on you and it’ll be easy to keep moving (i usually set it for the latest minute i wana GET UP so i instead use my phone alarm just to WAKE ME UP). Send me email at rgbeemag8@ gmail.com to notify me you are interested
i put my alarm clock far from me and used the app that makes you solve puzzles and even go to another room and scan something but then i go back to sleep LMFAO. Im THAT tired and thats how much i dont want to face the day. unless i have somewhere i need to be…i just CANT. DO. IT.
Hey you, you’re finally awake. You were trying to cross the border? Walked right into that imperial ambush, like us and that thief over there.
I have a bunk bed and I always put my alarm on my floor down from my bunkbed so I have to get out of bed to turn it off. Then since I am already out of bed I just get up for the day.
I think just getting older has made me need less sleep. So I guess the tip is get older. And also go to sleep so that you get enough sleep, this is key. You will not be productive by being sleep deprived.
How do you define early isn’t early relative to when you went to bed? I work from 8:30 at night to 5 in the morning. I go to bed typically at 7 or 8 a.m. what’s early for me?
It takes 21 days to form a habit there are 365 days a year that’s 162 days (or so I’m not the best at math) to set new habits like waking up early
I wake up for school at 6:30 but on Tuesdays and Wednesdays I have to be at school at 6:45 am for morning band rehearsals every week. I dread it so much but it’s a grade so I don’t know what to do!!
this video helped me so much! i really struggle getting up at 5am every morning since i’m only 13 years old and have to go down to my yard to take care of my horse before school and this video made me really motivated to get up! x
Thanks. Really it works. Now I can finish my everything in time and no more dark circles under my eyes!!! The all information is really helpful
Anyone got tips how to get out of bed when you have nothing to do and the mind chatter is negative?, self defeating thoughts fills you with anxiety and fear which prevents you getting up!! I’m getting up crazy late 5pm!! How do I turn the mind chatter positive and get out of bed? I do most of the methods in these videos. Help sos summer is here and I’m bed ridden. I suffer from bipolar on 2 heavy meds plus my family are night owls so its difficult. I believe I can become a morning person and stay that way but its v tough. I need help with the psychological side. Please help my friends or video creator. Gratitude for the video.
Peace love light happiness Harmony Positivity joy health and blessings and good sleep to all

I have a problem where when i wake up i cant sleep anymore ish thing. I just woke up at 6 am and i don’t have the urge to sleep anymore, here i am looking at youtube videos quietly without my parents yelling at me
I don’t mind being up early, given enough sleep. What I absolutely loath is going to bed early. I don’t know why but doing so makes me miserable:(
Eveh how many times I try to wake up early this quarantine……. I still get out of bed at 12 . Y’all know what,I don’t even care
This video is so incredibly important. All of the steps that Charlie mentioned, I can attest do in fact work. Waking up earlier makes it seem like you are a completely different person in terms of how productive you can be.
I started working at Dunkin as a baker
I make alot of crazy decisions in life and am in no way an active person
Waking up at 1 has helped me really get my time out of my days
Welp I’m here because my high school is making me wake up at 5 and I don’t fall asleep until 12 2 am gotta learn to start living on less than four hours of sleep
You cant get out of bed because the temperature is just right and ur so cozy and when you get out of bed temperature drops and ur cold. That’s why you need coffee
I am not productive before 1PM. I often work on new songs until 6 or 7AM. Getting up early ruins my day. My brain is just not wired for it.

1:21… what should I do then? Go sleep and do not like your video??? And yeahhh wake up and take a cold shower… she actually wants us to die
Some Native tribes would drink a lot of water before bed when they needed to get up early. Your bladder forces you awake and vertical.
Not in med school, but I work opening shift at Starbucks…4am on the bar makin’ coffee
I can’t just roll out of bed and walk out, I have to get ready and drive…
I get up at 2:30am.
To the people having a hard time getting out of bed, clearly a dog can assist, the moment my alarm rings, the dog starts moaning for a walk.
I used to wake up at 12 every day, in my defense I always had classes later in the day. but in the last two months or so I started waking up at 9 and the amount of stuff I can get done that early makes me feel more productive, but it’s because of your videos that have motivated me, so thank you!
I get up everyday early to go to school but when it’s a sunday I can’t get up early in the morning it haven’t became a habit of mine
When my online classes are there then I can’t wakup early but…
When there is Sunday and no online classes then I wakeup early…
How many of you do the same?
Lol I have to put the alarm beside my bed bc
Ummm…. I’m a heavy sleeper but I wake up when the alarm goes off but the only problem is
I can’t hear
ANYTHING
I’ve got a superpower. When I sleep, all sounds are muted for bliss and unbothered sleep. Thing is, I can’t wake up to alarms, no matter how loud it is.
What she said:
#1 clean before you sleep
#2 plan the day before
#3 place your alarm far away from you
#4 stop making negative excuses
#5 set your environment
#6 drink water
#7 accomplish something when you wake up
#8 start your day by being productive
#9 the more you wake up early, the easier it gets
Great video! Question: Is it fine to wake up early on weekdays (consistently) but sleep in on weekends? Like, can our bodies get adapted to such a routine?
Me: just looked up how to wake up early
Why: Because I have a softball tornament that is 1 hour and 30 minute drive away.
She:set up alarms away!!
Me:I should try it!!!
My mind:nothing can stop me!!I am ready to wake up,get off from bed, turn it off & sleep again.
You’re videos are really good and contain all the important stuff. But I hope you change your mind on taking naps. You can read about how important it is to take a nap for 20 mins in the afternoon
My husband and I are trying to begin waking at 5am rather than 6 am for a nice morning together before we head to work. Thanks, Maya!

