There are countless excuses for failing to exercise or eat right, from “I don’t have time” to “It’s too expensive” to “I’m too old/overweight/tired.” But there’s one unspoken excuse that you probably won’t see on the message boards or hear from friends, but it could very well be the biggest obstacle of all: “I’m scared.”. These five excuses are by no means an exhaustive list – you may have others that are holding you back from becoming fitter and healthier.   • I love doing this workout in the mornings to give my body a good stretch and work on my breathing. It’s simple and short but very effective! Fitness Blender does it again:)

  • I recommend doing some hamstring, leg, stretching, and cardio before hand with this one. My 2nd time doing this workout, and it was not as helpful bc I had only done a 5 min cardio warm up prior (not dissing FB!).   • My father radial nerve was hurt after long time in the hospital, with anaesthesia and breathing machine, also had small internal bleeding outside of the brain tissue. he is suffering now from wrist drop and has difficulties to grip thin objects. can he do such exercises? what do you recommend?

  • I had a failed carpel tunnel surgery (2011), not sure what happened but a tendon was cut that gave my thumb “grip”. So, now my thumb doesn’t work. Can’t hold a glass of water. 8-[ Besides the constant pain, my whole hand is weakening.. Hope these exercises might possibly bring back some level of functioning! Thanks for more great help!

  • Take a look at old pictures of woodworkers or construction people. Notice they’re fit but they don’t have bulk not like today’s gym rats. Then look at their forearms, you’ll notice how much more they’re developed as compared to the rest of their bodies.

  • i must admit… you guys are amazing. for the last 6 months i am suffering with a pinched nerve from neck down to the fingers. i did some acupuncture and after a few weeks in feb this year,..it subsided until a few weeks ago. the pain is unbearable. my doctor.. a neuro surgeon put me on 150 g lyrica day anf night. ive been for physio, chiroparactors, blood cupping ect. this thursday, im booked for a mri scan. i am arguing with my doc that even if i do the mri… i am not going to operate. but he says ” lets see where the problem lies. i did anothe session with dr lin the acupunturist on sat… great help. no pain on my shoulders anymore. he says that the muscles are very tight around the shoulders. and once that is oosened… the nerve will stop aching. but now.. my right arm is very sore after waking up from sleep. i also have lost strenght in the forearm and wrist. i am going to try out your exerceises… im sure it will help me.

    Tips:
    1) Eating healthy and drinking water so you dont ruin all the hard work you put into exercises.
    2) Be consistent! Or shit aint gon happen!
    3) Listen to the instructor and take SHORT breaks if you really need to.
    4) BREATHE! I know sometimes it gets hard, but you make it harder when you hold your breath.
    5) Do this for you and your happiness. Not for others.

I’m so glad I found this video. Remember ladies, you are worthy of love and respect no matter how much you weigh, no matter what your body looks like. Make sure you’re moving out of love for yourself, not because you hate your body. You may lose weight but that transformation is not sustainable if you don’t take the time to emotionally heal.

  • I love your workout but I need something longer. I’m used to walking on a treadmill for an hour, treadmill broke and now I am looking for a replacement.

  • i was in a cast for 10 weeks after dislocating and breaking both ulner bone and distal radius. i was never able to get most of my fingers to move while in the cast. needless to say i am extremely stiff.

    I’m a new subscriber looking to make this yummy recipe but in allergic to nuts. Is there an alternative. I love everything in the recipe except the nuts. Also Thank you for giving me a awesome way of getting in shape. I have always loved to dance. I am in no way professional. I just love to dance. I have fluctuated with my weight for the longest after the birth of my daughter. You give me hope I can loose the weight and keep it off. Also if you could add some more vegetarian or vegan friendly recipes for busy working moms on the go that would be awesome.