Why do I want to wake up earlier. So I’m actually productive and have a healthier lifestyle. Also so I live everyday to the fullest instead of sleep through the pandemic.

I’m not a morning person at all but I will be because I’m starting 9th grade this year new school. Nervous. But I’m the person that’s always late but school is starting 7:30! And ends at 2. So I’ll have to wake up at like 5:30 or 6 so I need to start becoming a morning person so I dont feel tired
day before exam: feeling sleepy at 7pm and waking up just half an hour before exam and rushing to school
That day when exams are finished: trying hard to sleep at 3 in the morning but still failing and waking up at 6am and rushing to play….
my problem was waking up, but dismissing my alarm then going back to sleep.
(Since its quarantine,no one will work for it,stay safe guyssss!)
And l use to take a bath every morning but now there’s no school so i take a bath late like at 4-5 P.M!
(ITS NOT THE SUN!)
THANKS CHARLIE FOR THE VIDE0!
MYSTIC RS

Okay but like if I put my alarm away from me I would be in such a deep sleep and it would be difficult for me to hear it and ughhhh there is me waking up at 10
I also want to sleep earlier and get up earlier to get more stuff done. May I know, what time do you sleep? Do you do some reading before sleep?

As per the indian science of wellness, ayurveda, we must wake up before 6 am daily.
6 am onwards kapha dosha predominates which is heavy and sluggish and similar feelings could be felt by a person who wakes up later than 6 am.
I’ve always known that if I could just get myself into bed early at night I could get up early…but it’s so hard to get to bed.
I can’t wake up early. I wake up in the afternoon and then I spend hours on my phone in bed and get out of bed at one to two pm
Watch this video if you really have a problem getting up your desired time in the mornings, say thanks to me later would be nice though..

He: you shouldn’t use screens 30-60 minutes
Me: watching the video 0 minutes before going to sleep.
2. telling me not to do nearly every thing I do in bed( reading, watching tv, just laying in their during the day)
I want to wake up at 5 or you know, early, but I am not allowed because my parents think it is bad because I take forever to get to sleep. But because of my morning routine, which is basically run by my parents, I am not a good morning person. Anyone have any tips for me to persuade the parents? PLEASE!!!
wow this video was amazing thank you! this motivated me to actually thinking of getting up earlier because my sleep schedule is so wack rn
The problem with drinking water immediately when you wake up is that your stomach will burn if you have problems with too strong HCl or gastritis.
A few questions,
Thankyou Ma’am

I use an app called Alarmy and I use the picture setting. I set it to where I have to take a picture of a sign in my bathroom to shut off my alarm. It forces you to get up because the alarm wont stop if the picture isn’t of the same thing you set it as.
Hi Hannah this is Kim! I enjoyed your video thanks. I have a mild case of insomnia! I take a melotonin to help me sleep! I’m in the process of getting a earlier schedule! Thanks for the helpful tips.
me: *sleeps past my alarm so many times, gets 6 hours of sleep a night, can’t seem to enjoy mornings
also me: 2020 IS FINALLY GONNA BE MY YEAR
i’ve only taken a nap twice in my entire life lol
the first was jet lag from traveling from the usa to germany
the second was because of a mild case of the flu (the vaccine somehow didn’t work lol, although it’s always worked for me and i’ll never be an antivaxxer but that’s off the point)

Thank you Maya Lee for these morning tips I believe they will help me to wake up early and by following these tips I believe that I am going to become successful and build a successful business. Thanks Maya you are a life changer and again THANK YOU
I actually have to keep my alarm right beside me because if I don’t have it in arms reach my brain just ignores it and falls back asleep
Haha
i love waking up early and iwork best in the morning but OMG IM HAVING THE WORST TIME GETTING UP! please Hannah force me to wake up lol
